Guten Tag,

seht euch erst mal die Aktie an. Man findet noch nicht viel.
Zum Verständnis und Klärung: Bin seit ca 1 Woche drin und habe mir vorher alles besorgt, was
zu kriegen war. Bin also bestens präpariert und habe mich deshalb zum Kauf entschlossen. Forlink arbeitet
von China aus auf Linux Basis.Die Aktie wird nicht nur in USA und deutschland gehandelt. Demnächst in Honkkong
und dann soll sie auch nach London.

Infos sind bisher eher noch spärlich. Infos hab ich bei www.tcmag.de gefunden.

Seht wo China steht und werdet sehen wo FRLK hingeht.

wie kommt eien Raiffeisenbank auf solchen Wert. War früher selbst hinterm Schalter
und damals ging es noch, solche Werete zu empfehlen. Das ist aber 20 Jahre her. Wenn dem so ist,
sollten alle dort ein Konto aufmachen. Da nenn ich innovation.

Zum Thema. Die Bloombergshow war schon. Denke aber das es wiederholt wird, da die damals einen falschen Namen brachten.
Vorstand ist z.Zt in Peking und wird News mitbringen.

Das Ding geht ab ohne halten. Mein Vergleich zu China (ca.$100) wiederhole ich hiermit. Die Aktie ist eigentlich immer noch nicht entdeckt.
Ich habe eiben Berg von Unterlagen, die ich erst mal durchsehen muss. Sobald ich das kompremieren kann poste ich das.

Hier eine zwei Tage alte Empfehlung, die angesichts des Schlußsatzes einen fast ein wenig in Nostalgie verfallen lässt:

Nach der letzten Empfehlung aus dem Bereich der reinen Chinaaktien soll diesmal ein Unternehmen mit einer zusätzlichen Linux-Phantasie vorgestellt werden, welches in der Hauptsache auch auf dem chinesischen Markt tätig ist. Es handelt sich hierbei um FORLINK SOFTWARE Corp., welche teilweise auch noch unter dem Namen Light Energy Management geführt wird und die deutsche WKN 928317 besitzt. Entstanden ist diese Gesellschaft durch einen Merger in einen Aktienmantel und somit gibt es diese Firma eigentlich erst seit November 1999. Dies scheint auch einer der Gründe zu sein, warum die Aktie bisher kaum Beachtung finden konnte, obwohl sich eine interessante Unternehmensstory dahinter verbirgt. Das Haupttätigkeitsfeld liegt im Bereich der Softwareentwicklung für Internet- und Hilfsanwendungen, Erstellung von E-Commerce Anwendungen und der direkte Verkauf von Software in China über das Internet. Die Hauptprodukte sind die Softwareplattform www.softhouse.com.cn, welche neben einem reichhaltigen Angebot an Softwareprodukten zum direkten Bestellen oder Downloaden, auch den Informationsaustausch ermöglichen soll.

Unterbewertung

Ebenfalls finden Softwareauktionen und kostenlosen Freeprodukte unter diesem Dach eine Basis für die weitere Entwicklung des boomenden chinesischen Marktes. Daher scheinen Käufe auch unter sehr kurzfristigem Blickwinkel bis 6 US$ oder 6 Euro angeraten.

Da kann ich ja froh sein, noch für 13 Euro heute reingekomen zu sein.

Allerdings hasse ich mich manchmal doch, das ich den richtig lukrativen Einstieg nie so richtig hinkriege und den Kursen doch immer irgendwie hinterherrenne.

Egal, solange es trotzdem noch nach Norden geht.

Auf alle Fälle glaube ich, das mein heute eingelöster Teilgewinn von Hartcourt hier derzeit besser und aussichtsreicher (zumindest kurzfristig) angelegt ist.

Noch eine Frage: wo finde ich den US-Verlauf ? bei comdirect zumindest nicht.

which provides Internet software for electronic business, soared
62 percent on investor optimism about the company`s prospects in
the rapidly growing Chinese market.

Forlink jumped 7 5/8 to 20 in trading of 350,000 shares in
U.S. trading, more than double the three-month daily average. The
shares have more than tripled this week.

The Beijing-based company has developed electronic-commerce
and messaging programs that run on the free Linux computer
operating system, which is being commercialized by a growing
number of companies. Forlink distributes it own software and that

``Everybody in Beijing is talking about it and they have

Ja, es ist in der Tat so. Als Steve Ballmer vor einigen Monaten seine Microsoft als überbewertet darstellte, brach das Papier auch deutlich ein.

Dies ist nicht deutlich anders zu werten momentan. Die Aktie hat am Freitag in den USA die fällige Korrektur in sehr schöner Art und Weise, will sagen bei relativer Stärke absolviert, allerdings wohl auch, weil am Wochenende in "Barrons" ein Artikel erscheinen sollte.

Dieser ist aber nicht erschienen und wird evtl. (!) nächste Woche nachgeliefert.

Damit geht dem Papier für die nächsten Tage die Phantasie etwas aus, denke ich.

Rechne daher mit weiteren Kursverlusten in den USA am Montag, dia aufgrund des nicht erschienenen Artikels auch sehr heftig ausfallen könnten.

Werde dann am Dienstag oder Mittwoch über den Wiedereinstieg nachdenken. Wollte ursprünglich schon morgen früh kaufen, um den Barrons Hype in den USA voll abzusahnen, aber das fällt ja nun wohl flach.

Sollte die Aktie morgen trotzdem wieder zulegen, stehe ich natürlich blöde da.

www.freerealtime.com beinhaltet aber eigentlich alle notwendigen Features und hält vor allen Dingen das, was der Name verspricht.

komme gerade nach Haus, für mich ist die Weihnachtswoche meist
sehr hart, aber dafür ist es überaus schön, wenn sie vorbei ist.
Da ist es doch ganz angenehm, gerade in dieser wieder einmal
merkwürdig logischen Aktienwoche, sich zurückzulehnen und
an anderes denken zu können, als an den richtigen Wurf, wenn man ihn

Das Reich der Mitte drängt mit Macht ins Internet

Zahl der Internet-Zugänge in China steigt rasant an - Regierung in Peking will nun den Markt für ausländische Provider öffnen

Peking - Die Chinesen haben das Surfen im Internet entdeckt. Chinas vernetzte Gemeinde verdoppelt sich inzwischen jedes halbe Jahr. Nach 2,1 Millionen Internet-Nutzern zum 31. Dezember 1998 und vier Millionen am 30. Juni waren am 31. Dezember 1999 bereits 8,9 Millionen Chinesen im Internet unterwegs, um zu chatten, zu wetten und um sich zu informieren - ein Zuwachs von 323 Prozent.

Der Absatz von Internet-fähigen Computern boomt. Die Zahl der Internet-fähigen Rechner verdoppelte sich innerhalb der letzten sechs Monate und stieg auf 3,5 Millionen. Ende 1999 waren 35.6 Millionen E-Mail-Adressen registriert.


Diese Zahlen legte das staatlich autorisierte Pekinger Internet-Zentrum (CNNIC) in seinem fünften Internet-Report seit 1997 vor. Bei der bislang umfangreichsten Studie Chinas zum Internet wurden zwischen dem 15. und 31. Dezember 363 538 Internet-Benutzer landesweit befragt. 202 432 gültige Antworten konnten ausgewertet werden.
CNNIC-Direktor Mao Wei erwartet, wie er der WELT sagte, dass China an seinem derzeitigen Wachstumstempo festhalten kann. "In den kommenden drei bis fünf Jahren werden wir in absoluten Zahlen zur Gruppe der drei weltweit größten Internet-Staaten gehören." Auf Platz eins stehen derzeit die USA mit 50 bis 60 Millionen vernetzten Bürgern vor Japan mit 20 Millionen Internet-Nutzern.

Auch China rechnet bis Ende 2000 damit, dass die Zahl der Internet-Nutzer auf 20 Millionen steigen wird. Das Land bleibt aber trotz alledem, gemessen an der Gesamtbevölkerung, immer noch für lange Zeit ein Internet-Entwicklungsland.

Peking, das sich vom technologischen Fortschritt nicht abkapseln möchte, lässt gegenwärtig zu, dass sich das Internet trotz aller politischen Kontrollen und elektronischen Blockaden in den Großstädten ausbreitet. Vor allem in der Hauptstadt wird fleißig gesurft. Nach der CNNIC-Umfrage lebt jeder fünfte Internet-Nutzer in Peking und jeder zehnte in Südchinas Küstenprovinz Guangdong oder in der Metropole Schanghai. Schlusslichter sind Tibet mit 0.03 Prozent, Qinghai (0.08) oder Ningxia (0.16).

Die meisten Internet-Verbraucher rechnen sich zu Chinas Mittelstand. Die vorwiegend städtische und fast zur Hälfte unter 24 Jahre alte Internet-Gemeinde mit 79 Prozent Männern und 21 Prozent Frauen verbringt im Durchschnitt 17 Wochenstunden online. Mehr als die Hälfte sind Selbstzahler und nutzen den eigenen PC. Sie wählen sich von zu Hause ins Netz ein. Hauptsächlich wird das Internet für Post und zur Nachrichtenbeschaffung genutzt. Aber auch der Einkauf im Netz wird immer beliebter. Im Vergleich zu 1998 verdreifachten sich vergangenes Jahr Chinas Web-Adressen auf 15 153 WWW-Einträge.

Der chinesische Internet-Markt gilt bei ausländischen Unternehmen als Wachstumsmarkt mit riesigem Potenzial, war bisher aber nur schwer zugänglich. Doch das wird sich bald ändern - Pekings bisher um das Telekommunikationsmonopol besorgter Informationsminister Wu Jichuan will den bisher ungeklärten Marktzugang ausländischer Internet-Provider künftig erleichtern. Er versprach in den kommenden zwei Jahren als ersten Schritt die drei Städte mit den meisten Internet-Anschlüssen Peking, Shanghai und Kanton für ausländische Beteiligungen bis zu 50 Prozent an Internet-Zugangsdiensten (ISPS) zu öffnen. Internet-Dienste wie Yahoo haben sich bereits auf dem chinesischen Markt festgesetzt. Peking behält sich aber immer noch die Kontrolle über die Inhalte vor. Ausländisches Engagement bleibt auf diesem Feld unerwünscht.

Auch Chinas Mobilfunknetz wuchs 1999 um 18 auf 43 Millionen Handys an. Auf jeden zehnten Chinesen entfällt ein Telefonanschluss, nachdem die Zahl der Telefone bis Ende 1999 um 22 auf 110 Millionen Anschlüsse stieg.

Du warst schneller! Ich würde sagen, die o.g. News sollten nachhaltig klar machen, daß Forlink mehr als kaufenswert ist. Der Kurs fiel heute in Tiefen, die jedem einen Einstieg noch leichter machen sollten. Der Kursverfall (v.a. in USA) kam bei extrem niedrigen Umsätzen zustande, war also ein reines Zufallsprodukt. Hat sich innerhalb von fünf Minuten auch wieder um $1.50 auf über $14 erholt. Warum die Aufmerksamkeit hier im Board so nachgelassen hat ist unerklärlich. Da wird bei Adelong und Co. rumdiskutiert ohne Ende und hier macht ein Wert seinen Weg ohne richtig bemerkt zu werden. Kann es sein, daß dies ein Vorteil ist? Wäre sehr traurig ...

Forlink ist eben erst gestartet. Ich bin dabei und werde es bleiben! Und ich hoffe alle anderen Forlinkers auch.

Legend To Acquire Chinese and Foreign ICPs This Year

(2/7/2000) Legend Holdings Ltd., China’s largest computer company, plans to acquire foreign and domestic Internet content providers this year via mergers, purchases or cooperative development, the January 27 Zhongguo Xinwen She (China Overseas News Agency) reported.

Legend Holdings Chairman Liu Chuanzhi said his company will launch more Web sites this year and will pursue the development of e-commerce. But because paying online is not yet possible, Liu said Legend’s e-commerce activities will largely consist of business-to-business operations for the time being.

The paper also said that Legend’s profits for last year’s second quarter increased 58% to HK$ 147 million (US$18.9 mln). Liu said these profits were largely as a result of computer manufacturing and retail sales, which rose 77% and 59%, respectively.

Legend’s gross profit margin dropped slightly in last year’s third quarter, Liu said, mainly because of the global shortage of computer components, which increased production costs. The world’s supply of computer components dropped after a major earthquake jolted the island’s semiconductor industry last September.

Liu said, however, that the demand for computers grew and added that Legend’s business turnover increased 77% in the third quarter.

He also predicted that Legend would sell two million personal computers this year. He also said that Legend is not currently considering spinning off its Internet business or offering it in a public listing.

Manchmal weiss ich schon vorher was. Das ist dann die gute Fee aus Peter Pan.

ORTGE wird ein Ding, dass mich dann endgültig als Märchenonkel hinstellt. brauchst eigentlich
nur zusehen. Aktuell bei $ 3. Ist wohl im Plus.

Da war noch TBU zwischen Cad 0,55 und 0,65, SCP unter Cad 1,00 und natürlich FRLK unter reichlich US$ 8,00.

Genug der Provokation. jeder weiss wo er sein Geschäft machen kann. Ich mache dies mit Freude an der Börse.
Mein, im Vergleich zu den Gurus, bescheidenes Wissen geb ich gern weiter. Nicht um zu pushen, sondern weil ich es damals gelernt

Finger. Hoffentlich haben sie gestern eingedeckt, ansonsten kann es bist Ultimo noch um diesen Kurs rumpendelt.
Kurs ging runter, weil eine zehntausend Aktien bestens auf den Markt geschmissen wurden. Die sind jetzt ein wenig angeschmiert und für Neueinsteigen

Ursachen gibt es dafür einige. Wesentlich natürlich ist das Listing von FRLK am OTCBB. Dort sind Momentumplays an der Tagesordnung. Research spielt dabei kaum eine Rolle. Zudem wurden in letzter Zeit mehrere Aktien ins Gespräche gebracht, die mit Mike Harrop direkt zu tum haben sollen. Das trifft zu für HANX und BCHH. Aber es trifft nicht zu für TSFP. The Linux computer operating system is likely to seize a firm foothold in the Chinese market in the coming years, analysts attending
COMDEX/China 2000
said.

The exhibition, one of the most influential IT products and services exhibitions held in the city, closed in Beijing last week.

"We are anticipating a huge market potential for Linux systems in China because of its flexibility, reliability and scalability," said Iris
Miller, president of
Turbolinux Asia Pacific.

Linux, invented by young Finnish programmer Linus Torvalds, is a version of the Unix operating system used by businesses to run
computer networks and
Internet sites and is considered more reliable than Microsoft`s Windows.

The Linux system entered the Chinese market in 1998. It has experienced dramatic growth, especially since last year.

Figures from the Beijing-based Federal Software Corp revealed that 200,000 sets of Linux (Chinese Version) were sold last year,
which was 200 times
that of Windows (Chinese) during the same time.

"Linux is a great opportunity for China," said Ransom Love, CEO and president of Caldera Systems Inc.

China has long been hampered by an absent of an operating system of its own. It has proved to be a major obstacle to the development
of the country`s
software industry.

"With the availability of the Linux system, we could evade the dilemma by developing our own operating system," Sun Yufang,
deputy-director of the
Institute of Software under the Chinese Academy of Sciences, said.

In September, in collaboration with the Founder Group and Compaq, the institution began developing a Linux-based system, Red flag
Linux1.0, which is
being deployed in major government sectors and in some enterprises.

"We are going to launch a new version, Red Flag Linux 2.0, in June," he said.

Encouraged by China`s market potential, many companies have begun developing software focusing on the Linux system including
XteamLinux, Turbolinux
and COSIX Linux.

Linux is poised to become a strong rival of other operating systems for PC use, according to Jon Hall, chairman of Linux International.
He touted the
operating system`s easy availability, low cost and ease of use.

Linux operating system users have increased from one in 1991 to about 20 million worldwide, according to Hall.

"It is likely to prevail in developing countries in terms of its low cost and high reliability," he said.

According to the latest release of IDC`s Worldwide Quarterly Server Tracker, Linux server shipments increased 166 per cent to
72,422 units in the fourth
quarter of 1999, representing the fastest-growing operating environment in the server market.

"Even though Linux represents a small portion (approximately 6 per cent) of the entry server market in unit shipments, it will become an
important area of
growth within server markets as more and more vendors offer Linux server options and as end users select Linux servers not just
because of their price,
but because of their reliability, availability and performance," said Hoang Nguyen, senior research analyst for IDC`s Worldwide
Quarterly Server Tracker.

Sun said many problems still remained to be overcome such as the standardization of Linux offerings.

"Also, a sound Chinese language platform, service and technical support are needed for the Linux system to do better in the China
market," he said.

Rightnow, sorry hab ich jetzt erst wieder gesehen. Die Meldung, die Du siehst (uptick/downtick) sagt nichts darüber aus, ob es sich um Leerverkäufe handelt.
Ist Nur ein Vergleich zu dem Kurs, zu dem vorher gehandelt wurde. Also wenn der Kurs höher ist, zu dem grad gehandelt wird, dann ist dies ein uptick.

So, nach langer Zeit des Wartens und der ruhigen Zeit kam gestern mal wieder eine News, die zeigt was für Potential in Forlink stegt. Leider kommt es im Kurs nicht richtig zur Geltung.
Wird aber kommen und die Meldung wird sicher auch den NASDAQ-Leuten gefallen.

mein durchschnitt (habe mich leider desöfteren zu nachkäufen hinreißen lassen) auch ca. bei 13 (mein erster kauf bei 20!!!- natürlich brav behalten)
aber auch weitere empfehlungen, denen ich nachgekommen bin sehen schlimm aus- meine einstiegskurse: inta 6, imagis 4, esat 3$,
hanx 0,55$, skynet 3$. langsam kann ich die worte geduld un "alle werte haben doch verloren" nicht mehr hören. bin gerade im begriff
vertrauen zu verlieren (mein geld ist schon pfutsch). fazit: man sollte vielleicht einwenig seltener auf bullische äußerungen hören.

Hallo Leute,
ich bin auch zu hohen Preisen rein, aber wenn ich mir so heute den Chart anschaue, dann sehe ich eine stabile Bodenbildung, und was mir noch auffällt, daß hier jemand große Stückzahlen aufkauft (+ 50.000). Das könnten Insider sein, die sich in den nächsten Wochen ein gutes Geschäft versprechen. Ich weiß nicht ob die Aktie noch kommt, da ich aber nicht rechtzeitig raus bin (man sollte halt doch stop loss limits setzen, wenn man für einen Monat in den Urlaub fährt...) und nun mehr zu gewinnen als zu verlieren habe, bleibe ich drinnen und schaue was die zukunft bringt. Im Herbst, wenn die ganzen asiatischen werte wieder beginnen zu steigen könnte Forlink auch wieder kommen. Auf jeden fall kann es nur noch um 4 $ nach unten gehen. :-)

Forlink entwickelt sich prächtig. Leider findet es im Kurs keinen Niederschlag. Es stehen noch News aus.
Die Verkäufer, die jetzt im Markt sind, müssen wohl raus aus ihren Aktien, deshalb verkaufen sie um jeden Preis.
Alle Chinawerte, und nicht nur die, wurden geprügelt. Warum soll ich hier immer das selbe poste, irgendwer meckert dann wieder, dass
ich nur Durchhalteparolen posten würde. Aktien sind keine Eintagsfliegen, der Markt ist nunmal sehr labil und man muss
warten können. Ich gebe kein Stück her und es wird sich lohnen, die Fakten und die Strategie stimmen.

Haltet doch sowhat nicht immer vor, das er Durchhalteparolen
postet.Es bleibt schließlich jedem selbst überlassen,wann er
die Reißleine zieht.Diese Entscheidung muß jeder selber
treffen.Bin selbst seit Dez.99 dabei, und hätte weiß Gott
schon gutes Geld verdienen können.Aber ich denke sowhat
weiß bei deisem Wert sehr genau was er schreibt.

Danke für Deine Worte. Wenn ich schonmal einen Thread aufmache, stehe ich auch dazu, hat nichts mit Durchhalteparolen zu tun.
Börse ist für mich langfristig zu sehen, sollte ein positives Ereibnis früher eintreten, umso besser.

Den Boden haben wir wohl gesehen und bald werden wir auch sehen, was Forlink nettes und feines mit seinen 70 Mann in der Mache hat
und die Resultate werden wir bald diskutieren können. Gut Ding will Weile haben. Den Spruch kenn ich schon seit über 30 Jahren und er hat immer
noch Gültigkeit.
Wenn ihr mal auf die Homepage geht, seht ihr rechts einen Bereich, der sich nur mit Linux beschäftigt. Forlink zieht da ein riesen Ding hoch.
Wenn ihr weiter stöbert, werden ihr Seiten sehen, die sich mit der Internetschulung befassen. Dies ist wohl Bestandteil des Deals mit
dem chinesischen Fernsehens. Die Seiten sind zwar noch in chinesisch, aber die englische ist ja in Vorbereitung.

Heute mal ueber 16% im Plus. Leider ist die Informationsbeschaffung immer noch ein ernstes Problem fuer Privatanleger.
Bis jetzt habe ich nichts gefunden, was diese Kursrakete begruenden koennte. Sollte ich nochwas finden, melde ich mich
wieder. Ansonsten freue ich mich einfach, dass die Aktie das Steigen nicht verlernt hat.

Der Anstieg hat keine fundamentale Bewertung. In USA wird der Kurs gemacht - die Umsätz sind so niedrig, dass an manchen Tagen einer einer 100 Aktien zum ASk kauft und schon ist der Kurs um 16.8% nach oben ... genauso umgekehrt. Ich bin hoch in Forlink investiert und liege mit 70% im Minus - leider fürchte ich, daß das der Mega-Flop wird - zur Zeit steht der Kurs in USA bei 2 Dollar - erst bei einem Euro werde ich nachkaufen...

customized search engine for CCIDNET (www.ccidnet.com), which is owned
by CCID Group, formally the Center of Computer & Microelectronics Industry
Development (CCID) under the Ministry of Information Industry of the People`s
Republic of China.

CDIDNET, previously known as www.InfoWeb.com.cn, was established in
1996. In 2000, it received over $20 million dollars investment from Goldman

Kam lange nichts mehr. Was soll man noch zu FRLK sagen? Selten sowas erlebt.
Ein Unternehmen, dass sich anschickt China zu erobern und der Markt bekommt nichts mit.
