H. v. $32,473,389 Dollar und dass bei einer Market-Cap. Von nur 3,12 Mio. Dollar.

      http://biz.yahoo.com/e/060911/cbay.ob10qsb.html

CARLSBAD, Calif., Sep 13, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Cal-Bay International, Inc. (OTCBB:CBAY) announced the acquisition of a $4M residential property parcel comprised of 85 Single Family Residence home lots in Charlotte County, Fla.

This would potentially add 85 complete owner builder customers to COBS' existing portfolio immediately.

The fully completed development is expected to add combined revenues in the region of $20M to both COBS and Cal-Bay over the next two years.

This program shall remain effective through October 31st, 2006, and will be reviewed by the Board of Directors after that date.

Cal-Bay CEO Roger Pawson commented the opinion of management is there is a significant short position in the common tradable shares which has caused a large downward pressure on the stock value. There has been no recent significant increase in the conversion of restricted to freely tradable shares available to the market which has further convinced Cal-Bay management of the obvious increase in the stock's short position.

Ich wäre was Cal-Bay angeht sehr vorsichtig.
Jedoch macht Cal-Bay weiterhin Verluste im operativen Geschäft i.H.v. 1 Mio USD!!!

      Total Revenue 314
Cost of Revenue (437) VORSICHT GEBOTEN!
      Selling General and Administrative 1,789

--> wären eigentlich 1,5 Mio Verlust!

Total Other Income/Expenses Net 7,243 (Woher zum Teufel stammen plötzlich diese 7,2 Mio USD!!! in in den Vorquartalen war nie was von anderen Einkünften zu sehen!)

Wie soll eigentlich der Aktienrückkauf finanziert werden?
      hiermit?
      Property Plant and Equipment 10,696
      Total Assets 11,454

Just read elsewhere that Scottrade is not allowing online buying of CBAY this morning. Just like they have restricted buys on PAIM due to shorting....theyre doing same to CBAY. They obviosuly are trying to cover thier short sales and as a result, it hurts the trading here....thats why its so slow this am.

      http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/060927/20060927005605.html?.v=1

Cbay hat zum 30 Juni Firmenwerte i. H. v. $32,473,389 Dollar und dass bei einer Market-Cap. Von nur 3,12 Mio. Dollar.

Assets, was will der Markt denn noch?
