eCom eCom Files 10-K, Launches DryIce(TM) Product Line

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., Aug. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- eCom eCom.com., Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ECEC) has announced that its Form 10-KSB will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission today. This annual report recaps the company`s performance for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2001 and provides insight into the evolution of the company`s business model, now focused on DryIce(TM) compression software.

eCom eCom CEO David J. Panaia commented that he felt that the filing of the 10-K marked the passage of a major threshold in the company`s history. "This report summarizes where we have been and where we are going," said Panaia. "It`s where we are going that is so exciting. With DryIce(TM) we`re on the frontier of a technological revolution."

(OTC Bulletin Board: ECEC) published its first Compressed News Digest, a summary of current events in the growth of the company and the roll-out of DryIce(TM) compression software products. 10-K Highlights: For FY `01 versus FY `00, on revenues of $3.2 million the net loss was cut in half, a $1.3 million improvement. Loss per share of $0.07 improved from $0.19, and liabilities dropped $932,000. Expenses cut drastically by company restructuring. Sold old product lines to focus solely on DryIce(TM) software. Projected revenue and profit from new focus expected to dwarf the impact of revenues lost now.
