dauern.

Immer wieder werden meien Aktien die noch
nicht so gut gestiegen sind erwähnt.
Hier nochmal meine Strategie:
Man suche sich ca. 10 austr. Werte aus:
Meine waren seinerzeit:
u.a. Aquarius, NHG, Zimplats, My Casino
Jumbo usw.
leider nichtvon Anfang an dabei.
einige Tausend anzulegen.
Wenn dann My CAsino, SPX,SBM, JUM, Global

1. Alcastone
2. Menzies
3. My Casino
4. Western Metals
5. Jumbo
usw....

komische Vogel vormir schreibt, konnte
man im Trading gut verdienen.
Aber wenn man so dicke Gewinne bei
AQP hat, Zimplats jucken einem auch
kleinere Verluste nicht.
Bei Global jetzt im Bereich von 2 cents
einzusteigen kann meines Erachtens nicht
so verkehrt sein.
Viel Glück weiterhin.
Heute leichter Anstieg in AUS auf 3,5
cents.

As GOD followers will know the next 2-3 months are critical as far the future of this company are concerned. As such GOD is highly speculative. Of course this means high rewards if it comes off.
As a GODO & GODOA holder I watch closely and have been concerned at the large sellers lined up. This of course has brought in smaller sellers to beat down the stock further.
Hence, I spoke to Gavin Argyle (CEO) yesterday.
I was relieved to hear that nothing bad has happened. There is a large seller sure enough. Gavin understands he is one of Rudi`s Swiss mates looking to spring clean his portfolio (its Spring in Switzerland). Apparently he is selling off several losers but doesn`t appear to be a smart trader. He shouldn`t show his hand like this. It won`t entice buyers, just make the stock fall further. I would be looking for an off market trade.
I`m sure that without this large seller the last two revenue announcements would have seen a significant move upwards.
As far as business is concerned everything is going according to plan. As the two recent announcements indicate, turnover is running at $25k+ per week. $40k is required to break even, so getting there.
Two evacs completed. They were small ($5k) ones but nearly all profit. Importantly they were for a large insurer and Gavin expects to pick up regular work from them. Theres not much competition amongst evac providers and they are normally $20k+ a pop. GOD are targeting one a week as they become accepted.
Jakarta opens next week. Should be a very profitable site.
Gavin also alluded to an exciting development but (of course) couldn`t divulge anything yet. It will be announced shortly. I`m hoping it will be something like becoming the preferred or even exclusive evac provider for a large insurer.
It may well be that with GOD effectively capped at the moment there are top buying opportunities.

noch eine Analyse aus Stokhouse...
Global Doctor Ltd- Update
March 2001
RECOMMENDATION: SPECULATIVE BUY for medium to long term growth.
Global Doctor’s network of nine international standard medical centres throughout Asia offers primary care, 24 hour house calls, pharmacy, pathology, radiology and access to Australian specialists. The company also offers: local and international doctors’ consultations with English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese and Dutch speaking doctors (via videoconferencing); travel medicine; visa medicals and emergency evacuations.
After an initial period of clinic and business development throughout Asia, we believe that Global Doctor has a solid business model in place to allow it to trade profitably from July / August 2001 and is well positioned to make use of its clinic network and capabilities for strategic deals.
Global Doctor is well managed by experienced medical personnel and we consider the Company will be re-rated once it demonstrates that its business model is profitable and once its competitive advantage is understood by the market. The company commenced a major marketing campaign in January that will run till June 2001 and this is already translating into increased revenues.
The keys to Global Doctor’s success will be: the rate of the development of its Asian evacuation services; the quality of clinic service that it provides to Corporations, individual expatriates, tourists and wealthy locals, its ability to effectively penetrate the market with a sound marketing strategy and its ability to maintain high margins.
Global Doctor’s flagship medical clinic in Jakarta will open in mid March, which we expect to trade at a significant profit in the first 12 months. This clinic is modelled on the highly successful BIMC clinic in Bali. This business model is attractive as Global Doctor’s clinics charge international prices for healthcare (3 – 4 times Australian prices) and its local clinic costs are substantially below Australian costs (For instance, a salary for a well trained English speaking healthcare professional in Indonesia is approximately 1/10th the cost in Australia). Global Doctor is developing this business model in its nine Asian clinics and we expect that this strategy coupled with sound management will result in good growth in the earnings of the company.

KEY POINTS
Global Doctor currently has 9 international medical centres in Asia and has launched its China emergency evacuation service (Refer to Table1).
One of Global Doctor`s main advantages is that international doctors are prevented from working in Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia and in China are required to pass local medical examinations. Global Doctor clinics offers the only range of international specialist doctors available in these countries through ISDN videoconferencing to St John of God, SKG Radiology and Hollywood Hospital in Perth.
Global Doctor`s China clinic operations are overall profitable.
Over the next four months Global Doctor is marketing its 6 other South East Asian clinics to establish them in the market place.
Global Doctor customers are insurance companies, corporates, expatriates, tourists and emergency assistance companies. The company is promoting its network of clinics to establish itself in the marketplace. The products being offered by the company are:
-Primary health-care and travel medicine
-Annual individual/corporate membership plans
-Immigration Visa Medicals
-Site surveys
-Pharmaceuticals, pathology, x-rays
-Specialist consultations
-Emergency Air Evacuations
In Beijing, the company’s clinic is accredited to perform immigration medicals for Australian visa applicants. Recently the Company’s Bangkok clinic was also accredited to carry out this function. Global Doctor expects more of its clinics in Australia and other countries to be accredited over the next 6 months. Global Doctor uses Australian Radiology for Chest X-Rays (used to diagnose tuberculosis) which gives the Company an advantage over the local competition that can`t offer this service. Margins for conducting immigration medicals are high and business is consistent.
Global Doctor will open its flagship medical clinic in Jakarta in mid March. This clinic has cost around A$800,000 to set up, equip and design to an International Standard and is modelled on the highly successful Bali International Medical Clinic. To provide an idea of the size of the market in Jakarta, a competitor company, sees an average of 6,000 patients per month. Jakarta has around 280,000 expatriates and this provides a significant target market.
On the 7 February, Global Doctor launched it Asian evacuation service from China. Global Doctor’s entry to this market will break AEA-SOS International`s virtual monopoly in China. The monopoly was created two years ago when AEA acquired SOS International. Insurance companies, corporates and others, that pay for the evacuations want competition restored. Charges for AEA-SOS International`s evacuations from China range from A$20,000 to A$250,000 per evacuation depending on the method and destination. Approximately 50 evacuations are done from China per month. Based on the lower numbers of estimates of evacuation in China the market is in excess of A$30M per annum. If, over time, Global Doctor is able to take say 10% of this market this represents an additional potential revenue of around A$3M per annum to the Company.
Global Doctor is well positioned as a network of clinics in Asia that offers international standard medical care and evacuation service. Global Doctor has identified a very profitable business model which can be translated to other parts of the world. The managers of Global Doctor Jakarta clinic also manage BIMC in Bali, which was profitable 3 months after opening and funded growth solely through retained earnings. This clinic now employees 55 staff, operates 24 hours per day, sees over a 10,000 patients per annum. This model is being replicated in Global Doctor clinics throughout
Asia. Because of the proven success of BIMC model, the experience of the management that developed this model and the involvement of the same management in Global Doctor’s showcase clinic in Jakarta, we expect that this will result in very significant improvements to Global Doctor’s revenue over the next 12 months.
Global Doctor has the following advantages against potential competitors as a consequence of its Telemedicine Centre:
- Perth’s time zone is ideal for China and Asia.
- Australian medical standards are world standard.
- Exporting specialists service is price effective from Australia. US and European Doctors charge at several times the Australian rate.
- It is able to offers the only range of international specialist doctors. Real time video-conferencing from the Global Doctor Telemedicine Centre to over 40 different Medical Specialists in Australia.

2. Net negative operating cash flows for the quarter of $1,140,000.
3. Cash at end of quarter of $274,000 and no loan facilities
In light of the information contained in the Appendix 4C, please respond to each of the following questions.
1. It is possible to conclude on the basis of the information provided that if the Company were to continue to expend cash at the rate for the quarter indicated by the Appendix 4C, the Company may only have sufficient cash to fund its activities for less than one quarter from 31 March 2001. Is this the case, or are there other factors that should be taken into account in assessing the Company`s
position?
2. Does the Company expect that in the future it will have negative operating cash flows similar to that reported in the Appendix 4C for
the quarter and, if so, what steps has it taken to ensure that it has sufficient funds in order to continue its operations at that rate?
3. To what extent have the Company`s actual revenues and expenses in
the quarter, as reported in the Appendix 4C, matched the Company`s
anticipated revenues and expenses for that reporting period?
4. If the Company`s actual revenues and expenses are not
substantially in accordance with the Company`s anticipated revenues
and expenses, when did the Company become aware that its revenues and
expenses would not substantially match the anticipated revenues and
expenses? You may wish to outline any circumstances that may have had
an effect on the Company`s revenues and expenses.
5. What steps has the Company taken, or what steps does it propose to
take, to enable it to continue to meet its business objectives?
6. Can the Company confirm that it is in compliance with the listing
rules, and in particular, listing rule 3.1?
7. Please comment on the Company`s compliance with listing rule 12.2,
with reference to the matters discussed in the note to the rule.
LISTING RULE 3.1

to be given to ASX under listing rule 3.1 your obligation is to

RESPONSE TO ASX QUERY
The following information has been provided by Global Doctor Limited
("the Company") in response to a request made by the Australian Stock
Exchange Limited ("ASX") in relation to the Appendix 4C lodged with
ASX for the March 2001 Quarter.
1. The Company considers that it will have sufficient cash reserves to funds its operations for the foreseeable future.
The Company opened its 9th clinic, in Jakarta, at the end of March 2001. This clinic is the final clinic in the Company`s current expansion phase. Cash expenditures during the June 2001 Quarter are anticipated to reflect the change in operations from expansion to
commercialisation. Establishment and capital expenditures are budgeted to diminish whilst revenues are anticipated to grow´significantly as the clinics become more established.
In addition the Company has identified significant investments and non-core assets that are to be realised in order to provide working capital. These assets will be realised in an orderly manner over several months.
Finally, the Company is in negotiations for the raising of additional equity funding with a number of investors. These negotiations are not at a stage where an announcement is considered necessary.
2. It is anticipated that operations will become cash flow positive before the end of the current year. Steps taken by the Company to ensure that sufficient cash reserves are available to continue its operations are outlined in point 1 above.
3. The actual revenues and expenditures experienced in the March 2001
Quarter were not substantially different to those anticipated by the
Company.
4. Not applicable
5. Steps being taken by the Company to enable it to meet its business objectives are:
* The current focus is on the commercialisation of the Company`s clinics, as opposed to their establishment. This will lead to a reduction in out goings;
* The realization of investments and non core assets to increase cash reserves; and
* Raising of fresh equity capital.
6. The Company is of the opinion that it is in compliance with the listing rules including listing rule 3.1.
7. The Company considers that it is in compliance with listing rule 12.2.
The establishment of the medical clinics has been achieved in line with the Company`s business plan. Operations have now moved into the next phase of developing the clinics into cash flow positive
businesses. The Company anticipates achieving this goal by the end of
the current calendar year.
The Company has established a positive course of action to ensure
that it will be able to meet its operating commitments until
operations become cash flow positive. Details of these plans are
discussed above.
The Company`s and consolidated entities` balance sheets as at 31
December 2000 show positive working capital of $777,351 and $876,920
respectively. The working capital surplus is before the
reclassification of investments and non-core assets from non current
to current prior to their disposal.
A significant portion of the expenditure in establishing the
Company`s medical clinics has been expensed and is therefore not
reflected in the consolidated entities` balance sheet. The Company
considers that the 9 medical clinics represent a valuable asset and
that this fact may not immediately apparent when analysing the
Company`s financial statements.

May 2001 was a record month for Global Doctor`s medical and
evacuation centres; seeing 480 patients and performing half a dozen
medical evacuations to receive income of AUD163,330. May`s revenue
has more than tripled since January and Global Doctor expects the
patient numbers and revenue to further increase after the effects of
its marketing campaign launched at the beginning of the year.

Bei der grossen Anzahl der ausgegebenen Aktien
fällt der Gewinn gar nicht auf.
Leider.

wachstum eher billig.
die große anzahl tut dem keinen abbruch.....
