Hallo zusammen,
ich habe in Nanopierce 10% investiert, dieser Wert macht mir viel spaß da die Volatilität doch recht hoch ist.
Nun beschäftige ich mich seit etwa 2 Monaten mit Nanopierce, möchte aber auch andere Nanotechnologiefirmen kennenlernen.
Lese den Threat von jetsia Dax regelmäßig und da gibt es anscheinend noch andere Leute, die sich mit der Nanotechnologie beschäftigen.
Was ist eigentlich mit Nanophase?
Habt ihr noch andere Nano-Unternehmen?
Könnt ihr mir eine gute US-Börsenseite nennen, da ich öfters schwierigkeiten damit habe, gute seiten mit ausreichend Informationen zu finden.
TIP: Ich benutze, wenn ich US-Kommentare lese ab und zu den AltaVista-Translator. Der übersetzt z.B. english zu deutsch usw. Könnt ihr euch ja mal Bookmarken.

Also ich habe die Nanotechnologie titel Nanophase, Nanopierce und Altair International einige Zeit lang beobachtet.
Meiner Ansicht nach ist NANOPHASE der aussichtsreichste Titel.
Nanopierce ist ähnlich einzustufen, wobei ich hier eigentlich davon ausgehe, dass NP früher oder später von einem Technologie Bluechip geschluckt wird.
Altair kann ich nicht ganz einschätzen, aber die Homepages sind sehr schön anzuschauen und die Leute dort scheinen Ahnung von dem zu haben was sie schreiben
Bei Altair hat man die Möglichkeit wirklich von Anfang an dabei zu sein, da der Kurs zur Zeit sehr attraktiv zu sein scheint!
Ich habe letzte Woche 200 Stk Nanophase gekauft zu 15€. Ich sehe hier das meiste Potential. Ähnlich einer Millennium Ph. vor 5 Jahren.
Ausserdem steht Nanophase zur Zeit an einer charttechnisch sehr interessanten Stelle, wobei eine Konsolidierung im Zuge der allgemeinen Kursschwächen letzer Zeit abgeschlossen scheint. Wenn man interessiert ist sollte man in den nächsten Tagen einsteigen!

Wer ein erfolgreiches Nano-Depot aufbauen will, sollte sich Nanometrics (WKN 898029) anschauen.
Die machen bereits gute Gewinne (2001-KGV: 17,22). Und brauchen deshalb keine Pusher.
Bei den meisten anderen Nano-Werten (s.o.) ist ungewiß, ob die jemals Gewinne erzielen werden.

DENVER, Oct 23, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- NANOPIERCE TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
(NPCT:OTCBB & NPI:Frankfurt Stock Exchange & Hamburg Stock Exchange) today
announced that it closed a $15,000,000 Equity Financing. The Financing includes
common stock and incentive warrants.
The Financing is divided into two installments, which allows the Company, at its
option, in approximately 200 days, to sell additional common shares and warrants
to access an additional $7.5 Million, based on the then market price, from the
same financial institution.
The first installment of $7.5 Million not only improves the financial strength
of NanoPierce, but also provides sufficient capital to accelerate achievement of
the Company`s Strategic Business Plan and enables the Company to plan for
listing on the Nasdaq Small Cap Market.
As a result of this financing, the outstanding Convertible Debentures held by
Equinox Investors, LLC, were redeemed by the Company. The redemption has removed
approximately $2 Million of the Company`s debt. Further, the redemption has
eliminated the overhang on the market represented by the unconverted principal
amount of the debentures. Assets have increased by $7,000,000. Except for
current liabilities of less than an estimated $300,000, the Company has no debt.
This significantly increases Shareholders Equity.

option, in approximately 200 days, to sell additional common shares and warrants
to access an additional $7.5 Million, based on the then market price, from the
same financial institution.
The first installment of $7.5 Million not only improves the financial strength
of NanoPierce, but also provides sufficient capital to accelerate achievement of
the Company`s Strategic Business Plan and enables the Company to plan for
listing on the Nasdaq Small Cap Market.
As a result of this financing, the outstanding Convertible Debentures held by
Equinox Investors, LLC, were redeemed by the Company. The redemption has removed
approximately $2 Million of the Company`s debt. Further, the redemption has
eliminated the overhang on the market represented by the unconverted principal
amount of the debentures. Assets have increased by $7,000,000. Except for
current liabilities of less than an estimated $300,000, the Company has no debt.

Warum: Das Managemnet hat innerhalb eines halben Jahres aus einer
Bankrottfirma ein solide Firma gebastelt. Die Firma ist Schuldenfrei.
Die Finanzierung für weitere Tests steht, das Geld wird rein für Marketing verwendet (technische Präsentationen usw.) Interesse großer Hersteller an der Technik gibt es genügend. Nicht jeder wird sie einetzen aber manche. Einige Applikationstest wie ich gehört habe sind bereits so gut verlaufen, daß man "bald" von ersten Aufträgen hören wird.
Ich denke wir werden noch einiges von dieser Firma in den nächsten Monaten hören und dann werden sie aber nicht mehr am High Risk Market
notiert und für diesen Preis zu haben sein. Dass sie aus dem OTC rauskommen ist schon fast sichere Sache, was fehlt ist, ein Aktienpreis über 4 $ Dollar, alle anderen Voraussetzungen sind vorhanden und der wird bald erreicht sein denn niemand gibt jetzt seine Aktien für 2 bis 3 Dollar noch her.
Desweiteren sollt man bedenken, daß die Firma in den letzten Wochen
1 Millionen Aktien in den Markt gestreut hat um Ihre Schulden loszuwerden und der Aktienpreis ist gestiegen !
Man sollte bei dieser Firma aber trotzdem Geduld haben da Sie eine technische Revolution vorhatt und diese nicht von heute auf morgen stattfinden kann.
Was vielleicht diese Firma zu den ganz großen machen wird, sind einige Patente die sie im Bereich der "wirklichen Nanotechnolgie" haben.

Also Nanophase läuft SUPER... bin ich froh dass ich noch schnell bei 15€ rein bin. Nanopierce ist definitiv auch sehr interessant. Aber nicht vom scheinbar niedrigerem Aktienkurs verwirren lassen. Nanophase ist definitiv der kommende Nanabluechip.

Die paar Verkäufe heute in Deutschland waren keine Gewinnmitnahmen,
sondern offenbar "zittrige Hände".
Vielleich hast Du Glück und es gibt nochmal Leute,

da Du irgendwann mal November erwähntest, hab ich mir die auch ne Zeit angesehen und bin bei 21 eingestiegen. Allerdings muß ich mich heut ein bischen ärgern, da ich von meinen 1000 CMGI 500 in CANCOM getauscht habe. Aber bei solchen Unterbewertungen, wie bei CANCOM werd ich einfach schwach.

DENVER, Nov 9, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Nanopierce Technologies, Inc.
(OTC:BB:NPCT) today announced that M. Albert Capote was appointed to the Board
of Directors of the Company.
Mr. Capote, internationally recognized as a leading pioneer in the electronics
fabrication industry, is well known for his achievements in semiconductor flip
chips, embedded passive components and electrically conductive inks. He is a
successful entrepreneur with several startups in his history. Most notably, Mr.
Capote is the founder and President of Aguila Technologies, Inc., a firm
specializing in high density and array interconnection technologies. He also
founded and was formerly CEO of Toranaga Technologies, Inc., now named Ormet
Corporation.
Besides his track record of success in venture initiation and financing, Mr.
Capote is also a prolific inventor. This is evidenced by his being principal
inventor or co-inventor in over 30 US Patent applications, of which fourteen
have used or been allowed, and in numerous international patents in the fields
of polymers, conductive inks, optical data recording, electronics packaging,
flip chips and printed circuits. His prolific technical background has given him
considerable first-hand experience in intellectual property marketing, licensing
and joint venturing.
Mr. Capote`s record of accomplishment in the commercialization of technologies
originally developed under the Government`s Small Business Innovation Research
(SBIR) program is well known in Government circles. His first SBIR product, an
electrically conductive ink called Ormet(R), was named SBIR Product of the Year
in 1998. His proposals and business plans in the electronics materials field
have won his companies two California Technology Innovation Partnership Awards
in 1998 and 2000. Over the past ten years, he has raised many millions of
dollars to fund numerous high-risk, high-payoff ventures from Government,
industry and venture capital.
Mr. Capote has also held positions with the Hughes Aircraft Company, Optical
Coatings Laboratory, Inc., the Aerospace Corporation and the Argonne National
Laboratory. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the
prestigious West Coast engineering school, Harvey Mudd College; a Master of
Business Administration degree from the internationally renowned Anderson School
of Business at the University of California, Los Angeles, in the Executive
Program. He is also the author of numerous published papers in the fields of
chemical physics and thermodynamics as well as materials technology. He is a
frequently invited speaker and panelist at entrepreneurial conferences and
university business classes.
