      B*r*s*n*P*O* heute auch mit Empfehlung:

"Nach Colombia Goldfields (+ 40%) und Nova Communications (+ 50%) ein neuer heißer Trade:
Extrem SPANNENDE ZOCKERPERLE bietet NACH TOP-NEWS jetzt kurzfristig RASANTE RALLYECHANCE FÜR PROFI-TRADER:

700 MILLIONEN US$ DEAL ERFOLGREICH ABGESCHLOSSEN
MARKET CAP: NUR 28 MILLIONEN US$
Aktie (WKN: A0F5XR / ISIN: US86279V1044) auch technisch vor Turnaround bei 0,38 €
      Aktueller Kurs: 0,38 € / Kursziel Ende 2006 1,80 €

USD erwartet. Die Wachstumsrate soll 25 % p.a. betragen. USD gerechnet!

      Mietausfallversicherung
      Hypothekenversicherung
      Condominium pre-sale sureties
      Senior Life Settlements
      Vertragshaftpflichtversicherung
      Filmausfallversicherung
      Kreditversicherungen

      Also: DO YOUR OWN DD!

      Interview vom B*R*S*PO*N
kam gerade rein , ich bin Abonnent:

      Interview mit Stephen Stonhill

Provide a brief overview of some of the key people associated with SGYI (including yourself) that have contributed to the company’s success.

Stephen F. Stonhill – Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board
Stephen brings a wealth of managerial experience in the insurance and marketing areas. Stephen developed a thriving insurance intermediary/underwriting company that he sold in order to lead Strategy’s management team. He has over 29 years experience in the London and North American insurance and reinsurance markets. Since moving to North America in 1987, he has been an Approved Correspondent with Lloyd’s.

Hugh F. Forrest – Chief Underwriting Officer
Coming from an international background in insurance, Hugh leads the underwriting team in its quest to seek out new and profitable opportunities in the insurance arena. He has spent 25 years in the insurance industry in Canada and worldwide and has educational credentials in Risk Management and Insurance and graduated with a bachelors degree in psychology from York University.

Philip Armstrong – Managing Director of SUAL
Philip started broking in 1973 with Willis Faber, moving to the underwriting side in 1978, he held a number of senior positions in the London Market. In 1990 he moved to the Brockbank Syndicate where he was an underwriter in his own right until 2000 when he moved to Aon as an Executive Director of Global Risks. Philip is a former Chairman of Lloyd’s European Working Group and Deputy Chairman of the British Insurers European Committee.

Characterize the history of SGYI in a few words please.

Strategy International Insurance Group, Inc., a Texas corporation is a publicly traded holding company for a group of financial service companies located throughout the world. Strategy Holding Company Limited is our wholly-owned subsidiary that sits at the top of a group of insurance related organizations. Strategy Insurance Limited (“SIL”) was incorporated in Barbados on December 23, 2003. SIL received an Exempt Insurance License from the Supervisor of Insurance, Barbados, on March 25, 2004, which authorizes SIL to engage in the following classes of insurance business globally from within Barbados:
      General insurance business
      Credit insurance
      Liability insurance
      Mortgage indemnity insurance
      Rental guarantee insurance
      Reinsurance

Please describe the opportunities of your industry.

SGYI, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the business of finance and insurance in select international locations. As a multi-line insurer Strategy is authorized to offer most lines of insurance but focuses its efforts on the development of Credit, niche based Casualty and Contingency products. The Company’s insurance products include credit insurance, liability insurance, mortgage indemnity insurance, rental guarantee insurance, time-share cost protection, residual value guarantee and credit enhancement products. Harnessing capital markets expertise, SIL develops insurance products as a means to securitize new investment opportunities. Strategy is in the highest margin sector of the insurance business. Traditional insurance companies work on extremely thin margins. The unique products that Strategy has developed offer some of the largest margins in the industry.

Let us talk about your financial problems and strategy. What is the latest news?

Strategy originally had $104m of statutory capital from an investor. When we first formed the company, we felt that this would be sufficient capital to get us started with the business we had at hand. When we started to see larger pieces of business, we then realized we had to up our capital base substantially. During this process, we had a dispute with our $104m investor. This dispute put our capital in question. As a result of this dispute, we decided against closing on any new business. Our business initiatives continue to move forward short of actually closing. This has lead to a substantial backlog of business which is now ready to close. The influx of our new capital gives the ability to write in excess of $1.5 billion of premium income.

What are the reasons for the negative development of your share price this year?

Investors were expecting a number of large deals due to the enormous expectations of our business model. The transactions have taken substantially more time than anticipated and investors seemed to have lost patience. We have continued to aggressively move forward and are now on the cusp of closing a number of major transactions. With the necessary capital in place, Strategy is now in a position to close on a series of substantial industry changing deals.

Please explain us the background of the financing plans!

We have completed the sale of $700 million of preferred stock to Grupo Lakas S.A., a Panamanian corporation in exchange for a $700 million note collateralized by $900 million worth of marketable assets. Strategy agreed to pledge these marketable assets to its wholly owned subsidiary, Strategy Insurance Limited (“SIL”). As part of Grupo Lakas’ investment in Strategy, Grupo Lakas will receive approximately seven million two-year warrants, exercisable into common stock of Strategy at an exercise price of $1.75 per share. The Company believes that the investment into SIL will immediately increase the statutory capital base of Strategy by 700m. We believe that the warrant price of $1.75 which is well out of the money is an indicator of how substantially undervalued our new investors feel our shares really are.

Please give us an overview about your collaboration partners.

Aon Insurance - leading provider of risk management services, insurance and reinsurance
broking, financial planning and employee risks and benefits solutions.
Oval International Limited – formerly known as Lochain Patrick Insurance Brokers is an independently owned Lloyd`s Broker specializing is all types of insurance.
Guy Carpenter & Company - a subsidiary of insurance brokerage Marsh & McLennan Companies.

      Strategy’s Biz Partners Include:

Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. - The oldest privately owned bank in America offers a range of international investment banking services.
      McMahan Securities
      RCI/Cendant
Baker & McKenzie - the world`s leading global law firm.

What are the next steps SGYI is planning to take near, mid and long-
      term?

Strategy Management has positioned SIL to react to niche insurance underwriting opportunities that are in very high demand have a profitable history and yet are currently under-served by the financial services industry. SIL observed a change in the brokerage community as a response to the credit insurance needs and requests of their clients and intermediaries. SIL has recognized this trend and developed strategic relationships with certain insurance intermediaries that support our business objectives. SIL’s underwriting team applies an opportunistic yet disciplined approach to the writing of credit insurance and chooses only those deals presented by its broker network that are most attractive and meet corporate underwriting objectives.

What are the most important milestones the company plans to achieve in 2006?

Achieve in excess of 100m in revenues and receive a listing on a major exchange

Is there any danger of being de-listed from OTC/BB?

      No

Are there any capital increase/private placement plans for 2005/2006?

With the imminent closing of our $700m facility, this gives Strategy the necessary statutory capital with which to write insurance against. As the company continues to look at large transactions, there may be a need in 2006 to raise additional capital.

How much capital does SGYI have available at the moment?

Post closing of the Grupo Lakas financing, the company will have well over $700m.

How would you, from your perspective, justify / evaluate the current share price
for SGYI and what do you feel the shares should be trading at?

There are a number of companies that have come public over the last five years that are very similar to Strategy. These companies have seen explosive growth. If you were to take a look at Strategy’s comps, they trade at an average P/book of 1.5 and trade at a P/rev of 1.45. If we apply that price to book ratio to Strategy, the stock could be trading at $10 to $12 per share. As a younger company, Strategy should trade at some discount to its matured peers, but I think we all would agree, the stock should be trading substantially higher than its current price. It is not uncommon for companies in this space to grow from minimal revenues to the hundreds of millions in year one. The two year average growth rate for the five best comparables in our space is 80 percent growth per year. An investor could take a look at any one of the following companies to prove that growth happens rapidly in this space:

      United America Indemnity, Ltd. (INDM)
      Montpelier Re Holdlings, Ltd. (MRH)
      Max Re Capital, Ltd. (MXRE)
      United America Indemnity, Ltd. (ACGL)
      RenaissanceRe Holdings, Ltd. (RNR)
      HCC Insurance Holdings, Inc. (HCC)

In addition to Strategy’s core business which is similar to the above companies, Strategy’s time share cost protection coverage products have the potential to deliver $250m of premium revenue in 2006 alone.

Please give us the number of employees at the moment.

      30

Please give us some details about the share structure. (Main shareholders, etc.)

The company currently has 62m shares outstanding with the largest investor being McMahan Securities.

Finally give us the most important arguments to invest in SGYI. Why should German private investors buy your shares?

Strategy is currently trading at a $30m market cap. How many companies with $700m of capital trade at a $30m market cap? Through our innovative new product lines coupled with our core traditional business, we are positioned for enormous growth. We believe we have put together one of the best management teams in the industry to manage that growth. The reaction to our innovative new products in the marketplace is a clear indication of the success that we will achieve over the next 12 to 24 months.

Strategy International Insurance Group, Inc. (OTCBB:SGYI), which through a wholly-owned subsidiary, is a provider of specialty lines of insurance, reinsurance and structured risk underwriting focusing on credit risk and credit enhancement, announced today that the company has signed a binding letter of intent with Nexxus One Holding, Ltd. who will provide $100 million in new capital for Strategy by January 31, 2006.

Under the terms of the letter, in exchange for 103,000,000 million of Strategy`s common stock, Nexxus One will increase the underwriting capacity of Strategy by delivering $100 million in the form of an investment grade NAIC equity admissible bond. The asset securing this offer is a five year 5.5% Global Note of a diversified portfolio of AA/AAA rated municipal bonds. Strategy and Nexxus agree to use their best efforts to complete the transaction in a timely manner. Brokering this transaction is RS Group of Companies, Inc. (OTCBB:RSGC), a provider of pass-through risk specialty insurance and reinsurance products, which has recently announced it would merge into Strategy.

"At Nexxus, we look to invest in companies with strong growth potential and market presence. We believe in Strategy`s capacity to grow in the insurance industry, and we anticipate that this transaction will augment that ability in the coming year," said A. Hartmann, Director of Capital Markets & Treasury Solutions of Nexxus One Holding, Ltd.

"We are pleased to have been able to work with Nexxus to negotiate an infusion of new capital to Strategy. Today`s announcement will provide Strategy with additional underwriting capital necessary for the Company to pursue its business plan for 2006," said Stephen Stonhill, President and CEO of Strategy International Insurance Group, Inc.

"As a soon to be merged company with Strategy, we are pleased to participate in brokering this transaction. We believe a finalization of this deal can only benefit the newly merged companies," said John Hamilton, Chairman and CEO of RS Group of Companies, Inc.

Strategy International Insurance Group, Inc. Announces Regulatory Approval of $518 Million of Capital

TORONTO, ONTARIO, Jun 7, 2006 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX News Network) --

Approval Allows Strategy's Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Strategy Insurance Limited to reinstitute its full line of insurance products

Strategy International Insurance Group, Inc. (OTCBB:SGYI), through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Strategy Insurance Limited ("Strategy Insurance"), a provider of specialty lines of insurance, reinsurance and structured risk underwriting focusing on niche markets, announced today it has received written approval from the Office of the Supervisor of Insurance and Pensions of Barbados confirming that its recently completed issuance of Series D Preferred Stock valued at 518 million "constitutes valid capitalization for the determination of the margin of solvency" of Strategy Insurance Limited. The license and approval is reviewed annually at the end of each calendar year.

The approval allows the Company to immediately reinstitute its full line of insurance products, facilitating the support of its business plan. As outlined in the Company's most recent quarterly report for the quarter ended January 31, 2006 filed on Form 10-QSB with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Company had total shareholders' equity of $ 506,524,914 including the Series D Preferred. As of January 31, 2006, the Company had 64,227,503 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.

The increased stockholders' equity was a result of the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Strategy Holding, concluding the previously announced capital investment transaction. A complete description of the transaction is outlined in the Company's most recent quarterly report filed on Form 10-QSB filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Commenting on the announcement, Stephen Stonhill, CEO of Strategy, stated, "We have been keenly awaiting this approval from the Barbados Supervisor of Insurance and Pensions. The completion of the issuance of Series D Preferred Stock and it's approval as regulatory capital allows us to begin closing on underwriting transactions that have been backlogged in our new business pipeline for some time. We anticipate closing on a number of these transactions in the coming weeks."

Commenting on the announcement, Louis Lettieri, CFO of Strategy, stated, "We have experienced a series of challenging events over the past twelve months - but with our regulatory capital now strengthened, the future looks extremely promising for the Company. We are optimistic in our ability to close on meaningful transactions that will solidify our book of insurance business."
