      Zu den Zahlen:

Viele werden sicher die Analyse von Greg Feldberg kennen, in der er ein Kursziel von 10 HKD angibt.Darauf habe ich ihn auch per email angesprochen.

      Hi Bastian,

Are you a client of ours? We`re always trying to make money off of our
      work...

I`m using gross receipts as my top line revenue number; my guess is that
those houses are using net revenue (the 15% or whatever commission which
e-KONG keeps on gross receipts). Since e-KONG hasn`t said which method
they`re going to use, the different investment houses aren`t consistent.
That should explain the revenue discrepancy.

e-KONG and other companies that are very early in their business plan
rollouts tend to trade at low multiples these days; investors want to see
existing profits. So the stock is unlikely to react to my recommendation
until proof comes out that the plan works. When that happens, I`d hope to
      see a quick rally.

      - Greg

CMGI’s ENGAGE ACQUIRES e-KONG’s AFFILIATE SPACE

HONG KONG, August 31, 2000 – e-KONG Group Limited (“e-KONG”, HKSE: 524), announced today that Engage, Inc., (“Engage”, NASDAQ: ENGA), the Nasdaq-listed Internet advertising network and a majority-owned operating subsidiary of CMGI, Inc. will enter the Asian market through the acquisition of e-KONG affiliate, Space Media Holdings Limited (“Space”) in an all shares transaction for 100 percent of Space.

Space is one of Asia’s premiere Internet Advertising Network and related services companies. It is one of e-KONG`s strategic "Pillar" investments and a key portfolio company for Pacific Group Ltd., the Hong Kong based hedge fund and private equity investor led by William Kaye.

The Executive Team, led by Space founder Colin McIntosh will oversee the transformation of Space, to be renamed Engage Asia. Colin McIntosh will become President of Engage Asia.

“This is an exciting day for Space and for e-KONG, as we`ve enjoyed working to help Space’s management team build their world-class organisation,” stated Mr. Derrick Bulawa, CEO of e-KONG. “Through our shares in Engage, e-KONG offers our shareholders immediate increase in the value of our original investment in Space.”

"When we invested in Space six months ago, we were backing a management team and a business model built for exciting growth in Asia," Mr. Bulawa said. "With this transaction, our investment has turned into a strategic holding for e-KONG in Engage, a global leader with a new, much strengthened market presence in Asia. Space has been a great investment that just keeps getting better for us, and we feel this reflects our trend of developments at e-KONG."

Rick Siemens, Chairman of e-KONG Group also commented, "We`re certainly looking forward to working closely with Engage as a shareholder. Additionally, e-KONG as the operator of several service portals in the United States and other countries could potentially provide added value to the global Engage network. This transaction also demonstrates that extraordinary Internet companies can be born and built in Asia, and that outstanding results can be delivered to shareholders. I am convinced that this is a fantastic milestone for e-KONG, and that our shareholders should be pleased and excited about our achievement as an organisation,” said Siemens.

"We expect to continue creating shareholder value in all e-KONG Group companies,” continued Mr Siemens, “and this transaction serves as an encouraging model for our other key “Pillar” companies including Netdefence and k2ia.”
