In Deutschland scheint das niemand wahr zu nehmen.

Kapitalschnitt mit Kapitalerhöhung, weil kein Geld mehr da ist.

Aussie Online Prepares to Emerge as Sports Vision

Internet services provider Aussie Online Limited (AOL) have been suspended from trade as it intends to make a significant change to the nature or scale of its activities. Having burned most of its cash, AOL recently agreed to buy racing broadcaster Cyber Raceways Limited.

Shareholders met today to approve of this acquisition, the reconstruction of the company`s capital and a $5 million placement of new shares. Trading in AOL shares is expected to begin again on Thursday, following a 10:1 consolidation and the issue of 50 million new shares to the vendors of Cyber Raceways (about 15% of AOL`s expanded capital).

The company will be reborn as Sports Vision Entertainment Limited.

Shares in AOL last traded at 1.4 cents, down 0.1 of a cent.
