Ja leider, denke das in Amerika heute mittag mehr Bewegung kommt. In deutschland sind glaub viele verlegen was Cannabis Aktien angeht.

VANCOUVER, BC, Aug. 5, 2020 /CNW/ - Hollister Biosciences Inc. (CSE: HOLL) (OTC: HSTRF) (FRANKFURT: HOB) (the "Company", "Hollister Cannabis Co." or "Hollister") a diversified cannabis branding company with products in over 230 dispensaries throughout California, and over 80 dispensaries throughout Arizona, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a letter of intent (the "LOI") to complete a Definitive Agreement (the "Agreement") with Heavy Brands Inc. ("Heavy"), a rock and heavy metal lifestyle cannabis branding company.

Under the terms of the Agreement, Heavy intends to license its Heavy Grass brand for use by Hollister in connection with branding, production and sale of cannabis products primarily via collaborations with its roster of music artists. Hollister will grant to Heavy a limited license for use of its HashBone brand for incorporation into any packaging and/or logo design of products. Heavy will retain ownership of all co-brand designs.

Products will be introduced in time and will include separate product branding. Heavy will lead the marketing initiatives of the new products leveraging their unique access to the live music industry.

Heavy-Hollister co-brand products will be distributed exclusively by Hollister's distribution partner, Indus Holdings Inc. (CSE: INDS), with the first product anticipated to be ready for distribution by October 1, 2020.

Ich bleibe hier auf jeden Fall weiterhin längerfristig investiert, obwohl ich momentan schon über 100 Prozent plus habe, möchte ich noch keine Aktie verkaufen.

Hi, bin auch investiert gewesen habe meine Anteile aber schon verkauft. Ich hoffe der Kurs sinkt nochmal unter die 0.10 cent, dann kauf ich nochmal ein. Denke auch das Hollister irgendwann mal den Durchbruch schaffen könnte.

Ja denke auch das Hollister auf 0.5 € bis 0.7 € klettert. Ich warte jetzt erstmal ab, denke das ich erst Richtung Januar wieder rein komm, um eben unter 0.1 €.

Ich bin auch noch hier. Meine letzte Canabis Position im Depot. Habe viele Verluste mit den Can Buden
gemacht. Danke an Hr. Pollinger, dass ich auf fast alles herein gefallen bin was er gepusht hat.
Anfängerfehler halt. Hollister will halten, scheint ja was dahinter zu stehen was echt ist.

hab mir mal die Zahlen von Hollister zu Gemüte geführt. Im Juni 20 vorausgesagt 40Mio. Umsatz welcher erreicht wurde.
Für 2021 Umsatz 116 Mio. Ebita 30 Mio. und für 2022 Umsatz 354 Mio. und 79 Ebita. vorhergesagt.
Wenn man die derzeitige Aktienbewertung mit ca. 80 Mio. zugrunde legt ist Hollister m.E. total unterbewertet. Sollten sich die Zahlen im ersten Quartal bestätigen und hochrechnen lassen, müsste der Kurs förmlich explodieren.
Ich denke wir haben noch viel Freude mit dieser Aktie.

Anscheinend bin ich bei Hollister alleine. Neueste Meldung besagt, dass am 22.1. mit Verkäufen in Arizona begonnen wurde, also einige Monate früher als geplant. Dies müsste ja für 2021 äußerst positiv für Umsatz und Gewinn sein.

hab am Montag auch nochmals nachgelegt. Die Aussichten sind grandios und keiner merkts. Wenn man sich die ganzen Meldungen des letzten halben Jahres durchliest kann man sich auf die Zukunft freuen. Hier ein Unternehmen das fertige Produkte im Canabis Sektor schon im Markt hat, gut in Kalifornien verkauft und nun auch in Arizona Umsätze erwirtschaftet - für Anleger hoch interessant.

Fakt ist, das dieses Unternehmen hier ihre Umsätze stets solide ausbaute. Mit dem Markt in Arizona wird der Umsatz nochmal deutlich zulegen. Dieses Unternehmen kann man nicht mit Halo labs Pusher Bude vergleichen. Da ist schon deutlich mehr Umsatz erzielt worden. Ich denke auch dass der jetzige Aktienkurs noch ein guter Einstieg ist. Der Kurs hat nach dem schnellen Anstieg einen Rücksetzer erhalten und sich langsam erholt. Ich bin gespannt auf die nächsten Zahlen des Unternehmens.

Also ich bin froh bei 0,17 nachgekauft zu haben, nach den Q1-Zahlen ist Hollister auf den richtigen Weg nach oben.
Plane die Position weiter aufzustocken, solange der Kurs unter 0,2 Cent notiert.

2020 Revenue 30,576 Mio Dollar, Net Loss -3,655 Mio Dollar, Cash 1,061 Mio Dollar, Shares ~122,578 Mio

Quartal 1 2021: Revenue 23,093, Net income +1,986 Mio Dollar, Cash 6,913 Mio Dollar, Shares~284,871 Mio

Es sind zwar etwas mehr wie doppelt soviele Aktien draussen, aber die Umsätze waren im 1.Quartal richtig gut, dazu noch ein Nettogewinn von 1,98 Mio Dollar:-)

Das Problem ist ja immer, dass dann gleich ne Kapitalerhöhung nachgeballert wird. Klar ist es für sie der günstigste Weg an frisches Kapital zu kommen, besonders wiel die Zinsen für Cannabisunternehmen sehr hoch sind. Verwässert dennoch den Kurs und ist für Langzeitinvestoren sicherlich abschreckend.
Zahlen sind natürlich top. bei nem Kurs von unter 0,20 würde ich vll auch noch mal nachkaufen. Hoffentlich sind die Kapitalerhöhungen jetzt durch. Wenn man Gewinn erwirtschaftet sollte man dann vll den nehmen.

Bei Pennystocks Unternehmen ist es doch ganz normal das andauernd Kapitalerhöhung durchgeführt werden, um das Geschäft am laufen zu halten.
Hollister scheint aber momentan sehr gut aufgestellt zu sein.
Sollten die nachfolgende Quartale mindestens genausogut sein wie das 1.Quartal wird wohl keine Kapitalerhöhung mehr nötig sein.
6 Mio cash sind ja momentan noch da😎
Ich verfolge fast jedes Cannabisunternehmen das es gibt an der Börse und ich muss sagen, das es sehr sehr wenige Unternehmen gibt die schon poitive Zahlen aufweisen können.
Bei gleichbleibende Zahlen von Hollister kann die Aktie ja nur steigen.
Ich bin zuversichtlich was Hollister betrifft und kaufe deshalb bei Kursen unter 0,20 Cent weiter nach.
Die Aktie ist von 0,02 Cent letztes Jahr auf 0,36 dieses Jahr gestiegen und hat jetzt vom Jahreshoch bis auf 0,14 korriegiert.
Es besteht nun eine gute Chance das der Aufwärtstrend wieder aufgenommen wird und Richtung Jahreshoch läuft😉
Ich bleibe entspannt, mein Durchschnittseinkaufskurs beträgt momentan noch 0,09 Cent und möchte die Aktie eigentlich sehr sehr lange halten.
Vielleicht geht's ja irgendwann über 1 Euro, an einen Totalverlust glaube ich hier vorerst nicht mehr.

Die Q1 zahlen waren einfach zu gut.
Meine Ziele sind hier sehr langfristig gedacht, sollten die nächsten Quartale weiter so gut laufen, kann der Kurs eigentlich nur nach oben gehen.✌️

habe jetzt auch noch ein paar nachgekauft. ich verstehe den kursverfall nicht. da wird irgendwie nie auf die unternehmensdaten geguckt. klar kapitalerhöhung ist ärgerlich, aber sie stecken das geld ja in die vergrößerung des unternehmens und nicht um löcher zu stopfen. für mich ist das jetzt n langzeitinvestment. werde da immer mal wieder was nachschießen wenn es kurstechnisch passt.

Also für mich ist das hier momentan ein sehr chancenreiches Langzeitinvestment bei Kursen unter 0,2.
Sollten die nächsten Quartale weiterhin so gut sein, wie das erste Quartal, dann kann es eigentlich kurstechnisch nur nach oben ausbrechen.
Die Wahrscheinlichkeit das es von 0,15-0,20 wieder Richtung Jahreshoch bei 0,36 geht ist meiner Meinung nach sehr hoch.
Unterhalb von 0,15 geht's wohl wieder Richtung 0,08 und 0,02, aber das kann ich mir beim besten Willen aktuell nicht mehr vorstellen, bei diesen Quartalszahlen.
Da sehe ich eher die 1 Euro Marke irgendwann fallen, vielleicht nicht dieses Jahr, aber in 1-2 Jahren gut vorstellbar:-9

und heute noch mal nachgelegt. spätetens wenn das 2. quartal dann auch wieder so gut aussieht und sie endlich mal keine kapitalerhöhung machen, wird die aktie auch steigen. wie hoch ist mir erstmal egal. die marktkapitalisierung von 45 mio ist ein witz^^

also ich habe gestern bei 0,19 auch nochmal nachgelegt. Ein weiterer Kaufkurs wird jetzt noch bei 0,17 und 0,15 reingelegt.

HOLLISTER BIOSCIENCES INC. ANNOUNCES 30-ACRE ARIZONA BRAND CAMPUS WITH PLANNED 700,000 SQUARE FEET OF CULTIVATION AREA AND AN EXISTING 28,500-SQUARE-FOOT PROCESSING AND MANUFACTURING FACILITY

Hollister Biosciences Inc. has completed a series of agreements designed to provide expanded revenue, capacity and margins while offering a diversity of inputs for branded products. The transactions are intended to capitalize on the company's existing operating footprint and leading position in the rapidly growing Arizona market. This project and associated seed-to-shelf management systems will be used to support the expansion of owned and partner brands and products, input quality, and variety.

The campus (the Hollister brand campus) includes over 700,000 square feet of canopy for cultivation and a 28,500-square-foot processing and manufacturing facility. In addition, the company is adding a world-renowned expert to implement advanced cultivation practices and infrastructure. All figures are presented in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Transaction details:

A wholly owned subsidiary of the company has entered a five-year lease with three subsequent options to renew and the option to purchase the Hollister brand campus, including the surrounding approximately 30 acres of land.
The Hollister brand campus will provide low-cost inputs for the Venom Extracts suite of products and provide ample opportunities to expand product diversity.
The annual base rent is $420,000, with an additional $150,000 to $250,000 based on the percentage of the property's 27.5 acres of undeveloped land utilized by the company.
Hollister will have the opportunity to purchase the Hollister brand campus throughout the duration of the lease.
The estimated capital costs associated with phase 1 will be $3-million and will be financed with cash on hand.
Phase 1 is planned to be completed in Q2 2022, consisting of four acres of cultivation area.

The project is designed to provide expanded capacity and margins and offer a diversity of inputs for branded products. This transformational transaction empowers the company to capitalize on its existing operating footprint and leading position in the rapidly growing Arizona market.

Hollister will use the Hollister brand campus as a hub to introduce its lineup of California-based brands to the Arizona market. The Hollister brand campus will house cultivation, manufacturing and distribution facilities that will enable Hollister to expand capacity for Venom and white-labelling operations for future-focused and mission-aligned brands and products.

The Hollister brand campus previously served as a high-security military contractor facility and then as a hemp API (active pharmaceutical ingredient) manufacturing facility that met the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's current good manufacturing practices standard. The Hollister brand campus is zoned favourably for the cultivation and processing of cannabis and has been ISO 9001:2015 certified. Substantial utility infrastructure is already on site, including 6,000 amps of power and a solar array. The building on the Hollister brand campus includes approximately 2,500 square feet of office space and 26,000 square feet of warehousing and manufacturing space that will be customized to produce for Hollister and third party brands.

The Hollister brand campus dramatically increases the company's position in Arizona and epitomizes its continued focus on acquiring, developing and powering leading cannabis consumer products. With the new facility, Hollister can partner with like-minded brands and aspiring entrepreneurs to support the development and distribution of their products throughout Arizona. The outdoor undeveloped land will be developed in phases, including various low-cost cultivation methods and additional processing buildings. The company currently produces concentrates, prerolls and tinctures and is analyzing new product segments.

Strategic cultivation expertise

The company has appointed Damian Solomon as the executive vice-president of cultivation to lead the design, development and oversight of cultivation operations.

"I'm excited to be working on another Arizona project. I have spent many years developing and overseeing projects in this region. The cultivation environment in this specific area is predictable and proven for this type of cannabis operation," said Mr. Solomon.

Mr. Solomon has been involved in controlled-environment agriculture and hydroponics globally for more than 20 years with expertise in greenhouse and indoor vertical farming systems. In 2014, he switched focus to the emerging cannabis industry by consulting the first two licence holders in Canada: Tilray and Tweed. Since then, he has supported more than 30 projects in North America, Europe, Israel and Australia with notable companies like Harvest Health & Recreation, Glasshouse Farms, Grassroots Cannabis, Cronos, Doja (now Canopy), Flower One, Global, Indus Holdings, Natura Life Sciences, Pacific Dutch Group, Raw Garden, Terrascend, Caliva, The Pharm/Sunday Goods, and Wonderbrett. He also served as a member of the advisory board for Node Labs/Compound Genetics, Calyx Peak Companies and Lobo Cannagar.

Venom Extracts highlights

In March 2020, Hollister completed the acquisition of Labtronix Inc., doing business as Venom Extracts, one of the industry's premier award-winning cannabis concentrate brands. Venom Extracts sales were consolidated with Hollister's sales starting after the closing in March and contributing approximately 95 per cent of the company's overall sales. Venom Extracts' product suite is a category leader in Arizona with over four million grams sold in 2020, accounting for up to 30 per cent of category sales statewide (per BDS Analytics). Venom Extracts is positioned for continued growth in Arizona; it has strong brand recognition and distribution network, with products in the vast majority of dispensaries statewide. Venom Extracts is actively supporting nearly 100 dispensary partners in preparation of the launch of additional locations.

Venom Extracts currently operates an 11,000-square-foot facility located in Phoenix, Ariz. In 2020, Venom Extracts produced more than four million grams of product and in the first quarter of 2021, Venom Extracts produced more than two million grams of product.

This series of transactions support the company's initiative to enhance its operational efficiency and profit margins throughout the supply chain by controlling inputs and manufacturing capacity by executing strategic agreements, acquisitions and/or greenfield development. The company looks forward to sharing additional details as the project develops. Development of the site is subject to conformance to state requirements and Board of County Supervisors approval of proposed site updates. The company completed its community consideration meeting with full support to advance.

Arizona market

Arizona is one of the largest medical marijuana markets in the world with over $1-billion in 2020 sales. Legal sales of adult-use cannabis in Arizona commenced midday on Friday, Jan. 22, 2021, several months ahead of industry expectations and the fastest that any of the 15 states with recreational marijuana has gone from voter approval to actual sales. The state realized over $2.9-million in recreational sales within 10 days of legalization. Marijuana Business Daily projects that the state's recreational market could generate up to $400-million in revenue its first year and more than $700-million by 2024.

"Arizona transitioned to adult use in late January, but this is the first month that BDSA included adult-use sales. Total cannabis sales grew 68 per cent to $124.9-million, with adult-use representing $52.8-million. Medical cannabis sales fell 17 per cent to $72.1-million. Growth was strong across all categories, but the highest growth by far was in prerolls, which gained 156 per cent," stated New Cannabis Ventures.

Marktkapital beim jetzigen Kurs ca. 31-32 Mio.$. Umsatz 2021 mindestens 60 Mio.$ bis?
Also, wenns hier nicht bald einen vernünftigen Sprung nach oben gibt verstehe ich die Börse nicht mehr. Hab heut kräftig nachgelegt. (Keine Kaufempfehlung). Aber wenn man sich die Daten mal genauer anschaut sollte jedeer wissen, was hier zu tun ist.
