Die SDax-notierte Beteiligungsgesellschaft TFG Venture Capital hat eine neue Erfahrung gemacht. Erstmals begleitete das Marler Unternehmen einen Börsengang im Ausland. Mit einer lokalen Bank hat die TFG die Emission des Finanzdienstleisters IndoExchange im indonesischen Jakarta erfolgreich an die Börse gebracht. Im Zuge der Emission hat sich TFG nicht von seiner eigenen Beteiligung an der IndoExchange getrennt, sondern sich vielmehr zu einer Haltefrist von acht Monaten verpflichtet. Die indonesische Beteiligung ist dort führender Online-Anbieter von Finanzinformationen und weist monatlich rund 10 Mio. Nutzer aus.

glaube nicht, dass mit indoexchange grosser gewinn
gemacht wurde (bzw. machen wird)
...aber ist für tfg wichtig, zu zeigen,

der anschaffungskurs von indoexchange beläuft sich übrigens
auf 79 indonesische rupiah...aktueller kurs 110....
also eine doch ganz nette rendite für den 1. börsengang im
ausland.....
was mich etwas wundert, ist, daß rösch per 31.5.01
wohl doch noch nicht abverkauft ist (quelle homepage tfg)..
in einem interview auf n24 hatte leschke doch vom
totalen abverkauf gesprochen !!??!!??

Der Homepage von TFG kannst Du nun wirklich nicht vertrauen. Meine auch gehört oder gelesen zu haben, dass Rösch ganz abverkauft ist.
Übrigens, bei Indoexchange wird man auch den Devisenkurs beachten müssen, denn die Rupiah ist extrem volatil, vom Trend her aber massiv fallend.
In Indonesien ist selbst die DM noch was wert.

Wenn man Reuters trauen darf, ist Indoexchange ja ein richtiges Schnäppchen. Profitabel und mit PE-Ratio von 1,08 auf Basis von Kurs 110.

financial news in Indonesian on demand. "Using a combination of text-to-speech technology and lip-sync
animation, IndoExchanges virtual anchor Bung IndEx will literally breathe life into news about shares prices,
company mergers and exchange rates" stated Walter R. Kaminski, IndoExchanges President Commissioner.
IndoExchange is the first company in Asia to sign an agreement with plan_b media for the imigo characters to
be on IndoExchange website. Dr. Kai Buehler, CEO plan_b media: "After having successfully launched our
technology in Germany, we are now eagerly looking forward to bring this proven business model to Asia.
IndoExchange with its strong market share and impact is an ideal partner to promote this technology in the
Asia-Pacific region." imigo 3D characters, which are both virtual and interactive, have beneficial applications
not only on the Internet but also on television, film and mobile phone as well as for events and at points of
