habe mir einige Mining Ags aus Canada angeschaut, und bin letztendlich bei denen hier gelandet, denn hier wundert es mich das auf W

ich lese mich grade in diese Gesellschaft aber die eben gestellte Frage bezüglich W:o lässt mich nicht in Ruhe.Falls noch unbekannt eine kleine Beschreibung.
Teryl Resources Corp ist einer der größten Property owner im District Fairbanks, Alaska. Die Gil-Projekt ist ein Joint Venture (80% Kinross/20 Teryl%) mit Kinross Gold Corporation (TSX: K; NYSE: KGC).
Die Firma hält auch Anteile an Fish Creek , 50% optioned von Linux Gold Corp , und die Ansprüche an Stepovich, wo Teryl eine 10% Reingewinn Beteiligung mit Kinross hat . Die Firma verfügt auch über eine 100%-Beteiligung an der West Ridge Gebiet.
Teryl hat ebenfalls ein Joint-Venture was sich im Silber Northern BC, Distrikt in Kanada befindet.

(TSX Venture Exchange: TRC) announces pursuant to its News Releases dated March 7, 2005, whereby the Company disclosed that it had arranged a private placement of an aggregate of 2,000,000 units in the capital stock of the Company to various investors at a price of $0.30 per unit, the Company is pleased to announce that it has now received regulatory acceptance of the private placement. Each unit consists of one common share and one ½ warrant (the “Warrant”) two ½ Warrants enable the investor to purchase an additional share at an exercise price of $0.35 per share for a one year period expiring May 18, 2006. The common shares forming part of the units are subject to a hold period expiring 4 months from the date of issuance for the units, which hold period expires September 18, 2005.
The funds raised by way of the private placement will be used for continued exploration and development expenses on the Gil joint venture claims, Westridge Property, Fish Creek claims and, general corporate purposes and accounts payable

Net proceeds of approximately $670,000 from this private placement will be used for accounts payable and working capital purposes. The closing of the private placement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

(TSX Venture Exchange: TRC) announces that, further to its News Release dated January 8, 2008, the Company has increased the aggregate number of units available from 5,000,000 units to 6,000,000 units to raise up to $900,000. The unit price will remain at $0.15 per unit, with each unit consisting of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder thereof to acquire one additional common share of Teryl from treasury at an exercise price of $0.20 per share for a period of one year from the closing of the offering.
In addition, Teryl as entered into a Finder’s Fee agreement with Canaccord Capital Corporation (“Canaccord”). Canaccord will be paid an 8% cash commission for each subscription attributable to Canaccord’s efforts. Canaccord will also receive broker warrants to subscribe for that number of Units equal to 8% of the number of Units issued under the Offering attributable to Canaccord's efforts. Each broker warrant will entitle Canaccord to purchase one common share of Teryl Resources Corp. at a price of $0.20 for a period of one year from the date of closing the private placement. No cash commission or broker warrants will be payable in respect of subscriptions from certain insiders and certain other designated potential subscribers.
Directors, officers and other insiders of Teryl may participate in the offering. Net proceeds of approximately $808,000 from this private placement will be used for accounts payable and working capital purposes. The Company will pay a finder's fee in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange in cash and broker warrants. All securities issued under the private placement are subject to a hold period expiring four months and one day from the closing date. The closing of the private placement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
