ich bin in arctic star exploration investiert. die halten ja ein paar aktien von margaret, da sie ein projekt an die abgegeben haben. habe dadurch das risiko minimiert und den erfolgsfaktor erhöht, da arctic star exploration auch ein paar eigene projetke hat ;-)

MARGARET LAKE DIAMONDS ANNOUNCES THE COMMENCEMENT OF GROUND GEOPHYSICAL EXPLORATION ON THE DIAGRAS PROPERTY NT

Margaret Lake Diamonds Inc.'s joint venture with Arctic Star Exploration Corp. has initiated a ground exploration program on the Diagras property. DIA is the operator of this program with a 60% interest and ADD contributing 40 %. Diagras is located in the north-eastern part of the prolific Lac de Gras kimberlite field, 22km NNE of the Diavik diamond mine and 36km east of the Ekati diamond mine in NT Canada. Research and data compilation shows that the property hosts over a dozen kimberlites, with most of them diamondiferous.

The claims selected by the company comprise 23 and total 18,699hectares, forming the Diagras property. The property was obtained by posting a bond of approximately $200,000 with the Government of the Northwest Territories.

The Diagras property is located in the prolific north-northeastern part of the Lac de Gras kimberlite field where the Diavik (operated by Rio Tinto PLC) and Ekati diamond mines (operated by Dominion Diamonds Corp.) are located. The following diamondiferous deposits A21, A418, A154S, A154N, Piranha Lynx, Misery, A841, and Jay kimberlite pipes, line up in a >25 km. structural corridor trending NNE into the Diagras property. The nearest of these pipes, Jay is just 8.9 kilometers from the Diagras boundary.

Diagras has diamondiferous kimberlites

Historical work on the Diagras property was originally conducted by De Beers in the 1990s and some subsequent work by Majescor Resources in 2004. Whilst being explored by De Beers it was known as the Hardy Lake property, it was their work that identified the 13 known kimberlites on the Diagras property controlled by the joint venture.

Originally the kimberlites were discovered primarily as the result of follow-up of airborne magnetic surveys some 2 decades ago. In some instances short holes were drilled that did not explain the magnetic anomalies.

Exploration Strategy

The Joint Venture has mobilised crews to undertake ground geophysical surveys in the area of known kimberlites and also to evaluate other previously unresolved targets. The geophysical surveys will comprise of ground gravity, magnetics and the OhmMapper ground EM method. The objective of this work is to attempt to detect previously undiscovered non-magnetic phases near the original magnetic kimberlite discoveries. The Jack Pine kimberlite, one of the 13 kimberlites in our portfolio, is one such large complex kimberlite, with multiple phases with different geophysical responses. It is hoped that our planned surveys will reveal similar geology around the other pipes. There is also a good chance to find new kimberlites using these new ground geophysical techniques. This ground geophysical work has now commenced and is designed to establish drill targets which will be slated for testing in the next phase of the exploration program.

Field work on this program calls for completion in mid-May which will then require interpretation. Current weather and ground conditions are considered good for this program.

The technical data in this news release has been reviewed by Mark Fields P. Geo., a Qualified Person under the provisions of National Instrument 43-101.

Beim Black Spruce Kimberlit kommt eine Serie von Gravität-Tiefs südlich neben bekannten magnetischen Kimberlit-Phasen vor. Einer dieser Gravität-Anomalien durchkreuzt einen Diabase-Dyke; eine typische Eigenschaft von vielen Kimberliten im Lac de Gras Diamantenfeld.

Seit MGX-Jared an Bord ist geht es wohl auch gen Gold und nicht nur um Diamanten.
Es könnte ein spannender Wert sein. Habe mal ein paar davon ins Depot gelegt.

Ja, bin noch mit einigen 10K hier investiert.

Ich habe jetzt mal DIA angeschrieben und ein paar Fragen zur Zukunft gestellt, u.a. war mir aus der Präsentation nicht klar, ob es sich darin durchgehend um USD oder auch CAD handelt. Zudem: Werden die Explorationstätigkeiten fortgesetzt oder passiert mit dem ganzen Bereich?

Auch würde mich interessieren, wann der Handel wieder fortgesetzt wird. Spannend, was dann für ein Kurs aufgerufen wird...

Mal sehen, ob ein kleiner Aktionär aus Deutschland vom CFO eine Antwort bekommt :-)

Auf der Homepage finden sich im Moment nur Infos zu der VRFB Batterie. Daher frage ich mich, ob die Firma die Explorationstätigkeiten einstellen wird (und was in dem Fall dann auch mit allen Genehmigungen / Projekten geschieht) oder ob das weiter läuft.

Zudem ist mir noch nicht ganz klar, wie das JV genau aussieht. Gibt wohl einen Resplit der Aktien und neue Aktien, die an Korid gehen. Nach meiner Interpretation hält Korid dann 40 Mio. Aktien von ca. 50 Mio. Aktien. Fände ich dann nicht schlecht, da die bestimmt kein Interesse haben, diese zeitnah auf den Markt zu werfen (zumal wenn die mit 0.25$ bewertet wurden).

DST ist ein ziemlich grosser Konzern aus Südkorea (Q Umsatz zuletzt wohl so um die 2.8 Mrd). 2016 hat dieser Korid Energy übernommen.

Dollar einzunehmen... ich hatte das beim ersten querlesen so verstanden, dass Korid 5 Mio. Cash eingelegt hätte in das JV... schade...

wenn wir mit 25ct den Handel eröffnen sollten, muss ich mir echt die Gewissensfrage stellen... behalten oder raus damit.. unter Berücksichtigung des Resplit würde das ca. 0,046 CAD bzw. 0,032 Euro entsprechen... EK aktuell bei 0,022 Euro. Bin mir noch absolut unsicher, was ich von dem Geschäftsmodell halten soll - wobei es vermutlich valider ist als das vorherige ;-)

Bei dem Artikel finde ich zwei Punkte spannend:

Als Nachteil werden die kurze Erfahrung zur Alterung und damit unklare Einschätzung der langfristigen Leistungsfähigkeit sowie die Preisschwankungen des eingesetzten Rohstoffes Vanadium.

In der Unternehmenspräsentation wird wiederum angeführt: "Lifespan of 20 years", "No significant degradation in V-KOR battery performance during testing". Hat Korid da einen Wettbewerbsvorteil?

In der IRW Press Mitteilung von heute wird MLD dann als " kanadisches Technologie- und Rohstoffexplorationsunternehmen mit Fokus auf (...) sowie der Vanadium-Exploration in den USA" bezeichnet...

Steigt MLD vielleicht tatsächlich in den Vanadium-Abbau ein? Dann würde das dem JV einen zusätzlichen Sinn ergeben..

Also für mich würde der Einstieg in den Vanadium-Abbau (habe vorher nie von dem Rohstoff gehört) eine logische "Konsequenz" des JV sein. Jetzt ist halt die Frage, ob man den Rohstoff in den Explorationsgebieten von MLD findet?

Aktientechnisch hat sich bei mir noch nichts getan. Bin gespannt wann es wieder losgeht und wie sich Korid verhalten wird. Ich denke auch, dass sie erstmal halten werden

In den letzten Tagen kommt ja ein bisserl Leben in den Kurs. 0.04 CAD und anscheinend immer der gleiche Käufer(009). In Deutschland tut sich aber immer noch nix....

Schlusskurs bei 0,035 C$ und 995.600 Stück gehandelt. 0,045 C$ als Höchstkurs. Kommt da Leben rein?

876.000 Stück gingen dabei an den gleichen Käufer (009), was ca. 1,6% von DIA entsprechen würde... kein einziger Verkauf von 009. Steigt da gerade jemand größer ein? Und wenn ja, wieso? Keine News seit einigen Wochen...

Bin gespannt, wann der Handel wieder aufgenommen wird. Die Filings wurden nun ja vor Weihnachten eingereicht.

Schade finde ich, dass das Projekt mit Korid nicht weiter verfolgt wird (und man nur so nebenbei jetzt davon erfährt, obwohl die Entscheidung wohl schon vor länger Zeit getroffen wurde - eine PM o.ä. gab es nach meiner Kenntnis nicht). Jetzt hoffe ich zumindest, dass wenigsten bei dem Morrison Projekt mal was vorwärts geht.

Lazerson raus war ja schon die beste Nachricht. Ich habe noch keinen Wert gefunden, den der langfristig nicht runtergerockt hat. Immer im Windschatten von Patrick Power.
Hoffe das Neil Foran das ganze jetzt ernsthaft vorantreibt und nicht zu viel auf Artic Star umgemünzt wird, denn da hat Power seine Anteile drin und nicht mehr in MLD.
Warte hier schon lange, dass sich was tut und lasse die Dinger einfach liegen. Vielleicht gibt es ja eine positive Überraschung.

Nachdem das PP ( news vom Anfang Januar 2022 ) erfolgreich war
bin ich seit einiger Zeit hier auch mit dabei.

Neben Diamanten, Nickel... ist nun auch noch das derzeitige Zauberwort URAN mit dazu gekommen.

MARGARET LAKE DIAMONDS ACQUIRES OPTION TO PURCHASE URANIUM PROPERTY - MORMON LAKE, PAYSON, ARIZONA

Margaret Lake Diamonds Inc. has entered into a purchase option agreement with Gold Express Mines Inc. (GEM) whereby Margaret Lake has been granted sole and exclusive rights and the option to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Mormon Lake uranium property consisting of 20 unpatented mining claims located near Payson, Ariz. The claims are reached by heading east from Payson on Arizona Highway No. 260 for 17 miles and then north a short distance on a solid unpaved dirt road.

The company has received historical data from GEM, indicating sampling and drilling work was undertaken on the claims in the early 1970s. For example, Pan American Mines Ltd. drilled 11 holes in a phase 1 program and an additional eight drill holes in a phase 2 program. Results ranged from 0.12 per cent triuranium octoxide to 0.63 per cent U3O8. The best interval reported was 1.34 per cent U3O8 over an interval of 28.5 feet and at a depth of 56 feet below the surface.

The company is not treating these historical results as current and has not completed sufficient work to verify such historical results. Furthermore, while the company is not treating these historical results and numbers as confirmed to be accurate, it does believe the numbers to be reliable and may be of assistance to readers. The company intends to initiate sampling and drilling programs to independently verify or disclaim these historically reported results.

Fundamentale Gründe spielten für meine letzten Käufe nur ein untergeordente Rolle.
Mein Invest ist auch nicht auf Jahre ausgelegt.
