Schaue vorhin in den Statistikteil von BO und was sehe ich?
Eine unglaubliche Gewinneinschätzung für ADERA!
Die Schwedische Webagentur wird dort bei einem Kurs
von 0,49 Euro mit einem KGV von 4,7 für 2002 bewertet!!!!!!
Ich möchte nicht wer das gemacht hat!
Nach den letzten miserablen Quartalszahlen kann ADERA froh
sein wenn sie nicht Pleite gehen..........
WAhrscheinlich eine Einschätzung von vor 2 Jahren!
Also wenn ADERA die Schätzung nur annährend erfüllt,dann ist
sie unterbewertet ohne Ende!!!!!!!!!!
Ich kann es jedenfalls nicht glauben!!!

Adera AB (publ) reports an operating loss, before goodwill amortization and restructuring costs, amounting to SEK 30.6 M for the first three months of 2001, a distinct improvement compared with a loss of SEK 61.0 M in the fourth quarter of 2000.

Consulting revenue amounted to SEK 98 M, at the same level as in the previous quarter (97), while sales were lower, SEK 128 M (135).

During February and March the number of employees in Adera was reduced by about 140 persons, which is somewhat higher than the 110 persons announced at the end of February. The office in Munich was closed and the operations at several other offices were reduced substantially to align the skills and resources mix to prevailing market conditions. At the end of the period, Adera had a total of 480 employees.

The effects of the restructuring measures are expected to impact on earnings successively, from and including the second quarter of 2001.

SEK 41 M in costs for the program of structural measures was charged against earnings in the quarter. This includes SEK 6 M for closing the product company Adera Business Solutions.

The pre-tax loss was SEK 71.9 M. “Parallel with these short-term measures to build a stable, profitable platform for the future, we are now streamlining our strategies and focus, with the aim to establish a quality position on the market,” says CEO Rolf Jansson.

“Among other actions, we are focusing more intensely on business-to-business, since we have the greatest experience in this area and it is in this area that we can capitalize on our unique skills the most. The fact that we have our roots in the old economy, which previously was considered a weakness, is now turning into a real strength”, says Rolf Jansson.

Adera AB (publ) meldet einen Betriebsverlust, vor Wohlwollentilgung
und die Umstrukturierenkosten und beträgt SEK 30,6 M für die ersten
drei Monate von 2001, eine eindeutige Verbesserung, die mit einem
Verlust von SEK 61,0 M im 4. Viertel von 2000 verglichen wird.

Berateneinkommen betrug SEK 98 M, auf der gleichen Stufe wie im
vorhergehenden Viertel (97), während Verkäufe niedriger waren, SEK
128 M (135).

Während Februars und Märzes wurde die Zahl Angestellten in Adera von
ungefähr 140 Personen verringert, das ein wenig höher als die 110
Personen ist, die am Ende Februar verkündet werden. Das Büro in
München war geschlossen und die Operationen in einigen anderen Büros
wurden im wesentlichen verringert, um die Fähigkeiten auszurichten
und Betriebsmittel mischen zu vorherschenden Marktlagen. Am Ende der
Periode, hatte Adera eine Gesamtmenge von 480 Angestellten.

Die Effekte der Umstrukturierenmasse werden erwartet, um sich auf
Einkommen mehrmals hintereinander auszuwirken, von und das zweite
Viertel von 2001 umfassend.

SEK 41 M in den Kosten für das Programm der strukturellen Masse wurde
gegen Einkommen im Viertel aufgeladen. Dieses schließt SEK 6 M für
das Schließen der Geschäftslösungen ProduktfirmaAdera mit ein.

ADERA MOVING STRONGLY AHEAD IN BRITAIN

Of the acquisitions made by Adera in 2000, the British e-commerce consultancy firm, Nucleus, has proved one of the most successful. In the first quarter of 2001, the company announced a string of successful projects and won several new contracts.

Orient-Express Hotels expands its Internet services
Adera Nucleus has been commissioned to formulate and implement Orient-Express Hotels` core strategy for the Internet. Nucleus will design and construct transaction websites for the Group, using BroadVision e-commerce applications. The Tridion DialogServer system will be used to manage the website content. The purpose of the new applications is to increase the number of direct bookings and offer clients a wider range of web-based services.

The Thomson Travel Group`s digital television marketing drive
The Thomson travel agency, in partnership with Adera Nucleus, has carried out a major investment in digital television marketing communication. Great Britain is currently ahead of Sweden in the digital television area, and Adera Nucleus`s assignment consisted of two parts: firstly to develop a host page for the launch of the Telewest digital television service, and secondly to reposition and adapt Thomson`s current consumer site www.just.co.uk for digital television. Adera Sweden believes that this is an area which will expand in Sweden as well, and believes that Adera Nucelus` expertise will be of great benefit in the future.

International e-commerce strategy for the Buhrmann Group The Buhrmann Group is a world-leading supplier of office material and graphics systems. Just over a year ago, the company invited presentations, and Adera Nucleus won despite fierce competition from other international players. The assignment was to optimise the distribution channel to ensure that the network would continue to be one of the most efficient in the industry. Adera Nucleus carried out an analysis with the aim of identifying a suitable strategy for increasing customer value and safeguarding Buhrmann`s competitive advantages. Investments
During the first quarter,no significant investments were made.Investments in fixed assets
during the period amounted to SEK 1.0 M.A supplementary purchase amount of SEK 1.5 M
for the acquisition of an operation in December 1999 was disbursed.
Liquidity and financing
The Group’s cash and bank balances amounted to SEK 141.3 M at March 31,2001,a
decline of SEK 67.6 M,during the period.Utilization of overdraft facilities (or the equivalent
outside Sweden)declined by SEK 6.2 M during the quarter.No new share issues have been
made.No new loans have been assumed.
Other assets
As of March 31,2001,accounts receivable trade amounted to SEK 120.0 M.During the first
quarter,accounts receivable trade rose by SEK 6.4 M.The value of unbilled revenues at
March 31,2001 was SEK 44.4 M (after deduction of advance invoicing)representing an
increase of SEK 18.4 M during the quarter.
As of March 31,2001,other receivables amounted to SEK 35.9 M,an increase of SEK 6.8 M
since the preceding quarter.
