      CEYONIQ To Support Siebel 7
      MONDAY, OCTOBER 01, 2001 12:01 PM
      - Internet Wire

CHICAGO, IL, Oct 01, 2001 (INTERNET WIRE via COMTEX) -- CEYONIQ(TM), Inc., (Nasdaq:CCEQ), formerly known as TREEV, Inc., a leading provider of Content Lifecycle Management solutions, announced today its planned support of Siebel 7, the seventh major release of Siebel eBusiness Applications from Siebel Systems, Inc., (Nasdaq:SEBL), the world`s leading provider of eBusiness applications software. CEYONIQ plans to submit the integration of CEYONIQ Link for validation with Siebel 7 within 90 days of general availability, providing organizations with complete eBusiness solutions that increase productivity, maximize revenue and profit, and significantly enhance customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention.

Siebel Systems enables software vendors to easily integrate solutions through its open, extensible, advanced Smart Web Architecture. Unlike rudimentary HTML clients, Siebel Smart Web Architecture combines a zero-footprint, browser-based Web client and a user interface with levels of interactivity and usability traditionally available only in Windows applications. The Siebel Smart Web Architecture enables organizations to leverage the industry`s best eBusiness applications at the lowest total cost of ownership.

Siebel 7 extends the reach and functionality of Siebel Systems` industry-leading suite of integrated, multichannel eBusiness applications, enabling organizations to translate customer relationship strategy into execution by effectively aligning and rapidly integrating channels, employees and partners. Siebel 7 allows organizations to manage, synchronize and coordinate all customer touch points across the Web, call center, field sales and service personnel, and partner channels.

CEYONIQ and Siebel Systems form alliances with proven technology leaders to deliver tangible business benefits throughout the enterprise. As a Siebel Alliance Software Partner, CEYONIQ will be demonstrating its validated and embedded content management product, CEYONIQ Link for Siebel eBusiness Applications in booth number 334 at Siebel Worldwide User Week 2001 in Chicago. CEYONIQ Link for Siebel eBusiness Applications offers the best possible user interface to attachments and brings unmatched content management and document archiving capabilities to the enterprise. CEYONIQ Link for Siebel eBusiness Applications provides instant, complete access to virtually any kind of customer-relevant business content--scanned documents, images, e-mails, faxes, graphics, even voicemails and audio/video files--stored as CEYONIQ Attachments, helping users to quickly resolve incoming service calls and thereby increase overall customer satisfaction.

"Siebel Systems` new Smart Web architecture has an exceptionally interactive Web client which clearly demonstrates that Siebel Systems is continuing to define the standards in the industry," said David MacWhorter, president of CEYONIQ, Inc. "The launch of Siebel 7 further establishes Siebel Systems as the leader in providing multipoint integration with customer data across customer-facing and back-office systems to enable a single view of the customer across the enterprise. CEYONIQ`s partnership with Siebel Systems is a significant factor in ensuring that CEYONIQ maintains a global competitive edge and maintains its position as a leading technological provider of Content Lifecycle Management solutions."

CEYONIQ Link will seamlessly integrate into the Siebel 7 user interface for quick-and-easy access to digital content to increase customer loyalty and retention. It will support Siebel Workflow, Siebel Security, Siebel Business Services, and Siebel eAI, and will accommodate high volume scanning, ad hoc scanning, and bar code recognition via Kofax. The solution is planned for both V-script and E-script versions. CEYONIQ Link for Siebel eBusiness Applications enables unlimited scalable storage of unstructured information and content on a variety of media, both optical and magnetic, by using the highly reliable and secure CEYONIQ Server, a widely installed storage management product. The solution is based upon the Siebel eBusiness Applications architecture and therefore ensures scalability, upgradeability and maintainability without compromising system performance to minimize risk and increase work productivity. Additionally, valuable scanning and image-viewing facilities can be used by customers or integrators in customizations to enhance customer service and improve overall customer satisfaction and retention.

"We partnered with CEYONIQ, Inc. for its best-of-class technology in content management and document archiving capabilities for enterprise customers," said Catherine Cherubino, Senior Managing Director, Software and Industry Alliances for Siebel Systems. "The integration of CEYONIQ Link to Siebel 7 will provide companies an enhanced ability to reduce the costs to acquire, service and support customers. CEYONIQ is a key partner in offering enterprise solutions that span the entire spectrum of the content lifecycle that our joint customers are seeking."

CEYONIQ Deploys Workflow-Based Loan Processing Solution at Sterling Bank In Texas
      TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2001 7:30 AM
      - PRNewswire

HERNDON, Va., Sep 25, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- CEYONIQ(TM), Inc. (Nasdaq:CCEQ) today announced deployment of the first phase of an automated loan processing solution integrating process automation and document imaging for Sterling Bank (Nasdaq:SBIB), a $2.5 billion community bank based in Texas. CEYONIQ -- formerly TREEV, Inc. -- is a leading provider of Content Lifecycle Management solutions.

The project is one of the first to implement workflow at a mid-tier bank in order to reduce portfolio risk and improve asset quality by ensuring accurate loan documentation. Sterling Bank acted as a development partner in tailoring CEYONIQ`s workflow technology to the needs of the banking industry. CEYONIQ will demonstrate its banking solutions at the BAI Document Management Conference in New Orleans on September 24 and 25.

Utilizing CEYONIQ(TM) Process Manager for process automation, CEYONIQ DocuTREEV(TM) for document imaging, and CEYONIQ`s solutions for enterprise report management (ERM), the system will expedite loan preparation and customer service for Sterling Bank`s 37 community-banking offices in Houston, San Antonio, Dallas and South Texas. Loan documents from all sites will be scanned and indexed at the bank`s central loan operations center in Houston, enabling local offices to retrieve needed records electronically over the bank`s wide area network instead of requesting information from the central facility.

Complex workflow rules will be applied to the loan preparation process to improve loan accuracy and processing efficiency. Detailed procedures established through CEYONIQ Process Manager will ensure that loan documents are efficiently routed to the appropriate parties at each step in the process, preventing delays traditionally caused by variables such as missing information, exceptions and misplaced files. The system will also:

-- Minimize the risk of data entry errors by allowing the majority of
loan application data to be electronically captured from credit
approval forms sent by the originating loan officer and transferred to
      Sterling`s loan origination software.

-- Check form fields for completeness, return incomplete forms to the
loan officer, assemble related loan documents into electronic folders,
and confirm that all loan components have been gathered -- all without
      human intervention.

-- Enable loan processors to electronically compare documents against
permissible parameters on interest rates, loan officers` lending
      limits, and other variables.

-- Keep an electronic record of document waivers.

-- Provide built-in audit and security features that make it possible to
monitor all users who have accessed imaged loan documents, thereby
furnishing anti-fraud assurance for examiners and assisting Sterling
in supporting the legality of electronic files in court.

The system will speed loan processing by enabling all functions to be performed electronically and accessed online after the initial application is entered into the loan origination system. It will also dramatically improve the quality of the loan documentation; avoid misfilings and associated problems; yield space savings in the loan processing center by eliminating the need to maintain paper files on site; and eliminate the need to microfilm documents for long-term storage.

In addition, the solution is expected to save Sterling well over 200 man hours of monthly staff time previously spent copying paper documents for distribution to remote offices, retrieving and refiling stored paper or microfilmed documents, and researching staff and customer queries.

Initially, the system will facilitate the processing of more than 1,750 new and renewal installment, commercial and real estate loans every month, representing tens of thousands of document pages. The volume is expected to increase significantly as Sterling Bank grows.

"We plan to double our asset size over the next few years, and we know that technology will play a key role in enabling us to reach that goal," said Glenn Rust, executive vice president in charge of operations and technology for Sterling Bank. "By implementing process automation and eliminating many of the manual steps involved in processing a loan, CEYONIQ`s solution should enable us to substantially increase the number of loans handled per person, thereby supporting our strategic growth plan."

"The solution we have developed for Sterling Bank demonstrates the importance of integrating process automation with document imaging to help mid-tier banks manage and protect one of their most important sources of revenue: loans," said Kent Anderson, vice president and general manager of CEYONIQ`s Financial Services Group. "It builds on our 15 years of experience in document management for the banking industry, and it further strengthens CEYONIQ`s position as a domain expert in loan processing automation."

"We have thousands of banking customers, so we have an in-depth understanding of the banking space," said David MacWhorter, president of U.S. operations for CEYONIQ. "The addition of workflow technology to our core document management capabilities is a significant step in helping our banking customers automate and streamline their operations."

      WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2001 7:15 AM
      - PRNewswire

HERNDON, Va., Sep 19, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- CEYONIQ(TM) (Nasdaq:CCEQ), formerly known as TREEV, Inc., a leading provider of Content Lifecycle Management solutions, today announced it has been chosen to perform a major upgrade of the Web-enabled enterprise report management system at Marquette Financial Companies, Inc., a $6.5 billion financial services holding company. The company`s existing system, based on CEYONIQ`s enterprise report management software, will now be upgraded with BISYS(R) ISCheck, the financial industry`s premier image-based item processing solution.

Marquette Financial`s upgrade, valued at $350,000, will be implemented by CEYONIQ at Marquette Financial`s Lewisville, TX data center. The project will enable Marquette employees to complete essential reconciliation and account management tasks in minutes, thereby significantly increasing efficiency and overall corporate service levels.

By converting paper checks into digital images, ISCheck generates an image archive that enables numerous material benefits to Marquette Financial and its customers in the form of enhanced service capabilities, operational efficiencies, and fee income opportunities. ISCheck will enable Marquette employees to have virtually instantaneous, browser-based access to customer statements and reports online, as well as on-demand viewing of related check images.

"Marquette Financial chose the CEYONIQ/BISYS imaging solution based on its exemplary track record with CEYONIQ and the proven performance of the BISYS system," said Quentin Boher, vice president of operations at Marquette`s Data Center in Lewisville, near Dallas. "We have experienced significant improvements in account management efficiency since adopting CEYONIQ`s Content Lifecycle Management solutions, and look forward to further productivity gains via our new embedded check imaging technology."

"Seamlessly linking check image queries with our report query system will greatly speed our proof of deposit runs and other issues related to customer checking accounts," said Richard Balcome, information technology system administrator for Marquette Financial Services. "Requests that previously took hours or days to satisfy will now be resolved in seconds. This solution will make a real difference, both in our internal business performance and in our customers` overall satisfaction."

CEYONIQ has been working with Minneapolis-based Marquette Financial Services since 1994. The relationship began with the successful ERM/COLD solution that allows high-volume, high-speed storage and retrieval of report data for users throughout the extended enterprise. In addition to CEYONIQ(TM) Report Manager, Marquette has also installed CEYONIQ DocuTREEV(TM), CEYONIQ`s document-imaging engine that facilitates the capture, storage, and retrieval of scanned images, documents, spreadsheets, and graphics files.

"While our company has been serving the banking industry for the past 15 years, our new identity and capabilities as CEYONIQ have given us the opportunity to build partnerships with premier banking technology providers such as BISYS," said David E. MacWhorter, president of CEYONIQ`s U.S. operations. "These partnerships, when combined with our solid reputation and increased bandwidth as a global organization, have allowed us to extend our core competencies in order to serve larger financial organizations like Marquette Financial, and help them to meet enterprise-level content management needs while improving their level of customer service."
