Paramount Gold Begins Drill Program to Upgrade and Expand 32.9 Million Ounce Silver Equivalent Resource on the La Blanca Zone, San Miguel Project, Mexico
Monday March 20, 4:03 pm ET

CHIHUAHUA, Mexico--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 20, 2006--Paramount Gold Mining Corp. (OTC:PGDP - News; FWB:P6G) is pleased to announce the signing of a drilling contract with Layne de Mexico, to drill a minimum of 1500 meters of core at its San Miguel Project in SW Chihuahua beginning this week.

Bill Reed, Manager of Exploration in Mexico stated, "It is exciting to start drill testing the La Blanca silver deposit. Prior drilling in the early 1990`s identified a resource of more than 32 million ounces of silver running nearly 5 ounces per tonne, and there is very good potential to dramatically expand this resource at La Blanca in the near future. We have sampled other widely spaced outcrops and old mine working in the adjacent Montecristo II area where an additional silver resource can quickly be added. I am optimistic that we will be able to identify a larger, surface mineable silver resource with good grade."

The first holes in this Phase 1 drill program are planned in the La Blanca area which is only one of several silver/gold zones that Paramount has identified at San Miguel. In 1993, War Eagle Mining announced 6 million tonnes averaging 4.7 ounces silver and 0.013 ounces (32.9 million ounces of silver equivalent) in an E-W striking zone 100 meters wide and 250 meters long that has become known as the La Blanca silver deposit. The deposit was outlined by more than 50 reverse circulation holes drilled to depths of between 100 and 150 meters under shallow overburden that covers the mineralized rock.

The first three core holes will twin reverse circulation holes drilled by War Eagle, and then another five to seven 100 to 150 meter deep drill holes are planed to further substantiate and upgrade the silver resource at La Blanca. When Phase 1 drilling is completed at La Blanca, the drill will be moved to the Montecristo II concession located about 1 kilometer to the NW where it will test two adjacent and parallel mineralized structures. One of these structures averaged 224 grams silver and 0.03 grams gold per metric tonne over a width of 14 meters, and the other 163 grams silver and 0.10 ounces gold per metric tonne over a width of 7.4 meters.

Ongoing Trenching Program

Two trenches were recently excavated, mapped and sampled at the east end of the La Blanca silver deposit. The trenches, one 54 and the other 68 meters in length, crosscut the mineralized zone. The 86 rock chip samples cut from these trenches have been submitted to ALS Chemex Labs for assay. Two more trenches are currently being excavated. Exposed in the trenches are several strongly altered dikes up to 20 meters in width that have intruded chloritized andesite that contains up to 5% pyrite. The dikes are strongly argillized and in places silicified, and contain between 1 and 4% pyrite and several percent of a grey metallic sulfide that may be argentite. These dikes are thought to host silver-gold mineralization and strike to the NE with a 60 degree SE dip. Trenching was not originally planned at La Blanca as the old drill logs indicated that the average depth of soil cover was +4 meters. Several test pits were excavated, and it was found that the overburden is only 1 to 2.5 meters in thickness, so the trenches were extended to better expose bedrock. This in turn has aided in the design of the drill program and also adds confidence that the silver resource is open at depth and to the south.

About San Miguel

San Miguel is currently comprised of 16 concessions covering an estimated 6 kms strike of silver and gold mineralization. It is located in Chihuahua, Mexico and lies in the Temoris mining district, part of the gold-silver belt of the Sierra Madre Occidental. Paramount signed an agreement in August 2005 with Amermin S.A. de CV, a subsidiary of Tara Gold Resources Corp., to acquire a 70% interest in the San Miguel project.

TARA GOLD RESOURCES (Pink Sheets: TRGD $0.19, BullBoards)

I`m the first to admit I hate the pink sheets but every year or two we come across something worthy of the Vegas Account.

The Pink Sheets host some of the worst companies and stock promotions in North America. However, this market also, occasionally, provides a stepping stone for legitimate companies wishing to get on a stock exchange. They will list on the pinks to gain liquidity while building the company and then typically apply to the OTCBB if they qualify at a later date. You`re lucky if 10% of the companies on the pinks ever amount to anything, but it does happen.

Case in point is Paramount Gold (PGDP / Pinks $3.06, BullBoards) which we introduced to StockHouse readers December 12th at $0.96. That original editorial is available here: http://www.stockhouse.com/shfn/editorial.asp?edtID=17976. Paramount went on to gain 300% by late January and still holds strong gains thanks to some very promising gold & silver properties in Mexico and Peru. The properties in Mexico were actually found by TRGD but are being sold to PGDP who have the right to earn up to 70% (Tara Gold will retain the other 30%).

Tara Gold needs to bring their SEC filings up to date, their share structure is poor with 70 million shares out, and they are low on cash. So to make a long story short, I would never touch this pink sheet company unless I thought there was a good chance to piggy back on the success of a major discovery in Mexico.

Paramount will soon start drilling the San Miguel project in Mexico and with several major gold discoveries in the region and early exploration success by Paramount, there is a very good chance this play (both PGDP and TRGD) will attract a lot of speculative money during the drill phase. The ONLY reason to play TRGD is for the leverage on the chance they hit a major gold/silver system. Major discoveries within the immediate region are as follows:

a) 20 miles to the SE is the El Sauzal mine, Glamis Gold`s newest and largest gold mine. The mine is on track to produce 170,000 ounces in 2005 with annual production projected to average 190,000 ounces of gold at an estimated total cash cost of $110 per ounce.

b) Gammon Lake Resource`s (TSX: GAM $19.02, BullBoards) Ocampo Gold-Silver Project is 40 miles to the North. A huge discovery here has pushed Gammon`s market cap to almost $1.5 Billion.

c) Palmarejo, (TSX.V: PJO $8.75, BullBoards) is developing a nearby mine and has acquired ground surrounding San Miguel. Palmarejo has outlined an inferred resource of 3.1 million ounce gold equivalent and boasts a $600 million market cap.

San Miguel is comprised of 16 concessions covering an estimated 6 kilometre strike of silver and gold mineralization. It is located in Chihuahua, Mexico and lies in the Temoris mining district, part of the gold-silver belt of the Sierra Madre Occidental. You can do more research on their projects here: http://www.taragoldresources.com/projects.php

If drilling at San Miguel is a bust, you can expect to lose half your investment. If they hit anything decent, I suspect the 30% interest could be worth $30 to $50 million - which would move the share price into the $0.40 to $0.70 range.

Market makers on this exchange are equally ruthless so don`t get caught up in their games. Expect extreme volatility at times and high risks given the poor share structure. This is Vegas account only. We only want to play the upcoming drill phase which creates a two month speculative window.

von Ragingbull:

drilling - stock price

We have been moving slowly down this path for a long time and now it`s getting closer to the paydirt.

If the trenching numbers come in big, I would look for the stock to get big bump in volume and trade above 30 cents.

First drill #`s looking like the historic #`s - stock goes to 45 cents. More holes, big numbers = 50 cents+.

Get on a German exchange, some promotion = 70 cents.

Get filings done and more big drill results, 85 cents easy.

Hallo Zweifler!

Upon completion of the acquisition of the Lluvia Property, Columbia will control the contiguous mineral rights to some 60 square kilometres in the immediate vicinity of the deposit.

Mine History

Located in the state of Sonora, in northern Mexico, Lluvia de Oro was designed as a large tonnage, low-grade gold operation. The property currently includes one open pit, two heap leach pads and a gold recovery plant. Under Great Lakes Minerals Inc. the facility entered into production in May 1996, and was later operated by Santa Cruz Gold Inc. ("Santa Cruz") and finally by Compania Minera Lluvia de Oro S.A. de C.V.

The mine had an anticipated average production rate of 25,000 ounces per year from an initial reserve of 4.6 million tonnes grading 0.82g Au/t or 121,000 ounces. Santa Cruz had projected that the life-of-mine cash costs for the Lluvia de Oro Gold Mine would be in the range of US$235 per ounce.

Mining & Exploration

During 1997, 1.65 million tonnes of ore, with an average grade of 0.75g Au/t were mined and placed on the pad at an average cash cost of US$3.76 per tonne. As a result of El Niño, the project area received twice the average annual rainfall. Production for 1997 was 20,688 ounces versus the projected 25,000 ounces. Cash costs averaged US$299 per ounce, which was US$79 higher than the projected US$220 per ounce. The cash cost overrun was not only due to the shortfall in production but also due to increased mining (an extra 320,000 tonnes of ore were placed on the heap in an attempt to offset the negative impact of the excess rains). Operating costs per tonne were effectively reduced since start-up, when the crushing circuit was eliminated and the mine transformed into a run-of-mine operation.

Santa Cruz completed a drilling program in the 2nd quarter 1997 successfully expanding the existing proven reserves* by more than 60%. This 6,100 metre drill program was successful in adding 2.1 million tonnes grading 0.81g Au/t or 54,400 oz. Additional lower grading material, which may be mined and leached later in the mine life, added another 9,500 oz for a total of 64,000 oz. These reserves were defined along 300 metres of strike from the limit of the current open-pit.

The new reserves* increased the proven reserves* to 4.7 million tonnes grading 0.81g Au/t, representing an increase of 64%. In addition to adding mine life to the operation, the reserves discovered in 1997 allowed for an increase in production scheduled for 1998 to approximately 28,000 ounces.

Drilling delineated an additional higher-grade resource* of approximately 4.5 million tonnes grading 0.95g Au/t along the same structure. Highlights from the drill program include three holes, all of which ended in "ore" and appear to have intersected a deeper, higher grading zone. These holes include:

-- hole L188, located approximately 60 metres on strike from the pit
limits, which intersected 15.2 metres grading 2.3g Au/t;

-- hole L194, on the next section, intersected 19.8 metres grading 1.8g
Au/t; and

-- hole L202, approximately 200 metres from the current pit along strike,
intersected 7.6 metres grading 3.8g Au/t.
A deeper drilling program comprised of six holes was completed in the 3rd quarter 1997. Four of the six holes intersected good values including hole L239 which intersected 30 metres grading 1.5g Au/t, hole L240 which intersected 14 metres grading 1.62g Au/t, hole L241 which intersected 39 metres grading 2.29g Au/t and hole L242 which intersected 18 metres grading 1.33g Au/t.

The Company is currently in the process of conducting due diligence on the Lluvia de Oro gold mine and our engineering team is reviewing options for re-initiating mining, production, rinsing the leach pad and heap leach processing. Columbia will now commence a National Instrument 43-101 qualifying report on the Lluvia Property.

Tara Gold Commissions Technical Study to Advance Las Minitas
CHICAGO, April 10, 2006 (MARKETWIRE) – (Other OTC: TRGD.PK) Tara Gold Resources Corp. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has commissioned an independent technical review and report for the Las Minitas Property portfolio. The review will be carried out by Michael Sandidge, P. Geo., a qualified person, as defined under National Instrument 43-101.

Historical information regarding Las Minitas indicates three mineralized zones of interest that contain a potential of 22 million tons of ore grading 20 oz/t silver and 0.08 oz/t gold. Metallurgical testing indicates that recoveries of 90% for both silver and gold may be achievable by cyanidation alone. The full historical report is available at http://TaraGoldResources.com.

Mr. Francis Biscan Jr., President of Tara Gold Resources stated; "We are grateful to have formed relationships in Mexico that continue to bring us properties of substantial merit. The Las Minitas project holds the potential for 400 million ounces of silver and 1.7 million ounces of gold. The technical data was taken from historical records and are based on a technical report that was written in 1995, prior to the implementation of NI 43-101. We look forward to receiving a qualified NI-43-101 report, which will also outline a sampling, trenching, and drilling program to advance this property."

The Company will focus its initial efforts on the validation of the previous exploration work that outlined three wide, high-grade, lode-type mineralized bodies: the North, Central, and El Negro zones, with postulated strike lengths of 400, 500, and 700 meters respectively. These three zones are considered to be outstanding precious metal exploration targets.

Cautionary Note

The tonnages, grades, assays, drill intercepts, production figures and other technical data are taken from historical records prior to the implementation of NI 43-101. While the data is believed to have been acquired, processed and disclosed by persons believed to be technically competent, it is unverifiable at present. The data source for the Las Minitas property is largely the 1995 Report by D.B. Perterson. Tara Gold is not treating the historical estimates as current mineral resources or mineral reserves as defined in NI 43-101 and the historical estimate should not be relied upon.

Werde heute wieder nachkaufen.

Please Note:
The name of American Stellar Energy has changed to Tara Gold as anticipated.
The new stock ticker symbol is TRGD.PK

A 'Stellar' Opportunity

If any of you aren't already aware of the recent nosebleed rise in price of Paramount Gold's stock, I suggest you take a look (PGDP.PK 6-month Chart). I myself was unaware of Paramount Gold until mid-December of this past year, when I was fortunate enough to acquire a position at $.86/share. Paramount Gold now trades at $3.58/share just a few weeks later (closing 1/18/06). Now don't misunderstand me, I'm not promoting Paramount Gold, this report is about the little known American Stellar Energy (AMRS.PK). I've since sold my position in Paramount Gold to lock in gains, and I've reinvested a portion of that money into AMRS.

One thing to recognize is that Paramount has the ability to raise substantial amounts of money in short order, as evidenced by their two recent above-market financings, which together raised $1 million. This is extremely good news for their JV partners, and AMRS is partnered with them in 2 of its 4 properties.

AMRS currently trades at $0.099/share (closing 1/18/06), and has about 62 million outstanding shares. This equates to the very modest market capitalization of $6.14 million. Contrast this to Paramount Gold's over 30 million outstanding shares at $3.58, making for a market capitalization of $107.4 million.

The First Property in which American Stellar Energy is Joint-Ventured with Paramount Gold is the San Miguel Groupings:

The San Miguel District is made up of several concessions and past producing mines known individually as San Miguel (the head of the group), Santa Clara, La Blanca, San Luis, El Carmen, Swanick, Sangre, Sangre De Cristo, Guadalupe De los Reyes, San Juan, El Rosario, Empalme, Las Tres S.S.S., and Las Tres B.B.B.

The JV agreement will allow Paramount Gold to acquire a 70% interest in the property, AMRS retaining their 30%. Paramount currently has the rights to 25% of the property. In order to exercise their full rights, Paramount must:

*

Pay AMRS a total of $400,000 ($300,000 paid thus far) to acquire 35% interest.
*

Issue to AMRS a total of 700,000 shares of their stock. (300,000 are being issued to AMRS at this time)
*

Spend a total of $3.5 million on exploration work, plus other payments.
*

Pay AMRS $50,000 or an equivalent value of its shares annually.

Paramount is planning to commence an extensive drill program on the San Miguel property in February of 2006.

The Second Property in which American Stellar Energy is Joint-Ventured with Paramount Gold is La Blanca (adjacent to San Miguel):

At La Blanca, previous drilling indicates a block of over 6 million tonnes, grading 4.7 ounces silver per ton, and .013 ounces gold per ton. That's over 28.2 million ounces silver and 78,000 ounces gold, of which bench mark metallurgical testing shows that recoveries of 90% are possible using flotation (a relatively cheap and easy way to extract the gold and silver).

With 90% recovery, that's 25.4 million ounces of silver and over 70,000 ounces gold.

Bill Reed, Paramount's exploration officer, stated that “We are planning an extensive drill program that I believe will not only validate this resource, but add significantly to it.”

In fact, it has been concluded by Paramount Gold that tonnage can be increased 2-3 times by exploring below the current level of penetration.

Bill Reed was the former Chief Geologist (1998-2004) for the Mexican subsidiary of Hecla Mining.

Paramount is planning to commence an extensive drill program on La Blanca in February of 2006.

This agreement allows Paramount to acquire a 70% interest, AMRS retaining their 30%. In order to fully exercise their rights, Paramount must:

*

Pay an initial $50,000 to the property owner (done).
*

Pay the property owner an additional $960,000 within a 10-month period commencing January 31, 2006.
*

Make 80% of all future property payments.

If Paramount chooses to exercise its full 70% interest in both properties before year-end 2006 (which seems very likely), then the total compensation to AMRS would be:

*

700,000 shares of PGDP, currently (closing 1/18/06) valued at $2.51 million US.
*

$50,000 US yearly.
*

80% of all future property payments on La Blanca.
*

A virtual free ride on exploring the historically prolific San Miguel Groupings as Paramount will be spending $2.5 million on exploratory costs.

The 700,000 Paramount shares alone represent over 40% of AMRS's current market capitalization! That's pure profit which could be realized in less than 1 year from now!

There is a hold time of 1 year on the 700,000 shares. As to what might be done after this period, I can think of two options:

*

Sell them to fund operations
*

Distribute them to shareholders of AMRS as a dividend.

American Stellar Energy also owns 2 other properties:

La Currita:

*

Active mine, with a 150 ton/day mill.
*

Currently generating revenue of about $110,000/month.
*

With the proposed plans to upgrade the mill and ramp up production to full capacity (currently running at about one-half), La Currita operations should easily cover all company expenses in the future and still show a profit.*

*AMRS has very moderate overhead costs with a high percentage of all money going into the ground.

La Millionaire:

*

Looking for a strong Joint Venture Partner.
*

Outcrop portion of vein estimated at 1.8 million tonnes, grading at 8g/tonne gold.
*

Mine tailings remaining from a previous small mining operation are estimated to be 29,000 tonnes at 9.6g/ton gold.
*

Combined, the above numbers indicate that there remains at least 472,000 ounces gold yet to be exploited, with a fraction of the property being explored to date.

It's only been a little over 7 months since Francis R. Biscan, Jr., President of American Stellar Resources, visited Mexico and acquired the four aforementioned properties in May of 2005. With 2 joint ventures already completed, and the continuing operation of the La Currita mine (it was already producing when acquired), this represents some fast and impressive work. And it appears we can expect more of the same in the future.

Look for a name change in the near future. The probable change will turn what is now American Stellar Energy to Tara Gold Mining Corp. This change alone will bring much more exposure to the company as it clarifies the company's position and objective. The “Energy” in American Stellar Energy used to stand for the oil and natural gas properties* that the company once owned, but they have since been sold in order to focus on the mining of silver and gold in Mexico.

*Currently, management has no plans to become involved again in oil and natural gas properties.

Francis Biscan has a number of contacts in Mexico, and this allows him to scope out attractive properties and bring them to the table for Paramount and others to consider. Thus, the plan of the American Stellar is simple: discover promising mining opportunities, work out a JV with a partner, and begin realizing significant cash-flow once the properties are brought into production or bought-out. Thus, when all is said and done, AMRS will be able to reap significant profits while spending very little capital.

It's simply amazing that Paramount is valued almost 18 times more highly than American Stellar, when their JV arrangements call for a 70/30-split interest. Furthermore, American Stellar Energy has two additional properties (100% owned), including a producing mine, as well as one other property that is in the works.

In contrast, Paramount Gold has one other property, the Linda Property in Peru, within which they can only become 51% operator according to the terms of the JV arrangement between Minera ABX Exploraciones (a subsidiary of Barrick Gold) and themselves. Besides, this Peruvian property seems to be in an early stage of development, and it also appears that the majority of Paramount's value lies in it's two Mexican properties, within which they are joint-ventured with American Stellar Energy.

Valuation

If AMRS were to be valued at 43% of Paramount Gold (30/70 relationship), it would then trade at around $.74/share, an increase of more than 700% over the January 18, 2006 closing price.

I do not think this price is unreasonable, and I attribute the delay of parallel price appreciation with Paramount Gold to a lack of PR exposure. This problem should be solved in the near future, because as soon as revenue starts to flow in and AMRS becomes a fully reporting company, Francis Biscan plans to hire a respectable PR firm with cash. The delay of hiring a PR firm up till now was the result of Francis Biscan not wanting to dilute the share count any further.

For another valuation exercise, let's say that Paramount exercises their full 70% rights to La Blanca, begins their intensive exploration program, and eventually drill proves what could potentially represent 100-150 million ounces of silver. Using 125 million ounces, at a 1:60 price ratio between gold and silver (i.e. $9 vs. $550), the gold equivalent within La Blanca would amount to almost 2.1 million ounces.

Once having accomplished the exploratory work necessary to prove the in-ground reserves/resources, the goal of both Paramount and American Stellar would be to sell the property to an industry major for a price of around $125 per ounce of gold equivalent. Using the $125/ounce buyout price and 2.1 million ounces of gold equivalent, a profit of $262.5 million dollars would be realized from the sale of the La Blanca property, minus any exploration costs in excess of the budgeted $2.5 million (the obligation of Paramount Gold). Split 70/30, American Stellar Energy would receive almost $79 million after the sale, an amount equal to nearly 13 times their current market capitalization. And remember that La Blanca is only one of American Stellar’s four properties!

Francis Biscan, President of American Stellar Energy, owns about 12% of AMRS's outstanding shares, and he has avoided dilution by investing hundreds of thousands of dollars of his own money into his company. He doesn't plan on raising any significant funds until substantial price appreciation occurs, and there is even a strong possibility that such fund raising will never again be necessary due to very low cash obligations, which are currently:

*

$65,000 in the next six months for the San Miguel property payment (paramount pays the remaining 35,000). This payment will again come due after an additional six-months, but more than likely the payment will lesson to either $45,000 or $30,000, since Paramount is likely to increase their percent interest in San Miguel.

*

After November 30, 2006, %658,000 spread over the next 3 years for the La Blanca property (Paramount pays the remaining $2,632,000)

That amounts to a maximum cash obligation of $130,000 over the next 1-year period, and more than likely it will be closer to $110,000. That's it, and it's entirely possible that the profit coming in from the La Currita mine will be able to pay for this, meaning no need for further dilution.

The Quick Facts:

There are currently:

*

No long term debt obligations.
*

No options outstanding.
*

No preffered shares outstanding.
*

1.4 million warrants exercisable at $.12/share, all expiring 3/15/06.

PP with an investment firm.I million dollars raised at $4.25 a share over the market price !!. For drilling of J/V property with TRGD in Mexico and their Peru play. Surely investors should realize that they would not be making this investment if the drilling in Mexico was not looking promising. Understand rwo holes have been completed and third has been spudded. Cores for 1 and 2 gone to lab for assays. When third assay is completed they will release the assays for all three.

Tara Gold Gains Frankfurt Stock Exchange Listing
Ticker Symbol: X:FRANKFURT:T8N U:TRGD

CHICAGO, IL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/23/06

http://at.marketwire.com/accesstracking/AccessTrackingLogSer…
(PINKSHEETS: TRGD) and (FRANKFURT: T8N) Tara Gold Resources Corp. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that its shares have been accepted for listing and is now trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the trading symbol "T8N" and the German Securities No. (WKN) "A0JEFM."

Mr. Francis Biscan Jr., President of Tara Gold Resources, stated, "European investors have shown an interest in Tara Gold due to our near-production projects, with substantial exploration potential, where there is leverage to rising commodity prices. We welcome our new shareholders and provide a summary of our priority projects for their benefit."

Las Minitas: Historical work indicates three mineralized zones of interest that contain a potential of 22 million tons of ore grading 20 oz/t silver and 0.08 oz/t gold. Metallurgical testing indicates that 90% recoveries may be achievable by cyanidation alone. An independent National Instrument 43-101 technical report has been commissioned.

Lluvia de Oro: The property includes one open pit mine, two heap leach pads and a gold recovery plant. Historical information indicates that the mine has an initial reserve of 4.6 million tonnes grading 0.82g Au/t or 121,000 ounces. Exploration drilling delineated an additional higher-grade resource of approximately 4.5 million tonnes grading 0.95g Au/t along the same structure. Tara Gold has optioned an 80% interest to Columbia Metals which is developing a plan to re-initiate mining and production.

San Miguel Groupings: Historical drilling indicates a silver resource of 32 million ounces at a grade of close to 5 oz/t. There is excellent potential to upgrade and expand this resource as initial indications are that this resource is part of a 4,000 m continuous mineralization zone. Tara Gold has given Paramount Gold an option to earn 70% interest. Paramount Gold is currently conducting a trenching and drilling program at the property.

La Currita: The property includes 4 mines, a 150 ton/day operating floatation mill and stockpiled ore. The mill is currently operating but opportunity exists to increase processing capacity and re-start several mines. Tara Gold is currently analyzing the implementation of a capital improvement program to increase revenue generated.

La Estrella: Mineralized veins vary between 0.15 and 1.8 m and average 0.53 m in width over known strike length of 175 m underground. The average grade of the mined zone has been 8.06 g/t gold and 715 g/t silver over a 900 m strike length. This acquisition will be a key supplier of high grade ore to the operating mill at La Currita.

La Millonaria: This property includes 4 concessions with formerly producing gold mines. A study of the existing waste dump shows 27,000 tons of an average gold grade of 9.7 g/ton and an average silver grade of 96.7 g/ton. This property has the potential to generate cash flow in a relatively short to intermediate timeframe.

Cautionary Note

In some cases, the tonnages, grades, assays, drill intercepts, production figures and other technical data are taken from historical records prior to the implementation of NI 43-101. While the data is believed to have been acquired, processed and disclosed by persons believed to be technically competent, it is unverifiable at present. Tara Gold is not treating the historical estimates as current mineral resources or mineral reserves as defined in NI 43-101 and the historical estimate should not be relied upon.

CHICAGO, IL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/31/06

http://at.marketwire.com/accesstracking/AccessTrackingLogSer…
Tara Gold Resources Corp. (PINKSHEETS: TRGD) (FRANKFURT: T8N) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an Option Agreement on the La Currita Groupings, including the La Currita Mill, with Raven Gold Corp.

Raven Gold Corp has the option to earn up to 60% interest in the La Currita Groupings by making certain payments to Tara Gold, issuing 750,000 shares, making all remaining property payments and by spending a minimum of $3.5 million over the next 36 months. In addition to the capital investment on exploration and mill expansion outlined, Raven Gold Corp is also required to expand the La Currita Mill to a minimum of 4,000 tons per month before earning 40% and a minimum of 8,000 tons per month before earning 60% interest.

The property includes 4 mines, a 150 ton/day operating floatation mill and stockpiled ore. The La Currita mine was in steady production from 1983 until 1998. A diamond drilling exploration program conducted in 1998 indicated 109,000 tons of 2.59 g/t Au and 200 g/t Ag.

The area surrounding La Currita has numerous mines and recent substantial discoveries. Adjacent to the La Currita holdings, Palmarejo has announced an inferred resource of 3.1 million ounce gold equivalent on their property. In addition, about 20 miles to the SE is the 170,000 ounce/year Glamis Gold's El Sauzal gold mine and 40 miles to the North is Gammon Lake Resource's Ocampo Gold-Silver Project with a projected 270,000 gold-equivalent ounces/year.

Mr. Francis Biscan Jr., President of Tara Gold Resources, stated, "We welcome Raven Gold as a partner to expand and operate the La Currita Mill. Growing cash flow from the mill will benefit our shareholders and provide non-dilutive cash to continue to build our project portfolio with high quality gold and silver prospects."

Hallo Leute,

32 Millionen Equivalent Feinunzen Silber
6 Millionen Tonnen Erz mit 4,7 Feinunzen Silber und 0,013 Unzen Gold pro Tonne Partner führt Bohrprogramme aus, um Reserven zu vergrössern
Potential für mehr als 200 Millionen Unzen

Paramount joint venture
In August 2005, the Company entered an option agreement through its newly
acquired 97% owned Mexican subsidiary, Amermin, with Paramount Gold Mining
Corp. "Paramount" for the sale of the San Miguel mining concessions. Paramount
made an initial payment of $50,000.00 for the option to acquire a 35% interest
in San Miguel mining concessions. Pending the affirming results of a title
search, Paramount will make a payment of $250,000 to purchase 25% interest in
the San Miguel mining concessions. A further payment of $100,000 will
increase the purchase to 35% interest in the San Miguel mining concessions. In
order to maintain its interest, Paramount will make an additional payment of
$50,000
or an equivalent value of its shares on every anniversary date of this
agreement.

Paramount may increase its interest in the San Miguel mining concessions to
55%, after the following conditions have been met:

a) Paramount spends an additional $1,000,000 on exploration and development within 18 months of the date this agreement is signed.
b) Paramount issues to the Company an additional 700,000 restricted common
shares.

Furthermore, Paramount has an option to increase its interest in the San
Miguel mining concessions to 70%, on the following conditions:

a) Paramount spends an additional $1,500,000 over and above the $1,000,000
expenditure spent on exploration and development within 30 months of the
date this agreement is signed.
b) Paramount issues to the Company 200,000 restricted common shares

The option to finalize the agreement was subsequently extended to November 30,
2005, and Paramount has exercised the option subsequent to the year end.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1100747/0001023175060…

The company issued 300,000 shares to American Stellar Energy Inc. in consideration of its option agreement for the San Miguel Groupings valued at $3.50 per share based on trading values at date of issue for total consideration of $1,050,000 and recorded as mineral property in the three month period ended March 31, 2006.
http://edgar.brand.edgar-online.com/fetchFilingFrameset.aspx…

400 Millionen Unzen Silber abgeleitet

http://www.taragoldresources.com/news.php

Marktkapitalisierung:
31 Mio Dollar bei 75 Mio ausgegeben Aktien
http://www.taragoldresources.com/news.php

STANDARDS OF DISCLOSURE FOR MINERAL PROJECTS

http://www.gov.ns.ca/nssc/docs/ni43101.pdf

Cautionary Note: The tonnages, grades, assays, drill intercepts, production figures and other technical data are taken from historical records prior to the implementation of NI 43-101. While the data is believed to have been acquired, processed and disclosed by persons believed to be technically competent, it is unverifiable at present. The data source for the Las Minitas property is largely the 1995 Report by D.B Perterson. Tara Gold is not treating the historical estimates as current mineral resources or mineral reserves as defined in NI 43-101 and the historical estimate should not be relied upon.
http://www.taragoldresources.com/lasmintas.php

I asked Mr. Biscan about Raven
Here is his answer:
"Raven is a private company, but will soon be public. There is a very strong financial group behind the deal and they have been quite successful. That is all I can say for now, but more information should be forthcoming in the next week or so.

Thank you,

Rich Biscan"

So I guess we wait and see. Not sure if Raven Capital is the same thing or not. Looks like the market didn't like the news - perhaps because no one knows who Raven is?

Tara Gold´s Partner komplettiert San Miguel Groupings Projekt und entdeckt die Monte Cristo II-Zone

Chicago, 9. Mai 2006
: Tara Gold Resources Corp.

Tara Gold Acquires Gold Mine and Production Plant
Monday July 24, 9:00 am ET

CHICAGO, IL--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 24, 2006 -- Tara Gold Resources Corp. (Other OTC:TRGD.PK - News) (Frankfurt:T8N.F - News) is pleased to announce that it has signed a definitive option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Picacho Gold Mine and production plant located within the Northern Sierra Madre Occidental Gold Belt 120 kilometers south of the United States Border, in Sonora State, Republic of Mexico.

The Picacho mine is comprised of 3,236 hectares of mining concession encompassing several areas of hydrothermal alteration. The project is 24km by haulage road from the town of Bacoachi, which is serviced by the electrical grid, a 1200m airport and a paved highway accessing the mining town of Cananea and state capital of Hermosillo.

Under the terms of the option agreement, Tara Gold Resources has the right to acquire a 100% interest in the property and plant by making payments to the vendors totaling $7,000,000 over a 5-year period.

Mr. Francis Biscan Jr., President of Tara Gold Resources, stated, "Our strategy is to acquire high-quality gold, silver, and mineral projects with near-term production potential which also offer clear potential to expand the mine-able resource. Tara Gold is now poised to benefit from production cash flow from 3 of our projects."

Picacho has been intermittently mined by the current owners and includes an extensive processing facility that was operating at a rate of 250 tonnes per day. Shareholder value will be created by adding operating efficiencies, expanding daily throughput and operating days per month, along with expanding the existing resource.

About Tara Gold Resources Corp.

Management is focused strongly on building the mining production base and becoming a significant gold, silver and mineral producer. bin zwar nicht investiert, aber hier mal auf deutsch

Tara Gold Resources Corp. erwirbt Goldmine einschliesslich Produktionsanlage

Chicago, 24. Juli, 2006 (Markewire) - Tara Gold Resources Corp.

IMHO,
For whatever reason, I think investors were given "one last opertunity" to buy Tara at decent levels this past week.
All indications are that Tara should form the next leg up
this coming week.
In all the stocks I've held in the past 25+ years,
I've never seen such an undervalued stock.
TARA's next financials will knock the socks off the
ones who cant keep count of all the money this stock
has pulled in, in the last 6 months!!

Its also one of the few listings that the company
president ACTUALLY OWNS stock of the company (and alot!!)
instead of just holding OPTIONS to purchase stock
at lower pricing.
NOT issuing options and warrents is also a bonus
that management has held to, thus keeping the
float low.
Actually, I doubt there is much actual TRGD stock trading out there,
since most of the investors I know... are not selling a share.

I feel we are headed for an exciting week...
keep your seatbelt on
:eek::rolleyes:

WOW.......auch heute wieder riesen- umsätze zum

wäre schön den schwung mitzunehmen, um die 0,40iger

Betrifft ja teilweise auch Tara:

Paramount Gold\'s First Drill Results Include Bonanza Gold Grade of 35.5 g/t Gold over 4 Meters at San Miguel Project in Mexico

CHIHUAHUA, Mexico, Aug 01, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Paramount Gold Mining Corp. (OTCZunge rausstreckenGDP)(FWBZunge rausstrecken6G), is pleased to disclose the first round of results from its ongoing drill program at the San Miguel project located near Temoris, Chihuahua, Mexico. These first nine drill holes represent initial testing on the San Luis, Montecristo and La Blanca zones, which are three of the over ten known mineralized zones located at San Miguel. Two of the three zones reported very significant intercepts of gold and silver mineralization and included bonanza gold of 35.5 g/t gold with 17 g/t silver over 4.0 meters in hole SL-02 at San Luis and 0.39 g/t gold and 80.62 g/t silver over 19.5 meters in hole MC-01 at Montecristo. Of significance, these intervals contain associated lead, zinc and copper sulfides, however due to backlogs at analytical laboratories, the analysis for these elements has yet to be completed.
Paramount\'s Exploration Manager for Mexico, Bill Reed, comments "I am very pleased that our initial round of drilling has been this successful. We recently obtained a report by Behre Dolbear & Company for A J Industries, dated 1962, stating "from what can be learned from existing literature, the San Luis deposit contains the highest gold grades in the district". Our initial drilling shows that this gold system can produce high grades and we are only getting started with just a few holes in three zones and have numerous other zones and areas to drill test throughout this large system. With each set of drill results we learn more and will be able to direct our second round of drilling on these targets more effectively. We plan 3 or 4 more holes at San Jose, and then the drill will be moved to the La Union Mine area to test the zone recently defined by 5 trenches. After 5-7 holes have been completed, the drill will be moved to the Santa Clara area to test gold and silver anomalies identified during a recently completed trenching program. Then we will rotate the drill back to previously drilled targets after analytical results have been reported for a second round of drilling."

Further commenting, Chris Crupi, President & CEO stated "These encouraging results have strengthened our commitment to the San Miguel project, evidenced by my recent authorization of an increased budget for further drilling."

San Luis Mine Area: Drill holes: SL-01, SL-02 & SL-03

Paramount Gold has recently completed eight core drill holes in the San Luis Mine area at its San Miguel project. The assay results for the first three drill holes are listed below. DDH SL-01, SL-02 and SL-03 were drilled to test un-mined zones adjacent to a N50W striking high grade gold-silver quartz and quartz breccia vein mined by the Alaska Juneau Company between 1958 and 1962. This vein dips 70 to the NE and was mined from the surface to a down dip depth of approximately 250 meters. Old mine maps showing drill holes in the bottom of the shaft that indicate the high grade mineralization continues below the workings.

DDH SL-01 cut 8.9 meters between 84.80 and 93.72 meters averaging 0.64 g/ton gold and 18 g/ton silver and then entered a three and a half meter void were the vein had been previously mined out.

DDH SL-02 cut 4.0 meters between 141.00 and 145.00 meters averaging 35.50 g/ton gold and 17 g/ton silver.

DDH SL-03 cut 28.0 meters between 64.0 and 92.0 meters averaging 0.26 g/ton gold and 38.20 g/ton silver including 8.0 meters between 64.0 and 72.0 meters averaging 0.05 g/ton gold and 51 g/ton silver; including 6.0 meters between 79.0 and 85.0 meters averaging 0.26 g/ton gold and 107 g/ton silver, and including 4.0 meters between 88.0 and 92.0 meters averaging 1.35 g/ton gold and less than 5 g/ton silver.

NOTE: All of the above intervals contain associated lead, zinc and copper sulfides. The analysis for these elements is not yet completed.
The San Luis Mine is located immediately north and adjacent to the San Jose silver zone where detailed rock chip sampling completed earlier outlined an area 250 meters long and up to 50 meters wide that averaged 225 g/t silver {see press release Dec 8th 2005} The San Jose zone is comprised of a series of quartz veins and stockwork quartz veinlets that strike N10-25W and dip 70-90 E. The intersection of the N50W San Luis structure with the San Jose structures controlled the high gold-silver mineralization in the San Luis Vein. Historic documents from the Alaska Juneau Company and recent detailed rock chip sampling by Paramount Gold indicate that other structural intersections host similar high grade gold silver mineralization.

Drill Update: Another six diamond drill holes have been completed in the San Luis zone and are awaiting assay results. Two drill holes have been completed in the San Jose silver zone and a third hole was started yesterday. Trenching across the mineralized zone continues to the south where this zone can be followed for several kilometers. Paramount expects to report further drill results in a more timely fashion now that a steady stream of drill samples has been going out to the assay lab.

Montecristo Area MC-01, MC-02 & MC-03

Located in the NW portion of the Guazapares structural lineament that has a general strike of N20 - 30W, this mineralized zone can be traced more than six kilometers and contains hundreds of ancient mine workings that date as far back as the 1620\'s. Three diamond drill holes (DDHs) have recently been completed in Montecristo area totaling 798.20 meters. Three vein like structures which strike N30-40E (Montecristo I, II and III), and the Montecristo hydrothermal breccia zone which strikes N30W were intersected in these drill holes.

The Montecristo breccia is a recently recognized hydrothermal structure that was identified in old mine workings and confirmed by new exposures in recently constructed roads to drill sites. On surface, the Montecristo breccia can be recognized for a distance of more than 1000 meters along strike with thickness of 50 to 80 meters. This breccia was intersected at depth by DDHs MC 01 and MC-03

DDH MC-01 intersected 19.5 meters averaging 0.39 g/ton gold and 80.6 g/ton silver between 54.5 and 74 meters, and a 4.4 meters zone between 140.2 and 144.4 meters averaging 116 g/ton silver with low gold values.

DDH MC-03 intersected 29.5 meters averaging 0.61 g/ton gold and 11 g/ton silver between 92.5 and 122.0 meters with lower grade mineralization below. This breccia is considered of great importance because of the potential to develop a large low grade bulk tonnage resource. The vein structures require further drill testing to determine their significance. There is potential to discover structurally-controlled high-grade zones within the breccia.

Below is a summary of drill holes MC-01, MC-02 and MC-03

Mineralization is associated with a rhyodacite intrusive rocks and a hydrothermal breccia developed along the contract with andesite tuffs and flows that host the felsic intrusive complex.

La Blanca Area LB-01, LB-02 and LB-03

Three DDHs (LB-01, LB-02 and LB-03) were drilled to test the historical drill data reported by War Eagle in the early 1990\'s. Paramount twined three of the better reverse circulation (RC) War Eagle holes that cut the reported mineralization. These three holes did not confirm any of the War Eagle intercepts, but drill hole LB-01 did intersect 19.38 g/t silver at depth and it is possible that it could represent an extension of the Montecristo zone. Paramount is planning further drill testing of this zone during the next round of drilling at Montecristo.

In general, the lithology consists of a hydrothermally altered tuff sequence intruded by rhyodacite, rhyolite and andesite. Most drill hole intercepts show strong silicification with disseminated pyrite, and moderate argillic alteration in some zones. Between 150.30 and 166.00 meters traces of galena were reported.
Paramount has renegotiated its agreement on the La Blanca area concesssions, reported in News Release dated January 3rd 2006. Paramount can earn a 100% interest by making a cash payment of 180,000 ($110,000 is paid and $70,000 is due by Dec 31 2006) and a work commitment of US$500,000 to be completed before Dec. 31 2007. A royalty of US$1.00 per gold equivalent ounce is payable on any reserves in the proven and probable category based on an independent audit, one to be completed at year end 2007 and year end 2008. Tara Gold, Paramount\'s JV partner may opt in for 30% interest as per an area of interest agreement.

Quality Control Program

Paramount takes detail photos of all the core before it is cut to half core which is assayed at ALS Chemex\'s Vancouver laboratory. As part of quality assurance, quality control (QAQC), a blank (sterile)sample is submitted every 20th sample. Later, pulps from a number of intervals will be renumbered and pulps from known standards will be inserted between them in numerical order. These will then be submitted for reanalysis. The results will then be compared to the original values reported, and the known values of the inserted standards. Half-core samples have been retained on site for verification and reference purposes.

C W Reed , B. Sc. Mineralogy, is acting as qualified person and has prepared the detail and review with respect to this news release.
