Partnership Enhances eBusiness Service Assurance in German-Speaking

(Nasdaq: FRTL) and Value Added Software GmbH (VASoft) today announced a partnership that establishes the Neuss, Germany based systems management specialist as a reseller of FORTEL`s SightLine software in Germany and Austria. VASoft present FORTEL`s eBusiness service level assurance software to its diverse customer base, which includes Deutsche Bank and the German Automobile Club (ADAC), and will provide German language sales, training and 24/7 technical support as part of the agreement. VASoft becomes the seventh international partner FORTEL has announced in recent months, joining companies such as Fujitsu-Siemens and Stratus.

(Nasdaq: FRTL - news) and Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS - news) today announced an agreement that establishes Unisys as a worldwide reseller of FORTEL`s SightLine(TM) software. Unisys will sell SightLine with the Unisys e-@ction ClearPath(TM) Enterprise Servers, giving customers access to the industry leading solution for eBusiness service level assurance. Unisys has also licensed SightLine for service level management of its own worldwide eBusiness infrastructure.

The agreement follows the three-year Worldwide Resellers Agreement announced in January 2000, now enhanced with the addition of SightLine technology.
