      Press Release
Tele Atlas--TeleType Deal Puts European Navigation in Your Pocket
BOSTON & BELGIUM--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 28, 2000--A newly-signed deal between Tele Atlas, a world leader in digitized maps, and software development specialist TeleType Co. means detailed mapping data for Europe will shortly become available for use on the emerging generation of hand-held PDAs (personal digital assistants).

The combination of Tele Atlas data and TeleType Global Positioning System (GPS) software will enable users to plot travel on interconnecting highways and right down to street level throughout Europe. In combination with GPS receivers these devices become navigation aids for use in a vehicle or on foot. TeleType Co. recently launched a low-power PCMCIA GPS receiver, complete with GPS software and map information, specifically for this purpose.

TeleType GPS software is a versatile mapping system for land, air, and water navigation designed specifically for Windows(TM) CE computers such as the new Pocket PC. The GPS software uses high quality map data supplied by Tele Atlas, who also supply map data for use in dedicated automotive navigation systems.

``Tele Atlas has the most detailed, up-to-date and comprehensive digitized mapping data of Europe covering 14 countries,`` says Filip Neirynck, Product Manager at Tele Atlas. ``The quality of this database is demonstrated in our market leadership in the European navigation CD market. When this data becomes available for use with GPS software, users will be able to find their way around Europe with ease.``

``The data is sold on CD and is loaded into the hand held via a PC or laptop,`` explains Marleen Winer, Vice President at TeleType Co. ``We have a proprietary data compression technique allowing our program to store several U.S. states including complete street level maps onto one storage flash card.

``Our decision to partner with Tele Atlas is important as it gives us access to the best European digital vector mapping data. This partnership is helping us as we are actively establishing distributors and dealers for our European network to market this new product range.``

      Background information for editors

Tele Atlas is the world leader in digital mapping technology. Based in Gent, Belgium, Tele Atlas employs 1,200 people in 14 countries world-wide, and is operational in both the navigation and non-navigation markets. Tele Atlas has the largest uniform digital road map of Europe covering about 264 million inhabitants. Following the recent acquisition of ETAK, Tele Atlas now has the complete US network in digital form as well. A continuing investment in field research ensures these databases are always up to date. The company promotes an open data policy, which it believes to be essential for the healthy growth of the industry. This open and universal approach to formats has prompted many navigation system manufacturers to choose Tele Atlas as their preferred business partner.

Tele Atlas CDs are supplied for the Blaupunkt TravelPilot, VDO Dayton, Clarion and Kenwood platforms. As a result, the company has access to almost 75% of the market of in-car navigation systems in Europe, of which 43% is exclusive.

TeleType Company is a software development company based in Boston, founded in 1981. It specializes in software system integration and has produced cutting edge products for a variety of industries. TeleType Co. continues to be at the forefront of integrating the Global Positioning System with handheld computers. Its TeleType GPS product creates a unique solution for land, air, and water navigation and tracking. GPS software solutions include support of Windows CE and Pocket PC for vehicle navigation, fleet tracking, and geographic information systems data collection. Current hardware solutions include low power GPS receivers. The company is expanding to support additional emerging technologies for GPS solutions based on satellite communications and two-way paging and offers consumer and OEM products. Its ambition is to produce the most versatile and user-friendly GPS system in the world incorporated into mobile devices.

      Company Press Release
Webraska chosen by Airtel as provider of WAP traffic, navigation and proximity services in Spain
-- Webraska adds fifth country to its European coverage
      POISSY, France--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 20, 2000-- -- Webraska provides location-based services: traffic, navigation and

      proximity services

Webraska Mobile Technologies, the world`s first provider of maps, traffic information and navigation services on Internet mobile phones, has been selected as provider of traffic information, proximity and navigation services by Airtel, Spain`s second largest mobile telephony operator.

Webraska`s services are available to Airtel Conect@ WAP portal subscribers at no extra cost, as users will be charged for connection time only.

Airtel Conect@ subscribers will enjoy Webraska`s multi-modal door-to-door directions, available for all of the country`s major cities. They will also be able to locate the nearest facilities such as car parks, petrol and railway stations etc. and obtain instructions on how to reach them. The digital cartography data is provided by Tele Atlas.

Users of the country`s motorways will also benefit from Webraska`s real-time traffic information services. These display graphically, on the user`s phone screen, where congested areas are: a black area indicates the road is ``jammed``, grey shading points out where traffic is heavy and white represents a free-flowing stretch of road.

``We chose Webraska for its prestige and knowledge in the WAP area, as well as for its ability to offer turnkey services and solutions for every link of the value added chain in maps, applications and location-based systems``, commented Fernando Dietta, Product Manager, Products & Services Development Department of Airtel. ``The satisfactory progress of the work they provide other operators, their dedication and ability to work in partnership with the Airtel team were additional key factors in our decision``.

``The Spanish market is one of the most dynamic worldwide in terms of mobile phones penetration, which is today over 50%, and usage. Airtel has been playing an active part in this process and has made a commitment to continue to develop the market by bringing the most useful and advanced services to its subscribers. We are very proud to be able to take part in this trend towards making ever more value-added services available to the public``, added Jean-Michel Durocher, CEO and founder of Webraska.

      About Airtel

Airtel was created in 1995. It is today Spain`s second largest telecommunications operator, and the first integrated operator to provide fixed and mobile telephony as well as Internet services. Only five years after its establishment, Airtel today relies on over 6 million customers, covers 99% of the Spanish territory and generates revenues of 339,606 m pesetas (1999 figure). Airtel employs 4,000 people directly and 8,000 indirectly.

      About Webraska

Webraska provides real-time maps, traffic, and location-based personal navigation services for Internet mobile phones. Both a value-added service provider and a mapping and navigation application service provider, Webraska`s goal is to offer a worldwide, up-to-date, person-based and flexible alternative to CD/DVD-ROM car-centric navigation systems.

In addition to its patented Internet-based Distributed Navigation, Webraska provides wireless carriers with a complete suite of turnkey personal navigation applications, originally designed with leading French operator SFR, and carefully crafted to make the best out of each access mode (WAP, Internet, SMS, IVR, PDA, Call Centre, car equipment).

Webraska also offers an Application Programming Interface (API) that allow carriers and their partners to add door-to-door directions, mapping, geocoding and enhanced spatial searching based on shortest journey-time to all their applications (location-based services, mobile e-commerce, games, city guides, fleet management, mobile Extranet, etc.).

for you, who might be interested in german value stock ground-bottom-opportunity,

let me show you one interesting stock, recommended by many analysts from
      the banking industry.

Internetmediahouse.com is the german holding, incubator and participating partner
within the german internet sector. though not unharmed by recent international
volatility in this sector, the stock lost around 75% from ATH since march; fundamen-
tally, the management managed to increase capital from institutional investors,
around 50mio DM, within the first day of availibility, this offer has been overbought several times.

though the stock went south, as did the entire industry, as you surely know. first quarter
results have been 437% increase in turnover, from years earlier first quarter, almost constant
losses of around 5 mio DM, due to expansion in cos, without the benefit of adding additional
turnover, since this isn`t done because of minority stakes within the cos involved, according to
german law. 5 of a portfolio of 22 companies, where IMH is involved haven`t been considered in
the accountingprocedure among them marvels like zadu.com, sport1.de (germany`s biggest
sports portal by sportscontent and klickfrequency).

zadu is a revolutionary communications metatool just been marketed around the
world. IMH was an incubator, claiming 19,7% of the company.

other great opportunities under the IMH holding: pricecontrast.de a sale-comparison-platform,

"... Tele Atlas claims to have a market share of 63% of all navigation CD-Roms sold in Europe.
Europe`s in-car navigation market has grown strongly over the past 12 months, prompting Tele Atlas to revise its projections. It now predicts that the
navigable map database which Tele Atlas created at the beginning of last year will reach profitability around the year 2000. Overall, the company should
reach profitability some time later due to the additional investments it has made in extending its database and marketing issues.
Meanwhile, over 20% of shares in Navtech were recently sold to a consortium of Dutch banks, prompting rumours from industry analysts that the
US-based company is losing between US$79 million and US$106 million a year.

      Good trades + stay long!

      It´s Magic

Nine companies actively involved in location-based services, such as mobile and automotive navigation, telematics and geographic information, have come together as the MAGIC Services Initiative to develop and release a universal, open standard.
Adopting this standard will provide users with compatibility across software systems and information delivery networks, opening the way for even more rapid growth in geographic-based products and services. Typical users for this set of application programming interfaces (APIs) and protocols are developers of automotive and personal navigation, telematics and other geographic information services.
The MAGIC Services APIs and protocols also provide for graphical rendering of maps and 3-D `bird`s eye` views and for instant access positioning and routing systems. Demand for these systems is predicted to grow very rapidly with increasing numbers of portable devices (e.g. PDAs and 3rd generation mobile phones) and computers seeking information via wireless services. There will be more mobile devices than PCs connected to the Internet by the end of 2003/2004.
The MAGIC Services Initiative objectives include compatibility with existing standards such as XML, use on both wired and wireless networks and with existing Internet and web standards. First commercial products conforming to MAGIC Services Specifications, Version 1, are expected early next year with a high volume coming through within 12 months.
The nine companies are all industry leaders: Alpine Electronics, Increment-P Corporation (Pioneer), Panasonic, Microsoft, MobileGIS, Telcontar, Tele Atlas, VDO Car Communication and Xanavi. Other relevant companies active in these technologies - providers of content, services and communications networks and application developers - are invited to join the MAGIC Services Initiative Forum. This has been established for continuing enhancement of MAGIC Services specifications.

Further information Further information is available at the MAGIC Services Forum web site www.MAGICServicesForum.org and from Ad Bastiaansen, Director Business and Development, Tele Atlas, and Chairman MAGIC Forum.

LAS VEGAS – In an industry first, OnStar will begin to offer personalized, real-time traffic and road condition reports to its subscribers next spring through the hands-free, voice-activated OnStar Virtual Advisor service. Under the arrangement, traffic information will be provided by Etak/ Tele Atals Inc., and Metro Networks, a Westwood One Company, whose Traffic Data Feed provides highly accurate, real-time traffic information for most of the major U.S. metropolitan areas, covering 92 percent of the nation’s urban population. The information includes reports on accidents, road congestion, travel delays, construction, weather-related road conditions and major events, such as sports, concerts, and festivals – anything that may affect the flow of traffic.

Using OnStar’s Global Positioning System (GPS) satellite receiver, subscribers will be able to access traffic information based on the location of their vehicle. “This is a major milestone in the evolution of OnStar’s industry-leading services,” said OnStar President Chet Huber, who made the announcement at the COMDEX conference in Las Vegas. “Not only is this the first of many nationally known companies who will provide content for OnStar Virtual Advisor, but this agreement marks the first time location-based, real-time traffic information will be delivered to the vehicle in a safe, hands-free manner.”

OnStar Virtual Advisor, which debuts in the Northeast in December and nationally in the first quarter of 2001, will allow OnStar subscribers to access personalized, Internet-based information such as e-mail, stock quotes, sports reports, news and weather. The information will be provided via voice activation through the vehicle’s sound system, which allows drivers to keep their hands on the wheel and their eyes on the road. There are no screens or displays that potentially could distract the driver.

OnStar subscribers will ultimately have the ability to access this traffic information through OnStar Virtual Advisor by designating their preferred driving routes on their “MyOnStar” homepage on the Internet. In the vehicle, drivers will access information about their preferred traffic routes through Virtual Advisor simply by using voice commands. “We are pleased that OnStar has chosen to include Etak/Tele Atlas and Metro Networks’ real-time traffic information in its Virtual Advisor service,” said George Bremser, Etak’s interim president and CEO. “OnStar’s Virtual Advisor promises to be a valuable service for many motorists. Incorporating up-to-the-minute traffic reports will help drivers make more informed route decisions.” “U.S. motorists spend as many as 500 million hours a week in their vehicles,” Huber said. “Etak and Metro Networks will provide our subscribers with the most comprehensive real-time traffic information available on the market today.” A
