Magna Finalises Becker Deal

Your directors of Magna Pacific (Holdings) Limited wish to announce
that the contracts between Magna Pacific and the Becker Group have
now been finalised. Magna now has the rights for rental and sell
through of all the Becker Group`s exclusive cinema release titles for
the territories of Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands.

The Box Office sensation, The Blair Witch Project will be the first
rental release in March 2000 followed in April and May 2000 by Virus
starring Jamie-Lee Curtis and William Baldwin and 42UP which is a
follow on from the highly acclaimed TV documentary "7 UP".

In conjunction with these cinema titles additional releases for
March, April and May 2000 will be The Highwayman starring Jason
Priestley and Louis Gossett Jnr., Python starring Casper Van Dien,
Robert Englund and Wil Wheaton and The Hunter starring Rutger Hauer,
Jayne Heitmeyer, Kimberly Patton and Jason Cavalier.

Magna will be signing a retail agreement with Jumbomall that will
see Magna open a "Shopfront" on Jumbomall`s internet shopping mall.
This deal will have a positive effect on Magna`s revenue and profit
and will achieve a number of short term and long term objectives for
Magna. Magna will benefit immediately from retail sales through
Jumbomall`s flow on of traffic. Jumbomall is currently receiving in
excess of 2.5m hits per month. Magna will have more than 1,500 video
and DVD titles available for direct sale to the public.

Magna`s indicative management figures (unaudited) for the six months
ended 31st December 1999 will show revenue exceeding $3,600,000
(previous corresponding period was $3,211,564) and a net profit
before tax of $500,000, up from $200,107 in the previous
corresponding period. This is a 250% increase in net profit before
tax as compared with the previous corresponding period.

Magna has available cash resources in excess of $2.5 m and your
directors are pursuing further opportunities that meet their criteria
of growth and profit to add further value for its shareholders. Your
directors will continue to keep the market fully informed.

endlich geht es wieder aufwärts mit dieser unerkannten perle des Medienspektakels lasst uns einfach zurücklehnen und harren der dinge die da kommen werden.

wir müssen eigentlich nur noch warten bis die zahlen und filmvorhaben in australien bekannt und dann schauen wie die aktie steigt.

es wird teilweise sogar schon von Kurszielen von 2-3 Euro für ende 2000 geschrieben

ich sehe das aber nur als spekulativ an für mich liegt das ziel erstmal bei 1 Euro das wäre immerhin eine verzweieinhalbfachung des Kurses und dann müsste man im sommer schauen wie es weiterläuft

wenn mpa dann allerdings wirklich den vorgesehenen erfolg, auch in bezug auf jumbomall, hat, tja dann
