BIFS Technologies Corporation Announces Strategic Alliance with eCom eCom Inc.

SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 10, 2000--BIFS Technologies Corporation (OTCBB:BIFS) announced today that it has entered into a strategic alliance with eCom eCom Inc. (OTCBB:ECOM) for the purpose of exploring the viability of combining intellectual assets, processes, and methodologies for selected product lines maintained by both companies, toward enhancing the performance and utility of their high speed Internet products.

The agreement between the companies was reached after discussions by company representatives revealed that the sharing of intellectual assets and products, developed as part of their respective research and development efforts, were deemed to be potentially complimentary and provided a substantial overlap between technologies.

BIFS Technologies Corporation has recently released an announcement disclosing its new SWOMI(tm) high speed Internet wireless product that provides T1 level connectivity to mobile computer users and which maintains this connection through means of a "seek and switch" function that automatically transfers the connection between cell sites in a wireless mode.

eCom eCom Inc., maintains a multifaceted business model that provides small and medium sized businesses with economical ways to establish a web presence to support electronic commerce. In addition, the company`s Innovative Technology Applications(tm) initiative provides a mechanism for the distribution and adoption of next generation Internet technologies. BIFS Technologies Corporation Announces Expansion of its SWOMI Wireless Network to Florida Markets
SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 20, 2000--BIFS Technologies Corporation (NQB:BIFS) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with WebNet Inc. (a Florida based corporation) to market and distribute the SWOMI(tm) wireless network system to selected markets within the Gulf Coast area of Florida. The agreement between the two companies provides for the marketing of the SWOMI(tm) high-speed roaming wireless network to hotels, residential condominiums, and office complexes within this densely populated region of the country.

The initial marketing thrust for this endeavor will be to establish SWOMI(tm) demonstration sites within the cities of Clearwater and St. Petersburg, Florida and to expand the distribution of the SWOMI(tm) network throughout the hotel and resort industry of the Florida gulf coast. This strategic marketing approach closely parallels the company`s recent efforts in the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area and represents the first planned expansion of the network outside of the South Carolina test market. WebNet Inc. is a full service Internet company and presently offers a wide spectrum of services including DSL, T1, and T3 level connectivity to its customer base. The company will market the SWOMI(tm) wireless system as a front-end interface to their hard-wired telecommunications infrastructures and provide the wireless component to facilitate seamless roaming throughout the network, through the automated ``seek and switch`` feature of the product.
