TSRG ist fundamental viel zu schwach. Ich würd hier nicht 1000,- Mark reinstecken und das meine ich ernst. Du mußt Dir mal abgewöhnen Fa. zu kaufen bloß weil sie mal einen Ausbruch hatten.

Substantially Improved Quarter Announced by Trans Energy, Inc. in Timely November
15, 2000, SEC 10QSB Filing

ST. MARYS, W.Va., Nov 20, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Trans Energy, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TSRG) (the
company) announced today substantial improvements for the recent quarter ending September 30, 2000, as stated in
their recently released 10QSB Filing of November 15, 2000. This is attributed to substantially higher oil and natural gas
prices and a significant reduction of debt.

Revenues for the quarter ending September 30, 2000, were $346,211 as compared to revenues of $247,249 in the
quarter ending September 30, 1999. Losses were substantially trimmed to $121,773 for the quarter ending September
30, 2000 as compared to losses of $362,734 for the quarter ending September 30, 1999.

Comparatively, total current liabilities have been reduced from $9,257,493 (September 1999) to $4,757,220 for the
recent quarter ended September 30, 2000.

Chairman and CEO, Loren E. Bagley stated: "TSRG is currently in a very favorable position, as it relates to current
liabilities of the company. Further, there has been substantial relevant reduction in interest expense. There shall be
additional production revenues added on a weekly basis, as new wells from on-going, pre-existing drilling programs are
placed in-line on an average of one per week. This increased income shall be reflected immediately in the fourth
quarter of 2000."

TSRG is an independent, aggressive emerging energy company, focusing primarily in the Appalachian and Powder
River Basin. The company is involved in exploration, exploitation, and production in addition to operating pipeline
facilities providing transportation, processing and tie back services to neighboring operators.

trsg hat nur kurz vom hohen Ölpreis profitert. Sonst nicht´s. Die müssen sich jeden Monat Gedanken machen, wie sie über die Runden kommen. Ein absoluter Pleitekandidat. Scheiß Bilanz.
