MINT TECHNOLOGY ANNOUNCES SHAREHOLDER APPROVAL FOR PURCHASE OF SUBSIDIARY MINORITY INTEREST AND CONVERSION OF DEBT FOR EQUITY
At the extraordinary general meeting held by Mint Technology Corp., shareholders approved the purchase of the remaining 40-per-cent minority interest of its subsidiary, Mint Middle East LLC, and agreed to convert $1.5-million of debt into equity.
To facilitate this transaction, the corporation will issue 20 million units to Nabil Bader in exchange for 25 per cent of the membership interests in Mint Middle East LLC at a price of 12.5 U.S. cents per unit, each unit consisting of one common share of the corporation and one warrant, and each warrant being exercisable for one common share of the corporation at an exercise price of 15 cents at any time within two years following issuance of the warrant.
The corporation also announced the approval by the shareholders of the issuance of 10,714,285 common shares at a price of 14 U.S. cents to a corporation controlled by Mr. Bader in satisfaction of a promissory note for $1.5-million (U.S.) originally issued as part consideration for the purchase of assets from Waseela Equity LLC.
At the same meeting, the shareholders of the corporation also approved to pay in cash $500,000 (U.S.) and issue eight million units at a price of 12.5 cents per unit to Maher Kaddoura in exchange for 15 per cent of the membership interests in Mint Middle East LLC, each unit consisting of one common share of the corporation and one warrant, and each warrant being exercisable for one common share of the corporation at an exercise price of 15 cents at any time within two years.
Mint is now awaiting final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to proceed with fulfilment of the approved transactions, following which the corporation will own 100 per cent of Mint Middle East LLC.
Mint's chairman, Chris Hogg, said today, "Moving to 100-per-cent ownership of Mint Middle East LLC now allows us to consolidate 100 per cent of the subsidiary's results at a time of organic growth and expansion through the acquisition of a prepaid card portfolio and recent contract wins previously announced."
Mr. Hogg also said, "Our due diligence to purchase a prepaid card portfolio in the Middle East as announced on May 19, 2011, is continuing and the transaction is scheduled to be completed on or before July 15, 2011."

Am 14. Juni konnte Mint ein Placement
über 6,2 Millionen Kanadische
Dollar zum Preis von 12,5 Cent pro
Aktie schließen. Weiteres Kapital kann
Mint über die Wandlung von Warrants
mit Basispreis 15 Cent vereinnahmen.

MINT TECHNOLOGY ANNOUNCES NEW ROLES FOR MANAGEMENT TEAM
Mint Technology Corp. has appointed the following new roles for the current management team. Chris Hogg, previously president and chief executive officer of MTC, has been appointed executive chairman. Nabil Bader, previously CEO of Mint Middle East LLC (MME), has been appointed group CEO. Terry Walter, previously chief financial officer of MME, has been appointed group CFO and company secretary.
Mr. Walter replaces Andrew Martinez, who was CFO of the company since Dec. 31, 2009, and will continue with the company for an interim period to facilitate a smooth transition of responsibilities. Mint would like to thank Mr. Martinez for the great job he has done over the last 18 months.
The new roles reflect the company's expanding business interests internationally and the strong Middle East focus, the current and future plans for the direction of the company, as well as the dedication and hard work the management team has given to the company to date.
Michael Pesner, one the company's directors, said, "We are excited about the new appointments and have full confidence that Mr. Hogg, Mr. Bader and Mr. Walter will take the company to the next level."

MINT OVERSUBSCRIBES $6,000,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Mint Technology Corp. has completed a subsequent drawdown of the $6-million private placement reported on March 24, 2011. A brokered private placement of units for gross proceeds of $187,500 and $563,765 closed on June 7 and June 9, 2011, respectively. Under the closings, Mint issued 6,010,120 units at 12.5 cents per unit. Each unit consisted of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable for one common share at an exercise price of 15 cents on or before May 31, 2013.
The net proceeds of the closings will be used for completing the acquisition of the card portfolio announced on May 19, 2011, and general working capital purposes. These closings, in conjunction with the closing for $3.1-million announced on May 26, 2011, bring the current total of the $6-million placement to approximately $3,851,265. The company has received further subscription agreements, which it intends to close in the next seven to 10 business days and which, together with the subscription for $1-million (U.S.) of units by Mint insider Maher Kaddoura announced on May 25, 2011, will oversubscribe the placement to approximately $6.2-million. One subscription for $500,000 is to close following the purchase of the minority interest in Mint Middle East LLC from Nabil Bader and Mr. Kaddoura, and Mint intends to apply for separate stock exchange approval of this subscription.

Am schönsten finde ich noch die Aussage:

Stellt wie immer keine Kauf- oder Verkaufsempfehlung da sondern spiegelt nur meine Meinung wieder

Auch nicht schlecht, wenn man sieht wieviel Mühe sich BRAbel macht, um die ganzen Infos doppelt und dreifach in einen Thread zu packen auf den die detuschen Anleger schon seit Monaten gewartet haben.

BRAbels Meinung (keine Kauf- oder Verkaufsempfehlung wie immer) ist hier ungefähr genauso von Bedeutung, wie die Nachricht vom umgefallenen Sack Reis in China.

Bnk im Hoch über 800% Gewinn
OPC im Hoch über 300% Gewinn
ISD im Hoch über 150% Gewinn
INT im Hoch über 500% Gewinn
WTN im Hoch über 2000% Gewinn

aber auch nur für die die gleich nach meinen Tipp eingestiegen sind wie viele % es hier werden konnte mir meine Glaskugel noch nicht sagen

Aber wer seine Gewinne nicht absichert kann natürlich auch Verluste einfahren aber das kannst du ja nicht wissen

Wenn du 1-3 Tage in Aktien drin bleiben willst sind meine Aktien nicht die richtigen für dich
Bei HEV sieht das so aus da würde ich erst nachkaufen wenn die 1.26$ Marke fällt und der Ausbruch erfolgt ab 1.52$ Du hast diese Geduld oder auch nicht

PALA hat sich auch mal ein paar Aktien gegönnt - natürlich nicht, um eigenes Geld zu verbrennen. Hast du bestimmt noch nicht vergessen, oder?

Also das Argument zieht nicht. Von mir aus kannst du immer schön Threads aufmachen und es bei einem Posting belassen. Aber tue es nicht als deine "eigene Meinung" ab, weil es langsam wirklich inflationär wird. Und diese dämliche Masche mit den Copy&Paste Geschichten und dem "keine Kaufempfehlung"-Gelabber nervt einfach nur noch.

Tausch dich doch mit deiner Gang (PR, Donni und Bolst) via ICQ aus, das würde vollkommen ausreichen.
