The Annual General Meeting of Pacific Rim Investment Corporation
Limited will be held at Level 1, 530 Collins Street, Melbourne, at
10am on Thursday 30 November 2000.

AGENDA

FINANCIAL REPORT AND DIRECTORS` AND AUDIT REPORTS

1. To receive and consider the financial report, including the
directors` declaration, for the year ended 30 June 2000 and the
related directors` report and audit report.

APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS

2. To elect a director. Mr I McConnell retires in accordance with the
Constitution and, being eligible, offers himself for re-election.

3 To elect a director. Dr F H Grosse retires in accordance with the
Constitution and, being eligible, offers himself for re-election.

4. To elect a director. Mr S M Gillon retires in accordance with the
Constitution and, being eligible, offers himself `or re-election.

OTHER BUSINESS

5. To deal with any other business which may be brought forward in
accordance with the Constitution and the Corporations Law.

SPECIAL BUSINESS

CHANGE OF NAME

6. To change the name of the company from Pacific Rim Investment
Corporation Limited to Deakin Financial Services Group Limited. The
change will provide the company with a name that more accurately
reflects its principal activities and the branding of these
activities in the market place.

To put to the members and, if thought fit, pass the following
resolution as a special resolution:

"That the name of the Company be changed from Pacific Rim Investment
Corporation Limited to Deakin Financial Services Group Limited".

Interessant sind auch die Top 20, wo bitteschoen steht denn Garry Crole mit seinem Batzen und wo steht die Colonial Bank mit ihrem (ueber 5%) Batzen? Alles hinter irgendwelchen "Nominees", hier im Board hat jemand geschrieben, dass da jemand einsammelt und sich nicht zeigt, das scheint zu stimmen.
