Hallo @all,

Merrill Lynch Research Analyst Anita Soni increased her 2007 spot forecast for uranium 42% from $53/lb to $75/lb. Amongst modest increases in Merrill Lynch's forecast for gold and silver, this 78% upwards increase in the uranium forecast definitely stands out. Because of Cigar Lake's aftermath, Soni said that "utilities are now scrambling to cover their commitments and thus demand is expected to remain tight for some time to come."

Hallo @all,

ALZ.V - 5 Significant Uranium Properties in Canada, Australia & Africa

Besides HMI, Aldershot Resources Ltd. (ALZ.V) is another junior exploration not noticed by the market. The company has huge uranium properties in every uranium prolific land, Canada, Australia and Africa. I am surprised I did not find a thread for this company. Today it is traded at 35 cents, the way EXTREMELY undervalued in my opinion. Here are the properties held by the company:

1. The Zambian Uranium Project

Kariba Project [Zambia]

* Prospecting Licence PL LS310 covers over ~1061 km2
* Underlain by highly prospective Grit Marker Horizon of the Karoo Supergroup
* Potential for sandstone hosted uranium mineralisation
* Potential for uranium in fractures and fault zones
* Potential for detrital uranium style deposits
* Last explored in early 1980s
* Over 8 Mt of uranium resources reported recently to the north

Aldershot Resources Limited has been granted a Prospecting Licence (PL LS310) in the southern part of the Republic of Zambia. The Licence area in the Southern Province of Zambia on the northern shore of Lake Kariba (Kariba PL).

The known uranium deposits to the northeast of the PL area are being actively explored and OmegaCorp announced in September 2006 (ASX, OmegaCorp’s Quarterly Report) a JORC compliant Inferred Resource Estimate of 16.4Mt @ 380 ppm U3O8 at a 200ppm U3O8 cutoff (13,700,000 lbs) in the Mutanga and Dibwe areas. In addition, Albidon’s partner Energy Venture Limited’s subsidiary African Energy Resources Limited, has identified a JORC compliant inferred resource of 5.5 million tonnes @ 400 ppm U3O8 (200ppm U3O8 cutoff) and containing 2,200 tonnes or 4.8 million pounds of U3O8, (ASX Report dated 19 September 2006) over the Njame North Deposit (58km or 36 miles to the northeast).

Other major players in Zambia: FYS.TO ($8); XE.V ($1.15)

2. The Turee Creek Uranium Project

Aldershot's 100 per cent owned Turee Creek Uranium Project in the Pilbarra Region of Western Australia hosts a near surface inferred resource of 1.05 million tonnes averaging 0.035% U3O8 (after Battey et al, 1987) yielding 810,000 lbs of contained U3O8. The best drill hole from this limited drill programme undertaken between 1972 and 1982 by Noranda, was 17 m at 1.25 lbs U3O8 per tonne.

In early 2006, Cameco staked around the Turee Creek deposit.

3. The Yuinmery Uranium Project

Aldershot's second Western Australia deposit, the Yuinmery Uranium Project, is also 100 per cent owned. The following is a direct quotation from the introduction to a report dated September 2, 1998 entitled "The Yuinmery Uranium Project" available as an open file in the Mineral Titles division of the Western Australian Department of Minerals and Energy:

"The Yuinmery Uranium Project is located 480 kilometers northeast of Perth and 65 kilometers south of Sandstone.

"The project contains an indicated mineral resource of 1.58 million tonnes averaging 0.037% U3O8 at a 0.025% cut-off."

The values stated yield 1,288,000 lbs of contained U3O8. Ian Faris states that there is excellent potential to increase the mineral resource by further exploration including drilling during the coming year. Three exceptional targets are present on this prospect:

1). extensions to the south and west from historical drilling;
2). uranium mineralisation intersected in shallow pits 7km to the south that have not been drill tested;
3). mineralized redox fronts in the deeper reduced sediments.

OCTOBER 31, 2006 Yuinmery Airborne Survey Completed.

The airborne radiometric anomaly associated with this mineralisation extends for approximately 1400m beyond the eastern end of the resource and two shallow holes in the area returned assays of 271 and 141 ppm U3O8.

The second anomaly approximately 4.5km to the southwest of the known mineralisation is 800m by 600m and has not been drill tested. Historical assay results from a nearby pit returned up to 360 ppm U3O8 while additional pit samples 200m south returned up to 420 ppm U3O8.

The third zone, 2.5kms to the north and sub-parallel to the known mineralisation, has a 4.5km east west extension. The area is essentially untested with only minor previous drilling which returned up to 141 ppm U3O8.

4. Quebec Uranium Project

Regarding Aldershot's extensive holdings north west of Hull, Quebec, Ian Faris has reported on February 23, 2006, on the favourable results in from the airborne radiometric and magnetic survey carried out by the Company last fall.

The survey has identified a zone of uranium enrichment away from the historical Yates Prospect area that has had only limited exploration. Historical results from the claim block have returned up to 2.68% U3O8 and 16.4% ThO2 (Lake Otter Mines Ltd., 1954)

An exploration programme is being designed to follow-up the anomalies identified from the airborne survey.

5. British Columbia Uranium Project

Mr Faris states, "The spectral analysis of ASTER satellite images covering Aldershot's properties in British Colombia is nearing completion. RM Resource Management is undertaking the work and the final report is expected in late March 2006. In this study, image analysis of the spectral data over known uranium occurrences is used to identify similar areas within Aldershot's properties. Initial results over the Atlin Project area have identified areas with a high correlation to known areas of mineralization. Exploration programs for the various claim blocks will be developed once the final report is available."

Northern Territory Uranium Project [NORTHERN TERRITORY, AUSTRALIA]
George Creek Uranium Project

- Licence covers 84km2 in the Pine Creek Orogen, 30km south of the historic Rum Jungle Uranium Field.
- Two small historical uranium mines on EL24550.
- No significant exploration since the 1980s.
- Historical resource of 6350 t ore @ 0.32% U3O8 at the Adelaide River Mine.
- Fault hosted vein type uranium mineralisation.
- Recent sampling returned upto 0.1309% U3O8 and 2.72 g/t gold from the Adelaide River Mine area and 0.1274% U3O8 from the George Creek Prospect.
- Airborne survey completed in November 2006.

Significant gold intersection recorded (5.94 g/t Au from 93.4 – 93.6m) at Possum Prospect.

The George Creek Project is located 95km south of Darwin in the Northern Territory immediately south of the township of Adelaide River. The project is made up by a single Exploration licence EL24550 granted on 7 December 2005 and covering 84 km2. The property covers the historical Adelaide River and George Creek Prospects. These prospects are vein-type uranium deposits in the Pine Ck Orogen which hosts Rum Jungle, South Alligator and East Alligator uranium deposits. The Rum Jungle Field is 30km to the north.

Aldershot undertook mapping and resampling during 2006 and an airborne radiometric-magnetic survey was completed in November 2006.

Mt Thomas Project

- Exploration Licence EL24557 granted on 17 December 2005 covers 67km² on the western edge of the Pine Creek Orogen.
- Contains the Mt Thomas Prospect which is 76km S of Rum Jungle Uranium Field on the Giant’s Reef Fault system.
- 1.2m @ 2.49% eU intersected in 1991 drilling by Total Mining.

The Mt Thomas Project is located 125km south-southwest of Darwin in the Northern Territory. A single exploration licence, EL24557 granted on 17 December 2005 and covering 67km² defines the project area. The tenement covers two uranium prospects, Mt Thomas and Hayward Creek. The Mt Thomas prospect is a fault hosted vein type deposit where hole TOLP6, drilled in 1991, intersected 1.2m @ 2.49% eU (Total Mining Report CR19920326).

The targets are unconformity and structure hosted vein type uranium deposits, similar to the East Alligator uranium field and the Athabasca Basin uranium deposits in Canada.

Ngalia Project

- Highly prospective , unexplored area within 40km of 1.8 Mt uranium resource.
- Airborne radiometric survey due for completion in December 2006.
- Zones of uranium enrichment evident on existing broad spaced airborne surveys

The Ngalia Project is located on the western edge of the Ngalia Basin, 365km WNW of Alice Springs in the Northern Territory, Australia. It is covered by Exploration Licence, EL24571 (211km2). The target is classical sandstone-type uranium deposits within the lower units of the prospective Carboniferous Mt Eclipse Sandstone.

The Mt Eclipse Sandstone contains all of the known uranium deposits within the Ngalia Basin, including the Bigryli uranium deposit (1.8 Mt @ 0.21 % U3O8 at a 1000 ppm cutoff) that lies 40km to the northeast. The known deposits are “sandstone type deposits” with the uranium released by erosion of “hot” granites to the north, transported in oxidised fluids and precipitated in the sandstone by carbonaceous material and pyrite.

An airborne magnetic-radiometric survey is scheduled for completion in December 2006. A programme of mapping, ground checking followed by drilling will be undertaken to test the anomalies and interpreted prospective zones.

Other Projects

E24563 (Waterhouse West) has been offered for grant and is expected to be granted in February 2007.

Two of the properties (E24555-ABC & E24561-Mt Wedge) are subject to the Native Title process. They are not expected to be granted until late in 2007.

Within the Northern Territory, Aldershot currently has 6 properties, either granted or as applications. The properties are divided between the Pine Creek Orogen (E24550, E24555, E24557, E24563) host to the Alligator Rivers and Rum Jungle Deposits, and the Ngalia Basin (E24561, E24571) in Central Australia, host to the Bigryli Sandstone Deposit.

Three of the project areas are in the application stage.

Turee Creek Uranium Project [WESTERN AUSTRALIA]

100km2 Licence owned 100% by Aldershot

Historical resource of 1.05 Mt @ 350 ppm U3O8 (approximately 810,000 lbs contained U3O8)
Similarities to Athabasca Basin uranium deposits

Airborne radiometric-magnetic survey scheduled for February 2007 followed
EM/IP survey to define drill targets.

The Turee Creek Project, defined by Exploration Licence E52/1763 is located about 100 km west of Newman Township in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. It covers 100 km2 and owned 100% by Aldershot.

Past exploration, particularly by Noranda Australia Ltd focused on secondary near-surface uranium mineralisation with the best drill intercept returning 26m of 568 ppm U3O8 in DDH1. A historical resource of 350 ppm U3O8 (approximately 810,000 lbs contained U3O8) was reported (Acclaim Exploration NL, 1984 ASX AR) but has not been verified by Aldershot.

Primary uranium mineralisation, recognised at the Angelo River Prospect, 38km to the westsouthwest is controlled by graphitic lithologies and has similarities to the Athabasca Basin deposits including associated altered sandstones containing uranium mineralisation within a bleached envelope (Pancontinental Mining A11692, p33). Recent field observations by Aldershot at the Turee Creek prospect has recognised an enveloping clay alteration.

The rocks types, the ages, the primary mineralisation and alteration indicate the systems responsible for the generation of unconformity type uranium deposits, as at the East Alligator Rivers Deposits in Australia and the Athabasca Basin Deposits in Saskatchewan are active here. This model has been discussed, but not tested by previous explorers and Aldershot plans to drill test this model after an EM-IP survey to define drill targets.

A contractor has been selected to undertake the EM-IP survey, supported by a geophysical consultant and a heritage clearance has now been completed to ensure no sacred sites or sensitive areas are disturbed. Timing is subject to contractor availability.

Hornitos Project [NORTHERN CHILE]

Aldershot may earn a 65% interest in the Hornitos claims by paying PBX a total of $370,000 over four years and engaging in an exploration work program totaling $1,300,000 over the same period. During the first year Aldershot is required to pay PBX $36,000 of which $16,000 has been paid, and engage in $260,000 worth of exploration.

Apr 09, 2007 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

Aldershot Resources Ltd (TSX-V: ALZ) had a positive day in the markets Thursday, as shareholders witnessed their company's share value increase 3.03% following the exchange of 140,300 shares trading hands before the sound of the closing bell. The share price ranged $0.01 throughout the day, settling on $0.34 at the end of trading. In the article below, PinnacleDigest intends to further explore Aldershot Resources and the sector in which it resides. To continue this read and find out why our client base continues to grow, come explore www.pinnacledigest.com.

Once again, a shortage of supply has pushed the spot price of uranium to record numbers. The price has surged to nearly US$100 a pound for the first time in a generation, soaring 78 per cent during the past six months. This latest development has many analysts have been forced to revise their forecasts in an upwards direction. There is some belief that prices will reach $125 a pound this year and $140 a pound in 2008. That being said, investors are wondering when the inevitable pull back will occur and how far prices will go before that event takes place.

In corporate news, representatives from Aldershot Resources Ltd. announced that Northern Securities Inc has informed the management of the Company of its intention to exercise the greenshoe option provided for in its agency agreement permitting it to an over-allotment of up to $2 million beyond the maximum of $3 million. Refer to the Company's press release dated February 26, 2007 for details on the financing. Aldershot Resources Ltd.: Significant Drill Intersection at Adelaide River Uranium Prospect
Thursday July 12, 9:30 am ET

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 12, 2007 -- Mr. Jeremy Caddy, President of Aldershot Resources Ltd. (CDNX:ALZ.V - News) ("Aldershot" and the "Company") is pleased to report that the Company has completed drilling the first two holes at the Adelaide River Prospect in the Northern Territory of Australia.

Ian Faris, Aldershot's VP Exploration and a Qualified Person, comments, "The first hole (ARDDH001) was designed to undercut the southern extension of the old workings where there is a reported historical resource of 6,350t @ 0.32% U3O8 and to confirm the orientation of the host structure at depth. Drilling intersected an anomalous zone at 193.7m where a downhole scintillometer detected significant radioactivity with readings of up to 34 times the background radioactivity above the anomalous zone. The Adelaide River Mine was mined in the 1950s to about 50 metres below surface. Mining had been planned to extend to about 100m below surface but ceased abruptly when the existing contract was fulfilled.

"The second hole (ARDDH002) was designed to intersect the known uranium mineralisation below the old workings and confirm its extension at depth. This hole intersected a significant radioactive zone about 2m wide between 90.7m and 92.7m. Anomalous radioactivity reading 80 times background is associated with a greywacke hosted fault zone. A hand held scintillometer returned readings up to 10,000 counts per second.

"Down-hole probing, core logging and core sampling for assaying is in progress for both the holes and will be reported upon when the results become available in late August. The full implication of these readings will not be known until all results are received and have been analysed. Suffice it to say, management is very pleased with the indications so far gained at Adelaide River and a full blown drilling program will be planned for later in the season when the drill can be returned to the mine site.

"The drill rig will now move to the George Creek Prospect (approximately 7km to the south) to drill test a similar target. There was minor shaft sinking at the George Creek Prospect in the 1950s by the Bureau of Mineral Resources (BMR) and from old mine maps it appears the uranium mineralisation is concentrated in dilational zones within a fault zone. A surveyor is currently on site to survey the recent and historical drill collars and old workings to resolve inconsistencies in historical reports. The results of the survey will allow the geologists to refine the design of two holes planned to test these dilation zones at the George Creek Prospect. Drilling of the two George Creek holes is planned to commence within one week.

"Concurrently with this drilling, 32 uranium anomalies selected from Aldershot's 2006 airborne radiometric-magnetic survey of the George Uranium Project are being ground checked. To date, 9 anomalies have been checked with the most significant results being from Anomaly G02 where scintillometer readings of up to 850 counts per second were recorded and G17 where up to 350 counts per second were recorded associated with altered siltstone. This altered siltstone is significant as it is similar to the alteration seen around the uranium mineralization at the George Creek Prospect and the Adelaide River Mine. Once the initial reconnaissance phase is finished the geologist will divide the areas of interest into grids and detailed mapping of the anomalous zones will be carried out."

Ian Faris is also pleased to report that the drilling contractor has now been mobilised to the Yuinmery Project in Western Australia and drilling will commence shortly.

Retransmission: Aldershot Resources Ltd.: Yuinmery Uranium Project Update
Thursday July 19, 9:30 am ET

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 19, 2007 -- Jeremy Caddy, President of Aldershot Resources Ltd. (CDNX:ALZ.V - News) (the "Company"), is pleased to announce that drilling has commenced at its Yuinmery Uranium Project, located 480km northeast of Perth.

Yuinmery has an historical resource of 1,288,000 lbs of contained uranium (see below) but needs redrilling to establish a National Instrument #43-101 compliant resource. The Company advises that a qualified person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as current mineral resources and the Company is not treating the historical estimate as current mineral resources and the historical estimate should not be relied upon. Aldershot received final permission for drill testing from the Minister on 14 June 2007. Approximately 150 shallow holes are required to re-establish and extend this resource. Drilling will be completed by the end of July.

As previously reported in Aldershot's news release dated December 1, 2004, a report dated September 2, 1998 on the Yuinmery Prospect is available from open files held by the Geological Survey of Western Australia which describes the prospect as follows:

"The project contains an indicated mineral resource of 1,580,000 (tonnes) at 0.37 kg/t U3O8 at a 0.25 kg/t cut-off (for 1,288,000 lbs of contained uranium). This mineralization is located at the transition zone between a channel calcrete feeder and a playa lake. The resource has not been closed off to the south and west and there is considerable scope for infill drilling to test ground radiometric highs to test for high-grade zones.

"There is significant potential to increase the mineral resource by further exploration. Three exploration targets are present on the property:

1 near surface oxidised enrichments on the playa lake;

2 near surface oxidised calcrete-chemical delta-playa lake style mineralization;

3 mineralised redox fronts in the deeper reduced lake sediments."

The report goes on to list previous work on the property beginning with an aerial radiometric survey conducted by the Bureau of Mineral Resources (BMR) in 1968, which identified the large radiometric anomaly through to the last explorer Australian Consolidated Minerals Ltd in 1978-9.

It is clear that the report is neither JORC nor NI 43-101 compliant and the data reported are an indication only. The drilling program now being undertaken and the results to be obtained will be NI 43-101 compliant. The Company advises that a qualified person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as current mineral resources and the Company is not treating the historical estimate as current mineral resources and the historical estimate should not be relied upon.

All of the previous exploration at Yuinmery was conducted when uranium was trading between US$10 and US$45 per pound. With current spot prices around US$140 per pound, the economic parameters of this property, including much of the lower grade material, become much more attractive and important to Aldershot. For example, assuming a long term yellow-cake price of US$85 per pound, and cash-cost for mining this prospect of US$35 per ton, a downwards revision of the cut-off grade from 0.25 kg/t to 0.20 kg/t is warranted.

Management is eager to receive results of this drilling so it can progress the Yuinmery deposit, initially to a compliant resource and then towards production. The current drilling is testing two of three zones identified on Aldershot's airborne radiometric survey, flown in 2006. The third zone, about a kilometre to the north, will be drill tested next, together with any follow-up drilling generated from this program.

As part of Aldershot's exploration strategy, the Company exchanged five Exploration Licences surrounding Lake Noondie for Aldershot's Mt Wedge application in central Australia. This Swap Agreement, with Thundelarra Exploration Ltd and reported on 2 March 2007, received shareholder approval on 22 June 2007. It is currently awaiting approval by the TSX.

Management is extremely pleased with this outcome as it consolidates its valuable holdings at Yuinmery and the potential extensions of the known mineralisation. The new licences cover an additional 28km of prospective shoreline along the northern margin of Lake Noondie and a significant uranium anomaly approximately 20km to the ESE of the Yuinmery Prospect visible on published government maps. The five ELs cover approximately 800 sq km. Data compilation has commenced and exploration programs are being developed in anticipation of the transfer of the Licences.

Aldershot is now drilling on two projects in Australia and after completion of the Yuinmery drilling, preparation for mobilisation to the Ngalia Project will commence. Outside of Australia Aldershot is actively exploring in the Fort Coulonge area of Quebec, the Atlin area of British Colombia and along the shore-line of Lake Kariba in Zambia.

Aldershot Resources Ltd.: Significant Uranium Intersection at George Project <ALZ.V> 05.09.2007, 18:15 CEST

Marketwire
Aldershot Resources Ltd.
September 5, 2007 - 12:15:32 PM
Aldershot Resources Ltd.: Significant Uranium Intersection at George Project
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 5, 2007) - Jeremy Caddy,
President of Aldershot Resources Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ALZ) is
pleased to provide the initial assay results from the diamond drilling program
at its George Project in the Northern Territory. Aldershot has completed four
diamond holes, two at its Adelaide River Prospect and two at its George Creek
Prospect, for a total of 552 metres.
Adelaide River Mine
The initial hole, ARDDH001, intersected anomalous base metals in altered
sandstone-greywacke between 186-200 m with minor uranium (70 ppm U3O8) from
192-193m.

The subsequent hole, ARDDH002, intersected 0.72% U3O8 over 4 metres
(90.7-94.7m) including the following intervals:-
- 2.86% U3O8 over 0.8m (90.7 - 91.5m)
- 0.46% U3O8 over 0.6m (91.9 - 92.5m)
- 0.42% U3O8 over 0.4m (93.9 - 93.5m)
- 0.16% U3O8 over 0.6m (94.1 - 94.7m)
This mineralised zone, hosted by brecciated greywacke and siltstone, also
contained elevated base metals. Gold assay results are expected in 2-3 weeks.
The Adelaide River Mine was discovered in 1954, developed by Australian
Uranium Corporation NL. Operations ceased in 1957 when the company failed due
to financial difficulties (Lally and Bajwah, 2006). The mine reportedly has a
historical reserve from the Black Lode of 7,000 tons (6,350 tonnes) made up of
1,500 tons @ 0.5% U3O8 (grade doubtful) of broken ore remaining in the stopes
and 5,500 tons of possible ore @ 0.22% eU3O8 (grade possibly higher). These
historical reserves are reported by Plumb in Bureau of Mineral Resources
Australia Record 1960/90 following diamond drilling in 1959-60.
George Creek Prospect
The first hole (GCKDDH008) intersected a sequence of siltstone and greywacke
with minor sulphides similar to the Adelaide River Mine and anomalous
radioactivity over 0.40 m @ 24.73m while GCKDDH09, targeted to hit the downdip
extension, intersected uranium mineralisation over 40 cm from 22.76 to 23.17m
associated with quartz veining. Half core samples has been submitted for assay
but results are not yet available.
The George Creek Prospect was explored by the BMR between 1954 and 1960,
during which time 7 diamond holes and a small amount of underground
exploration was completed. Arkin and Walpole in Bureau of Mineral Resources
Record 1960/10 report:-
"...exploratory work yielded approximately 120 tons (109 tonnes) of
development ore with an average grade of about 0.26% U3O8" and, ".....possible
ore reserves are about 250 tons."
The above results are historical estimates and do not comply with the
Australian JORC or NI #43-101 reporting requirements and they should not be
interpreted as such. The results can not be validated and are not considered
by the Company to be a current resource or reserve but rather to identify
zones of uranium mineralisation that were the target of the drilling
exploration programs.
Mapping was also undertaken around the George Prospect and Adelaide River mine
workings to identify the mineralised structure at surface. The results are
currently being compiled and together with the assay results and sections
constructed from the drilling, will control the design of the future holes
planned to follow the mineralisation along strike and down plunge. Mapping
between the George Creek and the Touhy's Prospect (1 km NNW) has also
identified three new zones with elevated reading (up to 500 cps), which will
be the focus of future exploration.
The Possum (gold) Prospect, located 3km to the north of the George Prospect
together with the anomalous gold assay results obtained during 2006 (up to
2.76 g/t Au) from the Adelaide River Mine indicates there is a gold target in
addition to uranium. The gold assays results from the recent drilling are not
yet available but are eagerly awaited.
Aldershot is also drilling at its Yuinmery project in Western Australia. It is
planned to drill up to 200 holes. Initially drilling was taking longer than
expected and several delays were experienced due partly to weather conditions
but mainly due to drill rig mobility and difficult drilling conditions. The
company suspended operations until the drill rig was modified to overcome
these problems. Aldershot is pleased to report that drilling has now
recommenced with a new drill crew and a modified drill rig. Following this
drilling program and upon receipt of all the assays results, the company plans
to complete a NI43-101 compliant report on the potential resource at the
Yuinmery Project.

Aldershot Resources Ltd.: Property Option Agreement
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 12, 2007) - Aldershot
Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:ALZ) - Jeremy Caddy, President of Aldershot
Resources Ltd. ("Aldershot" or the "Company"), is pleased to report that the
Company entered into an option agreement with International PBX Ventures Ltd.
(TSX VENTURE:PBX) ("PBX") under the terms of which Aldershot has the right to
earn an undivided 80% interest in the Hornitos and Palo Negro Group of Claims
(the "Claims") by issuing to PBX 1,000,000 common shares in the capital of the
Company upon the agreement being approved by the regulatory authorities and
expending $3,000,000 over a period of four years. The Claims, comprising a
total of 35 claims covering an area of 9,700 ha, are located in the Copiapo
Mining District of Region III, Northern Chile.
Aldershot is principally a uranium explorer, but for a number of years has
carried exploration rights to the Hornitos claims, which have potential for
mineralization of the "iron oxide Cu-Au" (IOCG) type, on its books.
Management, ever eager to maximize shareholder value, is currently engaged in
discussions with third parties, exploring ways that this might best be done.
Management has now negotiated with PBX to add claims adjacent to the Hornitos
ground that significantly expand the size and potential of the project. The
enlarged property is much more interesting than the Hornitos claims alone
were, as it includes ground astride the main strands of the Atacama Fault,
which has known magnetic anomalies and occurrences of IOCG-type mineralization
at several points along its length in this area. The main potential is
magnetite-chalcopyrite mineralization that may coalesce as thicker intervals
within the major Atacama Fault structures. The best-known of a number of IOCG
deposits in the coastal Chilean Iron Belt is the Phelps-Dodge Candelaria Mine
(470 Mt, 0.95% Cu, 0.22 g/t Au, 3 g/t Ag).
In April of 2007 Quantec Geoscience Chile Ltda carried out a magnetic survey
on the Hornitos claims for Aldershot and, since the agreement with PBX to
enlarge the property; Aldershot has obtained permission for Quantec to use
data from previous geophysical surveys done by other companies. When all the
surveys covering the enlarged property are compiled and some gaps filled-in,
an IP survey will be designed to cover selected parts of the property. It is
hoped that IOCG targets that merit drilling can then be identified from
combined magnetic, IP, and geological information.

and surface radiometric surveys have returned up to 4.02% U3O8 and
identified a new polymetallic mineralized trend in the Adelaide River Mine
area which forms part of the George Project in the Australian Northern
Territory.
Aldershot's team, led by Ian Faris, Aldershot's VP Exploration and a
Qualified Person, have re-interpreted the historical data as a result of
the 2007 results including drilling, surface mapping and sampling, This
work has identified a structure linking the significant uranium
mineralization intersected in ARDDH002 (including 7.1m at a grade of 0.41%
U3O8), the ore mined historically, the historical drill intercept in DDH11
(visible pitchblende between 60m and 62m, 0.05% eU3O8, BMR, 1960), surface
radiometric anomalism and the recently received surface assay results (up
to 0.10% U3O8). This interpretation also indicates the first hole drilled
by Aldershot (ARDDH001) warrants deepening as the last sample in the hole
(assaying 0.75% lead) suggests the mineralized zone had barely been
intersected. Together these results define a zone over 500m long that
drilling and mining has shown to extend to at least 100m below surface.
The Company will be testing this zone in the 2008 exploration season.
As the geology becomes better understood the polymetallic nature of
this uranium project grows more significant. The cobalt, nickel and copper
values that were intersected in drill hole ARDDH002 and reported in the
Company's recent news release dated February 11, 2008, are being replicated
in the surface sampling, the assay results of which are set out in Table 1
below. The February 11th news release stated that the 7.1 m (23.29 ft)
intersection returned weighted average composite values of 0.44% Co, 0.44%
Cu, 0.24% Ni, 0.05% Pb and 0.35% U from 89.9 m to 97.0m down hole from hole
ARDDH002. These values represent 8.76 lbs Co, 8.86 lbs Cu, 4.82 lbs Ni,
1.06 lbs Pb and 6.91 lbs U from 294.88 ft to 318.17 ft.
kFigure 1 shows these results, including the interpreted geology, old mine
workings, drill holes, and significant radiometric and assay results. These
results and the reported historical resource confirm that there is the
potential to find significantly higher grade ore in the George Project area
generally. If investors are unable to see Figure 1 kindly visit the
Aldershot web- site www.aldershotresources.com and view this news release.
The direction of the shear zone also parallels a fold axis suggesting
it is an axial plane shear, traditionally a favourable site for
mineralization to occur. A grab sample on the fold axis returned 377 ppm
U3O8 while a sample 160m east of the interpreted shear zone and south of
the historical drilling returned 4.02% U3O8. These results show the
mineralization is still open to the south and untested.

The George Creek Project is 96km south of Darwin and covers
approximately 84 square km. It hosts two past producing mines, the Adelaide
River Mine (historic production of 3,447 tonnes at a grade of 0.5% U3O8 in
the 1950's) and the George Creek Mine (historic production of 109 tonnes
grading 0.26% U3O8 in the 1960's).
Historical mining at the Adelaide River Mine extended to about 50
metres below surface. There is a reported historical resource (not
NI#43-101 compliant) of 6,350 tonnes grading 0.32% U3O8 including blasted
ore in the stopes. The Company has not validated the resource and it
should not be relied upon. The resource is reproduced here only to show the

Aldershot drills 5 m of 1,129 ppm U3O8 at Adelaide

2009-11-01 06:49 ET - News Release

Mr. Jeremy Caddy reports

NORTHERN TERRITORY URANIUM

Aldershot Resources Ltd.'s joint venture partner, Royal Resources Ltd., has outlined progress made over the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2009. Royal is the operator-manager of four projects under an earn-in agreement with Aldershot. During the quarter, Royal undertook drilling at the Adelaide River and George Creek prospects and continued to look for opportunities to expand its landholdings.

Drilling at Adelaide River prospect, Pine Creek district, has returned results of five metres at 1,129 parts per million U3O8 from 28 metres, including one metre at 4,010 parts per million from 28 metres.

Assessment of ground radiometric data from Waterhouse West has delineated targets for drilling.

George EL24550: Royal earning 60 per cent, Royal manages

Following approval by regulatory bodies drilling, geochemical and geophysical surveys commenced at the George project. During the quarter, six holes were drilled for a total of 576 metres; four at the Adelaide River prospect and two at George Creek prospect. In addition, orientation soil sampling was undertaken over three traverses at the Adelaide River prospect. Infill ground radiometric surveys were also conducted over the Adelaide River and George Creek areas to discriminate airborne anomalies related to historical workings from new target areas.

ARDDH003, drilled near the old workings, returned five metres at 1,129 parts per million U3O8 from 28 metres, including one metre at 4,010 parts per million (0.401 per cent or nearly nine pounds per tonne U3O8) from 28 metres with elevated arsenic and copper before it was abandoned at 42 metres. This geochemical association is currently being investigated through an orientation soil geochemical survey.

ARDDH004 intersected 1,310 parts per million U3O8 between 55 to 55.2 metres. Once all the assay results are available plans and sections will be produced to examine the location of this mineralization in relation to the historical data.

The drilling results from the interpreted northern extension of the mineralization at the George Creek prospect indicate that the surface anomalism appears to have no depth extent.

Royal applied for ELA27354, immediately adjoining the northern boundary of George EL24550, and has offered it to the Aldershot JV.

Assimilation of a 2008 ground radiometric survey conducted by Aldershot with historical data has identified anomalous areas that have not been tested by previous explorers. A soil survey is currently being completed over one of these targets.

ABC ELA24555: Royal earning 60 per cent, Royal manages

No work was undertaken on this tenement pending the conclusion of the negotiation of an exploration agreement with the Northern Lands Council.

Ngalia EL24571: Royal earning 60 per cent, Royal manages

Following advice that Aldershot/Royal was successful in its application for NT government financing for diamond drilling, the contract between Aldershot/Royal and the NT government has been finalized and an exploration agreement with the Central Lands Council on behalf of the traditional owners is currently being finalized.

Two exploration licences, ELA27633 and ELA27634, covering a total of 83 square kilometres, were applied for in the Ngalia basin to cover areas considered a prospective for sandstone-type uranium deposits.

The areas are underlain by Mt. Eclipse sandstone, host for the sandstone-type deposits in the Ngalia basin, including the Bigrlyi deposit with a resource of 13,307 tonnes U3O8 (at 500-part-per-million-U3O8 cut-off) which lies about 12 kilometres northwest. The Camel Flat North prospect lies about eight kilometres to the east.

Royal is assessing participation in a CSIRO-led study of the Ngalia basin uranium mineral system.

Aldershot to drill Martin's Well, earn 70% interest

2010-04-01 09:16 MT - News Release

Mr. Jeremy Caddy reports

ALDERSHOT TO DRILL AT MARTIN'S WELL (Fe-Cu) PROJECT, SOUTH AUSTRALIA

Aldershot Resources Ltd. is providing an update on its Martin's Well project where, further to the company's news in Stockwatch on March 4, 2010, Aldershot had entered into a letter agreement leading to a joint venture with Strategic Minerals Corp. NL of Perth, Western Australia. The company is earning 70 per cent.

Two alternative explanations are being considered for a strong magnetic anomaly that exists along the southern edge of the Willippa dome located within the project area. The first invokes a large magnetite-rich zone and potential iron deposit coincident with the Holowilena ironstone. The second suggests the anomaly is caused by iron metasomatism related to ascending hydrothermal fluids depositing iron oxides with associated copper (gold-uranium) mineralization.

Modelling of the magnetic anomaly on the southern side of the Willippa dome indicates a large discordant, magnetite-rich zone at depth and requires three magnetic bodies to explain the shape. The dome has a dolomitic core and minor associated copper mineralization. The dolomite is overlain by 200 metres of glacial sediments (Paulco Tillite) and a 20-to-50-metre-thick ironstone unit (Holowilena ironstone).

Aldershot is planning to test the anomaly by diamond drilling. Permitting is in progress and it is anticipated that drilling will commence in May and take about one month. A diamond drill program involving about 650 metres over three holes is being planned. The drilling campaign is designed to test both possible explanations for the magnetic anomalies. The anticipated cost of this campaign is $270,000 (Australian). Upon completion of this drilling program and the anticipated expenditure being achieved, Aldershot will be deemed to have earned its 70-per-cent interest in the project and SMC will be required to contribute 30 per cent of any future expenditures.

We seek Safe Harbor.

Aldershot completes airborne survey at Willippa dome

2010-07-21 17:44 ET - News Release

Mr. Jeremy Caddy reports

DRILLING IN AUGUST AT MARTIN'S WELL IRON ORE PROJECT

Aldershot Resources Ltd. has released an update on its corporate affairs. Further to its news in Stockwatch on March 5, 2010, about signing the joint venture agreement with Strategic Minerals Corporation NL (ASX: SMC) of Perth, Western Australia, covering SMC's exploration Licence 3508 at Martin's Well in South Australia, Aldershot has:

* Completed a new airborne radiometric-magnetic survey over the Willippa dome;

* Remodelled the magnetic anomaly;

* Obtained the required government approvals to drill test the magnetic anomaly;

* Signed a work area clearance agreement and completed a heritage survey with the traditional owners.

Aldershot is awaiting the heritage report and approvals from the traditional owners before commencing the drilling program in August, 2010.

The detailed (50-metre line spacing) airborne survey was designed to better resolve the shape of the magnetic anomaly and allow better positioning and design of the drill holes to test the anomaly. The survey showed the magnetic anomaly to coincide with the outcrop of the Howilena ironstone on the southern limb of the Willippa dome.

Two inclined diamond holes about 250 m deep have been planned to test the source of the anomaly. The planned holes are about one kilometre southeast of the Willippa No. 1 stratigraphical hole which was abandoned at 129 m.

Under the terms of the joint venture agreement, Aldershot may acquire a 70-per-cent interest by expending $250,000 (Australian) over a period of two years. Upon the company completing its expenditure commitment, Aldershot and SMC shall associate in an unincorporated joint venture for the purpose of exploring and, if warranted, developing and mining the tenement for minerals.

We seek Safe Harbor.

Aldershot Resources adds uranium properties in U.S.

2011-07-08

Philip Crabb says he "isn't phased by the current opinion of uranium" and would, if asked, probably urge critics of the nuclear industry to take a trip to China if they needed any convincing that nuclear energy is the way to go.

"I've just been to China and it has to go nuclear because you can't tell whether it's night or day there," says the director of junior uranium explorer Aldershot Resources (ALZ-V). "I was appalled."

"We have a crisis--an energy and environmental crisis--and we can't hide our heads in our hands," he adds. "The demand for energy is increasing daily and we need to do something about it. There are only so many wind turbines and solar panels you can build."

The Australian, whose younger brother Rick is chairman of Paladin Energy (PDN-T, PDN-A), a uranium production company with projects in Australia and two operating mines in Africa, is a vocal cheerleader of nuclear power.

On a recent swing through Toronto from his home in Perth, Crabb estimated in an interview with The Northern Miner that "there has to be at least 100 million pounds of uranium found in new discoveries a year if we're going to supply current production-or the lights are going to go out."

That's where Aldershot Resources comes in. The company, which has uranium properties in Australia and Zambia, has recently acquired properties in the United States from Royal Resources (ROY-A), an Australia-based company of which Crabb is chairman. Royal Resources has its hands full with a large iron ore project and Crabb and other senior management believed that selling its U.S. uranium properties to Aldershot made sense.

"We think this is a good marriage of interests," Crabb says.

Aldershot's new property acquisitions in Colorado, Utah and Arizona are roughly double or triple the grade of Aldershot's uranium properties in South Australia, the Northern Territory and Western Australia, Crabb says.

"We've been very successful explorers of uranium in Australia and we wouldn't have gone to this belt in the U.S. unless we felt there was a real chance there."

"We think we've put together a very good team, we've got good projects, and some of them are drill ready," he adds, "so I think they're worth a look."

Aldershot's new uranium properties in the U.S. are imbedded in four joint ventures, some of them with Energy Fuels (EFR-T). Some are in the Colorado Plateau, including the Uravan mineral belt district, and in the Arizona Strip district. The Uravan belt is in Western Colorado and Eastern Utah. The Arizona strip is in northwestern Arizona.

Some of Aldershot's claims are within 100 km of Energy Fuels' Pinon Ridge uranium mill, which the company says will be the first conventional uranium and vanadium mill built in the U.S. in more than thirty years.

The Pinon mill will process uranium and vanadium ore from area mines and produce uranium oxide or yellowcake and vanadium pentoxide. The start-up of the mill is expected in 2012 or 2013, Energy Fuels says on its website.

"We are very close to where the mill is going to be put up and we have joint-ventures with Energy Fuels," Crabb says. "Our goal is to drill and get into production as quickly as we can."

At presstime in Toronto Aldershot was trading at 3.5¢ per share. It has about 88.5 million shares outstanding.

Läuft also nach Plan.
