Da es für diesen Wert noch keinen eigenen Thread gibt,
möchte ich hiermit einen eröffnen.

Obwohl ich bei dieser Aktie - noch - ziemlich in der Kreide stecke, glaube ich (nicht zuletzt durch so_what) weiterhin an dieses Unternehmen.

Gutes Beispiel: Als das letzte filing herausgekommen ist, stieg der Wert an einem Tag um 250%!

Gepushe oder fundamental stark - das ist die große Frage!

Falls jemand dieses Unternehmen noch überhaupt nicht kennt:
Century Milestone ist ein Unternehmen das einen eigenen Standard für Videoübertragungen (Zauberwort Videokompression) geschaffen hat.

Besonders gefällt mir folgender Absatz:

wer noch nicht investiert ist sollte Positionen aufbauen. Wer investiert ist kann auch weiter warten, bis die Zahlen kommen.
Hatte mir eine reine Tradingposition aufgebaut, die ich heute liquidiere. Wie gesagt Tradingposition, ein wenig muss
man ja in den fleuen Zeiten versuchen zu verdienen
Die nächste Tradingposition werde ich Freitag bzw. Anfang nächster Woche aufbauen.

Denkt bitte immer dran OTC ist ein heisser Markt, man weiss nie was kommt

Guten Abend Doc,

generell ist es so, dass die reporting Company 45 Tage nach dem Quartalsende ihre Zahlen der SEC veröffentlichen muss.
Wäre also spätestens der 15.11.. Es gibt noch eine Ausnahmeregelung, da beträgt die Frist wohl noch 5 Börsentage mehr.
Davon gehe ich aber in diesem Fall nicht aus, kann es jedoch nicht mit Bestimmtheit sagen, da ich nicht der Wirtschaftprüfer bin.

Hallo zusammen,

Quartalszahlen mit Berichtsende 30.09.2000 müssen bis 15.11.2000 veröffentlicht werden. Es gibt Ausnahmen, wenn außergewöhnliche Umstände vorliegen, etwa bei Fremdwährungsbilanzierungen. Dies trifft bei CEML zu. Quartalsbilanzen müssen also dann am 20.11.2000 veröffentlicht werden. Die Leute von CEML lernen langsam Grundbegriffe der PR-Arbeit, siehe letzte Unternehmensnachrichten. Ich denke, es wird positive Ergebnisse geben. Bilanztechnischer Jahresabschlusstermin ist der 31.12.2000, Jahresbericht dann am 15. Februar 2000 zu erwarten.

Century Milestone S&T Co. (CEML) , an industry leader in ATM and banking video surveillance, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire L.L.&D., a New Mexico-based ATM and armored car service company.

The acquisition is the next step in the Company`s international expansion plan, which was announced earlier this week.

LL&D was founded in 1996 to provide armored transport, coin processing services, money room service, and vault storage from its headquarters in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Company`s ATM Division provides 1st line maintenance, balancing and replenishment services. LL&D`s primary service area is New Mexico, but the Company has expanded its regional presence to include Texas and Colorado. The Company employs 74 people and operates 9 armored and maintenance vehicles. Gross revenues for 2000 were approximately $3,000,000.

Under the terms of today`s Letter of Intent, Century Milestone will receive all of the outstanding stock of L.L.&D. in exchange for 1,500,000 shares of Century Milestone`s restricted common stock and the assumption of $250,000 of debt. Following shareholder approval of the Agreement, the Company will have 100% ownership of the ATM and armored car service company.

Century Milestone`s CenturySight 2000 video monitoring system, which utilizes cutting-edge remote monitoring equipment and advanced storage capabilities, is already a leader in the Chinese ATM and banking security industry. Earlier this week, the Company announced that it is expanding into the international market.
