Die ZCCM IH (Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines Limited Investments Holdings) hat in der Gruppe in 2020 einen Gewinn von 13,26 ZMW = 0,66 EUR berichtet, was beim aktuellen Kurs von 0,9 EUR ein KGV von 1,36 entspricht:

Die Firma ist mehrheitlich im Besitz von Sambia (Industrial Development Corporation (IDC), Government of the Republic of Zambia (GRZ) - Directly held through Minister of Finance und National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA)) halten zusammen ca. 92,5% der Aktien.

Letztes Jahr haben sie die Mopani-Mine von Glencore gekauft:

Ich erwarte, das die Zahlen für 2021 bald kommen, und vielleicht etwas schlechter wegen der Übernahmekosten.

Dennoch ist seitdem ist die Produktion schon deutlich gestiegen:

Denke sehr spekulativer Wert, aber wenn die Kupferpreise langfristig stabil bleiben, das der Wert viel Potenzial hat. Würde mich zu Beiträgen zu diesem Unternehmen freuen.

Schöner Artikel mit vielen Hintergrundinfos, auch wenn er hätte etwas konkreter in die aktuellen Zahlen eingehen hätte können. Es gibt schließlich bereits auch die UNAUDITED ABRIDGED GROUP STATEMENT OF PROFIT OR LOSS AND OTHER COMPREHENSIVE INCOME AS AT 30TH JUNE 2021 wie ich unten schon geschrieben hatte, und sowohl hinsichtlich KGV und insbesondere KBV sieht das sehr vielversprechend aus.

Zwar im Vergleich zu den anderen Beteiligungen sehr klein, aber dennoch positiv das hier renommierte internationale Investoren an Board sind. ZCCM wird 20% an dem Joint-Venture halten:

EMR Capital executive chairman Owen Hegarty was quoted by WSJ as saying that KoBold will have a 52% stake in the Mingomba project while other joint venture partners EMR Capital and Zambia’s state-backed mining company ZCCM-IH will respectively own 28% and 20% interests.
