Copper Creek Ventures Ltd. has arranged a non-brokered private placement financing consisting of up to six million flow-through common shares at a purchase price of five cents per share to raise gross proceeds of up to $300,000.

No finder's fee will be paid to any party in connection with the private placement. Certain directors, officers and insiders of the company may participate in the private placement. The shares issued will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day.

The private placement is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.

Proceeds of the private placement will be used to incur expenditures which qualify as Canadian exploration expenses and will be spent primarily on the company's Bonsai group of claims located in the Eskay Creek area of northwestern British Columbia.

The Company will be required to incur $3 million in exploration expenditures as follows:

a) $200,000 before December 31, 2010;
b) $500,000 in aggregate before December 31, 2011;
c) $900,000 in aggregate before December 31, 2012;
d) $1,500,000 in aggregate before December 31, 2013; and
e) $3,000,000 in aggregate before December 31, 2014.

The Company will have the option to acquire an additional 10% by carrying out an additional $2 million in work by December 31, 2015 and making a one-time payment of $25,000 upon notice of intent to exercise the option.

The Bonsai Claim Group, consisting of six claims containing 800ha, is located 6kms west-southwest of Barrick Gold’s former Eskay Creek mine. Previous work on the Bonsai Claims has outlined a distinct EM anomaly by an airborne geophysical survey. Surface sampling and subsequent drilling has returned anomalous gold-arsenic values near a felsic volcanic-mudstone contact, which is similar in composition to that which contained the ore zone at Eskay Creek.

Prior to its closure in 2008, Barrick's Eskay Creek Mine was Canada's highest-grade gold mine and the world's fifth largest silver producer. According to the British Columbia Mining and Mineral Exploration Overview 2008, “over its 14 year life, Eskay Creek produced slightly more than 100 tonnes of gold (about 3.3 million ounces) and 5,000 tonnes of silver from 2.3 million tonnes of ore. “

This agreement is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.

PRIVATE PLACEMENT CLOSES

Copper Creek Ventures Ltd. has closed a non-brokered private placement financing announced in Stockwatch on Dec. 10, 2009, by the issuance of six million flow-through common shares at a purchase price of five cents per share for gross proceeds of $300,000.

Pursuant to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange both the shares and the proceeds of the private placement will be placed into escrow pending final approval by the exchange to the company's acquisition of the Bonsai group of claims announced in Stockwatch on Nov. 6, 2009.

The shares issued by the company pursuant to the private placement are subject to a hold period of four months and one day and cannot be resold until May 12, 2010.

No finders' fees were paid in connection with the private placement.


Proceeds of the private placement will be used to incur expenditures which qualify as Canadian exploration expenses and will be spent primarily on the company's Bonsai group of claims located in the Eskay Creek area of northwestern British Columbia.

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in connection with a letter of intent between Copper Creek Ventures Ltd. and Teuton Resources Corp. dated Nov. 5, 2009. Under the agreement, Copper Creek will have the right to acquire a 60-per-cent option in the Bonsai group of claims located in the Eskay Creek area of the Skeena mining division, northwestern British Columbia.

In order to earn the 60-per-cent option Copper Creek must:

1. Make the following cash payments to Teuton: (i) $25,000 upon approval by the TSX-V; (ii) a further $25,000 on or before Oct. 22, 2010; (iii) a further $25,000 on or before Oct. 22, 2011; (iv) a further $25,000 on or before Oct. 22, 2012; and (v) a further $25,000 or on or before Oct. 22, 2013;

2. Issue 500,000 shares to Teuton as follows: (i) 100,000 shares to be issued within 10 days of approval of the agreement by the TSX-V; (ii) a further 100,000 shares on or before Oct. 22, 2010; (iii) a further 100,000 shares on or before Oct. 22, 2011; (iv) a further 100,000 shares on or before Oct. 22, 2012; and (v) a further 100,000 shares before or on Oct. 22, 2013;


3. Incur $3-million in exploration expenditures as follows: (i) $200,000 before Dec. 31, 2010; (ii) $500,000 before Dec. 31, 2011; (iii) $900,000 before Dec. 31, 2012; (iv) $1.5-million in total before Dec. 31, 2013; and (v) $3-million in total before Dec. 31, 2014.

Copper Creek Ventures Ltd. has arranged a non-brokered private placement financing consisting of up to six million units at a purchase price of five cents per unit to raise gross proceeds of up to $300,000. Each unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the company and one-half of a transferable share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share in the capital of Copper Creek for a period of two years from the date of issuance, at a purchase price of 10 cents per share.

Copper Creek may pay finders' fees to arm's-length parties in connection with the private placement, equal up to 10 per cent of the subscription proceeds realized from the sale of units by the respective finder, at the discretion of Copper Creek, payable in cash.

Certain directors, officers and insiders of Copper Creek may participate in the private placement. The securities issued will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day.

Proceeds of the private placement will be used for the exploration of Copper Creek's Bonzai group of claims, located in the Eskay Creek area of northwestern British Columbia, and for and general working capital.

- Wenn das Szenario eintrifft, das die CPM Group in ihrem aktuellen Goldjahrbuch zeichnet, könnte der Goldpreis über einen langen Zeitraum gewaltige Unterstützung erhalten - und volatiler werden.

Die Analysten des Research-Hauses, das sich unter anderem auf den Rohstoffmarkt spezialisiert hat, erwarten, dass der gewaltiger globaler Umbruch in der Zusammensetzung der Investment-Portfolios weiter geht. Das geht aus dem jüngst veröffentlichten Gold-Jahrbuch der Experten hervor. Profiteur in diesem Fall ist der Goldpreis - und der soll es nach Meinung der CPM Group noch eine ganze Zeit lang bleiben.

Hinter dieser Prognose der CPM Group steckt kein kurzfristiger Modetrend, dem Investoren - wie sonst so gerne - nachlaufen. Es sind viel mehr die Erfahrungen der vergangenen Jahre, geprägt unter anderem vom Platzen der Dotcom-Blase sowie dem Desaster am US-Immobilienmarkt und seinen immensen Folgen für die Wirtschaft und Finanzsysteme, die die vergangenen Monate geprägt haben. Die Erfahrungen, die aktuell durch die Schuldenkrise Griechenlands weiter genährt werden, führen zur Umschichtung gewaltiger Summen in den Portfolios der Großanleger. Die Devise heißt: Raus aus Papierwerten wie Anleihen oder Aktien, rein in reale Werte wie Gold. Das Metall profitiert heute wie seit jeher von seinem Image als wertbeständige "Krisenwährung".

Angesichts der Summen, die global von Institutionellen Investoren, Zentralbanken oder Fonds bewegt werden, reichen schon kleine prozentuale Verschiebungen in der Asset Allocation, um auf Einzelmärkten gewaltige Nachfrageschübe auszulösen. So ist es nur auf den ersten Blick unspektakulär, dass CPM in den kommenden Jahren einen Anstieg des Goldanteils an den global gehaltenen Assets auf 1 Prozent oder sogar 2 Prozent erwartet. Tatsächlich bedeutete dies, dass Investoren in den kommenden Jahren hunderte Millionen von Goldunzen in die Tresore packen würden und dass eine entsprechende zusätzliche Nachfrage entstehen wird.

CPM erwartet, dass Investoren 2010 rund 39,8 Millionen Unzen Gold erwerben werden, fast 3 Millionen mehr als im vergangenen Jahr. Der Produktionsanstieg der Goldminen soll gerade einmal die Hälfte des Anstiegs decken, so die Prognose der Experten: Eine Förderung von 57,1 Millionen Unzen Gold wird erwartet, etwa 55,6 Millionen Unzen waren es im vergangenen Jahr.

Diese Zahlen muss man zudem noch in ein Gesamtbild einordnen. Experten prognostizieren einen Anstieg der Goldnachfrage nicht nur von Seiten der Finanzinvestoren, die ihre Portfolios umschichten. Der wachsende Wohlstand in Boomländern wie China und Indien lasse auch von dort die Goldnachfrage wachsen. Es wird zum Beispiel erwartet, dass China die Goldimporte deutlich aufstocken muss. Hinzu kommt der erwartete wirtschaftliche Aufschwung. Das bringe zusätzliche Nachfrage in den Markt. Dass eine Ausweitung der Minenproduktion oder das Recycling von "Altgold" diesen Nachfrageschub bedienen kann, glaube niemand ernsthaft. Erst recht nicht vor dem Hintergrund, dass unter anderem aufgrund der Finanzmarktkrise und der damit einher gehenden Probleme bei Projektfinanzierungen die Explorationsinvestitionen sinken sollen.

Was dies für den Goldpreis bedeuten kann, leuchtet schnell ein. Die auseinander klaffende Schere von Angebot und Nachfrage ist immer der beste Grund, an steigende Notierungen zu glauben. Da hier ein langfristiger Trend dahinter steckt, wenn die Prognosen der CPM Group und anderer Marktexperten zutreffen, wirkt das Argument umso schwerer. Für Investoren wird es aber nicht unbedingt einfacher, dafür aber nervenaufreibender. Bei CPM rechnen man aufgrund der Verschiebungen in den Portfolios der Großanleger, die sich bereits seit Jahren verstärkt dem Goldinvestment widmen und nun Bestände aus Gründen der Diversifikation mit hohen Gewinnen teilweise wieder abbauen, mit einer verstärkten Volatilität beim Goldpreis.

- Change of Name and Closing of Private Placement

Copper Creek Gold Corp. announces that the Company has changed its name from Copper Creek Ventures Ltd. to Copper Creek Gold Corp. Effective at the opening Monday, July 26, 2010, the common shares of Copper Creek Gold Corp. commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Copper Creek Ventures Ltd. were delisted. The Company's trading symbol remains unchanged.

The Company is classified as a "Mineral Exploration/Development" company, rather than an "Oil and Gas" company.

The Company further announces that it has closed a non-brokered private placement announced on June 24, 2010, as amended July 9, 2010, by the issuance of 7,579,966 units for gross proceeds of $466,198.

The Private Placement consists of two parts:

1. An aggregate of $386,398 was raised through the issuance of 6,439,966 units ("NFT Units") at a price of $0.06 per NFT Unit, each NFT Unit consisting of one non-flow-through common share and one transferable share purchase warrant ("NFT Warrant"). Each NFT Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional non-flow-through common share in the capital of the Company on or before July 22, 2012, at an exercise price of $0.10 per share on or before July 22, 2011 and at $0.12 per share if exercised from July 23, 2011 to July 22, 2012.

2. An aggregate of $79,800 was raised through the issuance of 1,140,000 units ("FT Units") at a price of $0.07 per FT Unit, each FT Unit consisting of one flow-through common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant ("FT Warrant"). Each FT Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional non-flow-through common share in the capital of the Company on or before July 22, 2012, at an exercise price of $0.10 per share on or before July 22, 2011 and at $0.15 per share if exercised from July 23, 2011 to July 22, 2012.

In connection with certain subscriptions of the private placement, the Company paid an aggregate of $9,100 in cash finder"s fees to Macquarie Private Wealth Inc. and Mike Rowsome, representing 7% of the gross proceeds raised through them in the private placement.

All securities issued by the Company pursuant to the private placement are subject to a hold period of four months and one day and cannot be resold until November 24, 2010.

Proceeds of the Private Placement will be used for the exploration of the Company"s Bonzai Group of Claims located in the Eskay Creek area of northwestern British Columbia and for general working capital. Proceeds from the sale of FT Units will be used to incur expenditures which qualify as Canadian exploration expenses while proceeds from the sale of NFT Units will be used for both exploration expenses and general working capital.

Copper Creek Gold to start drilling at Bonsai

COPPER CREEK BONSAI PROPERTY UPDATE

Copper Creek Gold Corp. has provided shareholders and interested parties with an operational update on the Bonsai gold project, located eight kilometres northwest of Barrick Gold's Eskay Creek mine, located in Northern British Columbia.

A geophysical crew provided by SJ Geophysics Ltd. was deployed on the property from July 3 to July 19, 2010. During this time, SJ conducted both ground-based 3-D induced-polarization (IP) and electromagnetic (EM) surveys over a large geophysical EM anomaly delineated during a 2005 airborne survey over the property. The program was managed by the company's consulting geologist, Kristian Whitehead, who oversaw the geophysical program while conducting an MMI (mobile-metal-ion) soil sampling survey over the prospective targeted area.

Several coincident conductivity and chargeability anomalies were delineated during this recent geophysical survey program. Of particular interest are two large-chargeability anomalies that extend for approximately 1,000 metres in a north-south orientation. The larger of these two anomalies is expressed as being over 300 metres in width and can be detected to a depth of greater than 250 metres.

MMI soil survey results yielded anomalous values in both zinc and copper, which are coincident on surface with the larger-chargeability anomalies trend, while elevated gold-and-silver assay grades are present both toward the southern and northern extents of the prospective geophysical anomalies.

The company intends to use these data to assist in delineating drill targets for its upcoming 4,000-metre drill campaign presently planned to commence in late August or early September.
