RAZF schnell wieder bei 1,5$

wer sich die letzten news von RAZF mal genauer zu Gemüte geführt hat, wird feststellen, daß dieser Wert weit unter den Möglichkeiten bewertet ist. Allein die Liste der Großkunden, (siehe Beitrag oben)liest sich wie ein who is who der old economy und es ist für mich nur eine Frage der Zeit, bis man die Substanz die hinter diesem Wert steckt wiederentdeckt. Die gute Positionierung weltweit und nicht regional begrenzt halte ich hierbei für entscheident.
Weiterhin sollte bedacht werden, daß um ein Delistung zu verhindern, die Möglichkeit eines küstlichen Treibens des Wertes über 1$ nicht auszuschließen ist.

Bin gestern aus EXDS mit +54% und leider erst nach der news in RAZF rein. Trotzdem immerhin schon 10% seitdem

Was sollen diese unbegründeten Kommentare, Oxmox? Keiner weiß, ob es noch mal runter geht. Wenn man sicher ist, sollte man auch was erzählen können. Ich halte RAZF wegen o.g. Gründen und der Etablierung im Markt für interessant. Dass es angesichts unten angegebener DAten ein Zock bleibt, steht außer Frage. Dass die Shorties draußen sind kann man allerdings so oder so beurteilen.

Was mich mal interessieren würde:

gibt es einen grund für den neuerlichen deutlichen rückgang?

fundamentale Gründe gibt es dafür natürlich nicht.

Ich habe leider nur diese Erklärung.
Bei vielen Werten die stark steigen ist dieses Rückschlagmoment
feststellbar. Das ist m.E. eine Marktreaktion, ich meine dass zuerst die
verkaufen, die auf die erst beste Chance gewartet haben eine
Verlustaktie noch einigermassen loszuwerden, danach folgen
die Gewinnmitnahmen bei den "schwachen Händen".
Die drücken dann den Kurs soweit, dass die Stop-Loss Marken auslösen.

Das nennt man wohl so schön "technische Reaktion".

Vielleicht war es das was OSMAX vorgestern gemeint hat.
Die Chance, darauf zu wetten ist relativ gross.

Meine Order steht noch, nur leider ist das ASK deutlich zu
hoch im Moment.

Ich glaube es ist besser auf New York zu warten und zu hoffen,
daß die ersten Kurse nicht allzuhoch oder vielleicht leicht
unter gestern liegen.

Es tut mir leid euch nochmals daran zu erinnern, das wir uns in einer W-Formation(Double Bottom) befinden. Demnach wird Razf bis zum 52 Wochentief nachgeben(müssen). Bei 0,4-0,5e ist dann der optimale Einstiegspunkt. Liege ich falsch bitte ich um Entschuldigung.

The newly developed site provides an online system for horse race betting as
well as an analysis function that offers information to further aid the users`

HELSINKI, July 4 (Reuters) - U.S. Internet consultancy and design firm Razorfish (NasdaqNM:RAZF - news) on Wednesday
closed its Finnish subsidiary and fired its staff of 60 due to the weak economic outlook in a move designed to adjust to the realities of
the post-dotcom boom, the unit said.

``The Helsinki office is now legally bankrupt, closed and all employees were laid off today,`` Minna Pinola, marketing manager of
subsidiary Razorfish Oy, told Reuters. ``It`s pretty surprising and very disappointing.``

Both U.S. and Nordic Web consultancies, like Icon Medialab and Framfab -- once seen as the stars of the Internet boom -- have experienced significant earnings losses
and as a consequence have cut staff significantly.

Internet companies, including consultancies, expanded fast over the past two years in the Nordic countries, especially in Sweden and Finland, as the region was expected
to lead in fixed and wireless Internet services and thus be a revenue generator for the companies.

Gestern nach Börsenschluß war in USA die letzte Gelegenheit
einer Gewinnwarnung.
Razorfish hat nicht gewarnt. Also müßten die Ergebnisse
zumindest im Rahmen der Erwartungen (- 4 C) liegen. Was ja schon
sehr positiv ist. Das Management selbst hat anläßlich der
letzten Quartalszahlen gesagt, man gehe von einem Verlust
von 3 C oder einer schwarzen 0 aus.
Nachbörslich ist der Kurs bereits etwas gestiegen.

Zur Zeit sind in den USA sehr viele Shortpositionen in
Razorfish.
Es sollte sich eigentlich jetzt lohnen einzusteigen.
Sollten die Erwartungen geschlagen werden, müssen sich
die Shorties eindecken.

die Gewinnwarnungssaison beendet ist und jetzt die
Ertragssaison beginnt.
Außerdem habe ich das in US-Boards gelesen.
Mehr weiß ich leider auch nicht.

stecke auch in RAZF und mich würde echtmal interessieren,
was wohl demnächst noch mit dieser aktie passiert!
RAZF ist doch eine top-agentur, ist liquide, renomiert und
durch die einsparungsversuche doch auch gewillt endlich wieder in den schwarzen bereich zu schwimmen.
was geht hier ab?
wäre schon froh wenn sie wieder über 1$ käme! delistingsgefahr und so.....

Hallo zusammen,

wollte eben mal die vielbeschworene Regel "delisting" Nasdaq erläutern...

An der Nasdaq werden Unternehmen verwarnt, deren Aktien an 30 aufeinander folgenden Börsentagen weniger als 1 Dollar kosten. Um einen Ausschluss zu vermeiden, muss der Kurs in den folgenden 90 Tagen für insgesamt zehn Tage wieder über 1 Dollar steigen.

Sieht trotzdem momentan eher schlecht aus...
