      mal ein Tip von mir...

      MUN.V

      Mundoro Mining...

Mundoro will über 8 Jahre 300000 Unzen Gold abbauen...

...macht euch mal schlau.

      Pre-Feasibility Study

The Company`s independent consultants AMEC Americas Ltd. completed the pre-feasibility study in June of 2005, demonstrating the economic viability of developing a large-scale open-pit mine at Maoling. This resulted in a statement of Probable Reserves that is included in the table below, together with the project`s remaining Indicated and Inferred Resources:

Mining operations envisaged in the PFS are from an open-pit at an initial rate of 20,000 tonnes per day expanding to 35,000 tonnes per day after the second year of production. Ore is to be processed by conventional crushing and grinding followed by leaching and carbon-in-pulp (CIP) gold extraction. The processing plant will be constructed to enable a seamless expansion of capacity after the first two production years. The PFS uses a conservative 93% metallurgical recovery rate for Zone 1 ore, producing an average of 328,000 ounces of gold per year. The initial mine-life of approximately eight years is expected to be significantly extended in the final feasibility, as more of the project`s Resources are converted to Reserves.

A blend of Chinese, North American and global costs is used in the PFS for all capital equipment purchases. The procurement, construction, installation and commissioning phases for the 20,000 tonnes per day operation as described in the Study are estimated to cost a total of US$235 million (expressed in 1st quarter 2005 U.S. dollars), including a contingency of US$30.9 million. The plant expansion to 35,000 tonnes per day, together with sustaining capital, requires an additional US$77.7 million in capital expenditures.

The PFS includes a net present value ("NPV") analysis of the project. Cash inflows consist of annual revenue from gold sales based on a US$400 per ounce price, and cash outflows such as capital and operating costs are subtracted from the inflows to arrive at annual cash flow projections. The NPV analysis has been done on a pre-tax project basis, using un-escalated costs and priced in 1st quarter, 2005 US dollars assuming 100% debt financing:

      Project Life 8 years
      Overall Strip Ratio 1.36:1
      Payback Period 4.2 years
Unit Operating Cost US$ 5.54 per tonne ore
Total Cash Operating Cost US$ 187 per ounce gold
Total Production Cost US$ 271 per ounce gold
      IRR: Pre-tax 17.7 %
      Pre-Tax NPV @ 0% US$ 244,070,000
      Pre-tax NPV @ 5% US$ 133,414,000

Various trade-off and optimization studies need to be completed on the processing side as well as geotechnical, hydrological and environmental studies for the final feasibility study. The project schedule anticipates commissioning the mill late in 2007.

Significant opportunities for optimizing the project design and economics of the project for the final feasibility study include:

      Operating Cost Opportunities
Further research on the cost of consumables from Chinese suppliers could lead to replacement of the global or North American rates used in the PFS with locally priced (therefore lower cost) products. Furthermore, the PFS used Q4/04 costs, a time of high global pricing for all materials, which are expected to ease in the medium term. Research into locating the tailings impoundment area downstream of the mine-site would reduce operating costs compared with the current upstream site. Further metallurgical testing to optimize reagent consumption, metallurgical recoveries and grind size could result in lower processing costs.

      Capital Cost Opportunities
The replacement of higher cost capital items with lower cost Chinese equivalents can reduce the capital cost of the project. The identification of a more efficient tailings impoundment site than that envisaged in the Study can also reduce the capital costs. The peak demand for mining equipment as depicted in the PFS could be met by using Chinese contract miners thus reducing the size of the owner operated fleet required.

Reserve Expansion and Exploration Potential Opportunities
The PFS only considered the Indicated Resource in Maoling`s Zone 1 area as calculated by AMEC in late 2004. In addition, Zone 1 and Zone 4 have an aggregate Inferred Resource of 183 million tonnes grading 0.9 grams gold per tonne (5.1 million ounces) using the 0.50 grams gold per tonne cut-off grade. Since these resource estimates were generated the Company has continued its drilling programs to both convert Inferred to Indicated Resource and to expand the resource base. The Zone 1 mineralized trends remain open to the south and the Zone 4 mineralized trend is open to the southeast and northwest and both zones remain open down-dip. The potential exists to add significantly to the reserve base, and therefore, to the life of the mine.

Mundoro is in the process of assembling the professional team that will undertake the final feasibility study and prepare the environmental impact assessments required for project permit applications in China.

      Drilling Programs Ongoing

Concurrent with Mundoro`s work to advance Maoling through development, drilling programs will continue to assess expansion potential of both Zone 1 and Zone 4 areas.

Three core drilling rigs have been in operation at Maoling since early April. Mundoro intends to continue this program concurrent with project feasibility work, with the following objectives:

      * To collect structural, geotechnical, hydrological and other data for the Zone 1 feasibility study;
      * To maximize the number of gold ounces for consideration by the Zone 1 feasibility study; and
      * To continue expanding the gold deposits at Maoling which remain open along strike and down-dip.

Significant potential remains at Maoling to build the project`s value through both a rapid progression to production and the overall expansion of its scale. Mundoro has already been successful in adding considerable value to the project and expects to continue this performance as drilling and feasibility work advance.

      Fazit: strong buy

China`s Largest Gold Deposit Deserves More Recognition

      By David J. DesLauriers
      27 Sep 2005 at 05:07 PM EDT

DENVER (ResourceInvestor.com) -- Mundoro Mining [TSX:MUN] is sitting on a total of 9 million ounces of gold in all categories at its Maoling gold project in China.

Despite this rather astounding reality, the company’s market capitalization adjusted for the financing currently in progress is less than C$100 million. This, while the better known Southwestern Gold [TSX:SWG] has a market capitalization that is a multiple of MUN’s, despite the fact that their deposit is arguably not as big, and is much further behind in the development timeline.

The question is why? RI met with Robert Van Doorn today, the President of the company, and he told us in an exclusive interview that “the China discount perception has to be eroded, and Sino [ASX:SGX] and Eldorado [TSX:ELD] are helping with that.” Also, “people don’t believe [Mundoro] can do this with 1 g/t and still do $175 cash cost per ounce. We have to show them that this is real, and the feasibility study will help.”

The third reason that Mundoro is undervalued is partially the result of its own success. Mundoro’s IPO was so oversubscribed so rapidly that a limited number of institutions came aboard. Since then they have all added to their positions, creating a lack of liquidity, something needed for institutions to play. The ongoing financing for $25 million should help to bring some new interest to the story, and hopefully create some liquidity.

      China

Van Doorn believes that investors need to understand that China is a good place to operate, and that the government at every level supports development. With 20 to 40 thousand miners killed in accidents annually, the government is working hard to improve practices, and adopt western methods. The result will be less accidents, less pollution, and will allow the Chinese to learn how to mine for themselves at some point.

With the central government pushing for development of the interior in general, and Liaoning province where MUN operates in particular, and with local officials promotions based on the economic results that they create, the government is definitely on the same side of the table as the company with regards to Maoling’s development.

Another oft asked question is how Mundoro got their hands on such a large deposit in the first place? The answer is that with the low grade, the Chinese did not have the know-how to develop the mine profitably, or environmentally responsibly – and in fact believed that Maoling’s rock was refractory, which has proven to not be so.

      Going Forward (Milestones)

This all raises the question, what will catalyze a move in Mundoro shares in the next 12 months as the company conducts its feasibility study?

An updated resource will be issued in relatively short order and much of the inferred resource will be upgraded.
As the feasibility is ongoing, MUN will drill some exploration holes, and all indications are that Maoling has a lot more gold, probably eventually more than 10 million ounces.
Permitting milestones will reassure the market and create more and more reasons to buy as it becomes harder to objectively say no to China where the permitting process requires a lot of dotting the Is and crossing the Ts but is fairly straightforward.
The other good news is that the feasibility study should substantially improve on the pre-feasibility as it is quite possible that CAPEX will come down (optimistically down to $200 million) as MUN factors in Chinese costs, rather than the International costs that were used in the pre-feas.

Further, it is expected that there will also be an increase in IRR and life of mine average grade as material that was in the inferred category is upgraded and a larger resource is used for the study.

      Conclusion

Since we last brought Mundoro to readers’ attention, first in late March, and again in mid-June, management has been busy creating shareholder value.

If Eldorado’s acquisition of Afcan Mining [TSX:AFK] for an all in cost of $325 per ounce (acquisition + CAPEX + cash cost) provides any guide, Mundoro should be trading north of C$5 as we speak. Indeed, as the market becomes more familiar with the story, that is the direction in which we should be heading.

The exploration license for Maoling, held by the Company`s joint venture company, Liaoning Tianli Mining Company Limited ("Tianli"), expired on November 5th 2005. Management of Tianli was informed that the Ministry of Land and Resources has had to defer the grant of the normal course two-year extension to the exploration license until the business license for Tianli has been renewed. As reported in a news release dated September 6, 2005 Tianli`s business license lapsed on August 31, 2005.

The Company continues to expect that the extension of the business license will be granted as indicated during friendly and constructive talks held with senior officials of the People`s Government of Liaoning in September 2005, and that the exploration license (the previous renewal in 2003 was issued after a three month delay) will be issued concurrently.

      About Mundoro Mining Inc.

Mundoro Mining Inc. is a Vancouver-based, TSX listed resource company focused on the exploration and development of the multi-million ounce, feasibility stage Maoling Gold Project in Liaoning Province, China. The Company has a 79% interest in the project through a Sino-Foreign co-operative joint venture with the corporate arm of the Liaoning provincial government, and has been exploring the 20 square kilometer exploration license area since 2001. Thus far, two deposits that outcrop at surface have been outlined at Maoling in which disseminated, free-milling gold mineralization occurs within a sequence of altered phyllitic metapelite to meta-siltstone with 3-5% disseminated sulphide mineralization. A pre-feasibility study completed in June of 2005 demonstrated the economic viability of developing a large-scale open-pit mine on the Zone 1 orebody to produce an average of approximately 328,000 ounces of gold per year over 8 years. Significant opportunity remains to both optimize the mine`s design and to expand the overall resource-base for consideration in a definitive feasibility study being undertaken by an international team of engineers and environmental experts including Ausenco Limited and Golder Associates Pty Limited.

      ...

Over the past decade an increasing level of interest has been focussed on China as an exploration, mining and foreign investment destination. A growing number of foreign companies are increasing their presence in the country, including a number of major gold producers. This reflects the desire of these companies to participate in the emerging resource sector of the fastest growing economy in the world, as well as the increasing confidence they have in China`s new mining laws and regulations.

The Chinese government continues to demonstrate its commitment to attracting foreign investment to the country`s resource industry. In January 2005 it granted development permits to two foreign companies (Sino Gold Limited and Afcan Mining Corporation) for their gold projects. These landmark events increase confidence in security of tenure and lower the perceived risk involved in converting exploration expenditures into mining profits in China.
      ..
In preparation for Maoling`s transition from pure exploration to project development, Mundoro has undertaken a number of initiatives to raise the profile of the Company in China and is encouraged by the support the project has received from local communities. To demonstrate our commitment to community involvement in our host-country, Mundoro sponsored an annual veteran`s tennis tournament in Beijing in October of 2004 and was a `gold level` sponsor of the China Mining Convention in Beijing in November. China Mining, the Chinese equivalent of the PDAC Convention in Canada, is a large and growing international mining convention during which Mundoro is able to build goodwill through the sponsorship thus strengthening Mundoro`s profile as a prominent player in the developing Chinese mining industry. Mundoro is once again a `gold-level` sponsor of this event in 2005. ...

      ...
Before forming an agreement to explore and develop the Maoling project, Mundoro reviewed many projects throughout China. Data on Maoling was reviewed in late 1997 and upon completion of due diligence sampling and testing, a joint venture agreement was signed with a corporate division of the Liaoning Provincial Government.

The result was the establishment of a fully licensed Co-operative Exploration Joint Venture company: Liaoning Tianli Mining Company Ltd., which holds the Exploration License for the 20 square kilometre Maoling property. Under the terms of the joint venture contract, Mundoro is the operator and will receive 79% of the profits from the joint venture in return for managing and funding the project to production.

The business license of the Company`s joint venture company, Liaoning Tianli Mining Company Limited ("Tianli"), lapsed on August 31, 2005. Discussions held in early September with senior officials of the Provincial Government of Liaoning resulted in reassurances that the application was being processed but as of this date the license extension has not been received. The Company has no reason to believe that the license will not be issued.

Subsequent to the end of the third quarter, on October 6th, the Company closed a $25.1 million financing at a price of $2.95 per unit where each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a "Warrant"). A Warrant is exercisable to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $4.00 per share until October 7, 2007. If the common shares trade at a volume-weighted price of not less than $5.00 for 15 consecutive trading days, then the Warrants must be exercised within 15 business days after notice by the Company of that event, failing which they will expire. As of October 26, the Company has approximately $28 million in cash and cash equivalents and 37,154,674 shares outstanding (45,740,061 fully diluted).

      Market`s Mundoro Muddle-Up - A Buying Opportunity

      By David J. DesLauriers
      09 Dec 2005 at 08:09 AM EST

TORONTO (ResourceInvestor.com) -- As RI readers are aware, Mundoro Mining [TSX:MUN], owner of China’s largest gold deposit, is a company that we believe to be quite sound, which we have followed over the last 9 months – with the most recent update coming at the Denver Gold Forum in late September.

Those who have been keeping an eye on the story will know that the market is in a flap about the failure of the appropriate Chinese authorities to renew the company’s business license, on its 79% owned Maoling gold project, in a timely manner. This fact, compounded by what some industry sources have termed “irresponsible noises” from well-known newsletter writer Doug Casey about potential environmental issues down the road for MUN (there are none at present), have conspired to push the company’s shares down significantly from the C$2.95 level - where a C$25 million financing was recently completed - to the C$1.60-C$1.70 range. All the while, gold is up nearly 10%, and the HUI has rallied 18%.

The company’s principals, far more familiar than North American retail and institutional investors with the reality of Chinese growth pains and the imperfect bureaucratic process in the PRC, are somewhat perplexed by the market’s overreaction to what on the mainland is quite an ordinary occurrence – tardiness on the part of the government in the renewal of permits.

Resource Investor had an opportunity to talk with Mundoro President, and mining industry veteran Robert van Doorn who made a number of informed and compelling points about the current misunderstanding with Mr. Market.

      This Is Not New

First, the Chinese have been late in renewing Mundoro’s permits in the past, without this same fuss. Van Doorn reminded RI of the fact that the company once went without its exploration license for 4 months, and then it suddenly appeared. In this case, because the exploration license is tied to the business license, which is also up for renewal, both permits are affected. An unfortunate catch-22.

According to Mundoro’s recently appointed Vice President of Development Patrick Powers, however, this means very little, and in his extensive experience there has in the past been up to a year of leeway. Indeed, those accustomed to Chinese practice in practical terms know this to be the case – but how does a company like Mundoro explain that to Western investors who are naturally, and perhaps rightfully panicky at the first hint of anything to do with licenses and permits that is not timely and transparent?

Despite the lack of headway in mollifying investors, van Doorn assures RI that Mundoro is doing everything that it can in China, “proactively trying to find out exactly where in the system the hold up is, and what to do about it.” The company, and Maoling have “very strong local support, and very strong support in Beijing.”

      Rumoured Environmental Issue a Canard

Van Doorn told RI that the potential environmental issue alluded to by Doug Casey is in fact a “historical environmental issue, with a little creek that meanders along the property, and used to run into the drinking water reservoir of Dalian about 70 km’s downstream. Even back then, it was already less than 1% of all water going there, but now the local city has built a reservoir in between, and they take all the water, no water goes to Dalian anymore.” Nevertheless, van Doorn added, “Mundoro plans to utilize world standard environmental protection measures, and is designing an operation to zero discharge norms.”

As to the assertion that there is a stink in Dalian in the media about Mundoro’s Maoling Gold Project and its so-called impending deleterious effects on local life, van Doorn says that “The project is not in the newspapers,” and in fact there is no brouhaha, or even any untoward discussion (no organized civilian groups or NGO activity either).

      Eldorado and Sino

Indeed, ongoing mine development by Mundoro peers Sino Gold [ASX:SGX] and Eldorado Gold [TSX:ELD] provide a good precedent and example of China’s commitment to propel the country’s retrograde, small-scale, eco-unfriendly mining sector into the 21st century, by attracting Western investment and all that goes with it – capital, technology, experience, environmental responsibility and credibility and development acumen. It is somewhat obtuse to suggest that the Chinese would go to so much trouble and then revoke permits, damaging their position as a destination for mining capital, and the WTO membership for which they fought so hard and long.

      Buy Ounces Cheap

It should be noted that with a market capitalization of about C$75 million at the current share price, and C$27 million in cash, new entrants into the stock are buying MUN’s estimated 9 million ounces for less than US$5 per ounce!

      Conclusion

While all of this is being resolved, MUN is hard at work on a number of fronts:
1 Metallurgical studies are ongoing which should further improve recoveries from the 93% reported in the pre-feasibility study.
2 An Environmental Impact Study is underway.
3 The company believes it has uncovered an exciting new zone at Maoling.
4 A new resource number will be published at year-end and is projected to show over 4 million mineable ounces, a substantial increase over the pre-feasibility study.

Finally, consider the following: If Mundoro traded at C$2.95 per share when gold was $470 an ounce, is it unreasonable to suggest that once the aforementioned positive news flow is disseminated and digested by the market, and the company’s permits finally make their way through the system, that MUN shares will change hands at a handsome premium to today’s closing price? Mundoro Intersects More Mineralization West of Zone 1, Maoling Project

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Dec 19, 2005 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX) --

      Exploration and Business License Update

Mundoro Mining Inc. (TSX:MUN) is pleased to report that additional assay results from its 2005 drilling campaign at the multi-million ounce Maoling Gold Project in China confirm a western extension to Zone 1 mineralization.

Following the discovery of a western extension to Zone 1 (announced November 3, 2005) several additional holes were drilled to test for continuity of mineralization in this area. Results for two of these holes, MLD194 and MLD200, are now available and presented below. MLD200 had one of the best intersections encountered in the 2005 program, 150 metres of 1.80 grams gold per tonne including 38 metres of 2.26 grams gold per tonne. This intersection is located approximately 120 metres to the west of the resource envelope for Zone 1 on section 6300. MLD194 is truncated by faulting and is located 70 metres west of the current Zone 1 resource envelope on section 6550. This mineralization is interpreted to be part of an up-faulted block of Zone 1 mineralization, further establishing mineralization linkage between Zone 1 and Zone 4.

Other holes reported below have provided infill and extension data that is being incorporated into the updated resource estimate, which is expected soon. Of these MLD190, 191, 192 and 195 indicate further extension of the mineralized body outside previously determined boundaries. The intersection in MLD192 (136.6 metres grading 1.02 grams gold per tonne) pushes the northern limit of Zone 1 by about 25-50 metres before terminating in the north bounding fault.

Significant intersections from 17 holes reported, representing a total of 4,104 metres of core drilling, are reported below:

      - The Zone 1 mineralized body dips at approximately 60 degrees to

Further information on these results and past drilling, resource estimates and the pre-feasibility study for the Zone 1 deposit are available on the Company`s website at www.mundoro.com.

A total of 15,664 metres in 58 holes has been completed in Zone 1 during 2005. Results for 45 of these holes have so far been reported with results pending for the remainder. The program has been successful in enhancing Mundoro`s understanding of fault off-sets in the southern extension of Zone 1 and in defining extensions beyond the known resource limits. This enhancement of the geological model should allow for a greater percentage of the resources at the south end of Zone 1 to be categorized as Indicated Resource in the upcoming feasibility resource estimate.

Project work is now focused on the collection of geotechnical and hydrology data for the definitive feasibility study, which is now underway.

      License Renewal Update

As previously announced, the renewal of the exploration license for Maoling has been deferred pending the issuance of a new business license for Mundoro`s joint venture company in Liaoning. Management is actively engaging officials in the relevant government ministries in both Liaoning and Beijing in order to facilitate the overdue renewals. Management has been encouraged by the progress being made and by the support received for the project. Further updates on the renewals will be reported as soon as available.

      About Mundoro Mining Inc.

Mundoro Mining Inc. is a TSX listed resource company focused on the exploration and development of the multi-million ounce, feasibility stage Maoling gold deposit in Liaoning Province, China. The Company has a 79% interest in the project through a Sino-Foreign co-operative joint venture with the corporate arm of the Liaoning provincial government, and has been aggressively exploring the 20 square kilometer exploration license area. Thus far, two deposits that outcrop at surface have been outlined at Maoling in which disseminated, free-milling gold mineralization occurs within a sequence of metasedimentary rocks. A pre-feasibility study completed in June of 2005 outlined a Probable Reserve of 2.8 million ounces and demonstrated the economic viability of developing a large-scale open-pit mine on the Zone 1 orebody to produce an average of approximately 328,000 ounces of gold per year over 8 years. Significant opportunity remains to both optimize the mine`s design and to expand the overall resource-base for consideration in a definitive feasibility study being undertaken by an international team of engineers and environmental experts including Ausenco Limited and Golder Associates Pty Limited.

      Quality Control Program

Mundoro Mining has implemented a quality control program to ensure accuracy in the collection and analysis of samples. All drill core (HQ size) is sampled at approximately 2 metre intervals and are cut in half using a diamond saw. One half of the core is archived at the core storage facility on site while the other half is crushed, pulverized and split by a sample preparation laboratory affiliated with the Liaoning Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources. Pulp samples weighing approximately 250 grams are couriered to ALS Chemex Laboratories in North Vancouver, BC, an ISO 9001-2000 registered facility, for fire assay. Accuracy of results is tested through the systematic inclusion of certified reference standards, field blanks and duplicate samples. The Maoling drilling and exploration program is being carried out under the direction of Colin H. McAleenan, P.Geo., a Qualified Person as defined in National Instrument 43-101.

      Basis (Gold price) 400$
      Project Life 8 years
      Overall Strip Ratio 1.36:1
      Payback Period 4.2 years
Unit Operating Cost US$ 5.54 per tonne ore
Total Cash Operating Cost US$ 187 per ounce gold
Total Production Cost US$ 271 per ounce gold
      IRR: Pre-tax 17.7 %
      Pre-Tax NPV @ 0% US$ 244,070,000
      Pre-tax NPV @ 5% US$ 133,414,000 .....

      MUNDORO ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGE

(Formatting in this news release may not appear correctly in the text presentation below - the originally-formatted pdf version is attached to this e-mail)

September 11, 2006: (TSX:MUN; “Mundoro”;) Mundoro Mining Inc. today announced that Colin McAleenan is resigning as a director, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman to pursue other business opportunities. Robert van Doorn, the President of Mundoro, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Mr. van Doorn is well versed in Mundoro's strategic direction, most recently as President since February 2005. With a mining engineering background, Mr. van Doorn will build on Mr. McAleenan’s contribution to Mundoro by moving Maoling to a production phase. Mr. Thomas Allen will resume his role as Vice-Chairman and the Company has commenced a search for a new Chairman who can further strengthen the Mundoro team.

"Mundoro has accomplished many milestones since its inception and we are grateful to Colin for his years of dedicated service to the company and his skill in identifying and drilling out a world class deposit at Maoling. We wish him well in his future endeavors." said Mr. van Doorn. "Mundoro looks forward to furthering its efforts in the development of its Maoling property in China."

      About Mundoro Mining Inc.

Mundoro Mining Inc. is a TSX listed resource company focused on the exploration and development of the multimillion ounce, feasibility stage Maoling gold deposit in Liaoning Province, China. The Company has a 79% interest in the project through a Sino- Foreign co-operative joint venture with the corporate arm of the Liaoning provincial government, and has been exploring the 20 square kilometer exploration license area. Thus far, two deposits that outcrop at surface have been outlined at Maoling in which disseminated, free-milling gold mineralization occurs within a sequence of metasedimentary rocks. Exploration and feasibility work conducted thus far has outlined the following Reserves and Resources, estimated using a 0.50 g/t gold cut-off grade:

      Zone 1 Probable Reserve(i)
      ---------------------------------------
      Tonnes Grade Contained Gold
      (millions) (Au g/t) (million ozs)

      Tonnes Grade Contained Gold
      (millions) (Au g/t) (million ozs)

Total Zone 1 and 4 Inferred Resource
      ---------------------------------------
      158 0.9 4.4
      ---------------------------------------
      (i) estimate includes Measured Resource of 4 million tonnes grading 1.31 grams gold per tonne

A pre-feasibility study completed in June of 2005 demonstrated the economic viability of developing a large-scale open-pit mine on the Zone 1 orebody to produce an average of approximately 328,000 ounces of gold per year for 8 years.

The renewal of the exploration license for Maoling has been deferred since November 2005 by the Ministry of Land and Resources in Beijing pending the renewal of a business license for Mundoro’s joint venture company, Liaoning Tianli Mining Company Ltd.. Mundoro and its partner, Liaoning Aidi Resources Company Limited, have undertaken a strategy of engagement with a wide range of government agencies in order to resolve the issue.

Investors are encouraged to review ‘Risk Factors’ associated with the Maoling project as outlined in the Company’s prospectus documents and other regulatory filings, available on the SEDAR website at www.sedar.com.

At this stage of progress, they could get 60$ per ounce (or slightly more)...
      9mil x 60$ x 80% (mundoro share) = 430 Mil. / 37mil shares = 11-12$ share right now on the spot

      Add Exploration potential.

      Add Gold price move .

In a few months, with permits all available, exploration news and Gold above 700$, you can look at 30+ share.

with no permit, you are looking at 1.10$ a share

hoping I make money on this one

....sounds to me that it's close, I picked up more this week,

      (copy of email)

We do feel that we are getting closer to a resolution of the license issue, but unfortunately we can't provide any guidance presently as to the timing of such an event. The level of awareness and support for Maoling continues to grow within the various departments involved, which gives us confidence regarding the business and exploration licenses, and also in regards to our upcoming efforts in obtaining the mining license for Maoling as we proceed through development.

If you haven't already listened to it, we recently gave an online presentation that describes the Company, the project, and our valuation. You can link to this through the 'Presentation' section of our website at http://www.mundoro.com

We hope to have an update for the market soon. Until then, please let me know if you have any questions. I am travelling now, but should remain in e-mail range for the most part.

      Fully Diluted: 48.8 Million Aktien
      79% von 9,2 Millionen Unzen
      Also gibt das für mich
      Ohne Machbarkeitsstudie: 8,06 CAD = 5,53 €

Maoling Projekt= 9,20 Mio Unzen Gold

Vor-machbarkeiststudie vorhanden deshalb 2,8 Mio Unzen Reserven/2,0 Mio Unzen Resourcen I+M/4,4 Mio Unzen Inferred

      Aktien 38,4 Mio + 4,6 Mio Warrants + 4,5 Mio Optionen= 47,6 Mio fully

Cash 18,5 Mio + 36,4 Mio wenn Optionen/Warrants ausgeübt werden

      Kurs 1,70 Cad

      Mk= 1,70 Cad*38,4 Mio Aktien =65,28 Mio Cad - 18,5 Mio cash =46,78 Mio

      2,80 Mio Unzen * 120 Dollar = 336 Mio Dollar
      2,00 Mio unzen * 120 Dollar = 240 Mio Dollar
      4,40 Mio Unzen * 75 Dollar = 330 Mio Dollar
      906 Dollar

      Fully Diluted: 48.8 Million Aktien

Thank you for your inquiry and your interest.

In regards to your question on the timing of the business permit and the expectation to receive approval in the next 12 months, that is the big question on many minds of current and prospective investors. The business permit is a license granted by the provincial government of Liaoning and Mundoro has been very active in maintaining communication with them. As well, Mundoro is executing an education program on the Maoling Project to ensure there is consensus agreement by the local, surrounding communities such as Yingkou. Yingkou Government had a meeting of the Peoples’ Congress in early April and one of the topics of discussion was Maoling. As a result of the meeting, the Yingkou Government does support Mundoro and its efforts to develop the project. So, definitely a move in the right direction. We are continuing this education and communication program to the other stakeholder cities in the region that would be directly impacted by the project. All of this is to ensure complete alignment and stakeholder buy-in. Mundoro can only act as contributors to the approval process by providing the necessary technical information and also the environmental and social impact assessments. Long story short, the final approval and timing are up to the provincial government.

With that said, Mundoro does control the Feasibility Study with major portions of this report set for completion towards the end of 2007. (The portions that require further access to the site include some drilling for geotechnical and environmental impact studies. Without an exploration license, the engineering teams cannot retrieve these samples from the site). The current work on the Feasibility Study is fed into the government approval process so as new information is uncovered and developed by the engineering firms, it is being translated and presented to the relevant Chinese stakeholders.

Mundoro understands the frustrations shareholders have, particularly those that have been with us since the lapse of the business license. We are doing our best but doing business in China requires patience. If you believe in the project and you are willing to give the new management team some time to execute its plans, then Mundoro is the right investment. We do recognize that something must be done and ambiguity does not help so Mundoro is doing as much as it can to gain clarity in the process to renew the business license.

This does not answer your question completely though I hope it has provided you with some helpful information.

      Kind regards,

      Mundoro Mining Inc.

      ..also weiter warten...

      China suspends new mining rights

Reuters reported that China has banned the issue of new minerals exploration licenses through the end of 2007 as it reorganizes its mining sector.

Mr Huang Fangfang director of the National Land and Resources Department of the Guangxi region in southern China told Reuters on the sidelines of Chinas annual session of parliament that "At the moment, China is sorting things out to make mining development more orderly. During this time, in principle new exploration rights cant be granted until the end of the year. Once things are sorted out, then they can be issued."

Chinese officials have complained that license holders are sitting on licenses without completing the required exploration investment and without applying for development rights for promising finds.

Chinas Ministry of Land and Resources in an announcement dated February 2nd 2007 had said that it would suspend auctions of new coal exploration rights until end of 2008.

As mentioned, Mundoro continues to have discussions with our partner at the working level. While these meetings are more technical in nature, it should be viewed in a positive light because we are still meeting and relations are still good. In terms of plans, we do not have anything specific though Mundoro will not give up Maoling easily. Our partner and Mundoro must demonstrate and believe the joint venture will not be successful and thus, both agree to dissolve the joint venture. The next step would be China Central Government intervention who would liquidate the assets of the company. Another process, as identified in the joint venture contract, is to seek an arbitrator to rule on the dissolution of the joint venture. Before it ever reaches this point, Mundoro will have communicated and demonstrated its strong desire to hold onto the Maoling property. Mundoro has done the work and has followed the terms of the joint venture contract to the letter – we have fulfilled our obligations to the contract and have rightfully demonstrated our entitlement. This has been communicated to the authorities in Beijing (e.g. Ministry of Land and Resources, National Development and Reform Commission, etc.) who ultimately have final say and can overrule any lower government decision. Furthermore, this is one of the main reasons why we have engaged the Canadian government, to ensure they fully support our cause and can speak on our behalf when engaging their respective counterparts in Beijing.

develop a plan to successfully achieve this common objective. As a
demonstration of our commitment for a successful outcome and the

      About Mundoro Mining Inc.
Mundoro Mining, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, is a resource
company focused on the exploration and development of one of the
world's top gold deposits, the Maoling Gold Project. Mundoro Mining has
      a 79% interest in Maoling through a Sino-Foreign co-operative joint
venture with the corporate arm of the Liaoning provincial government
which owns 21% interest. Maoling is a feasibility stage gold deposit
located in Liaoning Province, China and is one of China's largest gold
resource deposits with 4.8 million contained gold ounces in the
Measured and Indicated category and an additional 4.4 million contained
gold ounces in the Inferred category. Mundoro Mining has outlined a
Reserve of 2.8 million ounces in the Probable category which was the
basis for the Pre-Feasibility Study. Thus far, two deposits that
outcrop at surface have been outlined at Maoling in which disseminated,
free-milling gold mineralization occurs within a sequence of
metasedimentary rocks. The renewal of the exploration license for
Maoling has been deferred since November 2005 pending the renewal of a
business license for Mundoro Mining's joint venture company, Liaoning
Tianli Mining Company Ltd. Mundoro Mining and its partner, Liaoning
Aidi Resources Company Limited, have undertaken a strategy of
