Intraday war die letzten Tage bei 0,90$ immer eine Unterstützung zu erkennen. Trendkanal ist momentan noch negativ. Würde mal eine Kauforder bei 0,92$ setzen. Langfristig für mich ein "No Brainer". Aber die Kunst liegt ja bekanntlich beim Einkauf.
Meine Order hat soeben bei 0,92$ gegriffen. Jetzt reichts aber mit dem Downtrend.

Valence Technology, Inc. (VLNC), an international manufacturer and supplier of lithium iron magnesium phosphate energy storage solutions, announced its financial results on Wednesday for its second quarter ended Sept. 30, 2009.
Revenue was $3.3 million for the second quarter compared to $5.8 million in the second quarter of last year. The Company reported a net loss of $6.2 million, or $0.05 per share, which remained flat with the second quarter of 2009. This misssed analysts' estimate for a net loss of $0.04 per share.
Robert Kanode, President and CEO of Valence Technology, commented in a conference call, "Even though the economy has impacted our existing customers, we are seeing signs of recovery in 2010. From a new customer perspective, commercial launches that were delayed are now being rescheduled for 2010. Therefore, we remain encouraged that 2010 will be a breakthrough year for our company. Our call volume and inquiries regarding pre-qualification testing have increased, and early adopters of our technology are becoming more vocal supporters of our energy storage solutions."
He continued, "We believe that commercial and specialty vehicle markets will expand in 2010, and we expect further production launches in 2010. Another automotive trend that we are seeing is driven by unfulfilled promises from some of our competitors. We are being contacted by manufacturers that are disappointed with their selection of energy storage providers. They are seeking a more stable, reliable and high-volume manufacturer that can assure international freedom to practice."
Mr. Kanode noted, "We are also seeing a very robust interest from the marine segment, and we are uniquely positioned to serve this market. We are also penetrating into the U.S. and European utilities and telecom sectors."
He added, "As demand recovers, we are well positioned to take advantage of many opportunities that not only fulfill our customers needs, but they lead us to a breakeven point without the need for further investment."
Ross Goolsby, CFO of Valence Technology, explained, "We have been managing our resources carefully, and we actually saw our cash increase modestly during Q2. This was primarily driven by a reduction in inventories."
He added, "Historically, we have relied on our ability to acquire additional equity or debt financing to meet our liquidity requirements, and we expect this to continue until our product sales increase. We also remain in contact with the U.S. Department of Energy regarding our loan application under a goverment incentive program. We have recently been told to remain patient as the process moves forward slowly."
Mr. Goolsby concluded, "Regarding any comments related to our future guidance, we currently anticipate Q3 revenues in the $3-$4 million range."

Heute war in der Euro am Sonntag ein großer Bericht zum Thema Elektromobilität, Ener1 und Advanced Battery wurden erwähnt unser Baby leider nicht, aber was nicht ist kann ja noch werden
