Universal Express Sues Capitalliance Financial Services LLC, Union Commercial LLC and Others for $269 Million for Fraud, False Documents and Misrepresentation
Universal Express Inc.`s (OTCBB: USXP), General Counsel, Chris Gunderson announced that the Company has filed a $269 million lawsuit against Capitalliance Financial Services LLC, Union Commercial LLC, Mel Derutledge and numerous other corporate and individual defendants, for fraud, false documents and misrepresentation, in connection with various schemes against Universal Express, its subsidiaries and others.

"These defendants have engaged in a long term pattern of fraud, false documents and misrepresentation to obtain monies and stock from Universal Express and other businesses through various investment schemes and insurance related scams", stated Mr. Gunderson.

"Universal Express has always been diligent in pursuing malefactors, private or governmental, who damage or attempt to damage our businesses or hard-working American businesses", continued Mr. Gunderson.

"We have been singularly successful in the past in pursuing our remedies. For example, Universal Express was successful in obtaining two separate state jury verdicts in Dade County, Florida against defrauders and `naked shorters` totaling $389 Million and $137 Million, respectively, including punitive damages", noted Mr. Gunderson.

"These judgments, along with post-judgment interest, now total in excess of $700 Million. Let me assure our stockholders that are collection efforts in this regard are in high-gear and despite the time gone by, we remain more optimistic than ever regarding their collectability", concluded Mr. Gunderson.

Wenn Du Dich mit USXP beschäftigt hättest ,würdest Du wissen ,daß es zu keinem Splitt kommt.
Außerdem hat USXP gerade gezeigt,daß sie durchaus überlebensfähig sind und das Geschäft wächst.
Ich kenne momentan keine Chancen reichere Aktie als USXP.

Universal Express to Purchase 100 MM Euro Contract

Universal Express Inc. (OTCBB: USXP), announced today it has come to an agreement with Astro Datensysteme AG (www.astro.de), and Astro`s United States sister company Security IT Vision, Inc. (SECITV) located in California and Germany to the joint development of an existing Astro technology. One of these projects will be located in the United States and one will be internationally based, with numerous additional locations being considered. The international project will have a contract guaranteeing over 100,000,000 Euro. Universal Express will be licensed to use the Astro Datensysteme AG identification system for use overseas and in the United States. These two projects alone should gross over 240 million in equivalent euro dollar revenues.

Additional contracts with foreign governments are expected to follow, along with various exclusive contracts and governmental guarantees. SECITV has also embarked on an exclusive fingerprint, identification and cutting edge BioSmart card technology product for Luggage Express and Universal Express`s postal association members in North America.

"Initially, we approached Astro Datensysteme AG to differentiate and augment the security of our Luggage Express business. Am besten Ihr laßt den Quatsch mit USXP. Es gibt bessere Aktien, die man mit vielen Leuten hochjagen kann. Ihr könnt bei USXP nicht mehr gewinnen, Nur die Amis. Aber hier sind wir zuhause, hier könnte ein Truppe zuschlagen!

Beispielsweise IQ-Power in USA bis 9,00 hockaufen! Vorher in Germany bis 3,00 1,00 MIO kaufen. das ginge, denn in USA ist kaum etwas im Orderbuch. Die 9,00 sollten mit wenigen k Euros zu knacken sein.
