      Hi!

Habe ein interessantes Profil zu der Aktie gefunden, welches ich einfach mal hier reinstelle:

Do You Trade With Level 2?

All of you who trade with Level 2 quotes know of its importance -- in fact, many of you probably feel blind when trading without it; I know that I do at least. Level 2 quotes not only expose the trader to the leading bid and ask on a stock; they expose the trader to the entire market maker lineup. Investors can see the strength on the bid, walls at the ask, and have the necessary information to form a general idea as to how the price of the stock will react on buys or sells.

Sounds Great, But I Can`t Afford It

Unfortunately, valuable services often command high subscription fees. This has seemingly been the case with Level 2 quotes. Many services will charge over $100 per month for access to Level 2 quotes and will limit them to only NASDAQ traded companies. They charge you extra for Level II for Bulletin Board companies.

Online brokers will claim to offer their service for "free" - provided, of course, that you make a certain amount of trades within a certain time frame. While it may seem free - we all know nothing of any merit is really free; typically investors with Level 2 privileges more than cover the exchange fees associated with the service through the extra commissions they will pay their broker through the increased trading activity.

While this approach may be feasible for the very active trader, most investors are not classified as full-time traders (especially after this past year`s dismal market activity). Regardless, all of us value our money and strive to get good value for our hard earned money. Every trader and investor needs to be as fully informed as possible in order to compete properly -- but how can the average investor enjoy the benefits of Level 2 quotes without paying the high monthly fees? AlphaTrade.com (OTCBB: EBNK) has the answer.

      Increasing Sales for E-Gate

Since its recent introduction, E-Gate has seen a massive expansion in its subscriber base. In Janury 2001 alone, AlphaTrade`s entire subscriber base increased by 64%. This represented a record subscriptions increase for EBNK. The company expects the growing acceptance for its product to continue and expects to be cash flow positive sometime in the second quarter of 2001.

E-Gate has also seen a growing list of financial firms as clients. On February 16th, EBNK announced that Broad Street Capital. Jeff Nunez, President of Broad Street Capital, said that "By switching to E-Gate we will be saving almost $80,000 annually which is a significant savings for firms like ours. The E-Gate product is more versatile and contains the same information that we were getting from our previous supplier."

AlphaTrade will continue to market its product to similar firms and looks forward to showing the financial world the price savings and versatility that E-Gate offers.

      E-Gate Goes Global

In addition, each language can be accessed from any computer at any location in the world. Users may access E-Gate`s information via dedicated or wireless access -- and will soon have direct access to their accounts via Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs).

      Insiders Are Buying

One of the most indicitave measures of a company`s fate may be the patterns of trading amongst company insiders. Insider sales may imply a negative outlook upon the company`s future. Insider buys, however, may tell a different story. If the company`s management (which already owns a substantial position) goes so far as to purchase more shares of the company`s stock, it would be safe to assume that management has great faith in the future of its company.

From December 1st to January 29th (2001), three of AlphaTrade`s top officers purchased additional shares of EBNK stock. Nearly 1 million shares of stock were purchased, and interestingly, these shares were all purchased at levels higher than EBNK`s current price. Insider buys ranged from 20 to 40 cents. This can be verified at http://biz.yahoo.com/t/e/ebnk.html

      Conclusion

With an efficient and affordable product at hand, AlphaTrade.com plans to continue its impact upon the investment community. The infrastructure for the E-Gate product is in place and EBNK`s recurring monthly revenue model should help the company to achieve its goal of becoming cash flow positive during the second quarter of this year. E-Gate`s 18 languages give the product the capability of becoming successful on a global scale. Company insiders have showed their faith in the company by buying more shares of EBNK stock. As satisfied customers spread the word, AlphaTrade.com will continue to expand as it strives to become one of the world`s elite providers of financial information.
