Am Mittwoch hat Meadows die Biodieselfirma Earth Biofuels im Rahmen eines Aktientauschs mit Apollo Res. (AOOR) übernommen.
AOOR hält 88% der Meadows-Anteile.
Meadows verfügt zurzeit über 2 Raffinerieen (1 davon geht in Kürze in Betrieb) mit einem Jahresausstoß von 12 Mio. Gal.
Außerdem soll in den südlichen Bundesstaaten ein Tankstellennetz auf Franchisebasis entstehen.
2 Stationen wurden schon übernaommen.
Es gibt insgesamt 3,35 Mio. Aktien.

Im Apollo-Board wird darüber spekuliert, das der Aktienkurs von Meadows hochgetrieben werden soll, um durch Aktienverkäufe Kapital für Apollo Res. zu gewinnen.

Unter dem Aspekt dürften Kurse von 5$ erreichbar sein.

Apollo sollte man kaufen.
apollo ist auf der watchlist von pennystockraketen. gestern das erste mal wieder im plus. die konsolidierung ist vorbei. Am Sonntag kann eine empfehlung in dem Börsenbrief kommen. Apollo kann man in deutschland kaufen und profitiert von einem steigenden Kurs von Meadows. Diese Woche war eine Roadshow, analystentreffen, Meeting von Biodieselunternehmen usw. HV kommt auch bald. die aktie ist nach guten meldungen schon 2mal explodiert. 1000% an wenigen tagen. der zug rollt langsam an und man sollte sich spätestens heute positionieren. wenn der börsenbrief morgen zum einstieg bläst, muss man montag 30 bis 50% mehr bezahlen.

Mit diesem Thread will ich die WO-Schnüffler auf Meadow aufmerksam machen.
Ich hoffe, die bringen was raus.
Außerdem ist Meadows ein reinrassiger Biodieselwert. Und der Gummi wurde drüben noch nicht benutzt.

da ist überhaupt nichts faul. lasst euch nicht verarschen. Apollo wird auchnoch entdeckt. immerhin haben die 88% der aktien. irgendwann werden das da in der usa auch noch welche bemerken. im moment werden da wohl noch ein paar zittrige von den profis rausgeschüttelt. und einer davon bist du. Apollo profitiert doch am meisten von den steigenden Kursen. Es kann so schnell gehen und der kurs explodiert. schon 2mal passiert. 1000% in wenigen tagen. könnte bald soweit sein. mal sehen wann die von Pennystockraketen anfangen diese aktie zu empfehlen. auf der watchlist ist sie und der boden war so um die 36 cent. nach oben ist noch eine menge luft. also nicht zittrig werden und abwarten.

Nach meinen Infos und Einschätzungen stehen jetzt folgende Schritte an:

Umbenennung von Meadows in Earth Biofuels Inc.
Änderung des Tickersymols MDWS in EBIO oder ähnlich.
Einführung an europäischen Börsen (Berlin ?, London ?).Dann gibts auch eine WKN und damit für uns die Möglichkeit in Ex-MDWS zu investieren.

Erst danach wird es zu einer, dann aber kräftigen, Kapitalerhöhung kommen.

Earth Biofuels Signs Biodiesel Distribution Agreement
Meadows Springs, Inc. (OTCBB:MDWS), dba Earth Biofuels, Inc. today announced that it has executed a biodiesel fuel distribution agreement with Oklahoma-based Alternative Fuel Distribution Company, LLC (AFDC).

Under terms of the agreement, AFDC will be the exclusive distributor for the Company`s B100 (100%) biodiesel fuel product in the state of Oklahoma, and AFDC will distribute only the Earth Biofuels branded product in the state.

"As we move closer to producing biodiesel in the state of Oklahoma, we are pleased to select Alternative Fuel Distribution Company," stated Earth Biofuels` CEO, Tommy Johnson. "We plan on having AFDC distribute our product to Oklahoma customers from our Durant production facility once it is online."

The Durant production facility, under construction since June, is the second biodiesel project for Earth Biofuels. Completion of the facility had been delayed several weeks due to Hurricane Katrina, yet the Company expects the plant to begin producing biodiesel fuel during the fourth quarter.

Meadows Springs now operates under the dba Earth Biofuels, Inc., and is in the process of making appropriate filings to make the name change permanent. Earth Biofuels produces biodiesel fuel for sale and distribution through the company`s network of wholesale and retail outlets.
