Change in Supervisory Board of LIPRO AG

In correlation with the realisation of the new strategic concept of LIPRO AG, which was presented on June the 28th , the Supervisory Board of LIPRO AG will be changed. LIPRO AG thanks the present members of Supervisory Board Mr. Dr. Ritz, Mr. Professor Wildemann and Mr. Bendisch for the assistance, especially in the difficult first 6 months of the year 2001. During August 2001 LIPRO AG in co-operation with the strategic investors will present the new Supervisory Board, which will support the LIPRO management in long-term international expansion of the innovative performances from the new enterprise location Nordrhein-Westfalen.
