SPARKS, Nev., Oct 14, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Golden Phoenix Minerals, Inc. (GPXM) is pleased to announce it has received Notice of Final Decision from the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) granting Water Pollution Control Permit No. NEV-2005105 and Reclamation Permit No. 0244. With these final permits approved, the Morris Mill molybdenum processing facility, located near the Ashdown mine in Humboldt County, Nevada, can be constructed and placed into operation. The mill facility is scheduled for completion by the end of November 2005.

The Water Pollution Control Permit authorizes commercial operation of the 100-ton per day flotation mill. The mill is designed to process high-grade molybdenum-bearing material recovered from Ashdown`s Sylvia vein and produce molybdenite concentrates for sale through the Company`s broker. Initially, the mill will be used to process and market the 1000-ton bulk sample authorized by an Amended Notice of Intent filed with the Bureau of Land Management. Upon approval of the final Plan of Operation for the Ashdown mine, the mill will be placed into continuous service.

The Reclamation Permit authorizes future remediation of the mill site once milling activities have been discontinued. In accordance with the permit, Golden Phoenix is to leave the project site safe, stable, and capable of providing for a productive post-mining land use. The $114,000 bond guarantee for this reclamation obligation has been posted and accepted by NDEP.

Both permits become effective fifteen days after Notice, at which time Golden Phoenix will erect the millworks on the concrete foundation that was completed in September and complete the adjacent tailings impoundment.

Golden Phoenix Minerals, Inc. is a Nevada-based mining company committed to deliver value to its shareholders by acquiring, developing and mining superior precious and strategic metal deposits in the western United States using competitive business practices balanced by principles of ethical stewardship.

Molybdenum - The Big Secret

Molybdenum - The Big Secret
Ken Reser
Sep 07, 2005

Subsequent to my previous report at 321Gold, "Molybdenum The 21st Century Metal". I have done further extensive amounts of research for information on current and future uses of Molybdenum. This has been an undertaking of continual frustration due to lack of mainstream information on this Noble Metal. Outside of the continual references to Molybdenum being used in stainless steel and other specialty metal alloys, fertilizers, lubricants and all the other uses I previously outlined in the 321 report (some of which are not reported in mainstream media) I have found what I consider the `Big Secret` in regard to Molybdenum.

This so called secret involves considering that few people in the mining industry pay much attention to the Catalyst market for Molybdenum, if any at all. It is considered a small portion of the overall world demand in any charts, graphs or articles one may see and read. This is not the case as I see it from all of my own research. Consider why, when so many pundits and experts have continually called for the same dramatic and rapid decline in Molybdenum prices as we have seen in past when it spiked in price, that it has confounded all the predictions and has remained high for months on-end, all the while outliving those same wrongful predications. Today I believe there are little known, but yet profound changes afoot in the world of energy due to scientific discoveries in catalyst research that are outside the scope of most mainstream reports and articles on Molybdenum, and they are so dramatic and exciting that soon the entire Oil industry will soon be in shock. These changes being brought about by the new discoveries in the catalyst sciences involve coal, plastics and even used tires. The energy field I`m speaking of is `Liquefaction`. In the 1950`s and even earlier, Coal Liquefaction to produce fuel oils was known and studied in the USA, Germany, Japan and S Africa among others. Japan in 1940 produced 30,000 T of liquefied coal oil. Production continued until the end of WW2. Immediately after the end of the war the US military banned further research into coal liquefaction, alleging that it was military research. The process was costly and compared to the price of a barrel of Oil, not yet feasible. It has been stated that for Coal Liquefaction to be cost efficient and profitable, a barrel of crude must sell for $32.00. The Japanese have published reports stating $20.00 p/barrel. The better the catalyst functions, the higher the liquid yield rate becomes. Through international cooperation coal liquefaction has gone from the research stage to commercialization in Japan. Today Japan, Germany, Indonesia, & the USA have all embarked on projects with coal liquefaction. Before I continue with this discussion on the Liquefaction process, I would like to dwell on crude oil for a moment.

Today thanks to the scientific study of new age band catalysts, and Molybdenum Oxide, Nickel, Iron & Cobalt compounds in particular, we now have catalysts that are helping refiners meet the stringent EPA & EEU pollution emission standards recently established. Sulfur is the culprit and the enemy of clean air and consequently due to the 2005 EPA standards (Diesel sulfur content has gone from 300 ppm to 50 ppm) the demand for refinery & hydro-cracking catalyst is going to increase dramatically. There is also another factor at work when considering the crude refinery catalyst demand.

For the last 20 to 30 years very few refineries have been built worldwide, and none in the USA. As I write this I`m reading of Venezuela building three new refineries and expanding two existing ones. China in a JV with its own Sinopec and Saudi Aramco & ExxonMobil have begun building their multi-billion-dollar refinery and petrochemical complex in China`s Fujian province. Meanwhile a JV between Borealis & Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. is advancing another ethylene cracking facility in Abu Dhabi. One should be able to see the picture unfolding, "More Refineries" to come and most likely in Europe, Canada and the USA first. Other nations will invariably follow suit in this age of peak oil and rapidly increasing demand from developing nations like China, India, Brazil & SE Asia etc coupled with growth in the western world. The more refineries and hydro-cracking facilities in operation obviously mean`s more Molybdenum catalyst demand. With less sweet crude now available and more sour heavy crude that has to be refined, it is going to mean more catalyst demand.

Next is the new looming production and market for (NG) Gas To Liquids Fuels (GTL). This market is fast becoming a reality and will invariably become a robust market for catalysts as well. GTL plants use catalysts of Cobalt/Iron/Molybdenum in the processes. Each GTL plant according to Bill Bell VP of Methanol & GTL Technology & Catalysts at Johnson Matthey "With GTL ready for ascension a big market for catalysts is now emerging & we are looking at thousands of tons plus of catalyst as inventory in a single plant".GTL plants (in 2003) are being considered in almost every corner of the globe that has reserves of NG, especially in areas like the Middle East where there is little local market for it & there are no pipelines to market NG. GTL converts NG into an easily exported liquid form. Shell in 2003 had a plant in operation in Malaysia & pursuing another in Qatar, as is Sasol Chevron. Chevron is also considering other plants in Nigeria, Australia & Caribbean. Exxon-Mobil is also interested in Qatar and Syntroleum is looking at Bolivian gas fields. BP is experimenting with a test plant in Alaska. (As this info on the GTL market is from 2003 I have no idea which projects may now be completed) So now I have outlined another little spoken of and upcoming demand on Molybdenum. The refinery demand for catalysts is already in the Billions of dollars and the worldwide demand for all the different combined types of catalyst uses in 2003 was approximately $7.5 Billion according to published reports.

According to a Roskill Metals report on catalysts (30/10/03) based on the steel industry states, Molybdenum demand has been growing at 2-4% p/a and in hydro-processing catalyst sector by 3-5% p/a. I believe now with higher emissions standards these latter catalyst demand percentages are now much higher if the truth be known. Also w/o going into detail for the sake of brevity in this report I will only touch on the fact that a Molybdenum/Ruthenium catalyst has been developed by Hitachi and other companies for a low cost Fuel Cell. We do know fuel cells will appear in cars, homes & industry in the near future. Washington State University (WSU) research teams have discovered an improved method of converting hydrocarbons (such as methane) into hydrogen and carbon dioxide using Molybdenum Carbide (Mo2C) as a catalyst. This conversion is an important step in fuel cell systems and processes that convert natural gas (NG) into useful petrochemicals. This patent is pending.

On another front Osiris in France and others involved in the world nuclear industry are testing a Uranium/Molybdenum enriched fuel for Nuclear reactors worldwide. This fuel will do away with using weapons grade Uranium in reactors and once perfected will be used throughout the world. The cost savings from low enriched fuel as opposed to the current highly enriched fuel is substantial as well.

Now lastly before I return to the Coal Liquefaction aspect that gave inspiration for this report, you should realize that the global demand for Molybdenum rose by 7.2% in 2004 to 374 million lbs from 349 m/lbs in 2003 as outlined in a study commissioned by International Molybdenum PLC and performed by CRU Strategies Ltd. mining consultants. Further CRU states that conservatively Molybdenum demand thru 2009 will grow by 3.5% to 4.1% p/a and the projected demand will be up to 475 million lbs in the same year. They also (CRU) project a deficit in Molybdenum production in 2008 and as much as a 14 million lb deficit in 2009. The theory of the world entering a "Super Commodities Cycle" is supported by recent reports by Citigroup-Smith Barney (China - The Engine of a Commodities Cycle, March 31 /05) and Goldman Sachs (Metals & Mining March 21 /05) and US Energy (Oil March 30/05) and along with the likes of the renowned Jim Rogers I believe this super cycle in finite resources is well underway and will last for many, many years to come.

The mining industry has been slow in responding to current growth in Molybdenum demand and low inventories. Several new projects, both primary and by-product have been promoted in recent months. Given the need for financing and environmental studies it is questionable if any or most of these projects will be producing by 2009. One or two projects seem to have the thrust, reserves and capability to achieve production in 2007/08 nonetheless. As another aside to the focus of this report it is also noteworthy to mention that a memo from the US Army Research Office: Research For Toxic Compound Destruction, states that the University of Pittsburg has shown that Molybdenum, in the presence of oxygen, is a true catalyst for destruction of nerve gas stimulant. A patent has been awarded on this work.

Now back to the Liquefacton portion of this report. The China Daily News online on the 03/12/2004 carried an interesting article on China`s liquefaction projects. They stated in part that China has set up its first coal liquefaction research centre in Shanghai, a move to safeguard the nation`s increasing oil supply shortage. The centre will explore and develop direct and indirect liquefaction technologies to produce gasoline & diesel fuel.
Shenhua Corp. one of China`s largest coal companies w/ an 80% interest in this centre, has almost completed construction of a US $3.3 billion coal liquefaction plant in Inner Mongolia. Operations of this plant are expected to commence in 2005 to produce 1 million tons of gasoline and diesel fuel p/yr. By 2008 they expect to produce 5 million tons of oil with four more production lines. The second phase of the project will involve an additional investment of US $7.3 billion. Plans for two more coal to oil projects are on the shelf.

In another article by People`s Daily news of Jan. 24/05 it is stated that by 2013, 10% of oil imports to China will have been replaced by coal liquefaction. The article also states that international indicators show that the process is profitable at between $22.00 to $28.00 US p/barrel and that the National Reform and Development Commission is considering making coal liquefaction one of China`s key construction projects this year.

The other aspect of this trend towards liquefaction is the use of recycled tires and plastics in the process. The plastics alone it is estimated comprise approximately 21% by volume of US landfill sites. There is obviously no need to mention the quantities of used tires in the world. The process for the process involving tires & plastic is called Co-Processing and is achieved by combining feed-stocks of coal with the other two products simultaneously.

Without going into a long scientific and technical overview of the coal liquefaction & the co-processing technologies it is important to realize that the present success and feasibility of coal liquefaction is hinged on the recent perfection of an Iron/Molybdenum catalyst used in the de-sulfurization portion of the process. Soon you will be reading about another new scientific field concerning Molybdenum & Nano-Particle Technology. After all I have written about here in this report, it is my estimation and firm belief that we are now witnessing a historic time in the new expanding uses and demands on Molybdenum in the ever changing world of the Catalyst & Alloy Metals markets and those changes/discoveries are becoming more intense as timepasses. To this end I believe now more than ever that,
"MOLYBDENUM IS THE METAL OF THE 21ST CENTURY"

(Post Script Notes)This report is not intended to infer that there is some conspiracy of silence afoot in the Molybdenum or Catalysts markets. In the title `The Big Secret` simply refers to the seeming secrecy in the catalyst markets and to the lack of mainstream attention paid by mining media to Molybdenum.

Remember Molybdenum IS the biggest percentage dollar gainer of ANY metal in the last 18 months, and we hear little but negativity from media and mining websites.

Over the last few days I have read of Chinese Molybdenum traders stockpiling product for the end quarter of 2005 in order to have supply.

Sept 2/05 a London Mining article stated this in part- "Prices of Mo alloys all rose on Friday as buyers in search of large quantities found that the tightness of supply that had characterized the market in the early part of the year has not lifted." End

Yes there is a bottleneck in Roasting facilities and it is having some effect on Mo price, but why is there a bottleneck? Because demand is outstripping world roasting facilities. Quite simple really! With 5-7% more demand projected by various industry participants, I`d say they better get busy building a lot more roasters, and bringing new Primary Molybdenum Mines in the world onstream or we may see $50.00 p/lb Moly in future.

China`s Metals Info Network, ANTAIKE on Aug 19/05 says new overseas roasting facilities will not be operational until after 2007.

Albemarle Catalysts of Louisianna who use approximately 10 million lbs of Molybdenum p/a, stated in a recent report- "We expect a 5% yearly growth rate in certain catalyst sectors and thatwith the peak oil events facing the world and new refineries coming onstream (in Saudi Arabia & China) and expect two more refineries in China as well as others around the globe, drilling exploration coupled with drill steel & pipelines etc, the demand for Molybdenum & Cracking catalyst should continue to grow as will the specialty steel demand. Molybdenum has gained a new place of stature in the world`s insatiable demand for noble metals." End.

If anyone has information on the Molybdenum markets they wish to share or would like to follow any of the Jr companies I represent please feel free to phone or email me anytime.

Thanks for reading.

Chart in #5.

Thank you for your enquiry re: Golden Phoenix. Our production costs at
the
Ashdown Mine are estimated to be profitable even with moly trading well
below $10 per pound. As for the price of moly breaking down, we
observe
that moly is a volatile commodity and do not necessarily agree that it
will
move only in one direction. We intend to place the mine into
production as
soon as possible and hopefully capture a profitable rate. Best regards

the New Year.

Golden Phoenix Minerals: The Shoot-Out at Mineral Ridge
By: D. Stewart Armstrong

Golden Phoenix (GPXM) is really a page out of the old west in every sensing. It’s difficult not to have a little fun with the story (hence the title) now that the company is finally back on track and in my opinion it is back on track. I’m going to jump right in here at the beginning and then pick up the story line as we progress. I have absolutely no problem recommending the company at this time. I might be a tad early but I’d rather be early than late in this resource market. And my opinion is that GPXM is a buy up to $.50 US, even with over 140 M shares outstanding on a fully diluted basis.

In my opinion, the biggest negative at this point is the share structure because it could possibly impede the ability to raise funds. However, that may also become a moot point in a strong gold market and with Molybdenum (Moly) prices hovering around $23-$25 a pound. When one has a Molybdenum deposit of the magnitude discovered at Ashdown, Nevada, several parts of the equation can be moot. Coincidentally, it feels as though GPXM may be getting ready to “break out”. I don’t know whether this is a function of their work program at Ashdown, the market, technical indicators or a combination of all the above. My suggestion is “don’t miss this train”. Now that we’ve gotten the negatives out of the way right up front, we can concentrate on the positives.

The Positives

One of those positives is that the Mineral Ridge Story has potential in its own right. Add to that a current management team that is focused on the big picture and in building a world class company, and then add to that the Ashdown story line and there appears to be a bright future in store for GPXM.

I’ll give you the historical perspective in just a minute. It is fascinating. I’ve been following this company very closely for over six years having participated in a private placement way back when. That got me started with the company. So many players have come and gone since then that the company has taken on a life of its own. It has risen from the ashes of deceit, poor management, mismanagement, and misinformation due to the efforts of a few very special people. People just like you and I; ordinary people doing extraordinary things and actually becoming even more extraordinary in the process. Right now these people are weary but steadfast and unwavering in their desire to see GPXM through to its profitable conclusion. This is totally understandable given what they’ve been through—situations as diverse as underground tunnels and boardroom battles.

It reminds me a bit of how the Founding Fathers of these United States believed that the common ordinary folk (citizen-statesman) would take their turn serving in the Congress or the government in some capacity and then return to their trades after their term was completed. It was a good concept at the time—actually it still is if the concept were honored and implemented. Golden Phoenix has ordinary folk taking on extraordinary responsibilities to rebuild a company that had been run into the ground. I believe that most of them have the idea that some day they too might return to their daily lives; turning over the day to operations to another team of their choosing and ratified by the shareholders.

Go to The Website!

Before we go any further, I’m going to direct you to one of the better web sites in the mining industry today—http://www.golden-phoenix.com/. They say a picture is worth a thousand words and if that’s the case, you’ll be looking at many thousands of words. Their web site is filled with pictures that tell a story. Actually, when you put all the pieces of this puzzle together, it’s more than a story. It’s a saga outlined in blood, sweat, and tears. It’s a saga of progress, dedication, and of hard work. It’s about overcoming incredible odds to get where they are today. The photos of the buildings, roads, mills, tunnels, tailing ponds, machinery, and tough men are all real (If you can believe it, the men are not professional models!). You can’t fake that stuff. You really don’t need to read any further—just go to the web site and follow the saga “post shootout”. Read about the projects, the progress, the people, and don’t neglect the financials. That way you’re covering all your bases.

This is a saga in real time and it is now documented in pictures. And Golden Phoenix has indeed lived up to its namesake, having risen from the ashes and having done so on more than one occasion. You know the funny thing? The name “Golden Phoenix” is so appropriate and I don’t believe for a minute that the folks who named the company so many years ago would have ever dreamt how the company would fit into the mold of its namesake to such a degree of perfection.

I’d bring one more element into focus concerning this saga. When the current management team finally took over the reigns of this company, GPXM was breathing its last breath. It was in very poor shape and many thought it wouldn’t make it. Remember that as you witness the rebirth first hand. You’ll find the documentation of their perseverance on the website, in their press releases, and what is going to occur in the not too distant future. They’ve uncovered layers of problems and obstacles and have resolved most of them. The one thing I cannot adequately relate to you was the depth and degree of the problems they uncovered when they eventually came into a position to deal with them. It was simply mind boggling. These people truly have turned lemons into lemonade. A little sugar wouldn’t hurt but its coming folks, its coming.

Ashdown and Molybdenum

Currently the focus of GPXM is their Ashdown Property and what many consider to be the richest deposit of Molybdenum in the world. Remember, I said the richest, not the biggest. The Ashdown mine is comprised of 101 unpatented lode mining claims covering four square miles in Humbolt Country near the town of Denio, in the northwestern corner of Nevada. The mine is owned by Win-Eldrich Mines, Ltd. (WEX), a publicly traded Canadian company based in Toronto. Golden Phoenix serves as Ashdown’s manager/operator under a Joint Venture Letter Agreement with Win-Eldrich.“ The Joint Venture split is along the lines of 60/40 with WEX receiving 40% and GPXM receiving 60%.

Trust on all levels has had to be restored. Trust between WEX and GPXM and all the management teams, directors, and especially the shareholders. I think they’re getting there and both WEX and GPXM should be commended for getting this far with the most difficult of situations.

What make this Ashdown Property so impressive are the grades of the Moly that have been discovered. The Sylvia Vein alone has values in the 5%-8% molybdenum per ton range! People get excited with only 1% Moly per ton and with Moly selling for around $23-$25 per pound, the economics of the project become nothing short of spectacular. Some analysts have conservatively suggested that there is $100 million US dollars worth of Moly concentrated in an area about the size of half a football field cubed. The core deposit is something along the lines of 300 feet long, about 100 feet wide and about six feet thick. It could be larger and open in all directions. They won’t know until they get to the face of the deposit and begin processing the ore. However, the core of the mineralization that has been described as the “target deposit” indicates figures as high as 21,500 tons averaging 8% Molybdenum. People, that is real, and it’s spectacular! (Thank you Terri!)

One thing for certain is the quality of this project and the value that is staring us in the face. As of January fourth, 2006 the mining crew was approximately 75 feet from breaking through to the original mine tunnel or decline as it’s called. That was some 14 days ago, and it is January 18, 2006 today. It gives you some idea as to how close they may be from getting to the face of the deposit. Incidentally, this is all part of the saga and is well documented on their web site. Two teams of miners are working underground in ten hour per day shifts. They are getting so close they can taste it. And of course, the closer they get, the more they need to slow down and be careful. Excitement can never be allowed to get in the way of safety. I believe the company will be handling the news releases in a similar fashion the closer they get to the deposit. Excitement won’t be allowed to get in the way of accuracy.

You won’t Have to Wait Long

I mentioned that Golden Phoenix has been a saga; especially before the Shoot-out at Mineral Ridge (we’ll get to that!). As in all sagas the story lines have been mixed, mixed up, and full of surprises. Ashdown has been no different. There were expectations not met, there were production schedules that didn’t come in on time and there were credibility issues that forever had to be addressed and overcome. Credibility with the investors had to be re-established because “pre-shootout”, they were told one thing and then something else occurred. Who to believe? That was always the question.

However, all things considered and with so many obstacles overcome, you won’t have to wait long for the conclusion of this particular story. I believe that we shall know within the next three to four months (if not the next three to four weeks) whether GPXM is going to be mining this Molybdenum deposit and shipping off super sacks (about 3900 pounds of molybdenite concentrates per sack) at current market value of around $24.00 per pound of elemental Moly.

Never forget that mining is a high risk business and anything that can go wrong usually does. However, that being stated, I have to say that after watching this crew headed up by Ken Ripley, Earl Harrison, Rob Martin --- Jeff Tissier, David Caldwell, and the rest of the guys, I am nothing but favorably impressed in how they have attacked these problems. Seldom do you find your Interim CEO wearing a hard hat and helping to build the mill one minute and finessing any number of bureaucracies the next. This entire group has found it necessary to wear many hats and they’ve worn them all quite well. They’ve worked together as a team and they’ve made timely, accurate communication to the shareholders a priority; something I believe we can look forward to in the future.

I fully understand how important it is to know how to do something, even if you don’t personally perform the task. This group has taken it upon themselves to learn how to do things so as not to be at the mercy of incompetents. Ever remodel your kitchen or add on an addition to your home using unknown carpenters or trades people? Ever take your automobile to an unknown mechanic? I have. Need I say anything further? Stories, oy veh! Do I have such stories!!

I am always compelled to make disclaimers such as perform your own due diligence; visit the web site; talk to the management, and learn as much as you can about any company before investing a penny. However, once you’ve done all that, I believe you’ll agree that this is a story where you’ll learn if you’ve made the correct decision within a matter of months if not weeks. Look at those photos, read the story line, and follow along. You’ll realize that barring any unforeseen circumstances, they are a cat’s whisker away from success at Ashdown, success being defined as the production of the first super sack of Molybdenum.

There is Additional Value in the Company!

Besides the Ashdown Project, GPXM owns Mineral Ridge, a quality project in its own right. It is a property focused on gold and silver. “The Mineral Ridge gold deposits are located on the northeast flank of the Silver Peak Mountain Range in Esmeralda County, Nevada. This range lies in the southern reaches of the Great Basin within the Walker Lane structural corridor, a 60-mile wide region of wrench-faulting which separates the Sierra Nevada to the west and the Great Basin to the east.” There are several other properties such as the Lone Mountain Mill and the Contact Mine. I’m going to let you review the website for updates on these projects. For now, the focus is really on Ashdown and all that it has to offer. That is where we’ll maintain our focus but I want you to understand that this company is not a one trick pony. Furthermore, current management has demonstrated that they want to build this company into a real, viable, and profitable mining entity.

The Shootout at Mineral Ridge-Virtual Bullets and Blazing Ballots Buzzing Everywhere

There really was a shoot-out at Golden Phoenix, sort of—and maybe not exactly at Mineral Ridge, but there was a shootout. It was of the business variety vis a vis the board room, shareholders, investors, speculators, old management, new management, and analysts all “mixing it up” at one point or another. I didn’t know who was going to end up on top. I’m happy to report to you that I believe the good guys, the ones wearing the white hats, came out ahead and the other ones? Well, for the sake of professionalism, proper decorum, and diplomacy, I’ll simply say that saying nothing sometimes speaks volumes. I believe that is the appropriate course of action to implement here and now. The silence is deafening!

As I mentioned previously, I’ve been following this story for six or seven years. Back in 2000 or thereabouts Jay Taylor named this company as his mining project of the year and that recommendation generated a good deal of shareholder interest. Jay’s word carries substantial weight because he has always demonstrated integrity and he has a sizeable audience. His recommendation got my wheels turning and so I began reading up on the project and talking with the folks in charge back then when the focus was on Mineral Ridge. Ashdown hadn’t even come into the picture at that point if I remember correctly. I’m not going into a lot of detail here other than to say mistakes were made back when. We all made them.

For whatever reason, the information that investors were receiving was not accurate. Was the misinformation due to a lack of technical expertise? Was it a deliberate attempt to lead people astray? Was it an attempt to create a private “piggy bank” or was it a case of just being piggy? Was there too much ego and not enough commonsense.com? Was it simply incompetence? What was it that allowed a company to basically run through $20,000,000 US + and really have very little to show for it?

I will say in their defense that six or seven years ago, the resource market had not turned around and it was a struggle to get funded. And yet millions of dollars were raised and spent and tens of millions of shares were created. I think that people bought into that scenario believing that if that much money could be raised, something good must be happening somewhere within the confines of this company. However, the company and its projects went no where. I recall several very large shareholders that were repeatedly contacted with the request for more money. “We’re almost there but we need a bit more dough.” Some of these people came through again and again and again. It eventually became apparent that trusts had been betrayed.

An analyst is only as good as the information he receives. There were layers of people and information circling this story. It felt like things were upside down. Finally, there was a shareholder revolt—that is the “Shootout” to which I refer. I can’t put it any other way. Shareholders became disgruntled and fed up. They had heard one too many promises and had seen a small fortune disappear with very little to show for it. Their investments were in dire straights and there was the possibility of a total collapse, a complete implosion of the company. Normally, the story would have ended there—but the really interesting part of this saga is that it did not. People chose to get into the fray in order to save the company and their investments. People recognized the value of Ashdown and realized it could be the salvation of the company if there was a drastic change in the corporate culture.

I’m going to save everyone from the dreary details because at this point its all counter productive; it’s water under the bridge. All we need to understand is that some large shareholders didn’t want to watch their hard earned money go swirling down the drain of incompetence. It was getting very close to that point when “they” stepped in. It was a battle royale and the battle lines were drawn. There were some very committed individuals who stepped up and saved the day—I know from talking with them that they thought that they should have been committed! The only reason I’m not going to name them is because if you do your homework you can figure it out. Most importantly the battle was won with brains and not brawn. If it had been the other way around, I would not be talking with you today. There’s a lesson here for all of us. When the going gets tough, the tough get smart.

These guys, wearing the white hats, went to bat for the investors and for themselves. Of course, they had motive—they personally had large positions but some of them didn’t. A few of the directors who helped to win the day had a lot to lose and not that much to gain. But they did the right thing and in today’s world, that is something special. Yes, I was witness to almost all of it on a daily basis when events were churning at a very intense level. It was a daily grind that continued for months. It was brain to brain combat. You can’t imagine as to how the adrenalin gets flowing in these kinds of situations.

When things did turn around, and the company acquired the quality of Ken Ripley as Interim CEO, Earl Harrison as Director of Mining, Rob Martin as Communications Director, David Caldwell and Jeff Tissier as Directors, it was truly a slow and steady change for the better. One of the first tasks was to create shareholder trust; even before shareholder value—good move guys.

I have to say that I’ve talked with Earl on many occasions and I have every confidence in his abilities based upon past successes. I know he has a passion for this particular project because he believes it is historic; historic because he personally believes it is the richest deposit of Moly he has ever heard about and he wants to be a part of mining it. Incidentally, Earl is excellent at what he does. I also have to say that everyone one of these guys has worked tirelessly to resurrect this company and have been excellent at what they’ve done.

Around this same time there were buzzards circling overhead—aren’t there always? They were ready to pounce—aren’t they always? They were unable to unleash their diabolical plans thanks to the foresight of some intelligent people who knew the value of every dollar coming and going. (There is a book in here somewhere because for my money this battle was the antithesis of Enron.) Are they home free? Heck no, they ain’t home free—not yet. They’re moving in the right direction sufficiently enough that I feel very comfortable suggesting that you take a very close look at the story. Do your own due diligence and nibble away, but not with the rent money.

The good news is that they’re all hoping that most of the nasty surprises left behind by the old management have been addressed and they’re getting very close to having the mill ready, the permits in place, and the i’s dotted and the t’s crossed just when that first supersack of Moly comes hurling down the conveyor belt or wherever the heck it comes hurling from—and right into the hands of a prearranged buyer. Just make sure you’re out of the way when 3900 pounds comes hurling down the chute!

Chin up people. You could be a party to something pretty spectacular. At the very least, you’re going to be examining a story that comes straight out of the old Wild West.

Lean and Mean

Ladies and Gentlemen, that is where we stand today: Golden Phoenix has risen from the ashes a meaner leaner bird and the future looks very promising.

Currently, the team is closing in on the original mine shaft on the Silvia vein at Ashdown. Last I heard on January 4, 2006 they were about 75 feet away from breaking into the old existing tunnel (see the PR on the web site) and working their way through some pretty solid ground. Solid ground is good in the mining business. That was some fourteen days ago. So even if they only make about five feet per day, you can extrapolate the information and get some idea as to how close they really are to the main deposit. Once they get there, it should be a relatively short amount of time before the mining begins barring any unforeseen circumstances!

Conclusion

This article may sound a bit promotional but everything that I’ve told you is the gospel truth. In this case, truth is stranger than fiction and I haven’t even scratched the surface in telling you what really went on. You wouldn’t believe me. What I want you to know is that win, lose, or draw, I believe that this new group has put every iota of strength and integrity into this company and I believe they just might have pulled it off. We’ll know soon enough.

Here we go—referring to the here and now:

Management: Excellent

Projects: Excellent

Ability to Fund: Fair but may become a moot point once mining begins and cash flow follows

Ability to Promote: Good to Excellent (By promote, I mean get the story out there just as I’m doing now!)

Ethics: Excellent

Stock Float: Poor—but again, this may be a moot point with $100,000,000 US of Moly in such a condensed area.

I think there are many positives in the future of Golden Phoenix Minerals. Take a close look at it. Rob Martin has done an exceptional job with the web site and he makes it easy to navigate the site and learn the entire story. This is one company I have every confidence that you should review.

Until Next time,

Golden Phoenix Completes Ashdown By-Pass , Reaches Sylvia Decline Leading to High-Grade Moly Deposit
Monday January 23, 5:00 am ET

SPARKS, Nev., Jan. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Golden Phoenix Minerals, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GPXM - News) is pleased to announce that its mining crews have completed a 600-foot by-pass tunnel and broken through to the Sylvia Decline that leads to the high-grade molybdenum mineralization at the Ashdown Mine in Humboldt County, Nevada.

Crews breached the west rib of the Sylvia Decline during second shift on January 21. The last 20-foot section of the by-pass was reduced in size to an 8-by-8 foot heading, allowing the crews to stabilize the entry point and implement ground control procedures. The next step will be to "slab" (or expand) the walls to fit the intersection between the by-pass and the decline. This section will then be rock-bolted for use as a truck load-out in future ore extraction operations.

The by-pass circumvents collapsed portions of the 23-year old decline and rejoins it in a zone of competent rock. Once the union of the by-pass and decline is widened and timbered, inspection crews will report on the condition of the decline before advancing further.

Commenting on the recent progress, Earl Harrison, Mine Manager, said, "Now that contact is established with the Sylvia Decline, our next step is to widen and grade the intersection, assess the condition of the decline and make it ready to mine and mill high-grade molybdenite under the Company`s 1000-ton bulk sample permit. During the next few weeks we`ll develop a detailed plan and schedule for starting up production."

Golden Phoenix Minerals, Inc. is a Nevada-based mining company committed to deliver value to its shareholders by acquiring, developing and mining superior precious and strategic metal deposits in North America using competitive business practices balanced by principles of ethical stewardship. Golden Phoenix owns the Mineral Ridge gold and silver property near Silver Peak, Nevada, and is manager/operator of the Ashdown gold and molybdenum property, which has been approved for a 1000-ton molybdenum bulk sample program.

Ashdown Update

February 20, 2006

This diagram of the Sylvia Decline, prepared by Ed Falk - a member of the Golden Phoenix Technical Support Team - with assistance by Earl Harrison, shows the general layout of the Ashdown molybdenum deposits and progress toward restoring the original decline in preparation to begin bulk sampling. Please click on enlarge to receive a full-scale PDF download of the diagram. It will show the areas of past cave-ins, the recently completed by-pass, the current point of advance, and where the decline intersects the known and inferred mineralization. You can enlarge or reduce the PDF image to fit your screen. [Disclaimer: The diagram is a simplification of the actual system, and does not represent the full extent of mineralization.]

Please note the two prime areas of mineralization: The North Zone with occurances of 1-to-4% Mo present, which will be the first area encountered; the South Zone, with occurances of 1-to-20% Mo present. These figures are derived from past records of drill and assay results performed by ACNC when the decline was first dug 25 years ago, and later augmented by drilling results from GPXM’s 2004 drill program. They are further supported by the results of stockpile production undertaken by our JV partner, Win-Eldrich, this past fall at a toll mill in Montana.

As progress is made toward the restoration of the original workings, the Ashdown Mill continues to advance. The building has been fully enclosed and work is proceeding on wiring and piping. Mr. Larry Hoffmann, a Professional Engineer, has been contracted to visit the mill this week in order to inspect and advise on its layout in advance of commissioning. Mr. Hoffman has extensive experience processing molybdenite. He assisted in milling the Ashdown stockpile material in Montana last fall, and consequently is acquainted with its physical and chemical characteristics. The above photo shows the fully-enclosed mill building, far left, the fine ore bin and its conveyor at center, the secondary crusher and its conveyor to the right, and the primary crusher, far right. Ore will be dumped into the primary crusher from transport trucks coming from the mine. The ore will be crushed and then conveyored to the secondary crusher, recrushed and conveyored into the fine ore bin, from where it will feed into the ball mill.

Here's your first special report now.

6 Secrets to Profits in an Exploding Gold Market
Right now there are six indicators pointing to an explosion in the gold markets. Just two or three of the indicators would point to higher gold prices; but there are six!

SECRET #1
THE COMING GOLD SHORTAGE:CHINA: In 2003 China legalized ownership of gold for its 1.2 billion citizens! The market was astronomical...but there was no distribution! But now we've just learned China's four top banks will also begin selling gold. Within the next 24 - 36 months this new demand for gold in China alone could double today's annual supply shortage...and push prices beyond $800 an ounce - almost double where gold is today. And to top it off, demand for gold is skyrocketing in India, Japan, and Saudi Arabia, as well.

You will get the complete scoop in our special COMPLIMENTARY Gold Investor Kit.

SECRET #2
OIL: You may be wondering what oil has to do with gold. Well, if history is any indicator, you need to know about the Gold/Oil Ratio; because gold has historically traded at a 15:1 ratio in relation to oil. And with oil prices at today's levels that puts gold prices over $800 per ounce.

Adam Hamilton, a noted financial writer and CPA, has even higher expectations. He believes the "swing" in gold's increase to the historic ratio could send gold over $1,000/oz!

SECRET #3
INTEREST RATES:Like oil, interest rates have also had a significant effect on gold prices. Most people believe rising interest rates have a negative impact on investments. And for the most part they're right. But last time we saw interest rates climb from the historically low rates we've had of late, we also saw gold rise to $850 an ounce...for a 2,200% increase.

Pay close attention to this interest rate indicator - the top brokerages are. Now they're buying gold. Your COMPLIMENTARY Gold Investor Kit will reveal which kind of gold they are buying and show you how following this key indicator could lead you to huge profits in the coming gold rush!

SECRET #4
FOLLOW THE RICH:When I first got started in the investment world a very well-to-do friend told me, "If you want to be wealthy... follow the wealthy." The fact is the wealthiest people know what's happening in today's markets and diversify accordingly. They are not following the latest hype of the "next great stock."

And guess what two of America's wealthiest investors are buying? You guessed it...GOLD! That's right, both Bill Gates and Warren Buffet have made significant investments in the precious metals industry. And if they see the need to diversify, shouldn't you?

SECRET #5
$1,000.00 GOLD/OZ: I read over 20 financial publications a day. In my position, I have to keep abreast of current events and proven financial indicators. Anyone can report on what's already happened. I love to read the ads of many mutual funds companies. They say something like... "Last year fund such and such had a 15.9% return." Or "Since inception this fund has beat the S&P 500." Well, all of this is fine if you're a time traveler! And haven't you often wondered how all their other funds (you know the ones they don't advertise) have performed?

In today's investing you need to be positioned at the right time with the right investment. Looking backwards into the future never made anyone wealthy. That's why one of my favorite financial publications is Barron's Magazine. They frequently report on coming economic trends. And in the last several months they have printed articles pointing to $1,000.00 gold/oz. - not once, or twice, but in three different reports!

And here's what other experts are saying...

"Before this is all over... I expect four-digit gold prices" - John Hathaway, manager of the Tocqueville Fund.

"I will stay in the gold sector until the gold price exceeds my target, which, at the moment, is about $800.00 per ounce and rising." - Paul Van Eeden - The International Speculator

"The buy of a generation... Gold could go back to its old highs of $850.00 an ounce." - Walter Murphy, Merrill Lynch top analyst

To stay abreast of all these publications, predictions and economic news, it costs me a small fortune. But, it really doesn't have to cost you anything. With your COMPLIMENTARY Gold Investor Kit you'll have access to many of the most significant and current insider news stories of every week.

SECRET #6
THE COMING GOLD SHORTAGE: In the beginning of this letter, I stated that even if two or three of these indicators proved true, there would be a tremendous demand on gold. Now for the biggest secret of all...current production will in no way keep up with demand. This will cause even higher prices as gold gets harder to get. Speaking to this issue, Eric Hommelberg, yet another well-known analyst explains, "The reason for it was a lack of exploration during the 1997-2002 period." "No exploration means no new gold deposits. It's simple as that!"

And get this... Pierre Lassonde, the President of Newmont, the world's largest gold producer said, "If gold were $1,000.00 per ounce, it would still take four to seven years to open a mine."

All of the indicators I've mentioned are supported by current facts. But the biggest rise in gold prices could be simply that the demand will far outpace the supply. You do not have to be a financial genius to know what happens when there are more buyers than sellers!

Would you like to know more? Here's your chance because . . .

Lear Financial's Complete 2006 Gold Investor Kit will cost you no money!

Ashdown Update

March 23, 2006

We invite our shareholders to take a good look at the photo below. You are witnessing a 20-pound chunk of the Sylvia Vein shot-through with molybdenite. You can see the blue-grey moly imbedded in the lighter-colored sugar quartz and calcite. (For a full-scale view, click on this pdf). This sample is the first to come from the North Moly Zone. The richness of the molybdenite is reported to have exceeded the expectations of our miners, and is described as "massive." Bulk sampling and lab analysis will better define the grade and volume of economic material over the coming months.

Several of our men who made this possible are pictured below. Mine Manager Earl Harrison, seen at center holding the sample, commented, "I wouldn't be surprised to see rock like this grading 15% or better. Once we start bulk sampling and assaying we'll know for sure what we've got."

For large-format PDF of this photo click here

Earl has just sent in the following report on mine activities at the North Zone:

"The Ashdown mining crews are now timbering through the Sylvia Vein and out into the footwall. All of the development work will be done in the footwall. The footwall rocks are more competent than the hanging-wall rocks and require little or no timbering. Crews will then begin to shoot out a refuge chamber before advancing south along the vein. The refuge chamber is an MSHA required safety step to protect miners in the event of entrapment or mine fire. The refuge chamber will satisfy MSHA requirements until a secondary escape and ventilation raise is completed in the coming months. After the refuge chamber is complete, crews will begin development work for the bulk sample. Draw points will be driven every 40 feet back under the Sylvia. Finger raises will then be driven from the end of the draw points vertically to intercept the vein in a "Y" configuration. A scram will be driven along the vein at the top of the finger raises. As the ore is blasted from the vein, it will be pulled down the finger raises and removed from the draw points with an underground mucker and loaded into underground trucks for the trip to the surface. Only one-third of the ore is removed until the entire vein is mined out on that level. This is called a shrink stope and is effective if the vein is standing relatively vertical. In this area of the mine the vein is dipping at 60 degrees to the west and is striking north and south. The moly encountered by Golden Phoenix crews in this part of the mine is massive and averages between 3 and 4 feet thick."

March 30, 2006

The picture above illustrates at least two modes of occurrence for the molybdenite found in the sample rock from Ashdown's North Zone, pictured below. The two top slabs are hard quartz vein showing a significant volume of intergrown molybdenite that occurs as sheeted fracture fillings and irregular blobs. The bottom slab features a calcite-rich host rock with dense moly content, which, to the eye appears more disseminated and less "flashy". In both cases, it is difficult to accurately estimate the actual contained moly without first developing an 'eye' based on experience and actual chemical assays. Over the coming weeks our crews and Technical Services group will begin building the science database that will allow "in situ" grade calls at the scram faces and throughout the system, while wet bench chemical work is completed prior to blending at the mill.

Ashdown Update

April 10, 2006

This is a photo of the face of the heading currently being run to and through the Sylvia vein, and then south, parallel with the old decline. It is estimated that the vein lies less than 10 feet ahead. To date, over 36 feet of header has been blasted along the North Zone. It is part of the necessary development work to allow the miners to approach the vein from the right direction and avoid fracture areas and faults. Progress has been swift, the rock is good, and the miners have been advancing bald-headed, as shown in the photo. The present plan is to cross the vein, moving south adjacent to the old decline, and then angling back to intersect the old decline past a collapsed section, on the way to the South Zone.

Below is a photo of a section of the 25-year old decline running east-west a few hundred feet from the North Zone junction. With the exception of the yellow vent line and utility piping on the right side, the decline is just as it was discovered a few weeks ago. Note the generally excellent condition of the steel sets, lagging and ground. This is not indicative of the entire length of the old decline, much of which was only wired, and some of which is caved. But it shows the care with which the decline was orginally dug.

April 5, 2006

This latest rock sample from the North Zone weighs 26 pounds. It is representative of other samples taken from the workings.

Ed Falk, one of our geologists, examines the sample, testing for presence of calcium.

Work at the mine continues with development of access to the strike and prepartion of a temporary refuge chamber in accordance with MSHA requirements. Crews are extending utilities and expanding the infrastructure in order to support the bulk sampling to follow. The existing fabric air ducting which brings ambient air to the workings is being replaced with steel piping, which will reduce line loss and increase air flow to the miners and thier diesel equipment. Electrical power and high pressure air is being upgraded as well. Crews are blasting and drifting toward the footwall in order to eventually establish the draw points and scrams. Mineralized material is being encountered in this process, and samples, such as the one above, continue to indicate positve showings for molybdenite along the North Zone.

The "whole rock assay" performed on the sample represented by the slabs in the photo (below) ran 5.35% for the competent vein material (marbleized pieces at top of photo) and 2.94% for the clay component (larger bottom piece).

The mine is owned by Win-Eldrich Mines, Ltd., a publicly traded Canadian company based in Toronto. Golden Phoenix serves as Ashdown’s manager/operator under a Joint Venture Letter Agreement with Win-Eldrich.

Our lead miner, John Rasmussen, is seen here pointing to the center of Sylvia's North Zone moly vein. The white lines superimposed on the photo give an approximate indication of the width and slope of the vein structure. The underground crews intersected this section of vein as they drifted around a caved portion of the orginal decline leading to the South Zone. Visual assessment of the vein suggests significantly higher moly grades than had been interpolated from pre-existing data. True assays shall be performed to verify grade and width, which may or may not be indicative of the average grade and width to be encountered along strike.

This is a close-up of the same section of vein. It features a remarkable concentration of what visually appears to be molybdenite in a high-grade lens. The lens structure is approximately 1.5 feet in width (white arrow) and appears to be of an exceptionally high-grade, to be determined by assay.

This is the new Aeroline 50HP mine fan and 30" steel vent line installed and complete. This system delivers 22,000 cubic feet of air per minute underground to the working face of the Sylvia Vein, 900 feet away. It will support the use of additional diesel powered heavy equipment and multiple crews, allowing for the development of several working faces at once. As the stopes, raises and scrams are developed over the coming months, it is critical to supply MSHA-mandated volumes of fresh air. This supply will be further enhanced once a secondary escape raise has been dug, later this year.

Golden Phoenix Initiates Bulk Sampling at Ashdown; Commences Startup and Testing of Its Molybdenum Mill
Tuesday May 9, 3:10 am ET
- High-Grade Moly Project Prepares to Come On Line -

SPARKS, Nev., May 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Golden Phoenix Minerals, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GPXM - News) is pleased to report that on Friday, May 5, its mining crews began removing molybdenum-bearing material from the North Zone of its Nevada-based Ashdown mine in accordance with a 1000-ton bulk sample program permitted by the Bureau of Land Management.

The mineralized material is being transported to the flotation mill, located two miles from the mine, where it is loaded into a two-stage crusher, processed, and conveyed to a fine ore bin as part of the initial commissioning of the mill circuits. The process of testing and tuning the mill, along with ramp-up of bulk sampling and test-production, will continue while full-scale mining permits move through the final stages of regulatory review.

The moly-bearing material is hosted in the North and South Zones of the Sylvia vein structure, a high-grade mineralization potentially ranging from 1%-to-15% elemental molybdenum (Mo). Golden Phoenix is permitted to take 1000 tons of this material in order to test-process and trial-market a molybdenite concentrate, which is used in a variety of industrial, chemical and pharmaceutical applications.

During this period, Jonathan Sprecher, an independent economic geologist, has been directed by Golden Phoenix to perform a multi-stage evaluation of Ashdown's molybdenite resource under the SEC Guide 7 and Canadian NI 43-101. The first section of his analysis, limited to the South Zone, has been completed. It delineates 4,220,240 pounds Mo (2,774,360 measured plus 1,445,880 indicated) along a 950-foot strike, sufficient to feed Ashdown's 100-ton mill for approximately four years.

Mr. Sprecher will next quantify the North Zone, followed by other mineralized areas known to exist along the Sylvia trend. Once compiled, the data will be used to extend known mineralization and expand the current resource base. The final stage of Mr. Sprecher's analysis will define proven and probable mineable reserves.

David A. Caldwell, President of Golden Phoenix, commented, "The start of bulk sampling and test-processing marks a milestone in our Company's restructuring as we transition from development to production. I believe the Ashdown project is slated to become the highest-grade moly producer to come on line in the current bull market cycle. After 18 months of team effort and individual sacrifice, we all look forward to guiding the project through its test phase to final permits and full-scale production over the coming months."

Ashdown Gold & Molybdenum Mine

The Ashdown mine is comprised of 101 unpatented lode mining claims covering four square miles in Humbolt County near the town of Denio, in the northwestern corner of Nevada. The mine is owned by Win-Eldrich Mines, Ltd., a publicly traded Canadian company based in Toronto. Golden Phoenix serves as Ashdown’s manager/operator under a Joint Venture Letter Agreement with Win-Eldrich.

Ashdown Update June 6, 2006
One of our millwrights, Jeff Ydiando, is seen here putting the finishing touches on the ball mill alignment mechanism. The ball mill was run yesterday for an extended period, and performed perfectly. The next step in pre-commissioning the mill will be to operate the individual banks of flotation cells. The water level in the tailings pond is being raised in order to fill the flotation cells and power-up their circulation pumps and bubblers.

At the mine, the underground crews are drifting under the Sylvia vein in preparation to put in drawpoints, working stopes and scrams in the North Zone. Because of the unexpected quantity and quality of mineralization encountered in the North Zone over the past three weeks (see photos below), a decision has been made to start bulk sampling there, while continuing to clean up access to the South Zone. The miners are in good rock, and are drifting bald-headed (without having to timber) at this time. While the workings are being developed to sample the North Zone, new drift will be driven to intersect the original decline at a point expected to be free of cave-ins and water. The plan is to rehabilitate the original decline in order to access the South Zone. This work will continue over the coming days and weeks.

May 17, 2006

The above samples came from an area in the North Zone very near the center of the map. They were part of the high-grade lens shown in the two photos below. They assay at 45.7% elemental moly (or 73.0% molybdenite). This is considered close to pure moly disulfide. By comparison, the eventual contentrate product which will be shipped from the mill should contain between 50% and 55% elemental moly. 45% mo is equivalent to 900 pounds mo per ton. At current oxide prices, which have been rising in the past weeks, one ton of this material after roasting is valued at approximately $23,400, or the equivalent of 34 ounces of gold.

Work continues on the mill and tailings pond. A decantation column has been installed in the pond, which filters the water prior to recirculation from the pond through the mill (see below).

Ashdown Update

July 12, 2006
CEO Ken Ripley guides mining professional, Don Prahl, on a tour of the completed Ashdown mill. This shot was taken from the top of the fine ore bin, and shows the first and second stages of the crusher adjacent to the ore pad on the left.

Ken is seen standing next to the recently installed power poles linking the mill to the commercial power grid. The transformers, substation, and hook-up has been completed in conjunction with Harney Electric, and the installation has passed final inspection. The mill building has also been inspected for its Occupancy Permit by Humboldt County, resulting in a short list of minor modifications, which are being made by the mill staff prior to sign-off.

At the mine, Earl Harrison, Mine Manager, is seen standing next to a portion of the Sylvia Moly Vein located in the North Zone. Earl and his crews are completing the stopes and raises needed to start extracting mineralization for mill feed. The raises are elevated access passages that allow the blasted vein material to be loaded into trucks with the assistance of gravity. While Earl sets up to commence mining the North Zone, his men are also wiring and bolting the original decline leading to the South Zone. That work will continue over the coming weeks.

The 30-day public comment period for the Environmental Assessment, which is required prior to issuance of an approved Plan of Operations (POO) by the BLM, has ended. To date, only two public comments were received, and both were in support of the project. The BLM now processes the POO, which involves a number of administrative steps. Additional bonding will be required, with a final amount to be determined, adjudicated and posted, over the coming weeks. The mine continues to operate under its pre-existing 1000-ton bulk sample permit until such time as the full-scale mining approval has been completed. Once the Occupancy Permit has been issued for the mill, the next step will be to commission the mill and continue the test processing of molybdenite that had been initiated last month.

Allen Anlegern eine erfolgreiche Woche, Gruß JoJo:)

Wednesday August 16, 5:00 am ET
- A Veteran Industry Professional With Proven Gold and Moly Experience -

SPARKS, Nev., Aug. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Golden Phoenix Minerals, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GPXM - News) is pleased to announce the appointment of Donald R. Prahl as Vice President Operations. Mr. Prahl takes charge of all mine development beginning with the near-term start of production at the Ashdown molybdenum-and-gold joint venture in Humboldt County, Nevada. Earl Harrison, Mine Manager, will report to Mr. Prahl and continue to direct the Ashdown project on a day-to-day basis.

Don Prahl brings to Golden Phoenix a distinguished career running major mining operations throughout the country. Notable are Mr. Prahl\'s achievements as Vice President and General Manager of the Barrick Goldstrike Mine in Elko, Nevada, where he managed 1600 employees and a $350 million budget. During his tenure, the Goldstrike mine established a record for single-year output of 2.4 million ounces of gold while generating profits of $315 million.

Prior to that, Mr. Prahl was Vice President and General Manager for the Cyprus-Amax Sierrita mine in Arizona, overseeing copper and molybdenum mining, flotation, roasting and packaging. Mr. Prahl initiated a top-to-bottom turn-around at Sierrita, which was subsequently named the safest surface mine in America by the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) and rated the world\'s most productive surface mine by CRU International.

Most recently, Mr. Prahl was Vice President and General Manager for the Cleveland Cliffs iron mine in Minnesota, in charge of 500 employees and a $185 million budget. Through Mr. Prahl\'s leadership, the mine increased tonnage and reduced costs, achieved ISO-14001 compliance and delivered rising profits, while being awarded for the lowest MSHA reportable injury rate in the company\'s history.

Addressing the appointment, David A. Caldwell, President of Golden Phoenix, said, "Don Prahl represents the expanding future of Golden Phoenix. His breadth of experience and force of character bring added dimensions to our ranks. Our Board of Directors recognizes the drive-to-excel that exemplifies Don\'s career and aims to harness that drive toward safe, efficient and profitable production. We are proud to have attracted a professional of Don\'s stature, and welcome his energy and talents."

Don Prahl commented on his appointment, saying, "I am grateful for the opportunity to help bring this remarkable moly mine to market. I am impressed with the quality and tenacity of the Golden Phoenix team, from its executive leadership to its expert field managers and miners. Initially, I plan to set up residence near the Ashdown mine in order to be close to the action. My wife, Diana, and I are delighted to return to our roots in Nevada, and look forward to playing a part in this rapidly evolving success story."

Mr. Prahl earned his Minerals Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin, and completed post-graduate training through Harvard University. His many awards include the Nevada Governor\'s Award for Excellence in Mining Reclamation and the MSHA Sentinels of Safety Award. Mr. Prahl is an active member of the American Institute of Mining Engineers and served as a past Director and Chairman of the Board of the Nevada Mining Association.

:)Golden Phoenix Initiates Formation of Operating Company With Win-Eldrich to Launch Molybdenum Production at Ashdown Mine
Ticker Symbol: U:GPXM U:WEX C:WEX

SPARKS, Nev., Aug. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Golden Phoenix Minerals, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has initiated a plan with joint venture partner, Win-Eldrich Mines, Ltd., , Toronto, Canada, to create a limited liability company (LLC) that will manage and operate the Nevada-based Ashdown molybdenum mining project on behalf of the partners.

The plan was formalized in a Letter Agreement dated August 29, 2006, stipulating the creation of an LLC in which Golden Phoenix will hold a 60% interest and Win-Eldrich will hold a 40% interest. The Letter Agreement defines the steps to be taken over the next five weeks to reconcile the Golden Phoenix earn-in expenditures and to complete transfer to the LLC of each partner\'s project assets, including the underlying mineral rights, the fully-operative mill facility and preexisting contracts.

In the interim, Win-Eldrich will transfer $550,000 to Golden Phoenix by August 31, 2006 as estimated payment of Win-Eldrich\'s contribution for the current quarter. Following formation of the LLC, Win-Eldrich will also release to Golden Phoenix 60% of the net proceeds derived from the processing and sale of stockpiled molybdenite ore, which was accomplished under Win-Eldrich\'s direction in 2005. Upon the completion of financial reviews by each partner final adjustments to both payments are to be made by September 30, 2006.

The LLC will be a Nevada-based company governed by a five-person board selected in proportion to the 60/40 ownership interests. One of the members will be an independent industry professional to be appointed by Golden Phoenix. Continuity of management will be maintained during the interim period by Golden Phoenix under contract to the LLC. VP Operations Don Prahl and Mine Manager Earl Harrison will continue to lead the on-site effort.

David A. Caldwell, President of Golden Phoenix, commented, "This LLC structure will promote tightened communication, faster response times, and an efficient partnership forum by which to guide the growth and direction of the Ashdown mine. As the market price for moly oxide strengthens, the LLC will expedite the start of concentrate production, complete access to the bonanza grades in the South Zone, and aggressively pursue expansion of the overall resource."

CEO Ripley inspects Sylvia high-grade moly zone

September 19, 2006
CEO Ken Ripley is shown examining the quartz vein (seen as white material) which comprises a small, lower-grade portion of the high-grade Sylvia Vein located in the South Zone of the Ashdown target deposit. Ken is standing in the Sylvia drift, about 100 feet in from the intersection where the South Zone cross-cut branches off from the old decline. From this point, the high-grade moly strike heads south for hundreds of feet, increasing in grade as it moves south. This visit to the drift is preliminary, and next, crews will be working to complete the removal of standing water, secure and reinforce sections of the intersection, and pull utility and ventilation lines forward. An initial visual inspection of the old decline shows it to be in excellent condition several hundred feet toward the south end of the strike zone.

September 18, 2006
The mining crews at Ashdown have broken through to the original north-south decline just above the junction with the high-grade South Zone. The area of intersection is a low spot and will require the final removal of several feet of water which is pooled around the hole. As the dewatering is completed, crews will be able to access the old decline and assess its condition before advancing toward the South Sylvia vein. Mining continues in the North Zone, and the fine ore bin at the mill has been refilled in preparation to process the next test round of moly concentrates

Panik kaufen, Gier verkaufen!

Gruß JoJo

HANDELSBLATT, Samstag, 7. Oktober 2006, 07:00 Uhr
Im Gespräch mit "Rohstoff-Guru" James Rogers

http://www.handelsblatt.com/news/Vorsorge-Anlage/Anlagestrat…

Was soll man von solchen Prognostikern halten?

Was halten Sie vom Amaranth-Fall?

Es gab also offensichtlich keine Krise.

The Sylvia vein is located above and to the left of the directors, and extends down and to the right. Access to the face of a portion of the vein is via a ladder to an overhead platform. From there the vein is revealed as an approximately five-foot wide band of grayish mineralization (see photo below of Jeff Tissier illuminating the interface between the vein (lower right) and the hanging wall).

Viel wichtiger: Wo liegen IHRE Alternativen!

Ashdown Gold & Molybdenum Mine

The Ashdown mine is comprised of 101 unpatented lode mining claims covering four square miles in Humbolt County near the town of Denio, in the northwestern corner of Nevada. The mine is owned by Win-Eldrich Mines, Ltd., a publicly traded Canadian company based in Toronto and Golden Phoenix, 40%-60% respectively. Golden Phoenix serves as Ashdown’s manager/operator under a Joint Venture Letter Agreement with Win-Eldrich.

On Tuesday, the mill was fired up to begin the process of adjusting the grind and chemistry. The mill feed is coming from the South Sylvia Zone and is of very high-grade. Technicians have set up reagent feeders, and part of the metallurgical process now includes the use of cyanide to depress the copper pyrites. The mine is ramping up to provide sufficient mill feed to keep the mill operating and allow the mill staff the time to make production adjustments.

On Wednesday, the production tests resulted in high Mo concentrations and lowering copper percentages. The goal is to generate a concentrate that meets specifications for sale (50% Mo or higher) and can be dried, bagged and shipped, at the same time protocols for control, monitoring and testing are established throughout the production cycle. Fine tuning of the milling equipment and numerous small adjustments continue, as the staff builds its learning curve.

Golden Phoenix's Ashdown Mill Produces Moly Concentrate To Market Standards
2006-12-20 08:32 ET - News Release

SPARKS, Nev., Dec. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Golden Phoenix Minerals, Inc. today announced that its mill staff at the Ashdown Project LLC in Humboldt County, Nevada, has successfully generated molybdenite concentrates that meet and exceed minimum specifications for sale to world markets.

The Ashdown mine is a cooperative venture between Golden Phoenix, which serves as manager and operator, and Win-Eldrich Mines, Ltd. of Toronto, Canada. The newly constructed mine and mill are fully permitted and bonded for the commercial production and sale of molybdenum (Mo) in the form of molybdenite (MoS2) concentrate. The Ashdown team is working to produce the first shipment of molybdenite for sale to its London-based broker, Derek Raphael and Company. Ashdown is the first new primary molybdenum producer to come on line in the Western Hemisphere this commodity cycle.

During the past two weeks, underground crews stockpiled mineralized material taken from Ashdown's Sylvia vein, which is located in the mine's South Zone. The material is being crushed, ground and fed through the 100-ton per day flotation plant. The resulting concentrate is then filtered and dried into a product calculated by in-house assay to presently grade from 52% to 57% Mo. The industry's minimum grade for standardized molybdenum concentrate is 50% Mo per shipment.

Initial analysis using on-site X-ray florescence instrumentation and moisture analysis techniques indicates that the Ashdown concentrate as tested also meets or exceeds specifications regarding moisture, insoluble materials and other trace element content. All assays are taken in triplicate and will be verified by independent third-party analysis to insure proper governance. A final reconciliation will occur through settlement assays performed in conjunction with the molybdenum roaster representatives.

The milling team continues to fine tune the equipment and adjust the chemistry required to increase efficiencies and streamline production at the mill. The team is under the direction of Mine Manager Earl Harrison and has been working with metallurgical specialists, in house technical staff and outside consultants. To date, more than 10,000 pounds of saleable MoS2 concentrate have been dried and bagged. As optimization continues, the concentrate is packed into supersacks, each designed to hold from approximately 3,900 to 4,800 pounds of product, depending on the destination and end-user.

The mine and mill will operate through the remainder of December, except for Christmas, with the objective of completing the sale of an initial consignment of product to the broker.

Recent Questions

December 21, 2006
Q: Congratulations on starting to make saleable moly concentrates. You report 52% to 57% Mo content. As you improve the milling, how much higher can this content be? - N.D.

A: Typically, Mo (or elemental molybdenum) content in commercial grade concentrate will be between 50% and 53%. Content that exceeds 55% Mo is considered top quality. Maximum Mo content generally does not exceed 58%.

Q: I am confused. I thought your recovery of moly was supposed to be 80% or higher? Why only 52-57%? - R.K.

A: You are mixing apples and oranges. Those two sets of percentages represent different measures.

On the one hand, your 80% figure refers to the percentage of Mo (elemental molybdenum) in the mill feed which is captured by flotation and does not end up in the tailings pond; our metallurgists are always working to achieve consistent recoveries of 80% (or more) of the Mo contained in the mineralized rock that is fed into the mill.

Once that Mo is separated from the rock, it is then processed into a concentrate that, for commercial sale purposes, should contain at least half (50%) Mo, with the rest of the concentrate being inert rock and trace minerals.

So on the other hand, the 52%-to-57% figures refer to the amount of Mo (as a percentage of the total concentrate) in the supersacks. Typically, these concentrates will contain approximately 50% Mo on the low end and 58% Mo on the high end. As stated above, producing a cons with 55% Mo or greater denotes a top quality product.

Lewis, Inc., The Frank Lewis Revocable Living Trust, and The Sharon F. Lewis Trust, resolving a contract dispute concerning a former lease at the Contact Mine located in Elko County, Nevada.

The parties have mutually agreed to the dismissal of all complaints and the release of all claims. With resolution of the legal issues, all accrued liabilities related to the Contact Mine are extinguished, resulting in the elimination of approximately $3.25 million in current liabilities on the Golden Phoenix Balance Sheet. Results of Company operations for the fourth quarter of 2006 will include a gain on extinguishment of debt for the same amount.

The Settlement Agreement results in no dilution to the Company's existing share capital, and no cash payments or other consideration disbursed to any party.

As a stipulation of the settlement, the Company will cancel a single certificate for 2,753,623 shares of common stock issued to F.W. Lewis, Inc. in October of 2002, in exchange for 2,753,623 replacement shares of common stock issued under Section 3(a) (10) of the of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The replacement shares will be equally divided between The Frank W. Lewis Revocable Living Trust and The Sharon F. Lewis Trust, a routine clerical matter that neither increases nor decreases the present number of the Company's issued-and-outstanding shares.

The Company anticipates that it will not pay income taxes on the gain on extinguishment of debt due to the availability of a tax loss carry-forward, which at December 31, 2005, totaled approximately $25 million and which is available to offset future taxable income. Assuming a corporate income tax rate of 34%, the estimated benefit of the tax loss carry-forward at December 31, 2005, a deferred tax asset, is approximately $8.5 million. With the elimination of the $3.25 million obligation, the Company estimates that its deferred tax asset now exceeds its current liabilities. Through September 30, 2006, no benefit for the deferred tax asset had been recognized in the financial statements of the Company.

Robert Martin, Executive Vice President for Golden Phoenix, stated, "With the amicable resolution of this matter, we have put to rest the last major legacy issue that preceded our current restructuring. Combined with the July 7, 2006 resolution of International Enexco's portion of the Contact Mine issues, Golden Phoenix has retired approximately $5.65 million in current liabilities in 2006, at no direct cost to our shareholders. We can now turn our full attention away from the past, and toward the future of Ashdown, Mineral Ridge and Northern Champion."

Golden Phoenix Activates Its Top Leadership: Prahl Made COO; Martin Named President; Caldwell Replaces Ripley as CEO

2007-02-05 13:19 ET - News Release

SPARKS, Nev., Feb 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Golden Phoenix Minerals, Inc. is pleased to announce its next stage of development with the appointment of Donald R. Prahl to Chief Operating Officer, Robert P. Martin to President and David A. Caldwell to Chief Executive Officer. Kenneth S. Ripley steps down as CEO following successful completion of a 24-month turnaround that makes Golden Phoenix the world's newest primary molybdenum producer following the start of sales at its Ashdown mine, located in Humboldt County, Nevada.

The promotions were triggered by last week's sale and shipment of approximately half-a-million dollars worth of molybdenum concentrate by the Ashdown Project LLC. Golden Phoenix is the majority owner, manager and operator of the Ashdown mine and mill.

Donald Prahl, former Vice President and General Manager for the Barrick Goldstrike Mine in Nevada and the Cyprus-Amax Sierrita copper and molybdenum mine in Arizona, will continue to guide the ramp-up of moly production and sales at Ashdown. David Caldwell and Robert Martin, former President and Executive Vice President respectively, now join CFO Dennis Gauger in taking on the Company's key strategic and administrative duties beginning with a value- building program designed to increase Company name recognition and financial opportunities. Kenneth Ripley, who led Golden Phoenix through a two-year campaign to build the Ashdown mine and start production, will return to the Seattle area to resume daily management of his commercial real estate holdings. He remains an active shareholder.

Addressing the new appointments, David Caldwell said, "When Ken Ripley was asked to lead our recovery back in January of 2005, the Board of Directors had no idea how fully he would commit himself personally, professionally and financially. As a result of his extraordinary efforts, Golden Phoenix is now a leaner, smarter, stronger company, with declining debt and rising cash flow. We are deeply grateful to Ken for delivering a working mine to a revitalized enterprise; it is our job to build on that foundation."

Don Prahl added, "Insofar as my career has focused on optimizing profitability at large-scale gold, moly and copper mines, I intend to build Golden Phoenix and its resource portfolio into something we can all be proud of. With Ashdown now projected to cash flow and self-fund, my first task is to see that it has the people and equipment needed to reach full-scale production as soon as practical. I have also started work on the feasibility studies needed to bring our Mineral Ridge gold and silver property back on line. I am totally committed to establishing exceptional mining opportunities for the benefit of every one of our shareholders."

Robert Martin concluded, "Dave, Don and I have forged a bond in the course of building a new future for Golden Phoenix. My business drive coupled with Don's deep industry knowledge fit well with Dave's exploration skills and public company experience. Add in Dennis Gauger's corporate governance and compliance background, and I believe we have a balanced team that hears our stockholders loud and clear: Grow share value, ramp-up moly sales, stoke-up reserve capital, reopen Mineral Ridge, and expand reserves through exploration at Ashdown, Mineral Ridge and Northern Champion."

Recent Questions

February 5, 2007

Q: Is there more to the story of Ken Ripley's leaving?

A: When Rob Martin first approached the Board of Directors with the idea of revitalizing the company near the end of 2004, the Board asked who might help make that happen. Rob suggested a life-long friend and business associate of his, Ken Ripley, who at the time was living in semi-retirement with his family near Seattle. Rob knew Ken had the talent, experience and business acumen needed to jumpstart the process. Always ready for a challenge, Ken generously agreed to assist. At the time, it was felt that Ken might only be needed for three-to-six months. That was 24 months ago. During that period, Ken put his life on hold and gave 110% to the effort of improving the company and building the Ashdown mine. He lived on-site at the mine for months during the freezing winters and searing summers. He worked with his hands as well as his mind. He gave not only his time, but also his equipment and his funds. The Board is deeply indebted.

When Ashdown sold its first shipment last week, in essence, Ken had delivered on his promise to the Board to restore the company and create a working mine. While he was encouraged to remain active within the company structure, Ken now wishes to return to his private life in order to spend more time with his daughter Kristen and son Kyle. He remains very supportive of the company and has made himself available for advice and input as we move to the next level.

Our hats are off to Ken for a job truly well done.

Golden Phoenix's Ashdown Project Completes Third Sale of Molybdenum Concentrates; Mine Ramp-Up Continues

2007-02-22 05:00 ET - News Release

SPARKS, Nev., Feb. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Golden Phoenix Minerals, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of the third consignment of molybdenite concentrates produced by the Ashdown Project LLC, located in Humboldt County, Nevada.

A sale of 12 Supersacks of moly concentrate has been made to Derek Raphael & Company of London, England. The consignment weighed more than 47,000 pounds and contained over 25,000 pounds of elemental molybdenum. Provisional invoice value of the shipment is in excess of $470,000 with a final value to be determined following delivery and processing of the material. Cumulative moly sales to date total approximately $972,000.

This sale marks the first time an entire shipment was produced in one continuous weeklong milling campaign that finished on February 20th. Apart from minor mechanical interruptions, the mill crew was able to operate on a 24-hour basis. Rate of production increased approximately 50% from the January 2007 average of 1,341 pounds of molybdenite per day, to a projected average of 2022 pounds per day during February. The mill is scheduled to resume production next week.

In the Ashdown mine, development crews continue to drive a second raise to increase access to the high-grade mineralization of the Sylvia vein. Once the development work is completed, crews will be able to mine in two directions. At the same time, mining crews have been removing mineralized material along the southern section of the sill drift. Additional development includes extension of the ventilation ducting, completion of a second refuge chamber, start of construction of a truck scale to weigh mine output, and installation of a screening plant to process sand fill used to stabilize the mine workings.

In the past two weeks, the mining staff has been increased 50% to a total of 18 miners, and the mill staff has added two workers. In face of a tight employment market, a recruiting specialist has been hired to implement an aggressive recruitment program seeking experienced miners throughout the western states. The work schedule has been adjusted to seven-days-on seven-days-off in order to attract out-of-area workers, and housing is being developed to handle the growing staff.

Was ist mit Mineral Ridge???

Wird hier gefördert? Aus dem Report vom 14.11.06

We purchased the Mineral Ridge mine in late 2000 out of bankruptcy for $225,000 cash and the assumption of a $382,000 liability to Sierra Pacific Power Co. for a facility charge for the installation of a grid power line. Additional commitments were also assumed, including obligations to pay advanced royalty payments of $60,000 per year posting an interim reclamation bond for approximately $1,800,000 with the Bureau of Land Management, which allowed us to hold the Mineral Ridge property while other permitting was underway. On May 8, 2003, we obtained a new operating permit and on June 23, 2003, we increased reclamation bond to approximately $2,700,000 and began mine operations and gold production from the leach pad through the addition of new cyanide to the regular leach fluids and from initiating open pit mining and stockpile transfers to the pad. Pursuant to our internally generated feasibility study for Mineral Ridge, which was evaluated and reported by Behre Dolbear and Company, Inc., an independent mineral auditing consultant ("Behre Dolbear"), the total value of the gold sales over the six (6) year mine life, at a $325 gold price, is estimated to be approximately $59,000,000. The total operating cost, which includes royalty payments, refining costs, mining costs, processing costs, reclamation costs, and operating expenses, is estimated to be approximately $36,000,000. Capital cost, including reclamation bonding, is estimated to be approximately $6,000,000. The net income after taxes is estimated to be approximately $12,000,000.

"Golden Phoenix Minerals: The Shoot-Out at Mineral Ridge"
By: D. Stewart Armstrong

...
People, that is real, and it’s spectacular!:):):)

Golden Phoenix to Display Specimens From One of the World\'s Richest Molybdenum Deposits at International Mine Conference in Toronto
Wednesday February 28, 9:43 am ET

SPARKS, Nev., Feb 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Golden Phoenix Minerals, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GPXM - News) is pleased to announce an Open House and Exhibit for all interested shareholders, institutional investors and mining professionals from 4:00 to 11:00 pm, Tuesday March 6, 2007 in the Jasper Room of the Fairmont Royal York Hotel, 100 Front St., W., Toronto, Canada. The Exhibit will coincide with a four-day conference sponsored by the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC).

The Open House will feature a display of recent photos and maps from the newly opened Ashdown molybdenum mine, located in Humboldt County, Nevada. Numerous samples from the Ashdown Project LLC\'s molybdenite deposit will be on display, and complimentary refreshments and hors d\'oeuvres will be provided to commemorate Ashdown\'s successful transition to production.

David A. Caldwell, CEO and Chief Geoscientist for Golden Phoenix, and Robert P. Martin, President, will be present to describe the Sylvia Vein high- grade molybdenum (Mo) deposit whose production rate is currently being ramped- up through focused underground development of access and stopes. Current shareholders and all interested investors and professionals are encouraged to attend. Complimentary samples of Ashdown concentrates will be available to the public on a first-come first-served basis.

The Ashdown Project LLC is a jointly-owned venture of Golden Phoenix and its Canadian partner, Win-Eldrich Mines, Ltd. of Toronto (TSXV: WEX). The Ashdown mine and mill are fully permitted and began production and sales of molybdenum concentrate in December 2006. The mineralization is hosted in a narrow vein deposit characterized by bands of high-grade molybdenite. Masses of nearly pure molybdenite (assaying up to 46% Mo and occasionally weighing hundreds of pounds) have been encountered, and the diluted head grades delivered to the mill for processing average between 1.75% and 4.75% Mo (valued at between $875 and $2,374 per ton). The average grade of the previously announced resource in the Sylvia area is over 2% elemental Mo. Golden Phoenix is unaware of any richer deposit currently in commercial production in the world.

The Open House is timed to coincide with this year\'s PDAC mining conference, which has been called "the most important event in the world of exploration" due to the international mix of mining professionals, financiers and investors who attend. Golden Phoenix is presenting the Open House to kick off an investor relations campaign that will include participation in the Chicago Natural Resources Conference in April, and the launch of a Company awareness campaign among institutional investment houses, hedge funds and private investors.

For more information on the Open House, interested parties may call the Company at its Sparks, Nevada headquarters at (775) 853-4919, or contact us by email at investor@golden-phoenix.com, or visit our website at www.golden-phoenix.com.

Gegend latschen.

Viel Spaß noch und schönes WE
