Internet Agenturen kommen wieder in Mode: Nach dem Kabel New Media in den letzten Tagen stark angezogen ist, kommt auch in den WWL-Kurs wieder Bewegung gen Norden.
Auf der Internet World in New York wird sich die Nürnberger Internet-Agentur Anfang September als Platin Partner der Intershop AG präsentieren.
Aus dem Unternehmensumfeld kommt die Nachricht, dass man einen Auftrag mit einem Blue Chip in der Pipeline hat. Dieser soll zwar nicht den Umfang des Auftrags der Nordsee (etwa 3 Mio. DM) haben, jedoch vom Namen her richtungsweisend sein.

Ok die Aktie kommt von 14 € und ging letzte Woche schön nach oben. Dennoch ist die Aktie meiner Meinung nach nach unten abgesichert, da im Xetra immer wieder große Orders stehen. Sobald das Volumen ansteigt, geht die Aktie nach oben. Sollten sich die Gerüchte über einen Blue Chip Partner in der Pipeline bestätigen, dürften wie nächste Woche die 20€ leicht übersteigen.

Leider scheint die Aktie relativ wenig beachtet zu werden, was sich auch an den Board Beiträgen zeigt. WWL ist optimal positioniert. Natürlich bietet sich bei der relativ geringen Marktkapitalisierung auch eine evtl. Übernahme durch einen ganz großen an. Dies erscheint jedoch auf Grund der Aktionärsstruktur relativ unwahrscheinlich.

Fakt ist, wwl ist eine gute Firma mit einer hervorragenden Stellung im Markt der Internetagenturen.

Keinen interessiert WWl, aber der Kurs steigt und steigt. Die wichtige Marke von 20 Euro wurde durchbrochen und nun ist der Weg nach oben erstmal frei. WWl ist und bleibt ein Top Unternehmen. Kaufen.

WWL Internet AG is accompanying Siemens AG`s Center of
E-Excellence on its E-Business path. The Center of E-Excellence of
Siemens AG, Berlin/Munich, is the main contact address for the
subject of E-Business. The newly-created headquarters will
concentrate all the Group`s E- Business activities, defining
objectives and coordinating pilot projects. WWL has agreed
cooperation with the Center and will design it`s new Intranet and
Internet presentation. Important news, trends, contacts, forums,
market development and analysis will then be available to all members
of staff, nitially on the Intranet. Transparency and a rapid exchange
of information will get processes on the Web quickly and efficiently.


The Intranet site, due to be implemented by mid-September, 2000,
will serve as a working and presentation medium for E-Business
executives. For example, the latest developments on the structuring
of an IT platform can be polled on the Center`s Intranet site. "We
want our growing E-Community to have the best possible information
and working platform. In the long term, all our staff will be
handling internal procedures on the Web. So we need an innovative,
transparent and simple platform. WWL is an innovative systems company
in implementing this idea," stressed Albert Goller, head of Siemens`
Center of E- Excellence. WWL is also designing the Internet sites for
the Center of E-Excellence`s newly-initiated Business Accelerator
program. The Siemens Business Accelerator gives start-up companies
the opportunity to implement their ideas successfully and be
introduced to suitable venture capital providers. The Internet site
for this accelerator is due to be completed by mid-October, 2000.

Patrick Palombo, CEO of WWL Internet AG, said: "We have cooperated
successfully with Siemens AG in a number of areas since 1991 and are
delighted that they have chosen WWL for this important, strategic
project. That reflects our strength, particularly in the presentation
of back-office processes on the Internet, Intranet and Extranet. Add
to that database development and connections, the integration of
standard solutions with existing systems and the development of
tailor-made approaches using the latest technology. That means that
business ideas can be implemented successfully while keeping
time-to-market to a minimum."

The commission for the re-designing of the Center of
E-Excellence`s Intranet and Internet sites has so far amounted to
some EUR 200,000. As the website will be of considerable significance
in the context of the E-Business project, follow- up commissions are
planned and an appreciable increase in commission volume is to be
expected.

In the course of converting to an E-Business company, Siemens
intends to put all its business processes on the Internet. According
to the Board Chairman of Siemens AG, Heinrich von Pierer, a quarter
of Siemens` turnover is to be achieved online within a few years.
Thanks to Web-based processes, savings amounting to billions of marks
could be made.

Aha, der Kreis schließt sich:

in der SZ vom Samstag steht, dass Siemens neben dem bestehende Center of E-Excellence in Muenchen, auch eins in USA, Asien und Nürnberg gruenden will! --> Nürnberg = Hauptsitz WWL

[am Sa hab ich mich noch gefragt, wieso 2 in D, und dann auch noch so nah beinander, wenn sonst nur 1 pro Kontinent??!!]

==> neben diesem Pipifax Auftrag (200T€)den Auftritt von e.siemens selber zu gestalten, werden die auch tiefer zusammenarbeiten, wenn man dann noch im Hintergrund weiss, dass Siemens jaehrlich dreistellige Millionensummen in eBusiness investieren wird, dann duerfe WWL da seinen Umsatz ver-x-fachen, alleine mit e.Siemens.

Nur ein bischen Logik ... ;-)

Hi WWL-er,
was Hoyong da schreibt scheint logisch zu sein. KÖNNTE gut sein, dass WWL das gesamte E-System von Siemens entwickeln und pflegen soll, oder? Outsourcing ist ja bekanntlich groß im Kommen. Aber alles nur ein Gedanke von mir ohne jedwegen weiteren Anspruch auf Richtigkeit!!
