(OTC Bulletin Board: HGOI - News) today announced its plans to release its financial results for the first quarter of 2006 later this month. The Company also plans to provide its shareholders with an update next week on the current status of the Company's acquisition and restructuring plans.

Hugo International Telecom is 67% owned by GreenShift Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSHF - News), whose mission is to develop and support companies and technologies that facilitate the efficient use of natural resources and catalyze transformational environmental gains.

(Pink Sheets: HGOI - News) today announced that, effective immediately, its common stock will be listed for trading on the Pink Sheets under the symbol "HGOT." Hugo International Telecom also announced that, effective at the close of business on May 18, 2006, there has been a 1-for-1,000 reverse split of its common stock.
