Intasys Maintains Nasdaq Listing
MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 5, 2001--Intasys Corporation (the "Company") (Nasdaq:INTA) is pleased to announce that its common stock will continue to be listed on The Nasdaq SmallCap Market via an exception from the minimum bid price requirement.
While Intasys Corporation failed to meet this requirement as of January 5, 2001, the Company was granted a temporary exception from this standard subject to Intasys Corporation meeting certain conditions. The exception will expire on July 25, 2001.
The Panel was of the opinion that the Company presented a definitive plan that will enable it to evidence compliance with all requirements for continued listing on The Nasdaq SmallCap Market within a reasonable period of time and to sustain compliance with those requirements over the long term. Specifically, the Panel acknowledged the Company`s willingness to effect a reverse stock split in an effort to evidence compliance with the minimum bid price requirement. While the Panel acknowledged the issues underlying the going concern opinion contained in the Company`s 2000 audited financial statements, it was of the opinion that successful completion of the Company`s proposed operating plan would be sufficient to allay those concerns.
Accordingly, the Panel determined to continue the listing of the Company`s securities on The Nasdaq SmallCap Market provided that on or before July 25, 2001, the Company evidences a closing bid price of at least $1.00 per share. Immediately thereafter, the Company must demonstrate a closing bid price of at least $1.00 per share for a minimum of ten consecutive trading days. Depending on the facts and circumstances presented, the Panel may, in its discretion, require that the Company maintain a bid price of at least $1.00 per share for a period in excess of ten consecutive trading days before determining that the Company has complied with the terms of the exception and demonstrated the ability to maintain long-term compliance. In order to fully comply with the terms of this exception, the Company must be able to demonstrate compliance with all requirements for continued listing on The Nasdaq SmallCap Market.
In the event the Company is deemed to have met the terms of the exception, it shall continue to be listed on The Nasdaq SmallCap Market. The Company believes that it can meet these conditions, however, there can be no assurance that it will do so.
If at some future date the Company`s securities should cease to be listed on The Nasdaq SmallCap Market, they may continue to be listed in the OTC-Bulletin Board. For the duration of the exception, the Company`s Nasdaq symbol will be INTAC. About Intasys Corporation

Intasys Allowed To Keep Nasdaq Listing
MONTREAL -(Dow Jones)- Intasys Corp. (INTA) will be allowed to continue to list its shares on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market via an exception from the minimum bid-price requirement.
As reported, Intasys failed to meet this requirement as of Jan. 5 but was granted a temporary exception from this standard subject to Intasys meeting certain conditions. The exception will expire on July 25.
The company said the Nasdaq panel "was of the opinion that the company presented a definitive plan that will enable it to evidence compliance with all requirements for continued listing on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market within a reasonable period of time and to sustain compliance with those requirements over the long term."
Specifically, the company`s announced share consolidation was seen as an effort to regain compliance with the minimum bid-price requirement.
It said the panel determined to continue the listing of the company`s securities provided that, by July 25, the company shows a closing bid price of at least $1 a share. Immediately thereafter, the company must demonstrate a closing bid price of at least $1 a share for a minimum of 10 consecutive trading days.
Intasys said the panel may require that the company maintain a bid price of at least $1 a share for more than 10 consecutive trading days before determining that the company has complied with the terms of the exception and demonstrated the ability to maintain long-term compliance.
Intasys provides wireless, Internet-compatible billing and customer information systems.

---schaut Euch mal PRICELINE (WKN 919819) an !
Grüße
