About Tevel Digital
Since 1988, Tevel Digital has been operating as the leading supplier of multi-channel television in Israel. The company operates in the following areas: Tel - Aviv, Givatayim, Nazareth, Yizrael Valley, Ashdod, Ashkelon, Rishon Letzion, Modi`in, Ramla-Lod and vicinity, the Kriyot - the Haifa Bay area, the Western Galilee, Carmiel, Ma`alot and the Lower Galilee. The package includes a variety of movie, entertainment, enrichment, sport, current affairs, music, foreign language and children`s channels in addition to five Home Cinema pay per view channels. Tevel is the pioneer in the field of pay per view (PPV) broadcasts in Israel. Home Cinema is the pay per view service that enables Tevel Digital customers to view premier movies from Hollywood`s largest studios on their home TV screen. These services are currently provided through five channels that offer 25 movies every month, 24 hours a day.

· In the year 1998, Tevel Digital purchased the Gevanim Cable Television
Co. Ltd. and the subsidiary Gevanim Kriyot Cable Television Co. Ltd.
· Tevel Digital holds 36% of the shares in the Israel Cable Programming
Co. Ltd. (ICP).
· Tevel Digital holds approx. 50% of the shares in the Netvision Co. -
the leading Internet supplier in Israel that dominates over 50% of
the private and business markets in Israel.
· Tevel Telecom is fully held by Tevel Digital and holds 50% of the shares
in the Globcol Communication Co. Ltd. - a company that designs, installs
and maintains routing (PBX) systems for businesses. Globcol is Bezeqcol`s

TEL AVIV -- Matav Cable Systems Media and Tevel Israel International Communications -- two of Israel’s top MSOs -- quietly launched digital service this month, countering one of the main advantages trumpeted by upstart direct-to-home rival YES DBS Satellite Services.
YES, which launched last July, had exclusive permission from the government to provide digital TV for a nine-month period. The temporary monopoly was aimed at helping YES build its business to compete with cable. The cablers received government permission to sell digital services in early February.
Israel’s No. 3 MSO, Golden Channels, is expected to launch its digital services by the end of this month. Matav and Tevel subscribers who purchase digital decoders are able to receive additional services that include an electronic program guide and n-video-on-demand pay-per-view programming.
Israeli media regulators still are discussing conditions -- mainly the pricing structure -- under which the MSOs can sell their digital service. That means additional digital tiers of programming probably won’t be available until April at the earliest.
Other services, such as email-over-TV, full video-on-demand and gaming are yet unavailable because of technical limitations.
Selbst wenn Tevel nicht der Kunde ist, einer der oben angeführten ist es oder Herr Domeyer kann sich schon mal eine U-Haftzelle aussuchen. Wichtig ist, die Kabelunternehmen haben erst jetzt die Möglichkeit zu starten, wohl auch der Grund, warum die Produktionsverzögerung in Israel nicht übel genommen wurde.
So, Domeyer, noch 3 Tage oder es wird unangenehm für dich!

na die haben wohl schon einen anderen Lieferanten....
bzw. sind mit Sicherheit nicht die Kunden von Metabox...
Leben geht weiter, auch ohne Metabox, kann sich nur noch um wenige Tage handeln bis bei Metabox das Insolvenzverfahren eröffnet wird. Schon lustig, daß der Vorstand für Finanzkommunikation es für ganz normal hält, wenn der schwache Insolvenzverwalter zu einem starken mutiert ist. Die Todesglocken klingen in Hildesheim, nur Metabox scheint nur noch taube und blinde Aktionäre zu haben.
