ich habe mir mal die Mühe gemacht und die Threads von tangastuepsi alias franky the fly aliias frank scheunert durchgelesen.

Fazit: Wenn Dummheit klein macht, so kommt es bei Franky einem Todessprung vom Teppichrand gleich

Vielleicht sollten wir mal die Threads ausdrucken und der Geschäftsleitung von Spütz zukommen lassen. Wird sicherlich mit Interesse aufgenommen welch niveauvolles Mitarbeiterpotential besteht.

Charles Hogue vs. The Hartcourt Companies, Inc., Circuit Court of the Ninth
Judicial Circuit, Orange County, Florida. Circuit Court Case No. CI00-002190:

Charles Hogue filed a complaint on or about March 22, 2000, to claim a finder`s
fee for introducing Hartcourt to a potential acquisition target. Hartcourt sent
the payment to Mr. Hogue via check in the amount of $40,500 for such finder`s
fee, but Mr. Hogue demanded that he be paid in shares of Hartcourt with the

normal course of its business. These claims and legal proceedings relate
primarily to contractual rights and obligations, and employment matters. While

zunächst einmal gerät ein anfänger in sachen wertpapierinvestments an ganz andere „institutionen“, wo er seine informationen bezieht und an ganz andere wertpapiergattungen, die er kauft. Punkt 1

ein anleger, der sich an otc-bb werte traut, ist sich bewusst worauf er sich dort einlässt, und ist sich sicher wenn er den einen oder anderen kommentar abgibt, das dieser nun wirklich keinerlei einfluss auf den kurs haben wird Punkt 2

wir sind alle [so hoff ich doch] mündige menschen, die fähig sind selbst entscheidungen zu treffen, und nicht davon abhängig sind sich ihre entscheidungen von anderen aufdiktieren zu lassen. Punkt 3

du bist der meinung anleger vor einem irrtum bewahren zu können, aber hier tritt Punkt 3 in kraft. Zudem tritt Punkt 2 in kraft, da wir wissen das chance und risiko so dicht beeinander liegen, ähnlich dem os-handel.

als hartcourt speziell dr.phan diese äußerungen gemacht hatte, stand hartcourt im sharepreis wesentlich höher, aufgrund dieser nichteinhaltungen wurde hartcourt zurecht abgestraft, das resultat spiegelt sich im heutigen sharepreis wieder.
jedoch ist unbestreitbar – jedenfalls meiner subjektiven meinung nach – das es chancen auf überdurchschnittliche kursgewinne gibt, auch wenn jederzeit ein totalverlust akzeptiert wird

hartcourt bekommt nach den enttäuschungen eine zweite chance. die politik der äußerungen war unglücklich, zu euphorisch und manchmal auch dumm. aber wir reden ja hier nicht von einem großkonzern, deren press releases von einer ganzen schaar von public relations mitarbeitern auf wirkung analysiert werden.
hartcourt hat fehler und versprechungen die nicht eingehalten wurden gemacht, die nicht wegzudiskutieren sind.

aber bist du in der lage hartcourt fahrlässigkeit vorzuwerfen? niemand kennt die umstände, unter denen entscheidungen getroffen wurden sind. und alles im leben unterliegt einem lernprozess, und wir bauen auf einen lernprozess der die geschäftsprozesse optiemieren könnte.

also bitte lieber criminal wenn du [ihr] sachliche – das bedeutet ohne motivatorisch, persönliche bewertung – negative kritik üben möchtst, die es zur genüge gibt, dann lass uns wertfrei darüber diskutieren.
