We have momentum. We have trimmed our negative cash flow to approximately $50k a month on revenues of $50k+. This burn rate will go to 0 in about 3 - 4 months as the revenues described below ramp up:
1. PreventionPoint, $500,000 projected 2002 revenues beginning October 2001. Our joint venture with Fisher & Phillips LLP (one of the nation`s largest employment law firms), is launching at Fisher & Phillips October 17 client meeting in Atlanta, GA. This is where the firm will host many of its 5,000 plus clients to a multi-day seminar. PreventionPoint will be one of the main attractions for this event, and we already have interest from CNA Insurance, Hyatt, BMW, Freedom Communications, and Auto Nation as some of the first PreventionPoint clients. We own 25% of PreventionPoint in exchange for our creating the e-Learning. Fisher & Phillips has committed $500,000 in marketing to their existing clients. It`s a winner because of their reputation and relationships that will be leveraged. We receive our royalty of 25% forever.
2. Fisher & Phillips e-Learning Referrals, $2,000,000 projected annual revenue for 2002. F&P has some large clients whom they will introduce eKnowledge to in the automotive, hospitality, healthcare, and many other industries in which Fisher & Phillips has 5000+ clients in which eKnowledge will be introduced to do e-Learning projects for these large companies.
3. PAD Home LSAT Program, $250,000 projected 2002 annual revenue. Mid September marked the launch of the Phi Alpha Delta Home LSAT program. September PAD Home LSAT revenues were approximately $5000. Home LSAT is the eKnowledge program that prepares college students for the Law School Admissions Test. Phi Alpha Delta is the worlds largest law fraternity, and has a pre-law student program designed specifically to help students launch their legal career. The program launch included an introductory communication with over 1,500 Pre-Law Faculty Advisors (the school professors that counsel students on launching their legal careers). We also have a full page article / ad in the Phi Alpha Delta newsletter that goes out to all of their members. Further, October marks the first Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Student chapter meetings. This is where the students become exposed to the program.
4. City e-Learning Compliance Training. $500,000 projected 2002 annual revenue. In September we launched e-Learning Compliance Training to 10 cities in Southern California. The first 10 cities contacted bought into the program. Approximately $20,000 was realized from these 10 cities in September. Meetings with multiple cities have been scheduled. Every city contacted is excited at this concept of training and the savings they realize by utilizing eKnowledge training.
5. The Pavilion Publishing deal, $500,000 projected 2002 annual revenue. We will be paid $18,500 in October to develop and continue to own 30% of the venture. Our venture partners will do all of the selling, so once the product is developed, we will receive sizable royalties as long as the health care statutes remain and the program is viable.
6. Internet Drivers License, $250,000 projected annual revenue for 2002. Based on projections from Education World, our distribution partner with 30 years experience in the k - 12 education space, we are expecting immediate revenues. This launches November 7. Our work is done.
7. Pay-Per-View Webcast, $50,000 projected October 2001 revenue. We are webcasting a congressional hearing for a conservative group trying to bring about changes in the US tax structure sponsored by two Congressmen and supported and marketed to their 50,000 faithful members. Originally scheduled for Sept 25 - 26, this pay-per-view webcast has been re-scheduled for October 25 - 26 due to the 9/11 attack. $40,000 guaranteed + 50/50 revenue split after $40k.
Our revenues should be $4,000,000 in 2002. The gross margins on e-Learning are very high. We should net over $2,000,000. This will carry us into much larger revenues in 2003.
