Weiss jemand warum seit 2 Tagen in NY keine Notierung mehr stattfindet. Vielleicht ist die Übernahme perfekt. Haben die überhaupt eine Homepage ? Ich habe bisher keine gefunden.

alles in ordnung mit Ashlin, mach dir keine sorgen.

das merger ist perfekt.

Der Kurs bewegt sich grad nicht, weil keine news da sind.

Ist ja immerhin fast 400 % angestiegen seit bekanntgabe des mergers.

Ich beobachte sie täglich.

Es ist fast nix da im Ask

level 2 sieht so aus

2500 zu 0,51
2500 zu 0,60
2500 zu 0,64

Also mkit nur 20000 gekauften bricht sie wieder durch auf 0,75

Momentan ist es aber ruig, es gibt halt keine news.

Hat sich deshalb so bei 0,50 eingependelt im Kurs.

As a result of certain transactions completed as of November 30, 2005, we own, through a wholly-owned subsidiary, all of the outstanding capital stock of Air Industries Machining, Corp., a New York corporation ("AIM"). AIM manufactures aircraft structural parts and assemblies principally for prime defense contractors in the aerospace industry including, Sikorsky, Lockheed Martin, Boeing and Northrop Grumman. Approximately 85% of AIM`s revenues are derived from parts and assemblies directed toward military applications, although direct sales to the military (U.S. and NATO) constitute less than 10% of AIM`s revenue. AIM`s parts are installed onboard Sikorky`s VH-3D, otherwise known as Marine One, the primary Presidential helicopter and on Air Force One, Boeing`s 747-2000B customized for use by the President.
