Both Companies to Market TEAM`s Current Product Library of 2,000 Hours
Los Angeles, CA - April 25, 2001 - In a significant move to solidify the
company even further, TEAM Communications Group, Inc. has signed an exclusive
distribution deal with the U.K.-based Indigo Film and Television, lead by Co-
Chairmen Paul Shields and David Lawley, to market TEAM`s current catalogue of
2,000 hours of programming worldwide (excluding North and South America)
throughout an 18-month window, it was announced today by TEAM`s CEO, Michael
Jay Solomon. The announcement follows the recent closing of TEAM`s offices in
Germany and the U.K. and the downsizing of personnel within the corporate
offices as part of Solomon`s commitment and mandate to bring TEAM into a
profitable mode for the company and its investors.
Additionally, TEAM has signed a similar deal with October Moon Television to
represent the TEAM library domestically to broadcasters, cable channels and
home video/ancillary outlets. October Moon`s President Chuck Larsen will work
in tandem with TEAM Entertainment`s President James (Jamie) Waldron in the
positioning of TEAM`s programming throughout North America.
With Solomon`s vast experience in the Latin American regions, he will
personally handle all sales throughout South America. Any TEAM-related
programming produced after April 19, 2001 will be licensed directly through
TEAM Communications Group, Inc.
As part of the two agreements, all programming within the TEAM library prior to
April 19, 2001 will be available for immediate licensing including the recent
highly-rated (number 2 in its time period) ABC telefilm "Final Jeopardy", MTV`s
telefilm, "Anatomy of a Hate Crime", and MTV1s first dramatic series, "Live
Through This" for the international arena while such series as Animal
Planet`s "Call of the Wild" will have worldwide rights and Travel Channel`s
series` "Destination Style", and "World`s Most Mysterious Places" will be
available domestically amongst others.
"This is a strategic move that should lay a cornerstone for TEAM`s future
profitability. Our operating overhead is reduced by 50% and our library is
being marketed by professionals who have relationships with the broadcasters
and are capable of targeting programming to meet the needs within the
marketplace," said Solomon. "We have enormous confidence in the knowledge and
leadership of Paul Shields, David Lawley and Chuck Larsen and their ability to
license TEAM`s product. Together they will help TEAM meet its future
projections and turn the company and its perception around."
According to Shields, "I have known and respected Michael for over 20 years. He
is an industry legend and now, at the helm of TEAM, I am sure that positive
things are going to happen. We at Indigo are delighted to be part of this new
beginning."

Solomon wird in den ersten 8 Wochen 3 pos. Adhoc`s zum Besten geben (das ist geraten - macht aber Sinn). Die 1. haben wir heute gesehen.
Und jetzt meine Tipps:
KZ in 6 Wochen - € 3,10 (fair bewertet - leichte Fantasiezulage)
KZ in 8 Wochen - € 5,XX (etwas mehr Fantasiezulage)
KZ in 6 Monaten - € zweistellig (Zahlen und Prospects haben überzeugt!)

@ mprochaz ,bist für meinen Geschmack vielleicht etwas zu euphorisch.Dennoch 4-5 € in 6 Monaten sehe ich als machbar an,wenn Solomon weiter ein strategisch geschicktes Netz spinnen kann.

hallo?? Haltet mal den Ball etwas flacher ..... Ein Blick auf die Chart zeigt mir, dass der Turnaround wahrscheinlich geschafft ist, aber hallo.... verdreifachung in einem halben Jahr??? Nein, das glaube ich nicht .... dafür sind die Märkte einfach zu vorsichtig .... seid froh, wenn wir heute auf DEM Niveau von jetzt schliessen, und nicht zu viele Zocker mit dabei sind, die den Kurs in kürzester Zeit wieder abschiessen können ... so wie vorletztes Jahr ... da war Team kurz über der 18 Euro-Marke und alle träumten von 20....25 ... 40 Euro ... Also bitte .... Laufen lassen, und nciht alle wieder bei ein paar Cent im Plus verkaufen!!!!!!!
