Simple Technology - Ein IPO zum Viertel des IPO-Price - trotz guter Zahlen! - 500 Beiträge pro Seite

Auf der Suche nach IPO`s der letzten Wochen, welche unter ihren IPO-Kurs geruscht sind und das unbegründet, bin ich gestern auf eine kleine bis mittlere Firma aus Santa Ana, Californien gestoßen. Da ich keine Lust mehr aud Dot.com und Biotech habe - suche ich nun solide Unternehmen mit geringer MK und niedrigen KGV.

Diese Firma wurde im letzten Monat für 12 $ emittiert und steht zur Zeit auf 3 $. Es gibt 37,525 Mio. Aktien was einer MK von in etwa 120 Mio. $ entspricht. Die Company ist in den Branchen Speicherchips und Cards tätig und befindet sich auf einem soliden Wachstumspfad. Und nun das Kuriose, die Firma ist von 12 auf 3 $ gefallen und das bei Verkündung sehr starker Zahlen - konkret 259 Mio $ Umsatz 1-3 Quartal bei über 11 Mio. $ Gewinn. Das diesjährige KGV beläuft sich auf ca. 16 - das für 2001 auf ca. 8! Selbst in den den eigentlich schwachen Bereich der Computerchips konnte die Firma über 200 % wachsen - da die Margen bei Simple enorm groß sind. 259 Mio. $ allein in den ersten 9 Monaten - und die MK bei 120 Mio $ - da kann doch was nicht stimmen. KUV deutlich unter 1!

Vor Kurzem konnte die Firma eine Weltneuheit präsentieren - welche jedoch keine positiven Auswirkungen auf den Kurs erzielen konnte - stattdessen viel der Kurs immer weiter.

Ich beobachte die Aktie seit Emission und möchte sie heute bei 3 - 3,25 $ zum Kauf empfehlen - ich habe gestern 3 $ bezahlt.

Ich möchte für die Firma keine KZ aussprechen - da die Aktie aus fundamentalen Gründen stark unterbewertet ist und ich sie als reinrassige Langfristanlage sehe.

Zur eurer Info: Simple hat gestern die Firma Dense-Pac verklagt, die die neue Technologie von Simple eingesetzt haben muss, obwohl diese patentiert ist. - Streitwert 25 Mio. $ und der sollte bald zugunsten von Simple ausgehen - danach wird es bestimmt kein Halten mehr geben.

Ich bin ja fast glücklich darüber das außer mir den Wert doch noch jemand kennt! Die Firma ist doch wirklich bei diesen Fundis krass unterbewertet - hat ein günstiges KGV, eine Umsatzmultiple von 0,5 und bildet jetzt deutlich bei 3 $ den Boden - seit wann bist du investiert? - Habe mich zudem mit unserem Admin unterhalten, der ist von der Firma und deren Technologie überzeugt!

Verpasse bloß nicht den richtigen Einstiegszeitpunkt! Da nur sehr wenige Verkauforders über 3,25 $ liegen, kann der Wert binnen Minuten um 10-20% steigen - aktuell 166.000 Stück gehandelt bei 2,9625 Nachfrage und 3 Angebot 1:10.

Du kansst also für eine lächerliche "2" vor dem Komma einsteigen - was möchtest du denn zahlen? Gleich werden wieder die grossen Pakete gehandelt, meist zwischen 20.30 Uhr und 21.30 Uhr.

Nach meinen Daten hättest du kaufen müssen - um 20.30 war die Nachfrage teilweise unter 3 $ jedoch wurde stets auf oder über 3 $ angerechnet - Ebenfalls unter die Räder gekommen ist Nortel`s Tochter ElasticNetworks - fast das geiche Bild wie bei Simple - sind auch am gleichen Tag emittiert worden (komisch). Jedenfalls siehst man genau, daß nur noch wenige VK-Orders unter 3,50 liegen - das war heute der Wendepunkt für beide Werte!

ja, das habe ich schon gestern nacht gesehen... bin recht unentschieden, bzw. habe ich bedenken hier was zu machen...

Nachbörslich sehr starker Handel mit dem Wert - wobei die Unterstützung wohl die 0,562 darstellt - dort schwillen die Aufträge gerade an (Weit über 50.000 St. Nachfrage). Bei 0,593 liegen kaum noch Verkäufe - bzw. hat man nachbörslich alles weg gekauft. Bin sehr optimistisch für morgen zumal wir eine technische Reaktion im Nasdaq bestimmt sehen werden.

Wenn du bei NPNT noch einsteigen möchtest - bis 0,60 $ ist es o.k. - bei 0,50 wäre es für dich noch günstig. Vieleicht findest du morgen in Berlin oder Frankfurt einen Dummen, der sie dir zwischen 0,75 und 0,80 € verkauft. Bei Simple hast du morgen bei Handelsbeginn bestimmt noch die Chance, für 3,25 $ zu kaufen. Erwarte bei beiden positive News in den nächsten 2-3 Tagen. NPNT jedenfalls veranlaßt Standard & Poors nicht dazu, daß Rating in naher Zukunft (2-4Wochen) zu senken. Das interpretiere ich als eher positiv und der nachbörsliche Handel bestätigt es!

Hoffe wir bleiben in Verbindung wegen Simple - sind hier nämlich ziemlich alleine!

Noch zur Comdirect - da liegt bestimmt noch keine Bestätigung vor - du hättest kaufen müssen!!! Bis 21.05 Uhr wurden nur Kurse auf 3 bzw. unter 3 $ gestellt - sofort Beschwerde einlegen!!! - auch wenn der Marketmaker nicht ausführen muss, daß konnte er bei der Menge im Angebot nicht machen, er hätte ausführen müssen - du hast ihm sogar noch Spielraum bis 3 1/16 gelassen!!! Mach Druck! Schau doch mal unter comdirect oder freerealtime/monsterquote - dort siehst du es deutlich!

Die Aktie hat seit meiner Empfehlung bei 3 $ gute 60 % Performance gebracht - und das sollte nicht alles gewesen sein. Die letzten Tage wieder einmal große Pakete - ich glaube, die 2 % werden zudem ausgebaut! Die Aktie bleibt ein Kauf - im Januar sehen wir 9 $ und mehr. Gruss Stockfinder

Das hat man doch kommen sehen, dass die Institutionellen hier bald zu den Preisen kaufen würden.
Außerdem konnte man seit gut einem Monat sehen - das fast ausschließlich grosse Pakete zwischen 25.000 - 150.000 Stück täglich zwischen 20.30 - 21.30 Uhr gehandelt wurden. Die restliche Handelszeit wurde nur von Kleinanlegern genutzt. Die Nachricht mit Intel ist doch klasse - bin gespannt, wie es weiter geht!
