IVIP Acquires Prepaid Telephone Card System - Breakthrough for International Travel Industry
MONTREAL, Aug. 1 /CNW/ - Internet VIP, Inc. (OTC-BB, IVIP) announced today that it has launched a new and innovative web based pre-paid long distance card developed by MyTelCard(TM).
MyTelCard is a Business to Business (B to B) System Designed to integrate prepaid telephony with the international Travel and Tour Industry. Utilizing MyTelCard software(TM), a travel agent or tour operator can purchase IVIP`s prepaid telephone cards, on line, for their clients. The cards are unique in that they are pre-programmed for utilization in the destination country for worldwide use, valid from wherever in the world their client is traveling. The travel industry gains a new revenue source and commissionable product and IVIP becomes a recognized brand with a high quality, reliable product.
The previously announced pending merger with Yapalot Communications Inc. will directly impact the success of this product, as Yapalot`s network will facilitate IVIP`s long distance services in the US, Canada, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
To launch the product, Internet VIP has signed an agreement with American Voyageur, a New York based tour and excursion organizer. American Voyageur specializes in tours to Canada, France, Great Britain, Russia, etc. It estimates first year revenue to exceed $1.2 million, and to ramp up to $3.5 million in the second year. Each of American Voyageur`s clients will receive IVIP`s prepaid $10 cards as a part of their travel package.

Spätestens als der CEO gesagt hatte, der Preis für die Aktie wird bald auf 3 Dollar klettern, wurde ich skeptisch. Ich halte zwar meine Aktien noch, aber etwas dubios ist das ganze schon. Zum Glück hab ich einen Teil schon mit schönem gewinn verkauft. Ins minus kann ich nicht mehr rutschen... LOL

also wenn du 175`000 stk als eine grosse Menge betrachtest, na dann...
hab auch gesehen, dass einige nachbörslich zu 0.22 kauften, darum denke ich auch dass am montag mindestens zu 0.22 eröffnet wird und es zumindest am anfang sicherlich rauf geht.
Ich verkaufe ja nur einen Teil, da ich auf nummer sicher gehen will.
Man bedenke: USXP ist innert 2 Wochen ca. 1500% gestiegen!!!
Klare ist dies eine Shell-Aktie, die Uebernahmefantasien (FEDX, UPS) sind vorhanden und bei einer tatsächlichen Uebernahme würde wir die aktie bei 1 - 3 Dollar sehen. Ich will einfach einen Teil in Sicherheit bringen, den Rest laufen lassen und bei unveränderter Situation und schwachen Tagen daytraden... Das ist meine Strategie.
Mir ist einfach der CEO nicht sympathisch. Der redet nämlich von einem Aktienkurs von mind. 3 Dollar. Will er das ganze hochpushen, um seine eigenen Aktien möglichst teuer zu verkaufen oder was? Also, ich bin bei comdirect.
Beim US trading muß ich unbedingt eine WKN eingeben, sonst geht`s nicht. Wo bekomme ich die WKN z.B. von USXP her, außer bei Eisi???
Bei comdirect sollen nur 2 Stellen nach dem Komma möglich sein, habe ich das richtig verstanden? Ist natürlich nicht tragbar, 0,005 sind bei 0,10 ja schon 5%.
Der Preis ist o.k., 9 e plus 15 E für eine US Order, also ein trade hin und her = 48 Euros.

the $389 million dollar judgment in favor of the Company in Florida,
as reported last week, is automatically fully enforceable in all
states of the United States, not just Florida as some have said,
against monies or assets of the defendants", stated Mr. Gunderson.
"Also, the judgment is enforceable in most other countries under
principles of international law", Mr. Gunderson further stated.
The judgment, rendered in Dade County, Florida, against Select
Capital, Ronald G. Williams and Walter Kolker is nonappealable and is
not subject to discharge in bankruptcy as it is grounded in fraud.
"Our counsel fully believes that the assets do exist and in due
time his staff believes that they will locate and capture the
defendant`s funds. Such a collection procedure simply does not occur
overnight. We are in no immediate hurry to `rush to judgment`.

Das hier ist mein erstes Investment in eine Firma, an die ich nicht glaube. Sollte man nie machen. Aber ich investiere ja auch nicht richtig, sondern trade das meiste. Bis jetzt bin ich mit usxp damit sehr gut gefahren.

Habe vor ein paar Tagen noch gedacht, ich würde unter 0.10 nachkaufen, aber das ging so schnell und zwischenzeitlich ist die Aktie bei den Amis wieder total out. Die haben eine Laune wie das Wetter. Ich bleibe mit meinen gratisaktien drin und beobachte das ganze nur noch von der Seitenlinie. Nachkaufen würde ich wirklich nur noch bei neu aufkeimenden Gerüchten.

Bist du sicher, dass du da investieren willst? Für mich hat die Aktie zuwenig Umsatz. Das Geschäft ist auch nicht gerade Zukunftsweisend. Ist ein Kaffee-Händler.
Und ist in den letzten Tagen schon von 0.50 auf 0.70 gestiegen, der Umsatz geht wieder zurück. Denke, das war ein kleiner Push-Versuch, mehr nicht. Könnte mich natürlich auch irren, kenne diese Firma nicht. Ich sehe einfach wenig potential.

Meiner Ansicht nach soll die 8% Dividende die Aktienbesitzer ein wenig an die Aktie selbst binden, d.h nicht jeder soll gleich wieder verkaufen wenn der Kurs mal ein bischen (30% ) zurückgeht!
Im Prinzip verhält es sich wie ein Forwardsplit! Die Firmeninhaber beschenken zum Großteil nur die Aktionäre und nicht sich selbst, da der größte Teil im Freefloat ist! Mal sehen wieviele sie wirklich zurückkaufen, wie sie angekündigt haben!
Das Ganze hat nur den Sinn um ein wenig vom "Zockerniveau" wegzukommen!
Ich denke 0,2 sollten wir bis zum Ex Date noch mal sehen!

wenn der laden ok ist wird er den kleinen selloff verkraften.
bis jetzt war es ja nur eine absichtserklärung zurückzukaufen. wenn das noch rechtzeitig vor der dividende kommt hast du hier einen 3-4 bagger JMO

wenn hier eine dividende gezahlt wird, bewegt sich das in der region von 0,01 $. wer in diese aktie investiert, um einen cent dividende zu erhalten, hat aus meiner sicht schlicht nichts begriffen. außerdem fehlt wohl im moment überhaupt das geld, eine div. zu zahlen, ihr spassvögel.

Langsam wird USXP wieder interessant...
bin bei 0.165 ganz ausgestiegen. denke bei einer range von 0.10 - 0.12 überlege ich mir ein kleines investment.
Was mir bei dieser Firma immer noch nicht gefällt, sind die Sensations-Pr`s. Alle Tage mal eine PR und immer diese
Wiederholungen. Ich denke, die Firma wird keine Müde Mark von den 389 Mio. bekommen. Wenn ich mich irre, wird der Kurs
aber explodieren. Einen Zock ist es Wert..
