      Dem Vorstand des Internetsoftware-Unternehmens Broadvision wird vorgeworfen, falsche positive Erwartungen zu Umsätzen und Gewinnen geschürt zu haben.

      Nach Darstellung der Anwaltskanzlei Kaplan, Kilsheimer & Fox seien dem CEO Pheong Chen und CFO Randall Bolten bereits zum Zeitpunkt der Ergebnisse zum vierten Quartal 2000 bekannt gewesen, dass das Unternehmen unter einer nachlassenden Nachfrage und ausufernden Kosten leide. Des Weiteren habe man Schwierigkeiten mit der neuen Software One-To-One Enterprise 6.0 verschwiegen. Trotzdem habe man die Aussichten positiv dargestellt. Im Zusammenhang mit einem fallenden Aktienkurs zu positiv, wie die Kläger finden.

      Durch die genanten Vorwürfe seien Käufern der Aktie zwischen dem 26.1. und 2.4.2001 Schaden entstanden. Dazu wirft man dem CFO vor, vor Veröffentlichung der schlechten Nachrichten zum vierten Quartal 2000 30.000 Broadvision-Aktien verkauft zu haben.

      vorher bei http://www.nasdaq.com/ schlau machen bevor Ihr
      so ein altes Zeug ausgrabt.

      diese Meldung hatte doch schon einen Bart, was ihr auch daran sehen könnt, daß der Kurs seit gestern weiter nordwärts gezogen ist.
