CANASIL NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OVERSUBSCRIBED

Canasil Resources Inc.'s non-brokered private placement, previously announced in Stockwatch on June 17, 2009, of five million units for gross proceeds of $250,000, has been oversubscribed. The company is completing the final documentation for submission to the TSX Venture Exchange in order to proceed with closing of the placement. A commission or finder's fee may be paid with respect to all or part of this placement. The terms of the placement are subject to final acceptance by the exchange.

Each unit will consist of one common share of the company and one-half of one share purchase warrant. Each full warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share of the company at a price of 15 cents within one year of closing. If, beginning six months following the closing of the private placement, the closing price of the company's shares equals or exceeds 30 cents per share for a period of 10 consecutive trading days, the company will have the right to accelerate the expiry date of the warrants by giving the warrantholders at least 30 days written notice.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used for continuing exploration programs on the company's mineral exploration projects and for working capital.

CANASIL CLOSES $315,000 NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Canasil Resources Inc. has closed the non-brokered private placement, originally announced in Stockwatch on June 17, 2009, for 6.3 million units at an exercise price of five cents per unit for total gross proceeds of $315,000.

The company has completed all formalities for the issuance of the shares and warrants for this placement and the placement has closed effective Oct. 13, 2009.

Each unit will consist of one common share of the company and one-half of one share purchase warrant. Each full warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share of the company at a price of 15 cents within one year of closing.

If, beginning six months following the closing of the private placement, the closing price of the company's shares equals or exceeds 30 cents per share for a period of 10 consecutive trading days, the company will have the right to accelerate the expiry date of the warrants by giving the warrantholders at least 30 days written notice.

In accordance with securities legislation currently in effect, the shares, the warrants and the warrant shares will be subject to a hold period of four months plus one day, expiring on Feb. 14, 2010. The deadline for exercise of the warrants will be Oct. 13, 2010.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used for continuing exploration programs on the company's mineral exploration projects and for working capital.

Canasil Expands Mexico Gold-Silver Projects Claim Areas

January 5, 2010

Vancouver, January 05, 2010 - Canasil Resources Inc. (Canasil, TSX-V: CLZ) announces increases in the mineral claim areas covering several core projects in Durango and Zacatecas States in Mexico.

The Company has added a total of 17,222 hectares in mineral claims covering prospective alteration zones along trends surrounding the Sandra-Escobar and Vizcaino gold-silver projects in northern and central Durango State, and the La Esperanza silver-lead-zinc project in northern Zacatecas State, Mexico.

The Sandra-Escobar project is located in northern Durango State, Mexico, 200 kilometres northwest of the city of Durango. The project area has excellent access via paved highways, as well as the availability of electricity, water, telecommunications and services from local communities. The project is located on an important mineral trend with many past and presently producing silver-gold mines and deposits, such as Silver Standard’s La Pitarrilla deposit, Endeavour Silver’s Guanacevi mine, and Great Panther’s Topia mine. Canasil holds 100% interest in the 5,512 hectares Sandra project claims, and has entered into an option agreement with Pan American Silver to earn 51% interest in Pan American’s 634 hectares adjoining Escobar project claims.

The project area hosts a mineralized system centered on a large altered rhyolite dome complex, with surrounding geological formations, alteration patterns and extensive evidence of gold, silver and base metal mineralization, indicating the potential for discovery of a large disseminated gold-silver-base metal deposit. Canasil has added a further 2,000 hectare claim covering the southwest extension of the alteration zones observed in the project area, increasing the total combined project area to 8,146 hectares.

The La Esperanza project is located in the Chalchihuites district in northern Zacatecas and southern Durango States. This recognized silver district hosts a number of active mines such as Pan American Silver’s La Colorada and First Majestic’s La Parrilla silver-lead-zinc mines. The Company has increased the claim area at the La Esperanza project from 4,787 hectares by 12,222 hectares to 17,009 hectares. The claims now cover the prospective SE-NW trend where significant alteration is observed along over 4 km strike extensions of the La Esperanza vein. The La Esperanza vein outcrops over a strike distance of 300 metres and has been drill tested in 2006 with 9 diamond drill holes for a total of 1,422 metres. As previously reported, the drilling intersected a high grade epithermal vein shoot with an average grade of 396 g/t silver, 0.71% zinc and 1.96% lead over a true width of 10.30 metres. The alteration zones observed indicate a possibility that the La Esperanza vein and surrounding structures may be part of a district scale epithermal silver vein system.

The Vizcaino gold-silver project is located in central Durango State in the high plateau area between the Western and Eastern Sierra Madre formations. This district hosts many active gold-silver-base metal mines and major deposits and the project area is 38 km southeast and 42 km northwest of Silver Standard Resources La Pitarrilla and San Agustin deposits respectively. The Vizcaino project, which previously covered 600 hectares, hosts prominent high level epithermal vein outcrops over a strike distance of 2 kilometres and widths of over 1 metre and up to 12 metres returning anomalous gold and silver values. The project has never been drill tested. The Company has added a claim covering 3,000 hectares to cover possible NW extensions of the Vizcaino vein system, increasing the overall project area to 3,600 hectares.

The Company has received active interest for Option and Joint Venture Agreements to advance its exploration projects in Mexico and will continue to pursue these opportunities. The increasing precious and base metal prices and improving economic conditions should provide possibilities for significantly more active exploration programs on the Company’s projects in 2010.

(MAG) (TSX:MAG) announce the signing of a binding letter agreement providing for MAG to earn a 60% interest in Canasil's 18,954 hectare La Esperanza Silver project in Zacatecas and Durango States, Mexico. MAG is a leading silver exploration and emerging development company in Mexico, with considerable experience and a very successful track record of high-grade silver discoveries in epithermal vein systems of the Fresnillo Silver Trend. Canasil's La Esperanza project is located on the northern extension of the Fresnillo Silver Trend and has the potential for hosting a district scale epithermal high-grade silver mineralized system.

To complete the earn-in of 60% interest in the La Esperanza project, MAG must complete CAD$5,000,000 exploration expenditures and CAD$500,000 cash payments to Canasil over a period of four years. The initial payment of CAD$50,000 upon signature and first year expenditure of CAD$750,000 are firm commitments, and will include a minimum of 1,500 metres of drilling.

If, beginning six months following the closing, the price of Canasil's shares equals or exceeds $0.30 per share for a period of ten consecutive trading days, Canasil will have the right to accelerate the expiry date of the Warrants with at least 30 days' written notice. The terms of the placement are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. The proceeds of the private placement will be used for continuing exploration programs on Canasil's mineral exploration projects and for working capital.

MAG can subscribe to a further CAD$200,000 private placement within 12 months, and is required to do so should the option extend into year two.

The La Esperanza project is located within the Mexican Silver Belt in northern Zacatecas and southern Durango States. This recognized silver district hosts a number of active mines such as Pan American Silver's La Colorada. The project claims cover multiple vein occurrences and alteration zones over a 5 kilometre strike length on a prospective SE-NW trend. The main La Esperanza vein outcrops over a strike length of 300 metres and has been drill tested with 9 diamond drill holes to a shallow depth (200m). One of the better intersections by Canasil was 396 g/t silver (11.5 ounces per ton), 1.96% lead and 0.71% zinc over a true width of 10.30 metres. The extensive alteration zones observed around the La Esperanza vein and surrounding structures together with the vein systems to the northwest indicate the possibility of a district scale epithermal silver vein system.

angesichts der GÜTE der meldung ein erheblich höheres vol. ausgemalt !!!

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - 09/01/10) - Canasil Resources Inc. (TSX-V:CLZ - News) (Canasil) announces that the Company has closed the previously announced private placement by MAG Silver Corp. of 1,500,000 units at an exercise price of $0.10 per unit for gross proceeds of $150,000.

MAG Silver has entered into this private placement in connection with its option to earn a 60% interest in Canasil's La Esperanza Silver project in Zacatecas and Durango States, Mexico. The Company has completed all formalities for the issuance of the shares and warrants for this placement and the placement has closed effective August 27, 2010.

Each unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one-half of one share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"); each full Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.15 within one year of closing. If, beginning six months following the closing of the private placement, the closing price of the Company's shares equals or exceeds $0.30 per share for a period of ten consecutive trading days, the Company will have the right to accelerate the expiry date of the Warrants by giving the Warrant-holders at least 30 days' written notice.

In accordance with securities legislation currently in effect, the Shares, the Warrants and the Warrant Shares will be subject to a "hold period" of four months plus one day, expiring on December 28, 2010. The deadline for exercise of the warrants will be August 27, 2011.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used for continuing exploration programs on the Company's mineral exploration projects and for working capital.

Im Fahrwasser des „Goldrauschs” interessierten sich in den vergangenen Monaten immer mehr Spekulanten auch für Silber. Laut aktuellstem COT-Report (Commitments of Traders) der Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) stieg an der Terminbörse Comex der Open Interest, also die Zahl offener Kontrakte, mit 146.767 Futures auf den höchsten Stand seit dem 22. April 2008.

Zur Erinnerung: Ein Silber-Future bezieht sich auf den Gegenwert von 5.000 Feinunzen.

In der Zeit vom 14. bis 21. September gab es beim Open Interest einen Anstieg um 1,4 Prozent zu vermelden, das vierte Plus in Folge. Bei der kumulierten Netto-Long-Position (optimistische Markterwartung) großer wie kleiner Spekulanten zog der Optimismus immerhin auf den höchsten Stand seit dem 20. Oktober 2009 an. Innerhalb einer Woche erhöhte sich die Netto-Long-Position von 65.061 auf 65.303 Futures (+0,4 Prozent). Während bei den Großspekulanten (Non-Commercials) ein minimales Plus verzeichnet worden war, gab es bei den Kleinspekulanten (Non-Reportables) einen leichten Rücksetzer. So erhöhte sich bei den Großspekulanten die Netto-Long-Position von 48.791 auf 49.371 Kontrakte (+1,2 Prozent), während bei den Kleinspekulanten ein Rückgang von 16.270 auf 15.932 Kontrakte (-2,1 Prozent) zu Buche schlug.

30-Jahreshoch am Freitag

Bei den Großspekulanten basierte der zunehmende Optimismus auf der Tatsache, dass auf der Long-Seite ein deutlich stärkerer Zuwachs als auf der Short-Seite zu verzeichnen war. So stieg die Anzahl der long positionierten Futures von 60.696 auf 62.013 Futures, während auf der Short-Seite lediglich ein Zuwachs von 11.905 auf 12.642 Kontrakte verbucht worden war. Bei den Kleinspekulanten gab es auf der Long-Seite einen marginalen Rückgang, während beim Short-Exposure ein Plus von 14.159 auf 14.469 Kontrakte registriert wurde.

Der Silber-Future beendete die Handelswoche auf dem höchsten Stand seit 30 Jahren und profitierte vor allem vom schwachen Dollar. Dieser verlor gegenüber dem Euro auf Wochensicht 3,4 Prozent und auf Monatssicht sogar 6,8 Prozent. An den Aktienmärkten mag eine solche Kursbewegung fast schon normal zu sein, an den Devisenmärkten gilt dies aber fast schon als Erdbeben und rechtfertigt durchaus Fluchtbewegungen in (vermeintlich) sichere Häfen wie Gold und Silber.

Canasil Resources Inc. (Canasil) announces that the Company has received $453,750 from the exercise of 3,050,000 warrants at $0.15 per warrant. The warrants were issued in connection with a private placement of shares in October 2009 and had an expiry date of October 13, 2010.

Together with the $573,000 received from the recent private placement of 3,820,000 units at $0.15, which closed on September 24, 2010, the Company has received a total of $1,026,750 over the past month. This significantly strengthens the Company's working capital position and will allow a more active exploration and work program to advance the Company's projects.

Currently committed exploration programs on the Company's exploration projects over the next twelve months include $750,000 firm expenditures by MAG Silver under the option agreement on Canasil's La Esperanza silver project in Durango and Zacatecas States, Mexico, and $250,000 by Canasil for a 1,500 metre drill program on the Sandra-Escobar project in northern Durango, Mexico. MAG SILVER COMPLETES ZTEM / MAGNETIC AERIAL SURVEY ON CANASIL'S LA ESPERANZA PROJECT IN ZACATECAS/DURANGO STATES, MEXICO

Mag Silver Corp. has completed a 1,330-line-kilometre ZTEM (Z-axis Tipper electromagnetic system) helicopter-borne aerial geophysical survey on Canasil Resources Inc.'s La Esperanza silver project in Durango and Zacatecas states in Mexico. The survey started on Oct. 21, 2010, and was completed on Oct. 27, 2010. The survey will be used to highlight geological structures in the project area, and, together with further surface mapping and sampling, will aid in defining drill targets. Mag Silver completed a successful test of this type of survey in 2009 on one of its exploration projects in Mexico.

Bahman Yamini, president of Canasil, commented: "We are very pleased to see that Mag Silver has started the exploration program at La Esperanza immediately with a comprehensive geophysical survey of the large project area. This is an excellent start to our cooperation and we appreciate Mag's efforts in starting the program so quickly."

The Geotech ZTEM (Z-axis Tipper electromagnetic system) is a helicopter-borne passive EM system that maps the pattern of telluric currents in the earth's subsurface. TGR: Everyone agrees that gold is money but opinions on silver vary, including the idea that it's an industrial metal and monetary asset. What makes you want to invest in silver?

JE: Quite frankly, silver is a better story than gold—and I love gold. We'll see evidence of the expression, "silver is poor man's gold," come into effect shortly. More people are looking at silver as a store of value, and not buying it just to convert into jewelry or for medical and industrial uses. More people are starting to hoard silver bars and coins.

The silver market differs from the gold market in two ways: 1.) Central banks still have a fair amount of gold in their vaults, though not as much as they'd have you believe (and there isn't a lot of silver inventory because the central banks have accumulated none to speak of); and 2.) Silver differs from gold in that the vast majority of newly mined silver is being consumed for medical and industrial uses, jewelry, etc., and not much is left over for investment demand. There's been a deficit for many years. As far as we can determine, aboveground inventories are being reduced down to almost nothing. So if people want to invest in both gold and silver, it's going to have an outsized impact on the silver price.

TGR: Are you saying the price of silver will outpace that of gold?


JE: Without question. I virtually guarantee the silver price, on a percentage basis, will outperform the gold price by a considerable amount. That's not to denigrate gold at all, because I think it will outperform virtually everything else.

Pan American Silver Options Canasil’s Carina Silver Project in Durango State, Mexico

Vancouver, Nov. 19, 2010 - Canasil Resources Inc. (Canasil, TSX-V: CLZ) announces that the Company and Pan American Silver Corp. (Pan American, the Optionee, TSX: PAA) have signed a letter agreement covering an earn-in option on Canasil’s Carina project in Durango State, Mexico. The letter agreement is binding until replaced by a definitive agreement. It is understood that Pan American is required and wishes to offer the assignment of the agreement to the La Preciosa joint venture with Orko Silver Corp. (Orko, TSX OK), which is advancing the adjacent La Preciosa Silver project.

Canasil President Bahman Yamini commented “This is another positive development and opportunity for Canasil to advance its silver/gold exploration projects in Mexico in cooperation with leading industry partners. Pan American and its La Preciosa joint venture partner, Orko Silver, are ideal partners for advancing Canasil’s large Carina property. We are very pleased with this opportunity to advance the Carina property and look forward to the start of the first year exploration program.”



The option terms provide for the Optionee to earn an initial 55% interest in Canasil’s Carina property for total exploration expenditures of US$3,650,000 and total cash payments of US$365,000 to Canasil over a period of four years.

Following the initial earn-in, a 55%-45% joint venture (JV) will be established with the Optionee as Operator. The Optionee may increase its interest in the JV to 70% by funding a full feasibility study within three years, and to 80% by financing the project through to production. In the latter case, the optionee would be entitled to recover the Canasil portion of the capital costs financed by the Optionee from 85% of Canasil’s portion of the project cash flow.

The Carina property covers 12,147 hectares and is located 45 km northeast of the city of Durango. The claims are adjacent to the southern border of the Pan American-Orko Silver joint venture’s La Preciosa silver project. Canasil’s mapping and sampling has defined an area of 500 metres by 800 metres hosting multiple quartz vein structures with anomalous silver, gold and base metal values in surface samples. The large claim area requires further evaluation to explore for and identify other potential mineralized zones.

Canasil Resources Inc. (Canasil, the Company) (TSX VENTURE:CLZ) announces that the Company has met its key 2010 objectives. These included completion of earn-in option and joint venture agreements with industry leading partners on the Company's silver and silver/gold projects in Durango and Zacatecas States, Mexico, and significantly strengthening the Company's working capital. As previously announced Canasil entered into option and joint venture agreements with MAG Silver Corp. (MAG) on the La Esperanza silver project in August 2010, and with Pan American Silver Corp. (Pan American) on the Carina silver/gold project in November 2010.

During 2010, the Company also completed over $2.8 million in funding through private placements and the exercise of warrants, while maintaining a strong capital structure with 57.8 million shares issued.

These developments will lead to a very active exploration program in 2011 on multiple projects. Our partners will be working on the La Esperanza and Carina projects, and Canasil will be advancing the Sandra-Escobar silver/gold project, which is subject to a separate cooperation agreement with Pan American, with drilling planned during the first quarter of 2011.

rasch bewußt, daß die akt. MK von knapp cad-mios 20,- nur ein vorüber-

angesichts eines umfassenden bohrprogramms in 2011 rechne ich mit eine reihe
herausragender werte, die uns adhoc in richtung ONE katapultieren können -

CANASIL SIGNS OPTION AGREEMENT WITH LA CUESTA INTERNATIONAL TO ACQUIRE 100% INTEREST IN CANDELARIA SILVER-GOLD-COPPER CLAIMS

Canasil Resources Inc. has finalized an option agreement with La Cuesta International Inc. (LCI) providing for Canasil to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in LCI's Candelaria silver-gold-copper claims in northern Durango state, Mexico. Canasil will pay LCI $30,000 and issue 200,000 stock options at 35 cents, followed by semi-annual lease/option payments starting on Nov. 27, 2011, at $5,000 and increasing by Nov. 27, 2014, to a maximum of $20,000. These payments will be credited toward a 1-per-cent net smelter return production royalty on the Candelaria claims, which is capped at a total of $3-million for buyout of 100-per-cent interest in the claims.

LCI's Candelaria claims cover 7,192 hectares, surrounding Canasil's 608-hectare Nora project claims in the El Oro district of the Guanacevi and Inde municipalities, which is a highly productive silver-gold mining district. The project hosts the historic Candelaria mine with two vein outcrops over a strike length of 750 metres. The veins can be traced at surface over a distance of three kilometres. Twenty test samples from the veins and shallow underground workings have returned encouraging silver, gold, copper, lead and zinc grades. The sample with the highest precious metal content from the Candelaria vein (No. 2503) assayed 1.98 grams per tonne (g/t) gold, 514 g/t silver, 1.03 per cent copper, 4.45 per cent lead and 3.28 per cent zinc over 1.0 metre. The geologic environment and structures observed in the project area indicate the potential for a large mineralized system.

This agreement adds another major strategically located project to Canasil's strong silver-gold project portfolio on the highly prospective silver-gold belt in Durango State, Mexico. Bahman Yamini, president of Canasil, commented: "Following the option and joint venture agreements with MAG Silver and Pan American Silver on three of our key projects in Durango and Zacatecas states, Mexico, Canasil is actively pursuing opportunities to acquire other high-potential projects. We are very pleased with this agreement with LCI, which expands the area covered by our Nora project to 7,800 hectares, with the potential for discovery of a large silver-gold-copper mineralized system."

The principals of LCI are Perry Durning and Bud Hillemeyer, who were awarded the 2010 Thayer Lindsley award for international discoveries at the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada convention, in Toronto. They have been responsible for a number of major discoveries in the Durango-Zacatecas silver-gold belt, including the La Pitarrilla and St. Agustin deposits of Silver Standard Resources, and the Camino Rojo deposit of Canplats Resources, which was bought by Goldcorp in February, 2010, in a transaction valued at over $300-million. They have been recognized for their prospecting and geological modelling skills and experience, successfully identifying projects with potential for hosting large silver and gold mineralized systems.

Preliminary geological mapping and systematic surface sampling data provided by LCI indicate a favourable geologic setting with geochemical signatures over an area of six square kilometres. In LCI's opinion, the project has the potential to host large-scale disseminated mineralization as well as the high-grade silver-gold-copper mineralization observed in the epithermal veins.

Vancouver, 10. Februar 2011 - Canasil Resources Inc. (Canasil, TSX-V: CLZ) gibt bekannt, dass das Unternehmen mit einem geophysikalischen Flugmessprogramm über drei großen Silber- und Silber/Gold-Projekten im mexikanischen Bundesstaat Durango begonnen hat. Die ZTEM-Messflüge (Z-Axis Tipper Electromagnetic System) per Helikopter ermöglichen bei der elektromagnetischen Präzisionsmessung eine unvergleichliche Messtiefe. Damit lassen sich Daten zu geologischen Strukturen auch in großen Tiefen und über weite Strecken ermitteln und so das Potenzial für ausgedehnte Mineralisierungssysteme besser bewerten. Das Unternehmen hat Geotech Ltd. mit der Durchführung von drei Messflügen über den Projektgebieten Sandra-Escobar, Salamandra und Victoria beauftragt. Laut Vereinbarung sollen die Messflüge, für die ein Budget von rund 330.000 $ vorgesehen ist, insgesamt 1.700 Flugkilometer umfassen. Wie nachstehend im Detail ersichtlich, decken die Flugmessungen zusammen eine Messfläche von insgesamt 330 Quadratkilometer ab.

In Verbindung mit den geologischen Kartierungen und der Entnahme von Oberflächenproben aus den Projektgebieten werden die Messflüge zusätzliche geophysikalische Daten und Magnetfelddaten liefern und so eine Bewertung der potenziellen Vorkommen in größerer Tiefe ermöglichen. Die Messungen werden voraussichtlich bis Ende Februar 2011 abgeschlossen sein und die Ergebnisse der ersten Datenauswertung werden dann zwischen Ende März und Mitte April 2011 erwartet. Zusammen mit der vor kurzem von MAG Silver auf dem unternehmenseigenen Projektgelände La Esperanza durchgeführten ZTEM-Messung werden diese Messflüge zum weiteren Ausbau von vier der größten Silber- und Silber-Gold -Explorationsprojekte in Mexiko beitragen.

Über dem Silber/Gold-Projekt Sandra-Escobar ist ein Messflug über 420 Flugkilometer geplant, der eine Fläche von mehr als 800 Quadratkilometer abdecken soll. Das Unternehmen plant auf diesem Projektgelände außerdem ein 2.000 Meter umfassendes Diamantbohrprogramm, das in der zweiten Februarhälfte 2011 umgesetzt werden soll. Mit dem Bohrprogramm werden auf dem Projektgelände hochgradige Silber/Gold-Erzgänge und potenzielle Silber/Gold-Disseminierungen getestet. Im Rahmen des im August 2008 mit Pan American Silver (Pan American) unterzeichneten Options- und Joint-Venture-Abkommens wird Canasil seine Aufwendungen zunächst auf den Abschluss der ersten 1.000.000 $-Explorationsphase konzentrieren, um sich zu 51% an den Pan American-Konzessionsgebieten bei Escobar beteiligen zu können. Pan America hat anschließend das Recht, eine 51 %- Beteiligung an diesem Konzessionspaket zurückzukaufen und muß dafür den dreifachen Betrag der in die Exploration fließenden Investitionen entrichten.

Über dem Projektgelände Salamandra ist ein Messflug über 617 Flugkilometer geplant, der eine Fläche von mehr als 120 Quadratkilometer abdecken soll. Im Rahmen früherer Bohrungen wurde bei Salamandra eine bedeutende Silber- und Zink-Mineralisierung identifiziert. Im Rahmen der jüngsten Aufklärungsarbeiten auf dem Projektgelände wurde außerdem ungefähr 4 Kilometer nördlich des zuvor bebohrten Gebiets eine potenzielle Kupfermineralisierung geortet. Die ZTEM-Messung umfasst einen sehr großen Bereich und soll Strukturdaten zu einem Bereich unterhalb der die Basaltströme überlagernden Deckschicht liefern. Diese Schicht maskiert die Anzeichen einer potenziellen Mineralisierung im Projektgebiet.

Über dem Projektgelände Victoria ist eine ZTEM-Messung über 680 Flugkilometer geplant, die eine Fläche von mehr als 130 Quadratkilometer nordwestlich des 60.000 Hektar großen Konzessionsgebiets abdecken soll. Im Rahmen früherer Aufklärungsarbeiten, Oberflächenbeprobungen und Kartierungen wurde ein von Nordwesten nach Südwesten verlaufender Trend mit geochemischen Anomalien auf einem 5 x 10 km großen Areal identifiziert, das anhand der Messungen genauer untersucht werden soll.

Weise Entscheidung, denke ich. Billiger geht,s kaum noch. Niemand schmeisst die Silberperle in 2011.
Wenn, die auch nur annähernd das finden bei ihren Geoflügen, was sie sich erhoffen, dann ist dies die Rentenversicherung mit vorzeitiger Auszahlung.Von Kurszielen mag ich gar nicht sprechen. Rohstoffe und Edelmetalle haben den Nachbrenner drin. Besonders Silber.
Gefahr droht nur von JPM, wenn die ihre manipulierten Kontrakte an der Comex nicht mehr erfüllen können. Dann droht die Blase zu platzen, aber in die nördliche Richtung. Physisch gibt,s dann nur noch Kleinmengen. Werden sich auf Explorer und Juniors mit grossen Reserven stürzen.Kurse wie seinerzeit ICG,Ariba,Spyglass und Konsorten werden erreicht werden.Explorer werden um ein vielfaches steigen.

A commission or finder's fee may be paid with respect to all or part of this placement. The terms of the placement are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange ("the Exchange").

Each unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one-half of one share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"); each full Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.70 within one year of closing. If, beginning six months following the closing of the private placement, the closing price of the Company's shares equals or exceeds $1.40 per share for a period of ten consecutive trading days, the Company will have the right to accelerate the expiry date of the Warrants by giving the Warrant-holders at least 30 days' written notice.

(TSX VENTURE:CLZ) announces that the Company's contractor Geotech Ltd. has completed the ZTEM airborne geophysical surveys on the Victoria, Salamandra and Sandra-Escobar projects in Durango State, Mexico, as planned. The three surveys were for a total of 1,717 line-km covering 330 square kilometres (33,000 hectares), and the Company is now waiting for initial results for analysis and interpretation.

(Canasil) (TSX VENTURE:CLZ) announces that the recently completed ZTEM airborne geophysical survey at the Company's Sandra-Escobar silver-gold project in northern Durango State, Mexico, has returned a distinct porphyry style signature indicating the potential for a large gold-silver target. This is characterized by a circular area of high resisitivity and magnetic response surrounded by a low resistivity ring. This area coincides well with surface alteration and geochemistry suggesting the possibility of a large buried intrusive centre and surrounding zones with disseminated gold-silver and base metal mineralization.

Bahman Yamini, President of Canasil, commented: "The physical setting of the Sandra-Escobar project together with the geology and surface geochemistry is characteristic of disseminated porphyry style mineralization surrounded by higher grade veins. It is encouraging that the ZTEM survey and deep electromagnetic response confirms this model. The project now provides another high potential target for disseminated gold-silver-base metal mineralization in addition to the epithermal veins."

The deep sensing ZTEM geophysical survey at the Sandra Escobar project has outlined a "porphyry"-style target with potential for hosting disseminated mineralization. The target zone is associated with a circular high resistivity and high magnetic central core measuring 2.0 km by 1.2 km, surrounded by a low resistivity ring. The zone is crosscut by multiple west-northwest and north-northwest oriented faults. The porphyry target lies to the southeast of a prominent rhyolite dome complex under an area containing surface potassic alteration. Previous detailed geological mapping and soil and rock sampling have also outlined a large argillic altered zone with gold and silver bearing quartz breccias on the northern rim of the resistivity low, and numerous silver-gold veins on the southwest and northeast margins within the low resistivity ring as shown on the attached figures.

Canasil is currently conducting a diamond drill program to test the large silver-gold mineralized argillic altered zone on the northern fringe of the interpreted porphyry target with two deep 400 - 500 metre drill holes, as well as a number of 100 - 150 metre reconnaissance drill holes to test the silver-gold epithermal veins. This program will be completed within two weeks with assays published when available. Initial observations of drill core from the surrounding low resistivy ring show highly altered rock with high pyrite and chlorite, which is consistent with the margins of porphyry systems. The drill program is supervised and carried out by the Company's wholly owned Mexican subsidiary, Minera Canasil S.A. de C.V., under the direction of Erme Enriquez CPG, Director of Exploration and Development. Gary Nordin, P. Geo. British Columbia and Director of Canasil, is the designated Qualified Person in accordance with National Instrument 43-101.

The ZTEM airborne geophysical survey was conducted by Geotech Ltd. The data was processed and provided by Geotech Ltd. The initial interpretations of the geophysical data were carried out by Frank Fritz, a geophysical consultant to Canasil, and Gary Nordin, P. Geo., Director of Canasil and a qualified person under NI43-101. The surveys were flown with 10 km lines and a line spacing of 200 metres. The Sandra-Escobar survey covered 420 line-kilometres covering an area of approximately 80 square kilometres.

The Sandra-Escobar project is located in northern Durango State, Mexico, 200 kilometres northwest of the city of Durango with excellent access and infrastructure, on an important mineral trend with many past and presently producing silver-gold mines and deposits. The project area hosts a mineralized system centered on a large altered rhyolite dome complex, with surrounding geological formations, alteration patterns, and extensive evidence of gold, silver and base metal mineralization. These features indicate the potential for hosting a large disseminated gold-silver-base metal mineralized system. Canasil's prior mapping and surface sampling programs and historical data have also identified a number of high-grade silver-gold veins surrounding the dome area, as previously reported in Canasil's news release dated May 03, 2010.

Canasil holds 100% interest in the 7,451 hectares Sandra project claims, and has entered into an option agreement with Pan American Silver to earn 51% interest in Pan American's 634 hectares adjoining Escobar project claims. Canasil's exploration expenditures will go towards completing the initial $1,000,000 work commitment to earn 51% interest in the Escobar claims. Pan American will then have a back-in right to acquire a 51% interest in the combined claims by paying three times exploration expenditures incurred.

(Canasil) (TSX VENTURE:CLZ)(DB Frankfurt:3CC) announces that the initial 6 drill holes for a total of 682 metres drilled to test four different silver-gold veins at the Sandra-Escobar project in northern Durango State, Mexico, has returned mineralized intercepts from three veins. These included a high-grade intercept of 0.65 metres carrying 429 g/t silver, 2.58 g/t gold and 0.53% copper from the Maria Fernanda vein, an intercept of 2.06 metres carrying 121 g/t silver from the Candelaria vein, and an intercept of 0.45 metres carrying 121 g/t silver, 6.62% zinc and 1.79% lead from the El Encino vein. A wider 10.64 metre intercept of lower grade silver mineralization was cut at the footwall of the El Encino vein carrying 18 g/t silver, 0.76% zinc and 0.29% lead. The narrow high-grade silver-gold intercept seen at the Maria Fernanda vein is typical of the vein systems in the Guanacevi district and similar to the veins being successfully mined by Endeavour Silver Corp. and Great Panther Silver Corp. in this district. The occurrence of a wider intercept with lower grade silver mineralization at the El Encino vein points to the possibility of a larger zone of disseminated silver mineralization in this area. Details of the drill results are included in the table below.

Further diamond drilling is currently in progress to test a large argillic-silica altered porphyry-breccia target on the south-eastern fringe of the Cerro Rojo rhyolitic dome complex. CANASIL DISCOVERS MORE SILVER MINERALIZATION AT SANDRA-ESCOBAR PROJECT IN DURANGO STATE, MEXICO

Canasil Resources Inc.'s assay results from drill hole SE-11-11, drilled to a depth of 175.6 metres to test the San Francisco vein area at the Sandra-Escobar silver-gold project in Durango state, Mexico, confirm disseminated silver mineralization with 19.09 grams per tonne silver, 0.12 per cent lead and 0.22 per cent zinc over 52.5 metres, starting at 7.50 metres below surface to a depth of 60 metres. In addition drill hole SE-11-10, drilled on the fringe of a porphyry breccia zone outlined by surface sampling and geophysical signature from a ZTEM airborne survey, returned two narrow intercepts of gold-silver-copper mineralization at a depth of 92 metres with 0.368 g/t gold, 41.7 g/t silver and 0.431 per cent copper over 2.0 metres, and at a depth of 190 metres with 0.575 g/t gold, 33.2 g/t silver and 0.765 per cent copper over 1.7 metres, as shown in the table.

These results provide further confirmation of disseminated silver-lead-zinc mineralization and indications of gold-silver-copper mineralization at Sandra-Escobar. The limited initial drill program of 1,850 metres in 11 drill holes has returned silver and silver-gold intercepts from three separate veins, as previously reported from drill holes SE-11-01 to SE-11-06, as well as a broad zone of disseminated silver mineralization from a fourth vein area in drill hole SE-11-11. There are also indicators of possible gold-silver-copper mineralization in drill hole SE-11-10. This provides the basis for further drilling to investigate the mineralized veins along strike and at depth, as well as further drilling to explore for possible zones of disseminated silver-lead-zinc and gold-silver-copper mineralization in the project area.

Details of the assay results from drill holes SE-11-10 and SE-11-11 are included in the table.

The San Francisco vein is located parallel to and approximately 400 metres southeast of the Candelaria vein. The occurrence of these two closely spaced parallel veins further indicates the potential for a larger mineralized system in this area, which needs to be investigated with further drilling. The relatively low lead and zinc assays indicate that these intercepts may be in the upper levels of the mineralized system with potential for higher lead, zinc and silver grades at depth. There is currently small-scale artisanal mining for silver ore in the San Francisco vein area by third parties with shipments of selected high-grade silver ore to local smelters.

The drill program is planned for up to 5,000 metres in 16 drill holes to test two of the veins in the project area, including extensions of the La Esperanza vein previously drill tested by Canasil with encouraging results. MAG is earning a 60% interest in the property from Canasil under an option agreement dated August 19, 2010. Expenditures on the project reported by MAG up to September 30, 2011, were $831,681.

As a result of reconnaissance of the areas surrounding the project, MAG has also added, through direct staking, an additional 50,000 hectare claim block to the project area. The new claim will become part of the project within the framework of the option and joint venture agreement between Canasil and MAG. The project area now covers 68,954 hectares.

About La Esperanza:

The La Esperanza project covers 18,954 hectares, located within the Mexican Silver Belt in northern Zacatecas and southern Durango States. It has been expanded to 68,954 hectares with the recent addition of adjacent claims. This recognized world class silver belt hosts a number of active mines such as Pan American Silver's La Colorada and First Majestic Silver's La Parrilla mines. The La Esperanza project covers under-explored multiple vein occurrences and alteration zones over a 20 kilometre strike length along a prospective SE-NW trend.

The property hosts quartz breccia epithermal veins with silver, lead and zinc mineralization associated with argentiferous galena, silver sulfosalts and sphalerite. The La Esperanza Vein has been traced by mapping of the collapsed workings over a strike length of 260 metres. Significant alteration zones are observed along strike extensions of this vein for over five kilometres on a northwest-southeast trend. Canasil previously drilled nine diamond drill holes on the La Esperanza vein outcrop for a total of 1,432 metres. This program has outlined a mineralized panel with a strike length of over 150 metres and depth of 100 metres, which is open in all directions, with vein widths of up to 10.30 metres carrying high grade silver mineralization. Seven drill holes intersected the main vein and a hanging wall vein over significant widths The weighted average grade of mineralization intersected in the La Esperanza vein is 330 g/t (9.62 opt) silver, 0.93% zinc and 1.57% lead over an average width of 4.21 metres.

In October 2010 MAG conducted a 1,330 line-kilometre ZTEM Airborne Geophysical survey over the project area which highlighted several geophysical anomalies associated with known mineralization and significant geological features. MAG has also conducted geological mapping and surface rock and stream sediment sampling focused on four known vein systems that have been traced over variable strike lengths ranging from 300 metres to over 1.9 kilometres, and completed upgrades to over 30 kilometres of access roads within the project area.

Under the option agreement, MAG can earn 60% interest in the La Esperanza project by completing CAD$5,000,000 exploration expenditures and CAD$500,000 cash payments to Canasil over a period of four years, including a first year expenditure commitment of CAD$750,000 with a minimum of 1,500 metres of drilling.

Erst dann kann man wohl sehen, ob Gewinne gemacht werden.

Vom MK her sehr interessant, aber noch zu wenig Bewegung bei den Projekten.
Es muß gebohrt werden, damit man JVs eingehen kann, dafür ist aber wohl
derzeit kein Geld da.

Andererseits ist mir sehr recht, daß nicht dauernd Aktien ausgegeben werden.

große Teile liegen brach,
einige sind wohl zu klein.

Was nützt ein großes Portfolio, wenn mans nicht angehen kann.

MAG scheint mir zu schwach auf der Brust zu sein. Die investieren einfach zu
wenig in Esperanza, das dauert und dauert und dauert.

Eigentlich schade daß das Potentional nicht effektiver genutzt wird.



Mal sehen ob PAAS richtig Lust hat, aber die haben sich erstmal Minefinder
einverleibt, da darf dann Canasil noch ein bißchen warten.
Die Pan Amer werden ihre Kraft auf -Dolores- anweden, da bin ich mir sicher.

Der Tiefschlaf von Canasil wird wohl leider weitergehen.
Die Herren sollten mal nen guten Promoter einstellen.

MAG Silver Completes Phase 1 Drilling and Plans Phase 2 Program at Canasil's La Esperanza Project in Durango and Zacatecas States, Mexico

(TSX: MAG, NYSE-A: MVG, “MAG”) has completed 8 additional drill holes on the Esperanza Vein at Canasil’s La Esperanza silver-zinc-lead project in Durango and Zacatecas States, Mexico. These holes were blind step-outs on projection of the vein located 400 metres northwest, 350 metres southeast and 1,000 metres southeast of the previously drilled high-grade ore shoot, which returned very encouraging silver, zinc and lead intercepts in MAG’s initial 3 drill holes, previously reported on February 22, 2012, as well as in previous drilling by Canasil. The latest holes did not intercept the vein, most probably due to apparent post-mineral faulting that has displaced the vein, which will be investigated in future exploration and drilling. MAG interprets the large aeromagnetic anomaly observed in the Esperanza vein zone, measuring approximately 5 kilometres by 3 kilometres, as a possible signature of a significant mineralized system which will continue to be explored.

Looking forward, permits are being finalized for drilling the Fatima, San Pascual and Los Alamitos veins in the north-western part of the project area. These veins are located in the State of Durango requiring a longer time to complete the permit than that for the Esperanza vein which lies in the State of Zacatecas.

MAG Silver has informed Canasil that they plan to begin drilling to test these veins shortly after the Easter break in Mexico.

The Plan is intended to give the Board of Directors and the shareholders of the Company a reasonable amount of time to fully consider a bid if one is made, and to protect the shareholders from unfair, abusive or coercive take-over strategies. By virtue of the Plan's implementation, anyone seeking to obtain control of the Company will be encouraged to negotiate with the Board of Directors prior to attempting a take-over, or to proceed by way of a "Permitted Bid". Current Canadian legislation permits a hostile bid to be made in as little as 35 days, giving insufficient time for value-creating strategies to be implemented or competing bids to be made, whereas the Plan as proposed would extend this time available to up to 60 days. The Company is not aware of any pending or threatened take-over bid for the Company.

Under the Plan, the Company has issued one Right for no consideration in respect of each outstanding common share of the Company to all holders of record of common shares at 12:01 a.m., Pacific time, on October 4, 2012. Hereafter, each common share issued by the Company during the term of the Plan will have one Right attached to it. The Rights will trade together with the common shares of the Company and will be represented by the certificates representing the common shares of the Company. The term of the Plan is three years unless the rights are earlier redeemed or exchanged.

The Rights are attached to the common shares and cannot be exercised until eight trading days after a triggering event has taken place. A triggering event is one of the following: (i) an Acquiring Person, as defined in the Plan, acquires 20% or more of the common shares of the Company; or (ii) an Acquiring Person announces his intention to make a take-over bid that would result in the person owning 20% or more of the outstanding common shares of the Company. Upon such a triggering event occurring, each Right would separate from the common share and thereafter entitle the holder to purchase common shares at a 50% discount to the market price, up to the amount of the $30 exercise price of the Right.

The Rights will not be separated from the shares if the Acquiring Person makes a Permitted Bid, defined in the Plan to mean a bid made pursuant to a take-over bid circular to all shareholders of the Company, which has a minimum deposit period of at least 60 days and pursuant to which not less than 50% of the common shares, other than those held by the Acquiring Person, are deposited and not withdrawn. The Permitted Bid concept is intended to provide protection to the Company and its shareholders while permitting shareholder democracy to operate by extending the time for deposit to ensure due consideration of the bid and allowing the bid to proceed if a majority of the shareholders tender their shares.

The Agreement exempts "soft lock-up agreements", provides a modest limit on break fees and exempts money managers and fund managers who are not making a take-over bid.

Canasil stößt im Projekt Salamandra im mexikanischen Bundesstaat Durango auf eine möglicherweise große Silber-Zink-Kupfer-Mineralisierung

Vancouver, 5. November 2012 - Wie Canasil Resources Inc. (Canasil, TSX-V: CLZ, DB Frankfurt: 3CC) bekannt gibt, hat sich im Zuge des Explorationsprogramms auf dem Silber-Zink-Kupfer-Projekt Salamandra im mexikanischen Bundesstaat Durango wiederholt gezeigt, dass hier möglicherweise ein verborgenes Massivsulfid-Skarn/Manto-Verdrängungssystem, das in Intrusiv- und Karbonatgestein eingebettet ist, existiert. Anhand von bedeutenden Silber-Zink-Durchschneidungen im Rahmen früherer Bohrungen, Ergebnissen aus geophysikalischen Messflügen und Bodenmessungen, der Entdeckung eines hochgradigen Silber-Kupfer-Zink-Aufschlusses und weitläufigen Silber-Kupfer-Blei-Zink-Arsen-Antimon-Anomalien, die anhand der Analyse geochemischer Proben in den Jahren 2011/2012 ermittelt wurden, besteht im Projekt Salamandra Potenzial für die Existenz einer großen Silber-Zink-Kupfer-Mineralisierung. Die geologischen Projektmerkmale und die bisherigen Ergebnisse des Explorationsprogramms weisen auf Ähnlichkeiten mit der 80 km südöstlich gelegenen Mine San Martin hin. Diese Mine ist eine der größten Abbaustätten von Silber und Basismetallen in Mexiko. Nachstehend finden Sie eine Ansicht des Projekts mit den früheren Erkundungsgebieten (geophysikalische 3D-IP-Messung und ZTEM-Flugmessung), den früheren Bohrungen und den Gebieten mit geochemischen Anomalien an der Oberfläche, sowie einen Modellentwurf der möglichen Mineralisierung.

Ende 2011 und 2012 führte Canasil umfangreiche Probenahmen an der Oberfläche und Kartierungen in einem 3,5 km x 4,5 km großen Gebiet durch. Unter anderem wurden in einem 2,5 km x 3,5 km großen Areal, das im Zuge der geophysikalischen ZTEM-Flugmessung 2011 untersucht wurde, sowie in Gebieten rund um die wichtigste Rhyolitstruktur, die mit einem zentralen Intrusivkörper des Projektgebiets assoziiert ist, 949 Proben (829 Bodenproben, 76 Felsproben und 44 Splitterproben) gesammelt. Die Probenanalyse liefert den Hinweis auf ausgedehnte Silber-Kupfer-Antimon-Arsen-Anomalien, die in den Randbereichen großflächig von Blei- und Zinkanomalien umgeben sind. Zusammen mit bedeutenden Silber-Zink-Durchschneidungen im Rahmen früherer Bohrungen südwestlich der Rhyolitkuppel und dem hochgradigen Silber-Kupfer-Zink-Aufschluss südöstlich der Kuppelstruktur weisen diese geochemischen Anomalien auf die Verbindung mit einem verborgenen Massivsulfid-Skarn/Manto-Verdrängungssystem hin, das in Intrusiv- und Karbonatgestein eingebettet ist. Das die Rhyolitkuppel umgebende System befindet sich unter einer dünnen alluvialen Deckschicht.

Eine geopysikalische 3D-IP-Messung, die 2006 über einem 2 km x 1,2 km großen Areal südwestlich der Ryholitkuppel durchgeführt wurde, lieferte den Hinweis auf wichtige Ladungsanomalien in diesem Bereich. Diese Zielbereiche wurden 2007 anhand von Diamantbohrungen in 12 Löchern über 3.500 Meter erkundet. Die gewonnenen Ergebnisse waren äußerst positiv und zeigten zahlreiche Silber-Zink-Abschnitte, darunter auch 7,45 Meter mit 50 g/t Silber und 12 % Zink bzw. 10 Meter mit 71 g/t Silber, 3,48 % Zink und 1,26 % Blei (wie bereits berichtet). Diese Mineralisierung steht mit Skarn, hydrothermaler Brekzie, stark sulfidhaltigen Erzgängen und Quarz-Porphyr-Gängen in Verbindung. Im Rahmen der 2011 durchgeführten geophysikalischen ZTEM-Flugmessung wurde ein noch ausgedehnterer Komplex mit 2,5 km x 3,5 km Fläche im Osten der Kuppelstruktur ermittelt, der auf ein möglicherweise viel größeres Mineralisierungssystem hinweist. Detaillierte Probenahmen an der Oberfläche des Projektgebiets führten damals zur Entdeckung eines hochgradigen Aufschlusses mit 2.150 g/t Silber, 5,39 % Kupfer und 1,89 % Zink auf 0,90 Meter (wie bereits berichtet) sowie zur Auffindung ausgedehnter Bereiche mit Silber-Kupfer-Arsen-Antimon-Anomalien, die ebenfalls das Potenzial für ein sehr großes Silber-Zink-Kupfer-Mineralisierungssystem bestätigen.

Dieses möglicherweise große Mineralisierungssystem enthält zahlreiche Bohrziele für die weitere Exploration. An der Oberfläche der Ostzone, die im Rahmen der ZTEM-Flugmessung und der jüngsten geochemischen Probenanalysen definiert worden war, ist eine geophysikalische IP-Messung zur exakten Ermittlung vorrangiger Bohrziele geplant.

Projekt Salamandra:

Das Projekt Salamandra liegt 35 Kilometer nordöstlich der Stadt Durango und erstreckt sich über eine Fläche von 14.719 Hektar (140 Quadratkilometer). Diese große Konzession befindet sich in strategisch günstiger Lage innerhalb des bedeutenden Silber-Gold-Trends, der quer durch die Bundesstaaten Durango und Zacatecas verläuft. Sie liegt auf demselben Trend wie eine Reihe von wichtigen Abbaustätten und Neuentdeckungen. Das Projekt profitiert von besten Transportverbindungen und einer hervorragenden Infrastruktur für die Mineralexploration und -erschließung. Im Rahmen früherer geophysikalischer Messungen und Diamantbohrungen entdeckte Canasil bei Salamandra eine bedeutende Zink-Silber-Mineralisierung. Erste metallurgische Analysen ergaben eine hohe Zink- und Silberausbeute für saubere Konzentrate. Das Projekt befindet sich auf dem mineralreichen Geotrend Fresnillo, der ca. 80 km nordwestlich der von Grupo Mexico betriebenen Mine San Martin liegt. Es handelt sich um den größten untertägigen Zink-Kupfer-Silber-Abbaubetrieb in Mexiko mit einem Fördervolumen von ca. 6.000 Tonnen täglich.

Die Probenahmen an der Oberfläche und die geologischen Kartierungen wurden von Minera Canasil S.A. de C.V., einer mexikanischen Tochtergesellschaft des Unternehmens, unter der Leitung von Erme Enriquez CPG, Direktor für Exploration und Erschließung, beaufsichtigt und durchgeführt. Die Proben wurden an das Labor von ALS Chemex Laboratories in Zacatecas (Mexiko) zur Aufbereitung übermittelt und anschließend im Labor von ALS Chemex in North Vancouver (British Columbia, Kanada) auf ihren Gold- und Silbergehalt analysiert. Die Proben (30 g Einwaage) wurden einer Feuerprobe unterzogen und anschließend mittels Atomabsorptionsspektroskopie untersucht („FA-AA“). Zur Ermittlung des Kupfer-, Blei- und Zinkgehalts wurden eine 1,00 g-Probe in Königswasser aufgeschlossen und mittels Atomabsorption analysiert. Gary Nordin, P. Geo. British Columbia und ein Direktor von Canasil, zeichnet als qualifizierter Sachverständiger gemäß National Instrument 43-101 für dieses Projekt verantwortlich.

(TSX VENTURE:CLZ)(FRANKFURT:3CC) ("Canasil") announces a non-brokered private placement of up to 5,000,000 units at an exercise price of $0.20 per unit for total proceeds of up to $1,000,000. A commission or finder's fee may be paid with respect to all or part of this placement. The terms of the placement are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange ("the Exchange").

Vancouver, 27. Mai 2014 - Canasil Resources Inc. (TSX-V: CLZ, DB Frankfurt: 3CC, Canasil oder das Unternehmen) gibt bekannt, dass MAG Silver Corp. (TSX:MAG, NYSE MKT:MVG, MAG) die Phase-II-Diamantbohrungen über 6.501 Meter in 12 Bohrlöchern in Canasils Silber-Kupfer-Zink-Blei-Projekt Salamandra im mexikanischen Bundesstaat Durango abgeschlossen hat. Zusammen mit dem Phase-I-Bohrprogramm über 3.609 Meter in 5 Bohrlöchern (über das bereits am 17. März 2014 berichtet wurde) wurden von MAG im Rahmen der Optionsvereinbarung nunmehr insgesamt 10.110 Bohrmeter in 17 Bohrlöchern absolviert. Die Ergebnisse des Phase-II-Bohrprogramms stehen noch aus.

MAG hat außerdem die im Rahmen des ersten Optionstermins am 27. Mai 2014 fällige Jahresrate in Höhe von 150.000 C$ entrichtet. Per 31. März 2014 wurden laut MAG im Rahmen der Optionsvereinbarung insgesamt 2.677.519 C$ in die Exploration des Projekts Salamandra investiert.

Vereinbarung zwischen Canasil und MAG für Projekt Salamandra:

Vereinbarungsgemäß hat MAG zunächst die Option auf den Erwerb von 55 % der Anteile am Projekt Salamandra. Dazu muss MAG 5.500.000 C$ in die Exploration investieren und über einen Zeitraum von vier Jahren insgesamt 750.000 C$ an Barzahlungen leisten. Im ersten Jahr müssen Diamantbohrungen über mindestens 3.000 Meter absolviert und ein Fixbetrag von 1.000.000 C$ investiert werden. Nach Erfüllung der ersten Option kann MAG im Rahmen einer zweiten Option zusätzlich 15 % der Anteile erwerben und seine Beteiligung so auf insgesamt 70 % erweitern. Dafür muss innerhalb von vier Jahren entweder eine NI43-101-konformen Machbarkeitsstudie erstellt und übergeben oder ein weiterer Betrag in Höhe von 20.000.000 C$ in die Exploration investiert werden. Die Investitionsbeträge müssen pro Jahr mindestens 2.500.000 C$ ausmachen.

Über Salamandra:

Das Projekt Salamandra umfasst eine Grundfläche von 14.719 Hektar und liegt 35 Kilometer nordöstlich der Stadt Durango. Von der Stadt Durango aus ist das Projektgelände über asphaltierte Straßen und Schotterstraßen ausgezeichnet zu erreichen. Mit seinem Explorationsprogramm wollte MAG die Ausdehnung und Größe des Systems genauer erkunden und Vektoren für die weitere Exploration ermitteln; deshalb konzentrierte man sich bei den Bohrungen auf Zielbereiche, die 200 - 2.000 Meter von den früheren Bohrungen entfernt waren. Zu den Zielbereichen zählten mineralisiertes Intrusionsgestein, Brekzien, Ansammlungen von Erzgängen und mineralisierte Strukturen, die von MAG durch detaillierte geologische Kartierungen, geochemische Probenahmen und Neuauswertungen der von Canasil gesammelten geophysikalischen Daten ermittelt wurden.

Vancouver, 25. Januar 2016 - Canasil Resources Inc. (TSX-V: CLZ, DB Frankfurt: 3CC, „Canasil“ oder das „Unternehmen“) freut sich bekannt zu geben, dass Orex Minerals Inc. (TSX-V: REX, „Orex“) die Untersuchungsergebnisse der ersten Bohrungen des anhaltenden Kernbohrprogramms im Projekt Sandra-Escobar veröffentlicht hat. Das Projekt Sandra-Escobar wird von Orex im Rahmen einer Optionsvereinbarung mit Canasil Resources Inc. (TSX.V: CLZ) („Canasil“), die am 15. September 2015 bekanntgegeben wurde, erweitert.

Das Bohrloch SA-15-001 durchteufte einen Bohrkernabschnitt von 61 Metern (43,1 Meter wahre Mächtigkeit) mit 359 g/t Silber, der an der Erdoberfläche beginnt. Dieser umfasst einen Teilabschnitt von 18 Metern (12,73 Meter wahre Mächtigkeit) mit 748 g/t Silber, einschließlich 9 Meter (6,36 Meter wahre Mächtigkeit) mit 1.204 g/t Silber und 3 Meter (2,12 Meter wahre Mächtigkeit) mit 2.271 g/t Silber, wie der nachstehenden Tabelle zu entnehmen ist. 60 der 61 Kernproben im oben angeführten Abschnitt, die auf 1-Meter-Längen ab der Oberfläche entnommen wurden, ergaben bei der Analyse mehr als 100 g/t Silber, was die Kontinuität der Mineralisierung entlang des gesamten Abschnitts bestätigt (detaillierte Ergebnisse entnehmen Sie bitte der Tabelle am Ende der Pressemeldung). Das Bohrprogramm wurde nach den Ferien zum Jahresende wiederaufgenommen: Bislang wurden vier Bohrlöcher niedergebracht und die fünfte ist derzeit im Gange.

Bahman Yamini, President und CEO von Canasil, sagte hierzu: „Dies sind hervorragende Ergebnisse mit sehr hohen Silbergehalten auf beträchtlichen Abschnitten ab der Erdoberfläche. Die Silbermineralisierung wurde in diesem Gebiet in Ausbissen über eine Streichlänge von 700 Metern an der Oberfläche verzeichnet und wir sehen den Ergebnissen der anderen Bohrungen im Zuge des aktuellen Bohrprogramms mit Spannung entgegen.

Die Silbermineralisierung befindet sich entlang des Schenkels eines rhyolitischen Kuppelkomplexes in einem Teil des Projektgeländes, in dem bisher keine Bohrungen niedergebracht wurden. Die Mineralisierung ist in eine alterierte und hochdurchlässige vulkanoklastische Einheit mit Einsprengungen silberhaltiger Minerale und weit auseinanderliegenden Stockwerks-Äderchen gebettet. Das aktuelle Arbeitsmodell sieht die porphyritische Rhyoliteinheit als undurchlässige Deckschicht, die die mineralführenden Flüssigkeiten im durchlässigen vulkanoklastischen Muttergestein konzentriert haben könnte. Die geochemische Analyse ergibt im Zusammenhang mit der Silbermineralisierung keine bedeutenden Gold-, Blei-, Zink-, Arsen- und Antimongehalte.

Das Bohrprogramm erfolgt unter Leitung von Orex und die oben angeführten Ergebnisse wurden von Orex aufbereitet und bereitgestellt. Orex hält sich im Rahmen dieses Diamantbohrprogramms an ein Probenahmeprotokoll zur Qualitätssicherung und -kontrolle (QA/QC); hierzu gehört unter anderem die Hinzugabe von kommerziellen analytischen Standard- und Leerproben in den Probensatz. Da die obigen Ergebnisse Teil eines frühphasigen Explorationsprogramms sind, wurde kein Cutoff-Wert der Obergrenze angewendet. Die Diamantbohrungen wurden von Kluane Drilling Ltd. durchgeführt und die Analyse erfolgte durch SGS Mineral Services in Durango. Der Silbergehalt wurde mittels Brandprobe, Atomabsorptions-Abschluss und geochemischer Analyse via induktiv gekoppelter Plasma-Massenspektrometrie (ICP-MS) im Anschluss an einen Vier-Säuren-Aufschluss ermittelt.

Die technischen Informationen in dieser Pressemeldung beruhen auf Daten, die von Orex bereitgestellt wurden, und wurden von J. Blackwell (P.Geo.) in seiner Eigenschaft als qualifizierter Sachverständiger im Sinne von National Instrument 43-101 geprüft und freigegeben. Herr Blackwell ist in beratender Funktion für Canasil tätig.

Silber-Gold-Projekt Sandra-Escobar im mexikanischen Durango:

Das Projekt Sandra-Escobar befindet sich 200 km nordwestlich der mexikanischen Stadt Durango, im Zentrum des mexikanischen Silbertrends, und verfügt über beste Zufahrtswege und Infrastruktureinrichtungen. In diesem ertragreichen Trend befinden sich einige der größten Silberbergbaucamps und -lagerstätten der Welt, viele ehemalige und aktive Produktionsstätten und bedeutende Silber-Gold-Vorkommen. Das Projekt besteht aus Mineralkonzessionen mit einer Grundfläche von mehr als 6.976 Hektar und deckt mehrere mineralisierte epithermale Quarzerzgänge und Brekzienstrukturen ab. Diese Erzgänge bilden ein oberflächennahes Silber-Gold-Basismetall-System, das direkt oberhalb eines großen rhyolitischen Kuppelkomplexes im Norden in andesitische und rhyolitische Gesteine gebettet ist, und Silbersysteme innerhalb kleinerer rhyolitischer Kuppelkomplexe im Südosten. Die ausgeprägte Gesteinsveränderung in bestimmten Zonen und die Durchdringung durchlässiger Formationen mit Flüssigkeit könnten zudem auf das Vorliegen eines Zielgebiets mit großem Tonnengehalt hinweisen. Gemäß den Bedingungen einer Vereinbarung vom 15. September 2015 hat Orex die Option, über Bar- und Aktienzahlungen im Gesamtwert von 1.000.000 $ und Explorationsaufwendungen in Höhe von 4.000.0000 US$ im Laufe von fünf Jahren eine Beteiligung von bis zu 65 % am Projekt zu erwerben.

Canasil Resources Inc. has closed the non-brokered private placement of 4.1 million common shares of the company at a price of 22 cents per share for gross proceeds of $902,000.

The proceeds will be used for continuing exploration programs on the company's mineral exploration projects and for working capital. The private placement has been approved by the TSX Venture Exchange. A 6-per-cent cash finder's fee in the amount of $33,000 will be paid to an arm's-length party in connection with part of this private placement in accordance with the policies of the exchange.

The shares issued pursuant to the offering will be subject to resale restrictions for a period of four months plus one day from the closing date to July 17, 2016.

Bahman Yamini, president and chief executive officer, commented: "We are very pleased to welcome certain strategic institutional investors who took part in this placement as Canasil shareholders. This placement strengthens our working capital and will allow us to work actively to advance our highly prospective portfolio of exploration projects to add further value for our shareholders."

Im Rahmen des Programms wurde die Zielzone mithilfe von Bohrlöchern entlang von 6 Abschnitten im Abstand von jeweils 100 Metern auf einer Streichlänge von rund 550 Metern untersucht. Ein Lageplan der Bohrungen ist als Referenz beigelegt. Die Untersuchungsergebnisse dieser Bohrungen werden schrittweise bekanntgegeben werden, sobald diese eingegangen und aufgearbeitet wurden.

Orex plant die Ausweitung des Bohrprogramms um weitere 3.000 Bohrmetern; diese Kernbohrungen sollen Anfang März 2016 aufgenommen werden.

Das Projekt Sandra-Escobar wird von Orex im Rahmen einer Optionsvereinbarung mit Canasil, die am 15. September 2015 bekanntgegeben wurde, erweitert.

Die Ergebnisse der ersten Bohrung im Zuge dieses Programms, SA-15-001, wurden am 25. Januar 2016 bekanntgegeben und umfassten einen 61 Meter mächtigen Abschnitt (43,1 Meter wahre Mächtigkeit) mit 359 g/t Silber ab der Erdoberfläche. Würde mich auch sehr interessieren. Aber nach dem Anstieg der letzten Monate ist es glaub eine normale Reaktion. Es ging immerhin von 0,05 CAD auf über 0,70 CAD hoch. Evt. doch zu viel Euphorie?

Vor 4 Tagen gab es neue Bohrergebnisse... Vielleicht hängt es auch damit zusammen.

Naja die BE sind jetzt nicht so "umwerfend" im Vergleich zu denen der Vormonate. Vielleicht hatten manche sich da einfach mehr erhofft. Sonst sind nicht wirklich irgendwelche News zu finden. Am 21.10. wurde u.a. auch ein Block von 1.5 Mio Shares auf TSX raus gehauen.

News:

Vancouver, 20. Dezember 2016 - Canasil Resources Inc. (TSX-V: CLZ, DB Frankfurt: 3CC, „Canasil”) freut sich, bekannt zu geben, dass das Unternehmen die erforderlichen Bohrgenehmigungen erhalten hat und ein Bohrgerät, das sich momentan am Standort des Silber-Blei-Zink-Projekts La Esperanza in den Bundesstaaten Durango und Zacatecas in Mexiko befindet, mobilisiert. Die Bohrungen wurden am 17. Dezember 2016 mit dem Ziel gestartet, das erste Bohrloch vor den Feiertagen des Jahreswechsels abzuschließen. Anfang des nächsten Jahres werden die Bohrungen dann wieder aufgenommen; geplant ist ein erstes Programm über 1.500 Meter bis 2.000 Meter in vier bis fünf Bohrlöchern.

Ziel der Bohrungen ist die Untersuchung des Gangs von La Esperanza in Streichrichtung und in der Tiefe. Bei den früheren Bohrungen in diesem Gang entlang einer Streichlänge von ungefähr 250 Metern und bis in eine relativ flache Tiefe von ungefähr 200 Metern wurden durchgängig hochgradige Silber-Blei-Zink-Abschnitte festgestellt. Die Gangstruktur von La Esperanza besteht aus einem Hauptgang und einem damit verbundenen Gang im Hangenden auf den oberen Ebenen. Die durchschnittliche wahre Mächtigkeit der Abschnitte von acht Bohrlöchern im Hauptgang von La Esperanza betrug 4,21 Meter mit einem Erzgehalt von 330 g/t Silber, 0,93 % Zink und 1,57 % Blei. Die durchschnittliche wahre Mächtigkeit der Bohrlochabschnitte von fünf Bohrlöchern, die den Gang im Hangenden durchteuften, betrug 1,53 Meter mit Werten von 324 g/t Silber, 1,37 % Zink und 1,80 % Blei (nähere Angaben dazu finden Sie im Projektprofil von La Esperanza auf der Website des Unternehmens www.canasil.com und in der früheren Pressemitteilung vom 6. November 2006). Drei spätere Bohrlöcher wurden in einem verdeckten Abschnitt gebohrt, um diesen Gang ungefähr 100 Meter nordwestlich in Streichrichtung zu erkunden; dort ergaben sich mit der Tiefe zunehmende Mächtigkeiten und Erzgehalte, wobei im tiefsten Abschnitt 189 g/t Silber, 5,20 % Zink und 2,22 % Blei über eine wahre Mächtigkeit von 3,24 Metern, einschließlich 278 g/t Silber, 5,8 % Zink und 2,8 % Blei über eine wahre Mächtigkeit von 1,92 Metern, festgestellt wurden (bereits in der Pressemitteilung vom 22. Februar 2012 gemeldet). Ziel des aktuellen Bohrprogramms ist die Erkundung der Erweiterungen dieses Gangs in der Tiefe, ungefähr 50 bis 100 Meter unterhalb der früheren Abschnitte, sowie mit 100-Meter-Step-outs nach Nordwesten und Südosten entlang der Streichrichtung.

Ich hatte im Sommer16 zu 0,32 Euro verkauft und mich dann über die verpaßten Gewinne geärgert.
Danach aus den Augen verloren.
Jetzt ist Canasil wieder auf meiner Kaufliste.

Ich habe heute ein paar Canasil in Kanada zu 0,08 CAD gekauft.
Es gibt nur zwei Gründe:
Zum einem gehen ich von stark steigen Silberpreisen in den nächsten Jahren aus.
Und zum zweiten wird die Firma wohl aufgespalten in Liegenschaften in Mexiko und
Liegenschaften in British Columbien.

Ich sehe solche Aufspaltungen sehr kritisch, gerade bei Pennystocks. Denn es fallen doppelte
Kosten an für Betriebsführung, Jahresabschluß, Büro, Listing an Börsen. Und viel Kleinkram, wie Briefpapier, Büroausstattung usw.

In diesem Fall habe ich aber die Hoffnung, daß die beiden getrennten Firmen schneller in die Produktion kommen, da gezielt gebohrt und die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Projekte errechnet wird.

Pan American hat das Recht, die NSR-Lizenzgebühr jederzeit auf 1 % zu reduzieren, indem es dem Unternehmen 4 Millionen CAD zahlt. Die endgültige Vereinbarung ersetzt alle vorherigen Abkommen und Vereinbarungen zwischen Canasil und Pan American in Bezug auf das Projekt Sandra-Escobar.

Vancouver, 19. September 2019 - Canasil Resources Inc. (TSX-V: CLZ, DB Frankfurt: 3CC, Canasil) freut sich, den Abschluss der Feldexplorationsarbeiten 2019 im zu 100 % unternehmenseigenen Kupfer-Gold-Konzessionsgebiet Vega im nördlichen Zentrum von British Columbia (Kanada) bekannt zu geben, u.a. wurden geologische Kartierungen, Gesteinsprobenahmen und geochemische Bodenprobenahmen absolviert. Die Feldarbeiten erfassten einen großen Teil des Projektgebiets, um Ziele mit Potenzial für die Auffindung von porphyrischen Kupfer-Gold-Mineralisierungen zu bewerten. Diese Explorationsarbeiten bauten auf früheren Projektdaten auf, die aeromagnetische Flug- und LiDAR-Messungen beinhalteten. Ein Schwerpunkt der Feldarbeiten 2019 war die Entnahme von über 300 Bodenproben auf Kontur-Messlinien über 30 Linienkilometer. Die Proben wurden zur Analyse eingereicht; die Ergebnisse werden nach Eingang geprüft und dann veröffentlicht werden.

Die Feldarbeiten 2019 haben bereits wesentlich zum geologischen Verständnis des Projektgebietes Vega beigetragen. Es wurden Bereiche mit Verkieselung sowie Serizit-Pyrit- und Feldspat-Hämatit-Alterationen entdeckt, was vielversprechende Anzeichen eines Mineralisierungsmilieus für porphyrische Kupfer-Gold-Mineralisierungen sind. Die umfassenden Bodenprobenahmen in Bereichen, die bei magnetischen Flugmessungen identifiziert wurden, werden die Ermittlung von Zielen für weitere Explorationen und Bohrungen unterstützen.

Das Interesse an der Exploration der Region des Projekts Vega hat 2019 deutlich zugenommen. Es wurden mehrere Optionsvereinbarungen für Konzessionsgebiete von anderen Unternehmen abgeschlossen, das Abstecken hat zugenommen und zahlreiche Explorationsprogramme sind in der Region im Gange.

Über das Kupfer-Gold-Projekt Vega:

Die zu 100 Prozent unternehmenseigenen Konzessionen bei Vega erstrecken sich auf 9.125 Hektar zwischen den Flusssystemen Osilinka und Mesilinka im Bergbaugebiet Omineca in British Columbia, 300 Kilometer nordwestlich von Prince George. Das Konzessionsgebiet befindet sich in einer Region, die für porphyrische Kupfer-Gold-Lagerstätten bekannt ist. Der Zugang zum Konzessionsgebiet, das auf einer Höhe von 1.100 bis 1.600 Metern liegt, erfolgt über die Omineca-Zufahrtsstraße sowie Forststraßen. Vancouver, 26. September 2019. Canasil Resources Inc. (TSX-V: CLZ, DB Frankfurt: 3CC) (Canasil oder das Unternehmen) freut sich, hochgradige Silber-Gold-Kupfer-Zink-Blei-Analyseergebnisse von Ausbissen entlang des Erzgangs Candy beim Projekt Nora im mexikanischen Bundesstaat Durango bekannt zu geben. Die Arbeiten wurden im August 2019 abgeschlossen und umfassen 21 Proben von Ausbissen des Erzgangs, 31 Proben von angrenzendem Nebengestein und zwölf Proben von Halden, die allesamt über eine Strecke von 918 Metern entnommen wurden. Das Ziel dieser Arbeiten bestand darin, die hochgradige Mineralisierung beim Erzgang Candy zu bestätigen und mögliche Standorte für Folgebohrungen zu identifizieren. Der Erzgang Candy, ein epithermales Gold-Silber-Ziel, wurde bis dato noch nicht bebohrt. Es gab nur einen eingeschränkten historischen Abbau des Erzgangs Candy und es sind kleine mineralisierte Halden vorhanden.

Die hohen Gold-, Silber-, Kupfer-, Blei- und Zinkgehalte des Erzgangs Candy auf einer beträchtlichen Streichlänge sowie von mineralisierten Halden sind äußerst vielversprechend. Der durchschnittliche Gehalt von 21 Proben vom Erzgang Candy beläuft sich auf 1,69 Gramm Gold pro Tonne, 140 Gramm Silber pro Tonne, 0,40 Prozent Kupfer, 1,59 Prozent Blei und 0,57 Prozent Zink auf 0,68 Metern. Der höchste Silbergehalt stammte von Probe Nr. 14278 mit 3,72 Gramm Gold pro Tonne, 605 Gramm Silber pro Tonne, 0,97 Prozent Kupfer, 1,17 Prozent Blei und 0,40 Prozent Zink auf 1,0 Metern. Der höchste Goldgehalt stammte von Probe Nr. 14311 mit 12,55 Gramm Gold pro Tonne, 12,2 Gramm Silber pro Tonne, 1,02 Prozent Kupfer, 2,67 Prozent Blei und 0,68 Prozent Zink auf 0,40 Metern. Der Durchschnittsgehalt der zwölf Haldenproben beläuft sich auf 1,40 Gramm Gold pro Tonne, 86 Gramm Silber pro Tonne, 1,06 Prozent Kupfer, 3,37 Prozent Blei und 1,64 Prozent Zink. Details zu den Ergebnissen ausgewählter hochgradigerer Proben, von denen manche teilweise oxidiertes Material enthalten, sind in der nachfolgenden Tabelle als Referenz angegeben.

Über das Silber-Gold-Kupfer-Zink-Blei-Projekt Nora im mexikanischen Bundesstaat Durango

Das Projekt Nora liegt etwa 200 Kilometer nordwestlich der Stadt Durango und verfügt über gute Zugänglichkeit und Infrastruktur. Beim Projekt Nora gibt es zwei primäre epithermale Erzgangausbisse: die Erzgänge Candy und Nora. Es gibt Hinweise auf historische Bergbauaktivitäten beim Erzgang Candy, der über 900 Meter an der Oberfläche nachverfolgt werden kann, wobei die Struktur über eine Entfernung von drei Kilometern in diskontinuierlichen Ausbissen zutage tritt. Proben von Erzgangausbissen und Mineralhalden vom Erzgang Candy ergaben bedeutsame Gold-, Silber-, Kupfer-, Zink- und Bleikonzentrationen. Der Erzgang Nora befindet sich 600 Meter nordöstlich des Erzgangs Candy und kann über 230 Meter mit einer Mächtigkeit von über 9,0 Metern nachverfolgt werden. Oberflächenproben von diesem Erzgang ergaben anomale Silberwerte und enthielten Spuren von Sulfiden sowie einer geochemischen Struktur, die für die höheren Werte eines epithermalen Erzgangsystems charakteristisch ist.

Systematische historische Rasterbodenprobennahmen in einem drei mal zwei Kilometer großen Gebiet, das die Erzgänge Candy und Nora sowie die prognostizierten Erweiterungen umfasst, ergaben erhöhte Werte für Silber, Basismetall (Kupfer, Blei und Zink) und Spurenelemente (Antimon und Arsen). Die Kombination der Erzgangausbisse mit großen Gebieten mit anomalen Silber- und Basismetallwerten in Bodenproben könnte auf weitere verborgene Mineralsysteme hinweisen.

Vancouver, 24. Oktober 2019 - Canasil Resources Inc. (TSX-V: CLZ, DB Frankfurt: 3CC, Canasil oder das Unternehmen) freut sich, bekannt zu geben, dass das Unternehmen die Analyseergebnisse der geochemischen Boden- und Gesteinsprobenahmen 2019 in seinem zu 100 % unternehmenseigenen Kupfer-Gold-Konzessionsgebiet Vega im nördlichen Zentrum von British Columbia (Kanada) erhalten hat. Die Feldarbeiten beinhalteten ein eingehendes Base-of-slope-Probenahmeprogramm in 100-Meter-Abständen innerhalb eines Kernbereichs mit etwa 6,5 Kilometer mal 7,5 Kilometer Grundfläche. Das ausgewählte Gebiet befindet sich in der westlichen Hälfte des Konzessionsgebiets Vega und das Programm sollte erstmals ein aussichtsreiches Gelände mit mehreren Kupfer-, Gold- und Silbervorkommen und ausgeprägter Gesteinsalteration, die mit magnetischen Anomalien und porphyrischen Intrusivgesteinen in Zusammenhang stehen könnten, abdecken. In den letzten Jahren hat Canasil eine Reihe von Messungen bei Vega durchgeführt, darunter eine eingehende magnetische Flugmessung, eine LiDAR-Flugmessung und satellitengestützte Untersuchungen der Alteration.

Die Ergebnisse der mehr als 300 Bodenproben, die auf Kontur-Messlinien über 30 Linienkilometer entnommen wurden, sind besonders vielversprechend und identifizieren anomale und oft kontrastreiche Kupfer-, Gold- und Molybdänwerte, die mit starken magnetischen Anomalien in Zusammenhang stehen können. Drei große Cluster-Anomalien sind ersichtlich, wie in den untenstehenden Abbildungen dargestellt.

1. Anomalie 1 deutet darauf hin, dass bedeutende Erweiterungen des Vorkommens Pluto bis zu 2.000 Meter nördlich des ursprünglichen Vorkommens vorliegen könnten. Diese Erweiterungen wurden bisher noch nicht kartiert oder erprobt.

2. Anomalie 2 befindet sich hangabwärts einer zutage tretenden Kupfermineralisierung, die 2019 bei Kartierungen und Prospektionen neu entdeckt wurde und innerhalb eines Gebiets mit Magnetit-Epidot-Erzgängen (propylitisch) in Quarz-Diorit-Intrusivgestein liegt. Eine Stichprobe aus diesem Gebiet lieferte 2,26 % Kupfer und 0,145 g/t Gold.

3. Anomalie 3 tritt an beiden Flanken des Thane Creek in der Nähe des möglichen Kontakts zwischen den Einheiten des Batholith Hogem und der Vulkangesteine aus der Trias auf. Dieses Gebiet enthielt Berichten zufolge mehrere (schwer lokalisierbare) Vorkommen gemäß RGS Minfile mit anomalen Kupfer- und Goldwerten. Im Zuge von Prospektionen und Kartierungen entlang des Thane Creek wurden reichliche Quarz-Serizit-Pyrit- und Quarzlesesteine mit Kalifeldspat+Biotit+Hämatit-Alteration sowie stellenweise durch Spaltenbildung kontrollierte Quarz+Pyrit+Glimmer-Erzschnüre mit Spuren von Chalkopyrit identifiziert.

4. Innerhalb des untersuchten Gebiets liegen weitere Anomalien vor.

Die Feldarbeiten 2019 haben bereits wesentlich zum Verständnis des Mineralpotenzials innerhalb des Projektgebietes Vega beigetragen. Es wurden Bereiche mit Verkieselung sowie Serizit-Pyrit- und Feldspat-Hämatit-Alterationen entdeckt, was vielversprechende Anzeichen eines hydrothermalen Milieus für porphyrische Kupfer-Gold-Mineralisierungen sind. Die umfassenden Bodenprobenahmen in Bereichen, die bei magnetischen Flugmessungen identifiziert wurden, haben hervorragende Ziele für weitere Explorationen und schließlich Bohrungen ermittelt.

Die Bodenproben wurden mittels Königswasseraufschluss mit abschließendem ICP-Verfahren (Au-TL43 und ME-MS41) analysiert und die Gesteinsproben wurden anhand eines Aufschlusses aus vier Säuren mit abschließendem ICP-AES-Verfahren (ME-ICP61) auf 33 Elemente bzw. mit abschließendem FA-AA-Verfahren an einer 30-Gramm-Probe (Au-AA23) untersucht.

Canasil Resources Inc.'s drill rig has been positioned on site and the planned drill program is under way to test the Candy vein, the initial silver-gold vein target at the Nora project in north-central Durango state, Mexico. Access road upgrades and drill pads have been completed ahead of schedule and the drill mobilized to site on schedule.

CANASIL ANNOUNCES $1,000,000 NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO EXPAND DRILL PROGRAMS ON MEXICAN SILVER-GOLD PROJECTS

Canasil Resources Inc. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to five million units at a price of 20 cents per unit for total gross proceeds of up to $1-million to finance drill programs on the company's silver-gold projects in Mexico. A finder's fee may be paid with respect to all or a part of this placement. The terms of the placement are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.

Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one half of one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will be exercisable to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.25 during the first year, increasing to $0.30 in year two following the closing of the offering. If, commencing after the fourth month after closing, the closing price of the Company's shares exceeds $0.50 per share for a period of 20 consecutive trading days (the "Acceleration Trigger Date"), the Company will have the right to accelerate the expiry date of the Warrants to 30 days after the Acceleration Trigger Date by the issuance of a news release announcing such acceleration within three trading days of the Acceleration Trigger Date. The Placement is expected to close by mid-August, 2020..............
