Ich möchte zu dieser Aktie einen neuen Thread eröffnen, da der Titel des \"alten\" Thread etwas abschreckt vor einem Investment.
Ich bin erst vor wenigen Tagen auf die Hemis Corp. aufmerksam geworden, habe (wie wahrscheinlich viele andere auch) einen schlechten Einstiegskurs erwischt, aber ich denke es kann bald wieder mit steigenden Kursen gerechnet werden´.
Folgende Ziele hat sich das Unternehmen gesetzt .
Hemis Corporation Goals
1. Market cap of $500 million in 3 years
2. $20 million profit in 2007
3. Acquisition of projects that already have proven resources
4. Listing on AMEX in 2008
5. Turning exploration projects El Tigre, La Centela, Cook Inlet and Santa Rita into projects with proven resources.

Hemis expands El Tigre land holdings; Acquires the La Casita concession
May 11, 2007. Las Vegas. (OTCbb: HMSO, Frankfurt: XZA) Hemis Corporation (the 'Company') is an international resource company with three advanced stage exploration properties in Mexico and one in Alaska. Hemis' Santa Rita property in Mexico has an Earn-In Agreement with Goldcorp Inc. (TSX:G)(NYSE:GG) through its Mexican subsidiary Glamis Exploration.
Hemis is pleased to announce it has acquired the La Casita concession for its El Tigre project. El Tigre is a gold exploration project near the southeastern border of the Mexican state of Sonora. Initial exploration work has yielded positive indications.
The La Casita concession is located about 250 km east of Hermosillo and 12 km east of the village of Valle de Tacupeto. Accessible by road, the La Casita claim is mountainous and is at an elevation of 1600m.
Acquiring the La Casita concession expands Hemis' property position by 39.18 hectares. This further consolidates Hemis' land position at El Tigre where it is already holds the largest land position.
Unlike the other concessions that comprise the El Tigre project area, Hemis has a 100% interest in the La Casita concession. It is not subject to either advance payments or production royalties.
Exploration of La Casita will be integrated with ongoing mapping and sampling across the El Tigre project area.

Und das Management hängt irgendwie mit Swissalis zusammen, welche diese Aktie "Günstig" verkaufen. Wer bezahlt schon 2,4 Mio. $ wenn man es für 5'000 $ kaufen kann. Das wäre ja das selbe, wenn das Management der Alianz Versicherung mit Opitonsprogrammen Aktien für 30 Eurocents kaufen könnte!!!!!!!!

Hemis Completes First Phase Gold Exploration Program in Alaska

Hemis Corporation (OTCBB:HMSO) (FWB:XZA) is an international resource company with three advanced stage exploration projects in Mexico and one in Alaska. The Anchor Gold project in the Cook Inlet of Alaska is a venture between Hemis and Aspen Exploration Corporation (OTCBB: ASPN). Hemis is the operator of the Anchor Gold project.
The emphasis of the Anchor Gold project is exploring for gold in offshore deposits along the eastern margin of Cook Inlet. Previous work by Aspen Exploration documented offshore aeromagnetic anomalies in addition to confirming the presence of gold along the active beaches. Due to the size of the project area, Hemis believes that the Anchor Gold project could have great potential.
Permits were issued by Federal and State of Alaska agencies to allow for exploration in September and early October. Two exploration programs were run concurrently. A geophysical survey consisting of a fathometer, side-scan sonar and a sparker survey was conducted by Watson Geophysics. The goal of the sparker survey was to image the shallow subsurface sediments. Concurrently, a shallow coring program was conducted by Kinnetic Labs using a Vibracore ® drill rig. The Vibracore system uses a vibrating drill head to penetrate through unconsolidated sediments. Vessels for both programs were provided by Ocean Explorers.
Both programs were planned to coincide with low tides that occurred near the end of September. While the geophysical survey was completed during this window, high seas thwarted the Vibracore drilling. The drilling program was put on hold for a week and resumed during the next low tide cycle in October. Ultimately, cores were recovered from 11 of the 15 target areas. “I have nothing but good things to say about all of our consultants and contractors that enabled this program to happen,” said Dr. Douglas Oliver, Chief Geologist of Hemis. “Cook Inlet is a difficult place to work at any time of the year and Autumn can be especially tricky. The professionalism that was shown by all of the parties involved was the primary reason for this program’s success.”
Gravels made up the basal sediments in 9 of the 11 cores recovered. “These are the first samples that have been recovered from the offshore magnetic anomalies,” Dr. Oliver commented. “Some of us have been wondering for over twenty years what we would discover down there. Finding gravel is encouraging as gold particles are typically associated with coarse sediments in placer deposits.”
The samples will undergo size sorting analysis and heavy mineral separation at Alaska Assay Labs in Fairbanks, Alaska. The heavy mineral fraction will undergo visual examination for gold particles as well as fire assay. The results will be used to determine the course of future exploration.
