ST. MARYS, W.Va., Sep 10, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Trans Energy, Inc. (OTC:TSRG) today announced the election of Robert L. Richards to be the president, chief executive officer, and director of TSRG. Loren E. Bagley has resigned his position as chief executive officer and president, effective immediately. In addition, William F. Woodburn has also resigned as vice president of TSRG and Loren E. Bagley will become a vice president of TSRG.

Mr. Richards is a degreed geologist and a 1969 graduate of Brigham Young University. Mr. Richards has previously worked with Exxon, United Texas Petroleum/Allied Chemical as an exploration and production geologist before cofounding his own company in 1992. At its peak, Kaire International grossed in excess of $56,000,000 in nutritional supplements.

International Oil & Gas Completes Drilling on Mesa Wood #3 At Hood County Project

DALLAS, Sep 18, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- International Oil & Gas Inc. (OTC:IOAG), today announced that it has completed drilling at Mesa Wood #3 into the Barnett Shale Target.

The operator has reported that drilling at Mesa Wood #3 continued during one of the most tragic weeks in United States history. The Mesa Wood #3 was drilled to total depth into the Barnett Shale this past weekend. The initial results look favorable and the geological and well log information will be released as available.

To-date, four wells have been drilled at the 5,700 acre Hood County, Texas property, which is controlled by International Oil & Gas and joint venture partner Pallaum Minerals, Ltd (CDNX:PLM). Mesa Wood #4 will commence drilling shortly.

The Company also announced it has been advised by Isern Oil Nevada, LLC that drilling operations have commenced on International Oil and Gas` Sleeping Giant Oil Project located in Gabbs Valley, Nevada. Further details will be released shortly.

Berrl sind schon nicht schlecht, dafür daß wir jetzt auf den
Winter zugehen.
Bei Trans Energy sehe ich das auch so tief 0,01 UsD Hoch
0,31 USD.

Zumindestens dürfte das amerikanische Unternehemn von einem
wie " Bush sagt langandauernde Militäraktion" profitieren.

Und wer glaubt denn das die Oilmultis bei einem langaundauerndem Militärschlag der USA nicht mitverdienen
wollen und dann den Preis diktieren.
Auch wenn es weniger Tourismusflüge ( also weniger Cerosin
