Finders Keepers Inc. (FDKP: .018), has executed a Letter of Intent ("LOI") to enter into an Agreement and Plan of Reorganization (the "Plan") with The Bauer Partnership Inc., a private Boutique International Investment Banking and Institutional Brokerage firm. In anticipation of completing the transaction, Finders Keepers will effect a 150 to 1 reverse split of its common stock and change its name to The Bauer Partnership Inc. The Plan of Reorganization contemplated by the Letter of Intent calls for Finders Keepers Inc. to issue 30,744,000 (post split) shares of its common stock for 100% of the then issued and outstanding common stock shares of The Bauer Partnership, Inc. In connection with the Closing of the Plan of Reorganization, BAUER shall become a wholly owned operating subsidiary of Finders Keepers. The Agreement and Plan of Reorganization is expected to close within the next seven business days. FDKP gained .005 (38.5%) on volume of 125,000 shares.
