Habe hier noch mal ein neuer Thread gestartet. Diesmal im richtigen Forum und mit mehr Informationen.
Vielleicht haben einige von euch schon von UBR gehört, denke aber dass dies für die meisten ein unbekannter Begriff ist. Wie auch immer, zuerst liste ich hier einmal die Facts zum Unternehmen auf:

In this time of tight financing and difficult small cap markets, isn't it wise to keep costs down. The gold is there. The only way to truely prove it is to remove it. And lets look at the graphite project for a minute. I know that Moje was very interested in the project but Uragold Bay Resources is a gold exploration company not a graphite company. The graphite property was picked up during last years big graphite hype and was flipped out for a profit. Where would the company be right now if they had spent a bunch of $$ on that project. Probably knowhere. Lets stay focused on the current project and move forward. We could speculate all day about how to do things differently and waste more time or just let the management do there jobs.

From Brodan: Hi Frank, it nice to see that the CEO of Gold Bullion has time to spent informing shareholders of UBR about our project.
I have spoken with UBR management about your comments and they have made me realized that unfortunately, you seem to have forgotten many details of the reports and your own finding since you visited the site one year and half ago.
Just to spruce up your memories, you do remember that the Beauce Placer project is a placer project and that as such, there are no standards for 43-101 disclosures for placer resources, and that is because of the high nugget effect.
As per your comment about the Gold, and the comments about professional geologist’, management just reminded me that there business plan is focus on getting the permits required to mine the gold from the property and not wasting money doing more exploration in order to find a way to have 43-101 compliant placer gold resources.

Uragold Reaches a Major Threshold in its Permitting Process: Quebec's Agricultural Land Protection Commission Authorizes Mining Activities on the Beauce Placer Gold Project
MONTREAL, QUÉBEC--(Marketwire - Jan. 14, 2013) - Uragold Bay Resources Inc. ("Uragold") (TSX VENTURE:UBR) is pleased to announce that the CTPAQ (Commission de Protection du Territoire Agricole du Québec), Quebec's Agricultural Land Protection Commission has issued a ruling granting Uragold a five year (renewable) authorization for mining activities on the Beauce Placer Gold project.

Uragold's Beauce Placer gold project is situated in a territory that is zoned agricultural, no permits for activities other than agricultural can be issued until the CTPAQ has rendered a decision. In its decision, the CPTAQ recognizes that the Beauce Placer Property, because of its past mining activities, has negligible agricultural value.

The MDDEP (Ministère du Développement durable de l'environnement et des parcs) made this requirement a pre-requisite condition to the issue of the Certificate of Authorization (Permit) required to start work on the Beauce Placer Gold project.
